创业过程中灵活性决策的期权价值分析

20世纪90年代以来，创业过程和行为的研究逐渐取代了创业者人格特质的研究，成为创业研究的焦点。创业活动不同于一般的企业经营活动，而是一种基于机会的创业家行为，是不确定性条件下创业家与环境互动以实现特定目标的复杂过程。本文以实物期权理论为基础，探讨了非均衡市场条件下创业过程中灵活性决策的期权价值，并结合具体的算例对期权价值的影响因素进行了分析。     

一类专利权价值的动态实物期权定价方法

本文在同时考虑投资成本,投资时间以及现金流的不确定性的情况下,构建一类专利权价值的动态实物期权定价模型。考虑到投资中途可能失败的情况,在专利期权中特别加入放弃期权,并运用Monte Carlo模拟方法建立含放弃期权的专利期权的数值定价模型,然后将该模型用于一类IT企业的专利权投资案例的实证分析中。实证结果表明:基于不考虑投资成功与否的传统的实物期权定价模型的专利权定价评估比起含放弃期权的专利期权定价有存在低估专利期权价值的风险。     

不确定性、实物期权与企业价值—基于简约Schwartz-Moon模型的分析

将实物期权理论引入传统现金流量折现法的应用框架,在不确定性条件下运用实物期权定价法来评估企业价值,提出了简约的Schwartz-Moon(2001)实物期权定价模型,并在此基础上运用蒙特卡罗模拟方法来计算了百度公司的价值.     

基于PFM模型的新三板企业股权价值评估

新三板企业的股权价值可以通过实物期权理论进行评估,但是由于新三板市场交易的非连续性,给其中的参数估计带来难度.借鉴风险评估领域的PFM模型原理,通过同行业创业板上市公司的数据得到企业价值及其波动率与相关财务指标之间的关系式,计算新三板企业价值及其波动率.在此基础上考虑流动性折扣,采用实物期权定价方法评估新三板挂牌企业股权价值.通过对第一批进入创新层的新三板样本企业进行股权价值评估,验证了基于PFM原理的参数确定方法的有效性及实物期权定价方法的合理性.     

产业生命周期视角下的并购期权价值评估方法优化研究

由于并购活动具有期权的特点,其价值常采用Black-Scholes模型计算。但传统的Black-Scholes模型没有考虑产业生命周期对并购期权价值的影响。本文分析了产业生命周期不同阶段并购期权价值的特点,指出期权价值随产业生命周期的不同发展阶段而变化。研究通过采用Gompertz曲线预测模型拟合产业生命周期曲线,并对其作适当变换,推导出了修正系数η_t,对并购期权价值的Black-Scholes评估模型进行了优化。这种优化有助于避免评估过程中的高估风险,从而使并购价值的计算更合理,确保并购决策更具科学性。     

实物期权在新药开发中的应用

实物期权作为一种新兴的投资评估工具，以能够解决传统分析方法中所无法克服的高度不确定性和管理灵活性而被广泛的应用。本文详细介绍了实物期权二叉树定价模型在一新药开发的定价分析中的应用，进而得出实物期权定价分析方法在具有初始投资额大、投资期限长、不确定性大等特点的新产品开发过程中的实际应用价值。     

货币政策、非国有企业投资与R&D项目中的共享型复合实物期权价值预期

如何合理评估货币政策对R&D项目中的共享型复合实物期权价值的影响已成为非国有企业决策者面临的重要问题。本研究根据非国有企业决策者的认知偏差和分子动力学理论,在分析R&D项目中的实物期权特征及价值相互作用的基础上,构建了共享型复合实物期权价值预期模型,研究表明:当货币扩张程度增强时,项目价值预期增大;当货币扩张程度减弱时,项目价值预期减小。另外,货币扩张强度对期权价值的上、下限和预期值具有非线性影响;货币政策的变化范围对期权价值预期的解释程度不同;货币扩张系数与期权价值的上下限成正比,但与期权价值的预期值不完全成正比。最后通过仿真实验检验了该影响的变化机理和效果,从而为非国有企业决策者提供经验参考。     

基于期权定价思想的基金绩效评估研究

证券投资基金的绩效评估一直是学术界研究和探讨的焦点,基于期权定价思想的绩效评估模型在前人研究的基础上,增加交易成本条件,使模型更接近现实应用,改进期权执行价格的计算过程,实证研究部分选取了国内10只具有代表性基金的数据进行实证分析,得出分析结果;并将结果与传统绩效评估方法绩效评估的结果进行比较,比较得出该方法的现实适用性;最后对几种方法结果的一致性进行检验。     

