Polycrystalline samples of M-type hexaferrites BaFe12−2xRuxZnxO19 and BaFe12−2xRuxCoxO19 with 0x0.45 have been prepared by a classical sintering method. The evolutions with x of the cell parameters, the saturation magnetization and the magnetic transition temperature have been measured; in this range of small doping ratios, saturation magnetization and Curie temperature of substituted hexaferrites remain close to those of the undoped BaFe12O19. X-ray diffraction measurements on oriented powders show that a change of magnetocrystalline anisotropy from axial to planar occurs in both cases for a small substituting ratio xc=0.375. Microwave electromagnetic characteristics have been studied on the ceramic samples from 0.1 to 10 GHz. The behaviour of the magnetic losses (μ″) corroborates the anisotropy change when doping; a convolution of the dissipation mechanisms (domain wall motions and gyromagnetism) is obtained for xc. The level of the magnetic losses is discussed in relation with others substituted Ba-hexaferrites.  相似文献

采用快速液相烧结法制备BiFeO3和Bi0.95Dy0.05Fe1-xCoxO3 (x=0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.15)陶瓷样品. 实验结果表明: 所有样品的主衍射峰与纯相BiFeO3相符合且具有良好的晶体结构, 随着Co3+掺杂量的增大, Bi0.95Dy0.05Fe1-xCoxO3样品的主 衍射峰由双峰(104)与(110)逐渐重叠为单峰(110), 当掺杂量x>0.05时, 样品呈现正方晶系结构; SEM形貌分析可知: Dy3+, Co3+共掺杂使BiFeO3晶粒尺度由原来的3—5 μ减小到约1 μ. 室温下, BiFeO3样品表现出较弱的铁磁性, 随着Dy3+和Co3+掺杂, BiFeO3样品的铁磁性显著提高. 在外加磁场为30 kOe的作用下, Bi0.95Dy0.05Fe1-xCoxO3 (x=0.05, 0.1, 0.15)的Mr分别为0.43, 0.489, 0.973 emu/g; MS分别为0.77, 1.65, 3.08 emu/g. BiFeO3和Bi0.95Dy0.05Fe1-xCoxO3样品磁矩M随着温度T的升高而逐渐减小, Dy掺杂使BiFeO3样品的TN由644 K升高到648 K, 而TC基本没有变化. Dy和Co共掺杂导致BiFeO3样品磁相变温度TC由870 K降低到780 K, 其TC变化主要取决于Fe-O-Fe反铁磁超交换作用的强弱和磁结构的相对稳定性. 关键词: 铁磁电材料 磁滞回线 磁相变温度  相似文献

The conductivity measurements on polycrystalline samples have been obtained by ac techniques and the ionic transference number has been calculated by charge/discharge d.c. technique. In the LiCr1-xAlxTiO4 (0≤x≤0.4) spinel systems, at low x, the solid solutions are predominantly electronic conductors but on increasing x, the level of electronic conductivity decreases giving rise to materials that are mixed conductors.  相似文献

The magnetic properties and magnetocaloric effect(MCE) in EuTi_(1-x)Co_xO_3(x = 0, 0.025, 0.05, 0.075, 0.1) compounds have been investigated. When the Ti~(4+) ions were substituted by Co2+ions, the delicate balance was changed between antiferromagnetic(AFM) and ferromagnetic(FM) phases in the EuTiO_3 compound. In EuTi_(1-x)Co_xO_3 system, a giant reversible MCE and large refrigerant capacity(RC) were observed without hysteresis. The values of -?S_M~(max) were evaluated to be around 10 J·kg~(-1)·K~(-1) for EuTi_(0.95)Co_(0.05)O_3 under a magnetic field change of 10 kOe. The giant reversible MCE and large RC suggests that EuTi_(1-x)Co_xO_3 series could be considered as good candidate materials for low-temperature and low-field magnetic refrigerant.  相似文献

