Four triterpenoid saponins were isolated from Albizziae cortex, and a complete assignment of their (1)H and (13)C NMR spectra was carried out using 1D and 2D NMR ((1)H-(1)H COSY, HSQC, HMBC, and HSQC-TOCSY) methods. Their (1)H NMR assignments were reported for the first time and some of their (13)C NMR spectral data reported in literature were corrected.  相似文献

以Eu(hfc)3和Pr(hfc)3为手性镧系位移试剂(CLSR),比较了两种CLSR对2,4-滴丙酸甲酯的1HNMR和13C NMR谱手性分离效果,结果表明:Pr(hfc)3比Eu(hfc)3对手性中心相连的甲基具有更好的手性分离效果。首次应用Pr(hfc)3测定了盖草能、稳杀得和喹禾灵3种手性芳氧丙酸酯类除草剂的1HNMR和13CNMR谱,其1HNMR谱分离度R约为1,盖草能和喹禾灵的13C NMR谱分离度R大于1.5,说明1H NMR和13CNMR谱手性分离效果适用于对映体纯度测定。与手性色谱法相比,CLSR-NMR法测定对映体纯度具有操作简便、分析速度快的显著优势。  相似文献

应用JEOL FX-90Q NMR谱仪测定了吸附在NaY分子筛,氧化铝,二氧化硅上的四甲基硅烷和正己烷的核磁氢谱和碳谱.结果表明,在一些吸附体系的研究中,现有仪器适用于液体样品,以氢谱和碳谱比较发现碳谱在分辨率分方面较之氢谱有几个优点,顺磁杂质对谱线宽度有明显影响.在NaY分子筛上预先吸附氢以后再吸附乙烯,其吸附速率低于未吸附氢的样品.  相似文献

A complete analysis of (1)H and (13)C NMR spectra of the trypanocidal sesquiterpene lactone eremantholide C and two of its analogues is described. These structurally similar sesquiterpene lactones were submitted to (1)H NMR, (13)C {(1)H} NMR, gCOSY, gHSQC, gHMBC, J-resolved and DPFGSE-NOE NMR techniques. The detailed analysis of those results, correlated to some computational calculations (molecular mechanics), led to the total and unequivocal assignment of all (1)H and (13)C NMR data. The determination of all (1)H/(1)H coupling constants and all signal multiplicities, together with the elimination of previous ambiguities were also achieved.  相似文献

A novel complex of monomeric thallium (Ⅲ) with the nitrogen donor ligand phenanthroline (phen) has been prepared and characterized by multimuclear NMR(^1H,^13C,^205Tl). The three complexes exist in equilibria in DMSO and acetonitrile solution, which was proved by the ^205Tl NMR spectra. The ^1H and ^13C NMR spectra of tris-phen T1(Ⅲ) complex have been measured, where the spin-spin coupling between T1(I=1/2) and ^13C or ^1H signals were observed with the ^1H and ^13C NMR spectroscopy in acetonitrile. The coupling constants are presented and the chemical shifts of complexes are discussed in detail.  相似文献

Three isomers of C70H10 were prepared by Zn(Cu) reduction of C70. Three chromatographic bands were identified as C70H10 species by MALDI-FT mass spectrometry, and these compounds were isolated by repeated HPLC treatments. The major isomer (2) was characterized by 1H and 13C NMR, while the minor isomers 3-4 were isolated in such small quantities that only 1H NMR analysis was possible. 1H-coupled and 1H-decoupled 13C NMR of 2 established a 7,8,19,26,33,37,45,49,53,63-substitution pattern. This assignment was confirmed by HMBC and DFQ-COSY experiments. This structure is completely reasonable, as we found that 2 results exclusively from reduction of the 7,19,23,27,33,37,44,53-C70H8 that is formed in the course of the Zn(Cu) reduction of C70.  相似文献

