The enhancement of the precision of phase estimation in quantum metrology is investigated by employing weak measurement (WM) and quantum measurement reversal (QMR). We derive the exact expressions of the optimal quantum Fisher information (QFI) and success probability of phase estimation for an exactly solving model consisting of a qubit interacting with a structured reservoir. We show that the QFI can be obviously enhanced by means of the WM and QMR in different regimes. In addition, we also show that the magnitude of the decoherence involved in the WM and QMR can be a general complex number, which extends the applicable scope of the WM and QMR approach.  相似文献

A novel scheme is proposed to estimate three environmental parameters, the detuning, the temperature and the squeezing strength with one-qubit or two-qubit probes. Quantum Fisher information and the fidelity of the atom probes are calculated. When the detuning between the frequency of cavity field and the atomic transition frequency is estimated, the dynamics of quantum Fisher information shows oscillatory and rising behaviors. To estimate the temperature of the thermal reservoir, the one-qubit probe with the superposition initial state is more favorable than the two-qubit probe with the entangled initial state. When the squeezing strength of the squeezed vacuum reservoir is estimated, we find that the estimation precision is significantly improved by utilizing the two-qubit probe with the maximal entangled initial state. Our work provides a potential application in the open quantum system and quantum information processing.  相似文献

Adopting the Milburn decoherence model, we investigate the performance of quantum Fisher information of the twoqutrit isotropic Heisenberg XY chain under decoherence. We find that the quantum Fisher information with respect to the decoherence rate and the magnetic field decreases exponentially in the long-time limit, which significantly reduces the precision of optimal quantum estimation. We also show that with the increase of the decoherence rate or the magnetic field,the QFIs go down considerably. Furthermore, we find that the precision of optimal quantum estimation can be enhanced by the entanglement in the input state.  相似文献

Quantum Fisher information is related to the problem of parameter estimation.Recently,a criterion has been proposed for entanglement in multipartite systems based on quantum Fisher information.This paper studies the behaviours of quantum Fisher information in the quantum kicked top model,whose classical correspondence can be chaotic.It finds that,first,detected by quantum Fisher information,the quantum kicked top is entangled whether the system is in chaotic or in regular case.Secondly,the quantum Fisher information is larger in chaotic case than that in regular case,which means,the system is more sensitive in the chaotic case.  相似文献

本文采用最大似然估计和贝叶斯分析两种方法,对双数态输入型马赫-曾德尔干涉仪中的量子相位估计进行研究.通过对干涉仪输出端粒子数差和宇称进行理论计算和数值模拟,发现采用贝叶斯分析和粒子数差测量的组合,可以在全相位空间实现最优测量,即待估相位精度达到由量子克拉美罗下界所给定的测量极限,同时,利用贝叶斯分析进行相位估计所需样本数较最大似然估计更少.在通过宇称测量进行相位估计的研究中,发现无法利用贝叶斯分析实现相位估计,但可采用最大似然估计进行研究.借助蒙特卡洛数值模拟分析,我们验证了理论计算结果,即相位估计精度会随待估相位θ0的变化而改变,将其与粒子数差测量结果对比,进一步确认了粒子数差测量方案的优越性.  相似文献

分数阶混沌系统参数估计的本质是多维参数优化问题, 其对于实现分数阶混沌控制与同步至关重要. 提出一种基于量子并行特性的粒子群优化新算法, 用于解决分数阶混沌的系统参数估计问题. 利用量子计算的并行特性, 设计出了一种新的量子编码, 使每代运算的可计算次数呈指数增加. 在此基础上, 构建了由量子当前旋转角、个体最优旋转角和全局最优旋转角共同组成的粒子演化方程, 以约束粒子在量子空间中的运动行为, 使算法的搜索能力得到了较大提高. 以分数阶Lorenz混沌系统和分数阶Chen混沌系统的参数估计为例, 进行了未知参数估计的数值仿真, 结果显示本算法具有良好的有效性、鲁棒性和通用性.  相似文献

