A novel one-dimensional coordination polymer, [Cd( μ-DPIA)2(H2O)]n (HDPIA=4,5-Diphenylimidazole-1-acetic acid), was synthesized and characterized by the element analysis, IR and single crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the orthogonal space group Pca22 with unit cell parameters: a=1.509 6(3) nm, b=0.611 1(1) nm, c=3.216 4(6) nm, and V=2.967 1(10) nm3, Z=4, R=0.032 7, wR=0.086 7. The Cd atom is seven-coordinated by four O atoms and two N atoms from two chelating DPIA- ligands and one water molecule, and displays a distorted pentagonal bipyramid coordination geometry. Each DPIA- ligand bridges two adjacent Cd atoms, forming a infinite chain along the a axis direction. The Cd…Cd separation within the polymer is 0.765 0(3) nm. A layer structure which parallels to the ab plane is further constructed by hydrogen bonding interactions. CCDC: 254247.  相似文献

A Manganese(Ⅱ) polymer {[Mn(bpdc)(bipy)(H2O)]·4.5H2O}n has been synthesized (bpdc=2,2-bipyridine-3,3-dicarboxylate,bipy=4,4-bipyridine) and characterized by IR, UV, elemental analysis and X-ray crystal structure determination . It crystallizes in Monoclinic system, space group P2/n with a=1.010 13(8) nm, b=1.164 66(9) nm, c=2.147 40(16) nm, β=98.22 20(10)°, V=2.500 4(3) nm3, Z=4, Dc=1.467 g·cm-3, F(000)=1 144, R1=0.049 0, wR2=0.141 2. The crystal structure shows that the Mn2+ ions have octahedral coordination geometry with two coordination situations. The Mn2+ (1) ion is coordinated with two N atoms of two bipy, and chelated by four O atoms from four carboxylate groups of two bpdc ligands. The neighbor Mn2+ (2) ion is coordinated with two oxygen atoms from two water, two N atoms of two 4,4-bipy and two O atoms from two carboxylate groups of two bpdc ligands. Mn(1) and Mn(2) ions are bridged by bpdc and bipy ligands, forming a novel 2D network. CCDC: 651043.  相似文献

A novel one-dimensional coordination polymer, {[Cd(3-CNPP)(Py)3]·2H2O}n (3-CNPP2-=2-(3-carboxymethyl-4-nitrophenyl)propionate dianion, Py=pyridine) was synthesized and characterized by the element analysis, IR, TG and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The title complex crystallizes in monoclinic system with space group P21/ n, a=0.974 81(19) nm, b=1.992 3(4) nm, c=1.459 8(3) nm, β=95.92(3)°, and V=2.820 0(10) nm3 Z=4, R=0.037 3, wR=0.083 8. Each cadmium(Ⅱ) atom is seven-coordinated by four oxygen atoms from two different 3-CNPP2- groups and three nitrogen atoms from three pyridine ligands, forming a distorted pentagonal bipyramindal coordination geometry. The cadmium(Ⅱ) atoms are bridged by the tetradentate 3-CNPP2- groups, constructing a one-dimensional zigzag chain structure along c axis. The adjacent distance of Cd…Cd atoms is 0.979 6 nm. The two-dimensional hydrogen-bonding supramolecular network was formed via the hydrogen bond interactions. CCDC: 254257.  相似文献

A novel cadmium(Ⅱ) isothiocyanate complex [Cd(N-MeIM)2(SCN)2]n(N-MeIM=N-methylimidazole) has been prepared and characterized by spectroscopic analysis and crystallographic method. The title compound crystallize in the Triclinic system, space group P1, with lattice parameters a=0.589 50(12) nm, b=0.785 70(16) nm, c=0.882 00(18) nm, α=110.98(3)°, β=106.49(3)°, γ=95.08(3)°, and Z=1. The title compound exhibits an infinite chain structure in which each pair of Cd atoms is bridged by two η-1,3-SCN- groups. The unique Cd atom lies on an inversion centre and the coordination sphere is completed by two N-MeIM N atoms to form a CdS2N4 octahedron. The polymeric chains are further extended into three-dimensional network via π…π stackings interactions between the imidazole rings. The cyclic voltammetry behaviors of the compound on glass carbon electrode showed a typical irreversible process. CCDC: 265283.  相似文献

