以氟苯和氯化亚砜反应合成了4,4’-二氟二苯亚砜,并将其与4,4’二羟基二苯硫醚在N-甲基吡咯烷酮溶剂中进行亲核取代反应合成了聚苯醚硫醚醚亚砜,用乙二酰氯/四丁基碘化铵还原该亚砜聚合物制备了聚苯醚硫醚。用红外光谱和核磁共振谱对合成单体的结构进行了确认,同时对聚合物进行了红外光谱、核磁共振、元素分析、X射线光电子能谱、X射线衍射、DSC分析、TG/DTG以及溶解性测试。结果表明聚苯醚硫醚样品具有氧醚和硫醚交替的线性结构,特性粘度为0.55 dL/g的PPSE熔点达236℃,在氮气条件下,样品起始分解温度和最大分解速率处温度分别为359℃和514℃,在700℃时的重量保留率为43.3%,且在加热条件下能溶解于N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)、二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)、二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)等极性有机溶剂中。 相似文献

手性亚砜具有多方面的用途,其中之一就是作为手性药物。作为手性药物的亚砜化合物绝大部分含有氨基或含氮杂环的结构,对于它们硫醚前体的不对称氧化,钛催化剂体系能够取得良好的结果,而其它催化剂体系不能。因此,本文首先对钛催化不对称硫醚氧化的研究进展做简要的介绍,这些催化剂体系包括钛/酒石酸酯、钛/BINOL及其它二醇、钛/salen,以及其它钛催化体系。进一步对钛催化合成各种手性亚砜药物的研究进展进行比较详细的描述。这些手性亚砜药物主要作为质子泵抑制剂、抗炎药、抗肿瘤药物、抗生素、血小板粘附抑制剂、抗精神病药、调血脂药、钾离子通道开放剂、神经激肽抑制剂等。 相似文献

金属有机骨架材料是一种由无机金属离子和有机配体配位组成的复合材料,拥有较高的金属分散度和催化活性.本文采用静态混合溶剂热晶化法,以钼酸为钼源、对苯二甲酸为配体合成了有机骨架材料Mo-MOF.通过X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等手段表征了催化剂的形貌、结构和组成.采用静态混合溶剂热法(水和乙醇)合成的Mo-MOF催化剂表现出最佳的催化活性,在未加其它助剂的条件下实现二苯基硫醚与氧气的选择性氧化,并可以得到100%的转化率和86.4%的二苯基亚砜的选择性. 相似文献

在以钠型强酸性离子交换树脂为催化剂和过氧化氢为氧化剂的反应条件下,首次研究了选择性氧化苯甲硫醚生成苯甲亚砜的反应,优化得到了合成苯甲亚砜的最佳合成条件为:反应底物苯甲硫醚8mmol、过氧化氢9.6mmol、反应溶剂甲醇10mL、反应温度为常温、反应时间为8h、催化剂用量为底物摩尔量的50%。此反应的转化率大于90.0%,选择性大于99.9%。催化剂重复使用15次未见其活性和选择性明显下降。在类似的反应条件下,其他5种硫醚也被高效和高选择性地氧化为相应的亚砜。 相似文献

A wide variety of sulfides are efficiently oxidized to their corresponding sulfoxides and sulfones in excellent yields using n-butyltriphenylphosphonium dichromate (BTPPDC) in the presence of aluminium chloride in acetonitrile solution and under microwave irradiation. In addition, selective oxidation of sulfides in the presence of functional groups such as a carbon–carbon double bond, ketone, oxime, aldehyde, ether, and acetal can be considered as a noteworthy advantage of this method. 相似文献

Abstract A selective and efficient procedure for the oxidation of various sulfides with sodium tungstate dihydrate with 30% hydrogen peroxide in the presence of trioctylmethylammonium dihydrogen phosphate, respectively, to the corresponding sulfoxides and sulfones is reported. The oxidation reaction is carried out at –5 to 0 °C in the presence of hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrins for sulfoxides or at 50–60 °C for sulfones. A highly efficient metal-free catalytic system, 1,3-dibromo-5,5-dimethylhydantoin (DBDMH)–tert-butylnitrite (TBN)–H2O, has been developed for an environmentally friendly and economical aerobic acid-free oxidation of sulfides. TBN was identified as an efficient NO equivalent for the activation of molecular oxygen.