基于汇率回报厚尾性的外汇期权定价模型

主要研究汇率回报呈厚尾分布的外汇期权定价问题。本文利用t-分布能捕获汇率回报序列厚尾特征的优势，推导出基于t-分布外汇期权定价模型的解析表达式，即对外汇期权定价模型——BSGK模型进行了修正，同时应用矩估计法估计出的t-分布的自由度用于该定价模型的计算，最后基于t-分布的外汇期权定价模型和BSGK外汇期权定价模型进行了比较分析。     

新技术市场化投资的期权分析

本文运用实物期权方法分析了企业在技术创新过程中对新技术进行市场化投资的时机决策问题,建立实物期权模型并求出了最优投资的价格临界值。     

Qualitative Analysis of Bifurcating Solutions in the Lengyel-Epstein Model

One of the most fundamental problems in theoretical biology is to explain the mechanisms by which patterns and forms are created in the＇living world. In his seminal paper ＂The Chemical Basis of Morphogenesis＂, Turing showed that a system of coupled reaction-diffusion equations can be used to describe patterns and forms in biological systems. However, the first experimental evidence to the Turing patterns was observed by De Kepper and her associates（1990） on the CIMA reaction in an open unstirred reactor, almost 40 years after Turing＇s prediction. Lengyel and Epstein characterized this famous experiment using a system of reaction-diffusion equations. The Lengyel-Epstein model is in the form as follows     

RECENT PROGRESS ON SPHERICAL HARMONIC APPROXIMATION MADE BY BNU RESEARCH GROUP ——In memory of Professor Sun Yongsheng

As early as in 1990, Professor Sun Yongsheng, suggested his students at Beijing Normal University to consider research problems on the unit sphere. Under his guidance and encouragement his students started the research on spherical harmonic analysis and approximation. In this paper, we incompletely introduce the main achievements in this area obtained by our group and relative researchers during recent 5 years （2001-2005）. The main topics are： convergence of Cesaro summability, a.e. and strong summability of Fourier-Laplace series; smoothness and K-functionals; Kolmogorov and linear widths.     

(0,1 ;0)-INTERPOLATION ON INFINITE INTERVAL (-∞, +∞)

In this paper, we study the explicit representation and convergence of (0, 1; 0)-interpolation on infinite interval, which means to determine a polynomial of degree ≤ 3n - 2 when the function values are prescribed at two set of points namely the zeros of Hn(x) and H′n(x) and the first derivatives at the zeros of H′n(x).     

On a class of self-similar processes with stationary increments in higher order Wiener chaoses

We study a class of self-similar processes with stationary increments belonging to higher order Wiener chaoses which are similar to Hermite processes. We obtain an almost sure wavelet-like expansion of these processes. This allows us to compute the pointwise and local Hölder regularity of sample paths and to analyse their behaviour at infinity. We also provide some results on the Hausdorff dimension of the range and graphs of multidimensional anisotropic self-similar processes with stationary increments defined by multiple Wiener–Itô integrals.     

On a class of Riemann surfaces

It is considered the class of Riemann surfaces with dimT1 = 0, where T1 is a subclass of exact harmonic forms which is one of the factors in the orthogonal decomposition of the spaceΩH of harmonic forms of the surface, namely The surfaces in the class OHD and the class of planar surfaces satisfy dimT1 = 0. A.Pfluger posed the question whether there might exist other surfaces outside those two classes. Here it is shown that in the case of finite genus g, we should look for a surface S with dimT1 = 0 among the surfaces of the form Sg\K , where Sg is a closed surface of genus g and K a compact set of positive harmonic measure with perfect components and very irregular boundary.     

A REPRESENTATION FORMULA RELATED TO SCHR(O)DINGER OPERATORS

Schr(o)dinger operator is a central subject in the mathematical study of quantum mechanics.Consider the Schrodinger operator H = -△ V on R, where △ = d2/dx2 and the potential function V is real valued. In Fourier analysis, it is well-known that a square integrable function admits an expansion with exponentials as eigenfunctions of -△. A natural conjecture is that an L2 function admits a similar expansion in terms of "eigenfunctions" of H, a perturbation of the Laplacian (see [7], Ch. Ⅺ and the notes), under certain condition on V.     

Boundedness for commutators of multipliers on Hardy type spaces

In this paper, we study the commutators generalized by multipliers and a BMO function. Under some assumptions, we establish its boundedness properties from certain atomic Hardy space Hb^p（R^n） into the Lebesgue space L^p with p 〈 1.     

A unified approach to certain problems of best local approximation

In this paper we study best local quasi-rational approximation and best local approximation from finite dimensional subspaces of vectorial functions of several variables. Our approach extends and unifies several problems concerning best local multi-point approximation in different norms.