采用溶胶凝胶法制备Bi1-xCaxFeO3 (x=0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.15, 0.2)陶瓷样品. X衍射图谱表明所有样品的主衍射峰均与纯相BiFeO3相符合且具有良好的晶体结构. 随着x的增大, Bi1-xCaxFeO3样品的主衍射峰由双峰(104)与(110) 逐渐重叠为单峰(110), 当x ≥0.15时, 样品呈现正方晶系结构; 扫描电镜形貌分析可知, 晶粒由原来的0.5 μm逐渐增大到2 μm. Bi1-xCaxFeO3样品介电常数和介电损耗随着x 的增加先增大而后减小. 当f=1 kHz, Bi0.9Ca0.1FeO3 的介电常数达到最大值, 是BiFeO3的7.5倍, 而Bi0.8Ca0.2FeO3的介电常数达到最小值, 仅仅是BiFeO3的十分之一. Bi1-xCaxFeO3样品所呈现的介电特性是由偶极子取向极化和空间电荷限制电流两种极化机理共同作用的结果. 随着Ca2+ 的引入, BiFeO3 样品的铁磁性显著提高. X射线光电子能谱图表明Fe2+和Fe3+ 共存于Bi1-xCaxFeO3 样品中, Fe2+/Fe3+比例随着Ca2+ 掺杂量的增加而增大, 证明Ca2+掺杂增加了Fe2+的含量, 增强BiFeO3的铁磁特性. 从M-T曲线观察到BiFeO3样品在878 K附近发生铁磁相变, 示差扫描量热法测试再次证明BiFeO3 在878 K发生相变. Ca2+掺杂使BiFeO3样品的TN略有变化而TM基本不变, 其主要原因是Fe-O-Fe反铁磁超交换作用的强弱和磁结构相对稳定.  相似文献

A study of the magnetic and microstructural properties of the M-type Ti4+-doped Barium hexaferrite according to the stoichiometric formulation BaFe(12−(4/3)x)TixO19 with x=0, 0.6, 0.8 and 1.0, has been reported. The XRD and magnetic analysis show a variation of the host lattice parameters and a decrease in the values of remnant magnetization and magnetic anisotropy with Ti4+ content. The behavior of magnetic properties of materials is explained by the combined effect of the coherent rotation of the magnetic domains and the replacements of Fe3+ by Ti4+ ions in the octahedral and tetrahedral sites.  相似文献

A 27Al nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) investigation at room temperature of the Pb1 − xAlxF2 + x (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.12) solid solution and of the ordered Pb9Al2F24 phase is carried out. Two different types of aluminium ions are identified and their ratio is determined as a function of x. A clustering process based on the formation of column clusters, more and more extended when x increases, is proposed on the basis of results issued from the 19F (Part I) and 27Al NMR investigations.  相似文献

Solid solutions of In_(2(1-x)(HfMg)_xMo_3O_(12) are synthesized by solid state reaction with the aim to reduce the phase transition temperature of In_2Mo_3O_(12) and improve its thermal expansion property.The effects of(HfMg)~(6+) incorporation on the phase transition and thermal expansion are investigated.It is shown that the monoclinic-to-orthorhombic phase transition temperature obviously decreases and the coefficient of thermal expansion(CTE) of the orthorhombic becomes less negative and approaches to zero with increasing the content of(HfMg)~(6+).A near zero thermal expansion covering the case at room temperature(RT) is achieved for the solid solutions with x ≥ 0.85,implying potential applications of this material in many fields.  相似文献

本文通过在新固相源中添加Ni2O3的方法, 采用顶部籽晶熔渗生长工艺(TSIG)制备出组分为(1-x) (Gd2O3+1.2BaCuO2)+x Ni2O3、直径为20 mm的单畴GdBCO 超导块材(其中x = 0, 0.02, 0.06, 0.10, 0.14, 0.18, 0.30, 0.50 wt%), 并研究了Ni2O3的掺杂量x对样品的表面生长形貌、微观结构、临界温度Tc、磁悬浮力以及俘获磁通密度的影响. 研究结果表明, 当Ni2O3的掺杂量x在0–0.50 wt%的范围内时, 均可制备出单畴性良好的样品, 且Ni2O3的掺杂对样品中Gd211粒子的分布和粒径没有明显的影响. 在Ni2O3的掺杂量x从0增加到0.50 wt%的过程中, 样品的临界温度Tc呈现下降的趋势, 从x=0时的92.5 K下降到x=0.50 wt%时的86.5 K, 这是由于Ni3 +替代GdBCO晶体中Cu2 +所致; 样品磁悬浮力和俘获磁通密度均呈现先增大后减小的变化规律, x=0.14 wt%时, 磁悬浮力达到最大值34.2 N, x=0.10 wt%时, 俘获磁通密度达到最大值0.354 T. 样品磁悬浮力和俘获磁通密度的变化规律与Ni2O3的掺杂量x有密切关系, 只有当掺杂量x合适时, Ni3+对Cu2 +的替代既不会造成Tc的明显下降, 但又能产生适量的Ni3 +/Cu2+ 晶格畸变, 从而达到提高样品磁通钉扎能力和超导性能的效果.  相似文献