量子Fisher信息(QFI)是量子度量学中的一个重要物理量,可给出预估参数精度的最优值.本文研究如何引入弱测量和测量反转操作,来提高有限温环境下以Greenberger-Horne-Zeilinger态作为量子通道的隐形传态过程中的QFI.依据隐形传态过程中量子比特的传输情形,考虑了三种不同方案相应的QFI.首先,通过构造每种量子隐形传态方案的量子线路图,分析了QFI与推广振幅衰减噪声参数的变化关系.随后对各种方案中的受噪声粒子施加弱测量和测量反转操作,并对相应的部分测量参数进行优化,着重探讨了施加最优部分测量操作后QFI的改进量.结果表明,经过优化后的部分测量操作能有效提高有限温环境下量子隐形传态过程输出态的QFI;而且量子系统所处的环境温度越低,QFI的提高效果可越显著.  相似文献

Recently, it has been shown that the quantum Fisher information via local observables and via local measurements (i.e., local quantum Fisher information (LQFI)) is a central concept in quantum estimation and quantum metrology and captures the quantumness of correlations in multi-component quantum system (Kim et al. (2018) [28]). This new discord-like measure is very similar to the quantum correlations measure called local quantum uncertainty (LQU). In the present study, we have revealed that LQU is bounded by LQFI in the phase estimation protocol. Also, a comparative study between these two quantum correlations quantifiers is addressed for the quantum Heisenberg XY model. Two distinct situations are considered. The first one concerns the anisotropic XY model and the second situation concerns isotropic XY model submitted to an external magnetic field. Our results confirm that LQFI reveals more quantum correlations than LQU.  相似文献

We derive a general phase-matching condition(PMC) for enhancement of sensitivity in SU(1,1) interferometers. Under this condition, the quantum Fisher information(QFI) of two-mode SU(1,1) interferometry becomes maximal with respect to the relative phase of two modes, for the case of an arbitrary state in one input port and an even(odd) state in the other port, and the phase sensitivity is enhanced. We also find that optimal parameters can let the QFI in some areas achieve the Heisenberg limit for both pure and mixed initial states. As examples, we consider several input states: coherent and even coherent states, squeezed vacuum and even coherent states, squeezed thermal and even coherent states. Furthermore, in the realistic scenario of the photon loss channel, we investigate the effect of photon losses on QFI with numerical studies. We find the PMC remains unchanged and is not affected by the transmission coefficients for the above input states. Our results suggest that the PMC can exist in various kinds of interferometers and the phase-matching is robust to even strong photon losses.  相似文献

量子关联是量子信息、量子计算与量子计量领域的重要资源, 在量子纠缠和贝尔非局域性中, 两子系统起着同等关键的作用, Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen (EPR)量子引导关联的强度介于量子纠缠和贝尔非局域性之间, 对单向EPR量子引导关联而言两子系统的作用不对等. 本文研究了双模Bose-Hubbard模型中模间量子关联的动态特性, 揭示了EPR量子引导关联的取向对系统初态模间交换对称性的依赖关系. 根据Hillery-Zubairy纠缠判据以及基于最大平均量子Fisher信息的纠缠判据考察了系统初态对模间量子纠缠演化规律的影响. 如果模间耦合强度远大于同一势阱内粒子间的相互作用, 初始处于SU(2)相干态的系统在具有确定的两子系统交换对称性的条件下, 其量子关联呈现简单的周期性演化规律; 当这种对称性破缺时, 模间量子关联的演化呈现较复杂的崩塌与回复现象.  相似文献

Continuous-variable quantum key distribution(CVQKD)allows legitimate parties to extract and exchange secret keys.However,the tradeoff between the secret key rate and the accuracy of parameter estimation still around the present CVQKD system.In this paper,we suggest an approach for parameter estimation of the CVQKD system via artificial neural networks(ANN),which can be merged in post-processing with less additional devices.The ANN-based training scheme,enables key prediction without exposing any raw key.Experimental results show that the error between the predicted values and the true ones is in a reasonable range.The CVQKD system can be improved in terms of the secret key rate and the parameter estimation,which involves less additional devices than the traditional CVQKD system.  相似文献