A two-dimensional coordination polymer, [Cu(PAc)2(μ-3-PyOH)2]n(HPAc=phenyl acetic acid, 3-PyOH=3-hydroxypyridine) was synthesized and characterized by the element analysis, IR, TG and X-ray diffraction single crystal structure determination. The title complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system with space group P21/c, a=1.228 7(3) nm, b=0.967 05(19) nm, c=1.076 4(2) nm, β=109.93(3)° and V=1.202 4(5) nm3, Z=2, Mr=524.01, F(000)=542, μ=0.953 mm-1, R=0.030 9, wR=0.080 7. Each copper(Ⅱ) ion displays an elongated octahedron with two nitrogen atoms from two different 3-PyOH ligands and two oxygen atoms from two different terminal phenyl acetate groups occupying the basal positions and two oxygen atoms of two different 3-PyOH ligands from the neighbouring molecules occupying the axial positions. Each four identical mononuclear Cu(Ⅱ) unit in the two-dimensional layer is joined by four 3-PyOH ligands, related by inversion centers with a Cu…Cu separation of 0.723 5(10) nm across the 3-PyOH-N,O bridge in bc plane. Each cadmium(Ⅱ) atom is seven-coordinated by four oxygen atoms from two different phenyl acetate groups and two nitrogen atoms from two 4,4′-pyridine ligands and one water molecule, forming a distorted pentagonal bipyramid coordination geometry. Adjacent cadmium(Ⅱ) atoms are bridged by 4,4′-pyridine ligand, constructing a infinite chain along the diagonal direction of ac plane. The Cd…Cd separation within the polymer is 1.164 6(4) nm. The three-dimensional supramolecular structures of the title complexes are constructed by hydrogen bonding interactions and π-π stacking interactions between the benzene rings of HPAc and 4,4′-bipy. A novel one-dimensional coordination polymer, [Ca(μ-p-HPO)2(NO3)2]n, (p-HPO=p-pyridone) was synthesized and characterized by the element analysis, IR, TG and X-ray single crystal diffraction. It crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with unit cell parameters: a=1.992 1(4) nm, b=0.374 96(7) nm, c=1.930 3(4) nm, β=109.21(3)°. V=1.361 6(5) nm3, Z=4, R=0.034 9, wR=0.084 4. The Ca atom is eight-coordinated by four O atoms from different p-pyridone ligands and four O atoms from two chelating nitrate anions, and displays a distorted square pyramidal coordination geometry. Each p-pyridone ligand bridges two adjacent Ca atoms, forming a infinite chain along the b direction. The Ca…Ca distance is 0.374 96(7) nm. A layer structure is further constructed by intermolecular hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions. The result of TG analysis shows that the title complex is stable under 185 ℃. CCDC: 241576.  相似文献

A coordination polymer of [Cu(bpb)(PPh3)2]n·nClO4·nCH2Cl2·nH2O(bpb=1,4-bis(pyridine-3-aminome-thyl)benzene) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG, PL and X-ray single crystal diffraction. The title complex crystallized in triclinic with space group P1, a=1.065 8(4) nm, b=1.542 4(6) nm, c=1.690 8(6) nm, α=80.11(10)°, β=76.00(10)°, γ=82.72(10)°, and V=2.646 5(17) nm3, Z=2, R=0.068 4. In the title complex, each Cu(Ⅰ) ion displays a distorted tetrahedron coordination configuration, defined by two N atoms from two different bpb groups, and two P atoms from PPh3. Two adjacent Cu(Ⅰ) tetrahedron units are linked into a one-dimensional chain by the bpb ligands, which are further connected by hydrogen bonds to form a two-dimensional layer structure. Furthermore, the solid-state fluorescent property of the title complex was studied at room temperature. CCDC: 743417.  相似文献