We report an investigation on the single crystal growth, magnetic and transport properties of EuIn2(As1-xPx)2 (0≤x≤ 1). The physical properties of axion insulator candidate EuIn2As2 can be effectively tuned by P-doping. With increasing x, the c-axis lattice parameter decreases linearly, the magnetic transition temperature gradually increases and ferromagnetic interactions are enhanced. This is similar to the previously reported high pressure effect on EuIn2As2. For x=0.40, a spin glass state at Tg=10 K emerges together with the observations of a butter-fly shaped magnetic hysteresis and slow magnetic behavior. Besides, magnetic transition has great influence on the charge carriers in this system and negative colossal magnetoresistance is observed for all P-doped samples. Our findings suggest that EuIn2(As1-xPx)2 is a promising material playground for exploring novel topological states.  相似文献

A 19F-NMR investigation of the Pb1 − xAlxF2 + x (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.12) solid solution and of the ordered Pb9Al2F24 phase is undertaken as a function of temperature. Several F ion groups become progressively mobile at the NMR time scale at increasing temperature, the first, (Fi)pb and (Fn)pb, are located in the surroundings of Pb2+ cations, the second ones, (Frd)AI and (Fra)Al, in that of Al3+ cations. Four types of fluoride ions are distinguished in the 19F-NMR spectra of rigid lattice at low temperature (T = 175 K) and the distribution of fluoride ions among the four sites is determined by deconvolution of the spectra registered. The sites occupied by the (Fn)pb anions are identified with the normal anionic sites of the fluorite network, the others with different interstitial sites.  相似文献

采用固相反应法制备Sm_(1-x)Ca_xFeO_3(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3)样品,研究Ca~(2+)掺杂对SmFeO_3介电性能、铁磁性及磁相变温度的影响.X射线衍射图谱分析表明:所有样品的主衍射峰与SmFe03相符合且具有良好的晶体结构.随着x的增加,SmFeO_3样品的晶粒尺寸由原来的0.5μm逐渐增大到2μm.当f=1 kHz时,Sm_(1-x)Ca_xFeO_3(x=0.1,0.2,0.3)样品的ε_r分别是SmFe03的5倍、3倍和2.6倍,而tgσ增大一个数量级.在3T磁场作用下,SmFe03样品的M-H呈线性,随着x的增加,M-H逐渐趋向饱和,Sm_(1-x)Ca_xFeO_3(x=0.1,0.2,0.3)样品的M_r分别是SmFeO_3的20倍、31倍和68倍.X射线光电子能谱分析表明:Fe~(2+)和Fe3+共存于Sm_(1-x)Ca_xFeO_3样品中,Fe~(2+)/Fe~(3+)比例随着x的增加而增大,证明Ca~(2+)掺杂增加了Fe~(2+)的含量,形成Fe~(2+)—O~(2-)—Fe~(3+)超交换作用,增强SmFe03的铁磁特性.测量了Sm_(1-x)Ca_xFeO_3样品在外加磁场为1000 Oe(1 Oe=79.5775 A/m)的M-T变化关系,观测到其自旋重组温度(T_(SR))和尼尔温度(T_N)分别为438 K和687 K,发现SmFe03样品的T_(SR)和T_N均随着x的增加向低温方向移动,当x=0.3时,自旋重组现象消失.这主要是SmFeO_3样品磁结构的稳定性和Fe~(3+)—O~(2-)—Fe~(3+)及Sm~(3+)—O~(2-)—Fe~(3+)超交换三者共同作用的结果.  相似文献

A series of apatite-type La–Ge–O ceramics were prepared and their cation-defect at the 4f+6h sites and oxide ion-defect at 2a site were investigated. In LaxGe6O12+1.5x ceramics of x=6–12, the higher conductivities were obtained in the region of apatite composition, Lax(GeO4)6O1.5x−12 (x=8–9.33), and the highest conductivity was achieved for La9(GeO4)6O1.5 (x=9), where the number of cation (La3+) occupying the 4f+6h sites is 9 and the number of oxide ion occupying the 2a site is 1.5. The ceramics with cation- and oxide ion-defects were La9−0.66xSrx(GeO4)6O1.5 (x=0–1), La9−1.33xZrx(GeO4)6O1.5 (x=0–1), La9−xSrx(GeO4)6O1.5−0.5x (x=0–3), La9−xZrx(GeO4)6O1.5+0.5x (x=0–1), Lax(GeO4)3x−21(AsO4)27−3xO1.5 (x=0–3), Lax(GeO4)33−3x(AlO4)3x−27O1.5 (x=0–3), La9(GeO4)6−x (AlO4)xO1.5−0.5x (x=0–3), La9(GeO4)6−x(AsO4)xO1.5+0.5x (x=0–1), La9.33−xSrx(GeO4)6O2−0.5x (x=0–1.2) and Lax(GeO4)4.5(AlO4)1.5O1.5x−12.75 (x=8.8–9.83), which were prepared by the partial substitution of La3+and GeO44−of the basic apatite La9(GeO4)6O1.5 with Sr2+ or Zr4+ and AlO45− or AsO43−. Such substitutions lowered the conductivity of La9(GeO4)6O1.5. These results were discussed by the electrostatic interaction between Sr2+, Zr4+, AlO45− or AsO43− and oxide ion as a conductive species.  相似文献