An array of NMR spectroscopy experiments have been carried out to obtain conformationally dependent (1)H,(13)C- and (13)C,(13)C-spin-spin coupling constants in the trisaccharide α-L-Rhap-(1 → 2)[α-L-Rhap-(1 → 3)]-α-L-Rhap-OMe. The trisaccharide was synthesized with (13)C site-specific labeling at C2' and C2″, i.e. in the rhamnosyl groups in order to alleviate (1)H spectral overlap. This facilitated the measurement of a key trans-glycosidic proton-proton cross-relaxation rate using 1D (1)H,(1)H-T-ROESY experiments as well as a (3)J(C, H) coupling employing 1D (1)H,(13)C-long-range experiments, devoid of potential interference from additional J coupling. By means of both the natural abundance compound and the (13)C-labeled sample 2D (1)H,(13)C-J-HMBC and (1)H,(13)C-HSQC-HECADE NMR experiments, total line-shape analysis of (1)H NMR spectra and 1D (13)C NMR experiments were employed to extract (3)J(C, H) , (2)J(C, H), (3)J(C, C), and (1)J(C, C) coupling constants. The (13)C site-specific labeling facilitates straightforward determination of (n)J(C, C) as the splitting of the (13)C natural abundance resonances. This study resulted in eight conformationally dependent coupling constants for the trisaccharide and illustrates the use of (13)C site-specific labeling as a valuable approach that extends the 1D and 2D NMR methods in current use to attain both hetero- and homonuclear spin-spin coupling constants that subsequently can be utilized for conformational analysis.  相似文献

结合1H, 13C NMR, DEPT, COSY, HSQC, HMBC谱和碳氟偶合裂分行为, 对酸性及碱性溶液中氧氟沙星(Ofloxacin, OFL)的1H和13C谱分别进行归属, 研究了哌嗪环亚甲基构成的AA'BB'复杂自旋体系中各H的化学位移. 发现噁嗪环上的甲基处于直立键; 5H在酸性溶液中化学位移移向低场, 这可能与形成C—H…O弱氢键有关; 在碱性溶液中, OFL的羧基变为羧酸根, 造成羧基和羰基周围碳原子上π电子重新分布, 导致相应C的化学位移和碳氟偶合常数发生明显变化.  相似文献

报道了(s)-多沙唑嗪的1H、13C、DEPT、1H-1H COSY等的NMR波谱数据, 并对1H、13C NMR信号进行了指认. (s)-多沙唑嗪分子中含有9个季碳原子, 其中绝大部分通过常规实验的方法难以指认. 应用量子化学规范不变原子轨道(GIAO)的Becke-3-Lee-Yang-Parr(B3LYP)和Hartree-Fock(HF)方法, 分别在6-21G基组下计算了标题化合物的13C NMR化学位移值. 计算结果表明, 理论计算数据与实验结果吻合较好, 可以帮助对(s)-多沙唑嗪季碳原子NMR位移信号进行指认.  相似文献

用FTIR, 1 H NMR和 13 C NMR分析乙丙共聚物的序列结构与链节比. 通过对乙丙共聚物 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR和 13 C-1 H二维核磁共振谱的综合分析, 提出了与前人不同的归属, 并提出了不同位置碳原子积分面积相关性分析方法, 该方法避免了烦琐的理论计算, 可简便地得到乙丙共聚物的主要序列结构. 通过比较 1 H NMR和 13 C NMR计算乙丙共聚物中乙烯、 丙烯链节比, 表明可以用 1 H NMR代替 13 C NMR完成对乙丙共聚物中乙烯、 丙烯链节比的定量计算.  相似文献

The complete assignments of the (1)H and (13)C NMR spectra of the hallucinogenic neoclerodane diterpenoid salvinorin A were determined in three different NMR solvents using HSQC, HMBC and COSY. Solvent systems are described that allow the resolution of all (1)H signals. Virtual coupling was observed for the protons at C-2, C-3 and C-4 in the 600 MHz (1)H spectrum in CDCl(3). 利用核磁共振波谱技术研究了不同浓度硫酸溶液中氧氟沙星(OFL)的1H,19F和13C核磁共振谱,对不同硫酸浓度引起的δH,δF,δC和JFC耦合常数的变化进行比较分析,由此推测其结构状态.综合1H,19F和13C核磁共振谱特点及其变化,提出OFL分子在强酸性环境中N1'被进一步质子化的结构模型.在浓硫酸溶液中,N1'被进一步质子化,并与F9形成氢键(N1'—H+┈F9),该结构使分子的共轭程度大幅降低,导致其荧光发射波长、荧光激发波长及紫外吸收波长均发生蓝移.硫酸溶液中氧氟酸和甲基氧氟沙星的荧光光谱行为进一步证明了OFL分子在浓硫酸溶液中质子化模型的合理性.  相似文献