A new nickel(Ⅱ)-dicyanamide compound, [Ni(dca)2(en)]n (1) (dca=dicyanamide anion, [N(CN)2]-); en=ethylene diamine), has been synthesized and its structure has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal is monoclinic, space group P21/n with unit cell dimensions: a=0.694 3(1) nm, b=1.041 5(2) nm, c=1.4132(2) nm, and β=90.381°, Z=4, V=1.011 0(3) nm3. In this compound, the adjacent nickel atoms are connected by dca all in μ1,5-bridging mode to form ladder-like units, which are linked with double dca bridges to generate a regular infinite stair-like structure. Azide-containing coordination polymers have received considerable attention for the construction of new molecule-based magnets. A three dimensional heteronuclear Mn-Na compound [MnNa(N3)4(C5H5N)4] was obtained by reaction of [Mn3O(O2CCH3)6(py)3]ClO4 and NaN3 in pyridine solvents. The title compound crystallizes in monoclinic space group C2/c, a=1.536 6(2), b=1.045 3(2), c=1.576 3(2) nm, β=90.309(3)°, V=2.531 8(6) nm3, Z=4. In the structure, each Mn3+ and Na+ ion coordinated with four N atoms from four N3- and two N atoms from two pyridine molecules. Each pair of Mn3+ and Na+ ion are linked by N3- bridges into a 3D polymer with PtS topology. CCDC: 706250.  相似文献

A novel super molecule [Na(C60H80O12)]+[Au(SCN)4]- was obtained by extraction of calix[4] arene (L) for an aqueous solution containing [AuCl4]-, and NaCl into CH2Cl2. The crystal structure and properties of the title super molecule were characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR and 1H NMR spectra. The X-ray single crystal structure analysis shows that the crystal was Tetragonal system with space group P4/n and the unit cell parameters were as follows: a=2.880 8(18) nm, b=2.880 8(18) nm, c=2.292 4(5) nm, and final R indices [I>2σ(I)]: R1=0.048 5, wR2=0.106 1. A Coordination polymer [NaMn(pic)3]n (1) (picH=picolinic acid) has been synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis and structurally characterized by single crystal structure determination. 1 crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pbca, a=1.251 9(4) nm, b=1.715 8(8) nm, c=1.754 7(7) nm, V=3.769(6) nm3, Mr=444.24, Dc=1.566, F(000)=1 800, R1=0.024 8 and wR2=0.075 1 for I>2σ(I). According to the crystal structure, each Mn(Ⅱ) ion of 1 is six-coordinated with three oxygen and three nitrogen atoms from three pic anions to form a distorted dodecahedron. Each Na+ ion of 1 is penta-coordinated with two oxygen atoms from a pic anion and three oxygen atoms from three pic anions of diffrent unit to form a distorted tetragnal pyramid. The novel copper(Ⅱ) complex with α-hydroxyphenylacetic acid (H2PHAc) and pyridine (py) ligands, [Cu(HPHAc)2(py)2], has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy. Its crystal structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. The crystal belongs to monoclinic with space group C2/c. The cell parameters are: a=1.712 5(3) nm, b=1.533 2(2) nm, c=0.963 42(14) nm, β=111.866(2)°, V=2.347 6(6) nm3, and Dc=1.483 Mg·m-3, Z=4, F(000)=1 084. The structure was refined to final R1=0.071 4, wR2=0.166 1. The complex has a six-coordinated distorted octahedral geometry, in which copper(Ⅱ) ion coordinates with two carboxylic oxygen atoms and two hydroxyl oxygen atoms from the two α-hydroxyphenylacetic acid ligands, two nitrogen atoms from the two pyridine ligands. The analysis of the crystal structure indicates that the complex has a one-dimensional chain structure, which is formed by intermolecular hydrogen bonds. CCDC: 255346.  相似文献