Superconductivity in polycrystalline YBa2AlxCu(3−x)O7−δ materials was characterized by dynamic AC and quasistatic DC magnetometry. Intragranular persistent current density and low-loss intergranular critical current density were deduced using DC and AC techniques, respectively. Addition of aluminum produced modest increases in the intragranular persistent current for x < 0.2, but drastically reduced the intergranular critical current density for x = 0.2. The critical temperature Tc for superconductivity decreased only 4% for Al content up to x = 0.2.  相似文献

New Scheelite-related solid solutions of the compositions Nax/2Bi1−x/2MoxV1−xO4 (0≤x≤1) and Bi1−x/3 MoxV1−xO4(0≤x≤0.2) have been synthesised by the substitution of Na and Mo at the A and B sites respectively of the ABO4 type ferroelastic BiVO4. The phases were characterised using chemical analysis, powder X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, EDAX, and Raman spectroscopy. While almost a continuous solid solution is obtained for the series Nax/2Bi1−x/2MoxV1−xO4, the absence of Na at the A-site results only in a narrow stability region for the other series, Bi1−x/3 MoxV1−xO4 where 0≤x≤0.2. Raman spectra of selected samples at room temperature also suggest that vanadium and molybdenum atoms are disordered at the tetrahedral sites.  相似文献

The magnetic behaviors of granular (Fe65Co35)x(Al2O3)1−x films have been examined. The results show that the coercivity at 5 K first increases sharply from 80 Oe for x = 0.1 to 700 Oe for x = 0.3 and then drops with increasing x. This behavior differs from the system of Fe-SiO2. Considering the interfacial area, we can theoretically explain the difference between these systems. It is concluded that the peak value of coercivity becomes smaller and occurs at a lower value of x for a more rapidly increasing granular size with volume fraction.  相似文献

Oxide ion conductivity of the pure and aliovalent ion substituted rare-earth pyrohafnates in the series RE2−xSrxHf2O7 and RE2Hf2−xAlxO7 (RE=Gd and Nd; x=0–0.2) has been explored in the temperature range 400°C–700°C for the first time. It is seen that, conductivity is enhanced by doping 5 atom% Sr at the rare–earth site in these systems. Well defined impedance plots due to grain interior and grain boundary resistances were obtained in the Gd pyrohafnate with Sr substitution. The results of the conductivity variation for the pure, Sr and Al doped phases are explained on the basis of pyrochlore structure.  相似文献

The magnetic measurements performed on xFe2O3(1-x)[B2O3 · PbO] glasses show that for x 5 mol.% Fe2O3 the thermal variation of reciprocal susceptibility obeys a Curie behaviour. For higher iron content, at T 50 K, a nonlinear variation, typical for systems with random distribution of exchange interactions is observed. At greater temperatures than 50 K a Curie-Weiss behaviour is shown. The composition dependence of the Curie constants is analysed in correlation with the number of Fe3+ and Fe2+ ions as determined from Mössbauer effect measurements. A comparison with the data obtained in case of xFe2O3(1-x)[3B2O3 · PbO] glasses is made.  相似文献

采用密度泛函理论的平面波超软赝势计算方法,对不同W掺杂浓度下β-Ga2O3的导电性能进行研究.计算了β-Ga2(1-x)W2x O3(x=0,0.0625,0.125)的优化参数、总态密度和能带结构.结果表明,W掺入β-Ga2O3使Ga2(1-x)W2x O3材料的体积增大,总能量升高,稳定性降低.当W的掺杂量较小时,其电子迁移率较大,导电性能也很强.当增加W的掺杂量,Ga2(1-x)W2x O3材料的平均电子有效质量就略有增大,能隙变得越窄,这与实验的变化趋势相一致.  相似文献

The appearance of ferromagnetism in Y(Co1−xAlx)2 is discussed in terms of a d band model. The approximate d bands for YCo2 and Y(Co1−x)2 are calculated and the decrease in the electronic energy due to magnetization of the spin of estimated. The energy decrease is the largest in YCo2, and it gradually decreases as the Al content increases, if the lattice constant is fixed, while this energy decrease increases if the lattice constant increases with increasing Al content. These results of calculations give a good account of the appearance of ferromagnetism in Y(Co1−xAlx)2 around x = 0.15. The ferromagnetism in Sc(CO1−xAlx)2 is also discussed, leading to the appearance of ferromagnetism between x = 0.15 and 0.30.  相似文献