In a quantum key distribution(QKD)system,the error rate needs to be estimated for determining the joint probability distribution between legitimate parties,and for improving the performance of key reconciliation.We propose an efficient error estimation scheme for QKD,which is called parity comparison method(PCM).In the proposed method,the parity of a group of sifted keys is practically analysed to estimate the quantum bit error rate instead of using the traditional key sampling.From the simulation results,the proposed method evidently improves the accuracy and decreases revealed information in most realistic application situations.  相似文献

We theoretically study the quantum Fisher information(QFI) of the SU(1,1) interferometer with phase shifts in two arms by coherent ? squeezed vacuum state input, and give the comparison with the result of phase shift only in one arm.Different from the traditional Mach–Zehnder interferometer, the QFI of single-arm case for an SU(1,1) interferometer can be slightly higher or lower than that of two-arm case, which depends on the intensities of the two arms of the interferometer.For coherent ? squeezed vacuum state input with a fixed mean photon number, the optimal sensitivity is achieved with a squeezed vacuum input in one mode and the vacuum input in the other.  相似文献

Information about a classical parameter encoded in a quantum state can only decrease if the state undergoes a non-unitary evolution, arising from the interaction with an environment. However, instantaneous control unitaries may be used to mitigate the decrease of information caused by an open dynamics. A possible, locally optimal (in time) choice for such controls is the one that maximises the time-derivative of the quantum Fisher information (QFI) associated with a parameter encoded in an initial state. In this study, we focus on a single bosonic mode subject to a Markovian, thermal master equation, and determine analytically the optimal time-local control of the QFI for its initial squeezing angle (optical phase) and strength. We show that a single initial control operation is already optimal for such cases and quantitatively investigate situations where the optimal control is applied after the open dynamical evolution has begun.  相似文献

借助于演化算法的自组织、自适应和自学习特征,本文提出了基于演化算法的参数辨识方案,并利用经典的Lorenz方程进行了数值仿真试验,研究了参数辨识方案对于单参数、双参数以及Lorenz系统三个参数完全未知时的性能.数值试验结果表明,新方法能够很好的对未知参数进行较为快速、准确的辨识,但存在对多个参数同时搜索时速度较慢的缺陷.鉴于此,将演化算法变异操作中的参数变异范围附加一种约束机理,试验结果表明,这一约束机理有效地提高了多参数估计中算法的收敛速度.  相似文献

Non-classical quantum effects allow light with local sub-Poissonian fluctuations below shot noise to be produced. We show that using such light can improve the estimation precision of a parameter in an image beyond the standard Poissonian limit. This benefit is theoretically investigated by means of a phenomenological model of local sub-Poissonian noise which assumes the independence of the fluctuations in each pixel. In particular, a bound on the best precision expectable independently of the exact unbiased estimation protocol used, which is given by the Cramer-Rao bound, is determined from this model. The numerical simulations presented in the special case of the estimation of a displacement of an image perturbed with local sub-Poissonian noise show that a standard estimator can overcome the classical Poissonian limit by reaching this limit precision only beyond a certain value of the photon flux which we characterize. We eventually present some numerical results that demonstrate the generality of the model proposed, of the optimality bounds and of the estimator performance.  相似文献

量子度量学是研究量子测量与统计推断的一门学科,主要利用量子手段来提高参数估计的精度,在量子信息处理与测量中起到关键作用.量子参数估计的一般过程包含四个步骤:探针态的制备、参数化过程、对参数化后的输出态进行测量以及根据测量结果估计待测参数.其中探针态的选取对测量精度起着至关重要的作用.然而在实际的量子探针态的制备过程中,初始探针态会受到环境噪声的影响.目前人们已经研究了W态与Greenberger-Horne-Zeilinger(GHZ)态的量子Fisher信息(QFI)在典型噪声通道下的变化行为.由于W态与GHZ态有着不同的纠缠性质,对于W态与GHZ态的叠加态的QFI动力学研究具有重要的实际意义.故此,本文主要研究典型噪声通道对这两种状态的叠加态的QFI动力学行为的影响,得出了QFI随噪声参数的变化行为.结果表明,叠加态中W态组分可明显对抗相位阻尼噪声对探针态的QFI的影响,而其中的GHZ态组分可明显对抗振幅阻尼噪声的影响,从而为在实际环境中选取高精度的参数估计过程提供参考.  相似文献