The Mn atoms are octahedrally coordinated by two O atoms of two ligands and four O atoms of water. The carboxyl group coordinates to Mn(Ⅱ) in the mode of monodentate, while the O atoms of water molecules coordinates in bridging mode. The title complex crystallizes in triclinic space group P1, with a=0.856 66(17) nm, b=0.859 58(17) nm, c=1.142 2(2) nm, α=69.64(3)°, β=68.35(3)°, γ=74.88(3)°, and V=0.724 4(3) nm3, Z=1, R=0.064 4, wR=0.159 8. Each Co atom occupies a special position of inversion center and has an octahedral coordination environment, defined by two carboxyl O atoms from two 2-OPA- ligands, two N atoms from two 4,4′-bipy ligands and two water molecules. Adjacent Co(Ⅱ) atoms are bridged by 4,4′-bipy ligands, forming a one-dimensional linetype chain structure. The closest Co…Co distance is 1.142 2(2) nm. The results of TG and fluorescent analysis show that the title coordination polymer is stable under 90.2 ℃ and has three emission peaks at 368, 422 and 484 nm. CCDC: 643626.  相似文献

A two-dimensional supramolecular framework is further constructed by the hydrogen bonds and the weak π-π interactions. A novel 1-D Cd(Ⅱ) coordination polymer, [Cd(p-BDOA)·2H2O]n(I) ( p-BDOA2-=benzene-1,4-dioxyacetate dianion) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, PL, TG and X-ray single crystal diffraction. The Crystal crystallizes in monoclinic system, the space group is C2/c, with the crystal cell parameters a=1.175 1(1) nm, b=0.551 0(1) nm, c=1.827 7(2) nm, β=96.14(2)°, and V=1.176 6(3) nm3,, Mr=372.60, R=0.045 9, wR=0.127 9. The Cd(Ⅱ) ion has a trigonal prism coordination configuration that defined by four carboxyl O atoms from two different p-BDOA2- ligands and two water molecules. Adjacent Cd(Ⅱ) ions are linked by carboxylate groups with the bidentate coordination mode, giving rise to a chain structure with the adjacent Cd…Cd distance of 1.526 3(5) nm. Furthermore, such chains are linked by hydrogen bonds to form supramolecular network. The results of PL and TG show that the complex exhibits intense fluorescent emissions and its chain skeleton is thermally stable up to 419 K. CCDC: 220443.  相似文献

A novel one-dimensional chain complex [Zn(dafo)2(H2O)2](NO3)2 was synthesized. It has been characterized by IR, UV, TGA, Elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to triclinic system, P1 space group. The Crystallographic data are: a= 0.702 7(14) nm, b= 0.828 95(17) nm, c= 10.225(2) nm, α = 95.02(3)°, β = 91.45(3)°, γ = 99.85(3)°. The crystal structure data indicate that the Zn(Ⅱ) ion was coordinated with the four nitrogen atoms of two dafo and two oxygen atoms of two coordination water molecules, respectively. The complex has a one-dimensional chain structure, which is formed by hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

A new coordination compound Co(Ⅲ)(Hdmg)2(H2O)2Mn(Ⅱ)Cl3 was synthesized and its crystal structure was determined. The crystal data are as follows: crystal system, orthorhombic; space group, C2221(#20); a=1.18315(3) nm, b=1.28631(5) nm, c=1.14355(2) nm, V=1.74037(9) nm3, Z=4, Dc=1.857 g·cm-3, F(000)=980.00, μ(Mo)=21.69 cm-1, R1=0.030, wR2=0.92. The coordination geometries around Co(Ⅲ) and Mn(Ⅱ) atoms are distorted octahedral and distorted trigonal bipyramidal, respectively. The Hdmg chelates Co(Ⅲ) and bridges to two Mn(Ⅱ) atoms to form a polyheteronuclear helical structure along the c axis.  相似文献
