光度检测-低压离子色谱法同时分析水溶液中铜、锌   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
用吡啶-(2-偶氮-4-)雷琐辛(PAR)作柱后衍生剂,在优化的衍生和色谱条件下,使用可见光检测一低压离子色谱法同时测定了水溶液中铜和锌。在低压阳离子色谱柱上,用酒石酸.柠檬酸作流动相,在520nm处检测,得到线性良好的工作曲线,铜和锌的检出限均为0.05μg/mL。利用该法分析了环境水样中的铜和锌,其标准加入回收率分别为99%~102%,97%~104%。  相似文献

以1-(4-异丙基)苯基-3-甲基-5-吡唑啉酮(PPMP)为衍生化试剂在氨水介质中对壳寡糖链进行衍生化,衍生化产物用RP-HPLC分离和ESI-MS分析。结果表明在确定的衍生化条件下,PPMP和壳寡糖的衍生化产物主要为单分子衍生物,此单分子PPMP衍生物在ESI-MS的正负离子模式下均有较好的响应,并且在RP-HPLC柱上能够实现很好的分离。据此建立了PPMP柱前衍生HPLC/ESI-MS在线联用检测壳寡糖混合物组成的方法。该法可作为壳寡糖样品在质量控制、构效关系研究等方面的方法参考。  相似文献

以α-溴2,3,4,5,6-五氟甲苯作柱前衍生试剂,经优化衍生和色谱条件,实现了用高效液相色谱法测定硫氰酸根离子。在ODS柱上,用甲醇-水(80:20)作流动相,于254nm检测,得到线性关系良好的工作曲线,最小检测限为4.7ng。分析了吸烟者唾液样品,回收率为93.7%~101.4%。  相似文献

研究了1-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚-6-磺酸与钴(Ⅱ)和镍(Ⅱ)之螯合物的衍生和液相色谱分离条件。于Zorbax ODS柱上,用含0.01mol/L HAC-NaAc(pH 5.5)的乙腈-四氢呋喃-水(24:5:71,V/V)作流动相,流速0.7ml/min淋洗,于570nm检测。本方法已用于镍矿、催化剂回收液和人发样品的分析。  相似文献

用苯胺对四氢噻唑-2-硫酮-4-羧酸(TTCA)进行柱前衍生,将其衍生物在手性固定相上拆分,通过二极管阵列紫外检测器和在线旋光检测仪对其衍生物进行检测,建立了一种拆分TTCA消旋体、测定TTCA光学纯度的新方法。以正己烷和乙醇或异丙醇为流动相,在DNB-Leucine手性固定相上对TTCA衍生物进行了拆分,并考察了流动相组成和柱温对其衍生物分离的影响,获得较优分析条件,分离因子大于1.2。非手性试剂苯胺柱前衍生化法测定(R)-TTCA的光学纯度与旋光度方法比较,结果一致,相对偏差小于1.34%。  相似文献

建立了柱前衍生-气相色谱-电子捕获(GC-ECD)法同时测定水中PFBA、PFPeA、PFHxA、PFHpA,PFOA,PFNA,PFDA,PFUnA及PFDoA等(全称见正文)9种全氟羧酸(Perfluorinated carboxylic acids,PFCAs).使用2,4-二氟苯胺(2,4-Difluoroaniline,2,4-DFA)为衍生剂,N,N'-二环己基碳二亚胺(N,N'-Dicy-clohexylcarbodiimide,DCC)为脱水剂,与PFCAs形成酰胺衍生产物,衍生产物通过TR-5毛细管色谱柱分离,并以ECD检测器进行检测.对全氟羧酸衍生化过程中2,4-DFA和DCC用量、衍生反应溶剂、反应温度、反应时间等条件进行了优化,得出最佳衍生化条件.结果表明,在最优实验条件下,9种PFCAs衍生产物的线性相关系数>0.99,检出限为0.62~ 1.38 μg/L,相对标准偏差RSD为1.3%~7.5%.应用本方法对城市污水中全氟类羧酸进行了分析,城市污水中存在以PFPeA、PFHpA和PFOA为主的痕量PFCAs化合物,实际样品的加标回收率在84.4% ~ 120.9%之间.本方法稳定、可靠、成本低,能够满足水样中多种全氟羧酸的同时检测的要求,可为水体中全氟化合物的污染评价提供技术支持.  相似文献

建立了衍生化-高效液相色谱法对草甘膦原药中痕量甲醛含量进行测定的方法。样品中残留甲醛经超声波水浴提取,与2,4-二硝基苯肼衍生反应,生成的2,4-二硝基苯腙用反相整体柱色谱进行快速分离,在360nm紫外波长下检测,外标法定量。该分析方法在2.0~200mg/L浓度范围呈良好线性,添加回收率在88%~105%之间,相对标准偏差小于5%。样品中甲醛的最小检测浓度为0.5mg/kg。比较了整体色谱柱和常规C18反相柱分离效果,表明整体色谱柱可在1.5min内实现衍生化产物的快速分离并进行定性定量,同时发现相对于常规柱,采用整体柱提高了检测灵敏度约10倍。  相似文献

对高效液相色谱-荧光检测法测定过氧化氢和有机过氧化物的方法进行了改进,从而提高了方法的检测灵敏度。以氯化血红素(hemin)作催化剂进行柱后衍生反应,过氧化物将对羟基苯乙酸氧化生成能吸收荧光的二聚物,然后用荧光检测器检测。实验确定了最佳反应管温度和荧光检测波长。应用该法测定了大气和雨水样品中过氧化物的浓度。  相似文献

1-氮杂双环[2,2,2]辛-3-基胺是制备5-羟色胺拮抗剂药物盐酸帕洛诺司琼等的重要中间体,手性帕洛诺司琼可以通过中间体的手性分离来制备。用柱前衍生化-反相高效液相色谱法对1-氮杂双环[2,2,2]辛-3-基胺对映体进行分离并建立了检测方法。结果表明,用2,3,4,6-四-O-乙酰基-β-D-葡萄糖异硫氰酸酯(GITC)为柱前手性衍生化试剂,C18柱(300mm×4.6mm,5μm)为色谱柱,可将1-氮杂双环[2,2,2]辛-3-基胺对映体分离,其它色谱条件:流动相组成为[甲醇-乙腈-0.01mol/L四丁基溴化铵(20∶10∶75,V/V)]-(三乙胺)0·1%-(冰醋酸)0.15%,流速0.7mL/min,检测波长为266nm。在选择的测定条件下,衍生后的两非对映异构体分离度达4以上。  相似文献

报道用固相萃取富集,高效液相色谱法测定烟草及烟草添加剂中镍、铜、锡、铅、镉、汞的方法。样品用微波消化,消化液中的镍、铜、锡、铅、镉、汞用四-(对甲氧基苯基)-卟啉(T4MPP)柱前衍生.用C18固相萃取小柱萃取富集镍、铜、锡、铅、镉、汞的T4MPP络合物,然后用甲醇和四氢呋喃为流动相梯度洗脱,Waters Xterra^TMRP18色谱柱分离二极管阵列检测器检测。镍、铜、锡、铅、隔、汞的捡出限在2~4ng/L之间,方法相对标准偏差为1.8%~2.4%,加标回收率为96%~103%。  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法以磷钼酸(MPA)的镍盐溶液水解钛酸四丁酯制备了NiPMo/TiO2催化剂.使用ICP、 XRD、 TG-DTA、 IR、 TPD-MS和微反应技术研究了催化剂的化学组成、热稳定性、化学吸附性质和催化反应性能.杂多钼酸盐与TiO2通过O2-在TiO2表面发生了键合.在623 K下,杂多阴离子仍保持原有的Keggin结构.CO2在Lewis酸位Ni(Ⅱ)和Lewis碱位Ni-O-Mo的桥氧协同作用下生成CO2卧式吸附态Ni(Ⅱ)←O-(CO)←(O--Ni).丙烯有多种吸附态在催化剂上吸附.在563 K、 1 MPa和空速1500 h-1的反应条件下,丙烯的摩尔转化率为3.2%,产物MAA选择性为95%.  相似文献

In the context of the preparation of camptothecin and luotonin A analogs, the synthesis of some key keto-precursors and their use in Friedländer condensation are described. This paper also focuses on the stability of these keto intermediates and emphasizes the major differences between indolizinones and pyrroloquinazolinones series. The Langevin paramagnetic theory can’t describe the relation between magnetization of ferrofluids and applied magnetic field. The structuralization of ferrofluids, which is considered the main influence factor of the magnetization, is regarded. The part of magnetization works is deposited when the structure is forming. This action influences the magnetization of ferrofluids directly or indirectly. On the base of the “compressing” model, the Langevin function that usually describes the magnetization of ferrofluid is modified, and a well-fitted curve is obtained. An equation of the relation between the equivalent volume fraction after being “compressed” and the intensity of magnetic field is discovered, which approximately describes the process of magnetization. The relation between the approximate initial susceptibility and the volume fraction can be obtained from modified formula.  相似文献

The highly regioselective Buchwald–Hartwig amination at C-2 of the cheap and readily accessible reagent, 2,4-dichloropyridine with a range of anilines and heterocyclic amines is described. This new methodology is robust and provides a facile access to 4-chloro-N-phenylpyridin-2-amines on 0.25 mol scale. These intermediates undergo a further Buchwald–Hartwig amination at higher temperature to enable rapid exploration of the chemical space at C-4 and to provide a library of 2,4-bisaminopyridines.  相似文献

KMnO4-mediated oxidative CN bond cleavage of tertiary amines producing secondary amine was introduced, which was trapped by electrophiles (acyl chloride and sulfonyl chloride) to form amides and sulfonamides. A general synthesis of previously unknown semicarbazone-based α-amidoalkylating reagents, 4-(tosylmethyl)semicarbazones, has been developed. The synthesis involved three-component condensation of semicarbazones of aliphatic or aromatic aldehydes with the same or other aldehydes and p-toluenesulfinic acid. The scope and limitations of this reaction were investigated. The compounds obtained were demonstrated to be an efficient α-(4-semicarbazono)alkylating agents. They were reacted with H- (sodium borohydride), O- (sodium methylate), S- (sodium phenylthiolate), N- (pyrrolidine, sodium succinimide), P- (trialkyl phosphites), and C-nucleophiles (sodium diethyl malonate) to give the corresponding products of the tosyl group substitution, 4-substituted semicarbazones, including analogues of nitrofurazone. Among the prepared compounds tested in vitro for antibacterial and antifungal activity, three nitrofuryl-containing semicarbazones exhibited high biological activities with minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) values of 8–32 μg/mL.  相似文献

Regiospecific and direct imidation of the methyl C(sp3)–H bond of thioanisoles is realized under mild and metal-free conditions with N-fluorobis(benzenesulfonyl)imide as an oxidant and nitrogen source. Proposed mechanism suggests that thionium ion intermediates and a Pummerer-type reaction are involved. The imidation has advantages such as high step-economy, excellent functionality tolerance, and regiospecificity, giving structurally diverse imidation products.  相似文献

A small library of new chiral bidentate hydroxyalkyl-imidazolium salts 1 is conveniently synthesized on multi-gram scale from inexpensive and commercially available chiral pool amino acids. The corresponding carbenes, generated by deprotonation of imidazolium salts 1, in combination with palladium(II) chloride were tested in the Mizoroki–Heck coupling reaction. The most significant results in terms of yields and reactivities were achieved with low catalyst loading. The catalytic activities of these imidazolium salts were also investigated in the asymmetric addition of diethylzinc to benzaldehyde. The use of MgO nanoparticles as an additive in conjunction with these ligands played a crucial role in increasing the efficiency of these reactions.  相似文献
