A series of L-mode discharges have been conducted in the new ‘corner slot’ divertor on the Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak (EAST) to study the divertor plasma behavior through sweeping strike point. The plasma control system controls the strike point sweeping from the horizontal target to the vertical target through poloidal field coils, with keeping the main plasma stability. The surface temperature of the divertor target cools down as the strike point moves away, indicating that sweeping strike point mitigates the heat load. To avoid the negative effect of probe tip damage, a method based on sweeping strike point is used to get the normalized profile and study the decay length of particle and heat flux on the divertor target λjs, λq. In the discharges with high radio-frequency (RF) heating power, electron temperature Te is lower and λjs is larger when the strike point locates on the horizontal target compared to the vertical target, probably due to the corner effect. In the Ohmic discharges, λjs, λq are much larger compared to the discharges with high RF heating power, which may be attributed to lower edge Te.  相似文献

Study of transport in the boundary layer of tokamak plasma in presence of magnetic divertors is extended to the second order in ion collision frequency. Numerical results for ion and energy losses to the collector plates are presented for toroidal and poloidal divertors. For the toroidal case, the Wiener-Hopf solution for the second order distribution function is obtained. An error occurring in an earlier first order calculation is pointed out and corrected first order fluxes are also given. For the poloidal divertor, asymmetry observed in ion and energy transport is found to persist in the second order result.  相似文献

To investigate the radiative divertor behavior and physics for the scenario of impurity seeded plasma in ITER, the radiative divertor experiments with argon(Ar) seeding under ITER-like tungsten divertor condition were carried out during recent EAST campaigns. The experimental results reveal the high efficiency of reducing heat load and particle flux onto the divertor targets owing to increased radiation by Ar seeding. We achieve detached plasmas in these experiments. The inner–outer divertor asymmetry reduces after Ar seeding. Impurities, such as Ar, C, Li, and W, exist in the entire space of the vacuum chamber during EAST operations, and play important roles in power exhausting and accelerating the plasma detachment process. It is remarkable that the contamination of the core plasma is observed using Ar seeding owing to the sputtering of plasma facing components(PFCs), particularly when Ar impurity is injected from the upper tungsten divertor.  相似文献

偏滤器是托卡马克中与等离子体直接接触的部件,为了保证装置的寿命,需要尽可能地减小等离子体对偏滤器靶板的侵蚀.本文用粒子模拟的方法研究了不同等离子体温度情况下碳和铍两种杂质离子对钨偏滤器侵蚀速率的影响.模拟首先得到稳定的鞘层结构、入射到靶板的离子流和能流密度,并通过统计获得了入射离子的能量和角度分布,最终根据这些物理参量,采用经验公式计算出钨靶板的侵蚀速率.研究表明,在等离子体温度不太高的情况下,钨靶板的热侵蚀几乎不起作用,而由于杂质离子对钨的物理溅射阈值较低,并且会通过鞘层加速获得能量,因此其对钨壁材料的物理溅射是导致靶板侵蚀的主要原因,另外靶板材料的侵蚀速率随着等离子体温度升高以及杂质含量增大而急剧增大.  相似文献

Neon (Ne) seeding is used to cool the edge plasma by radiation to protect the divertor tungsten (W) target in the Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak (EAST). The W sputtering in the outer divertor target with Ne seeding is assessed by the divertor visible spectroscopy system. It is observed that the W sputtering flux initially increases with Ne concentration in the divertor despite the decreasing plasma temperature. After reaching a maximum around 25 eV, the W sputtering rate starts to decrease, presenting a suppression effect. The effect on the divertor W sputtering flux and yield due to the competition between the increase of the Ne concentration and the decrease of the plasma temperature is discussed. The results show that enough Ne seeding is essential to effectively reduce the electron temperature and thus to suppress W sputtering. Moreover, ELM suppression is observed when Ne and W impurities enter the core plasma, which could be correlated to the enhanced turbulence transport in the pedestal.  相似文献

The edge plasma characteristics are studied by both a movable array of Mach/Reynolds stress/Langmuir 10-probes in the boundary region and the fixed flush probe arrays on the 4 divertor neutralization plates at the same toroidal cross-section in the HL-2A tokamak. The dependence of the Reynolds stress on poloidal flow in the edge plasma is analysed. The result indicates that the sheared poloidal flow in tokamak plasma can be induced by the radial gradient of Reynolds stress. In the divertor experiments of HL-2A, the profiles of the electron temperature, density and floating potential on divertor plates are measured by the flush probe arrays. The edge electron temperature in divertor configuration is higher than that in limiter configuration. The temperature asymmetry between outer and inner target plates is observed. The result of magnetic surface reconstructed from 18 Mirnov coils signals is presented. Both the particle recycling and the impurity flux in the bulk plasma during divertor discharges are discussed. Neutral gas pressure in divertor chamber, measured by fast ionization gauge during divertor discharge, is given.  相似文献

采用SOLPS程序模拟预测HL-2M装置常规和雪花减偏滤器靶板上的热通量。当流入边缘等离子体区域的热功率约为10MW时,利用CFX/ANSYS软件分析这两类偏滤器各结构、冷却水温度分布及形变和热应力分布情况。结果表明:等离子体总功率相同,雪花减偏滤器靶板上的最高温度比常规偏滤器低169℃;雪花减偏滤器结构所承受的最大热应力和形变比常规偏滤器低约3/7。不改变热负载剖面分布,按一定比例提升热流密度或延长放电时间,雪花减偏滤器体现出比常规偏滤器靶板温升低、冷却水温均衡等优点。因此,雪花减偏滤器能处理更多流进偏滤器区域的热能,有效地降低偏滤器工程设计要求。  相似文献

The quantum dynamics of charge exchange (electron capture) and excitation processes in proton collisions with Sn atoms is studied for the first time by using the two-centre atomic orbital close coupling method. The expansion basis includes the lowest nine states of singlet and triplet symmetry of Sn and all the states with n ≤ 8 of the H atom. The spin-resolved state-selective charge exchange (up to n = 5) and excitation cross sections are calculated in the energy range of 0.5 − 100 keV . Strong coupling between the electron capture and excitation channels is observed in the low-energy (E ≤ 10 keV) region associated with the energy quasi-resonance of some projectile and target states. The intensities of some strong Sn spectral lines are also calculated for a number of typical tokamak edge plasma temperatures.  相似文献

HL-2A tokamak is the first tokamak with divertors in China. The plasma boundary and the position of the striking point on the target plates of the HL-2A closed divertor were simulated by the current filament code and they were in agreement with the diagnostic results in the divertor. Supersonic molecular beam injection (SMBI) system was first installed and tested on the HL-2A tokamak in 2004. In the present experiment low pressure SMBI fuelling on the HL-2A closed divertor was carried out. The experimental results indicate that the divertor was operated in the `linear regime' and during the period of SMB pulse injection into the HL-2A plasma the power density convected at the target plate surfaces was 0.4 times of that before or after the beam injection. It is a useful fuelling method for decreasing the heat load on the neutralizer plates of the divertor.  相似文献

我们使用一维流体模型,根据在不同偏滤器运行模式下静压强沿着磁力线方向的分布变化,讨论了偏滤器运行模式对托卡马克边缘区等离子体平行流的影响.低再循环模式下,静压强从X点 (X-point)附近的刮削层区域开始明显下降,变化趋势与密度变化趋势一致;等离子体平行流的马赫数在偏滤器区域逐步变大,变化从平缓到迅速.高再循环模式下,静压强在靶板附近的区域迅速下降,在其他区域变化非常小;等离子体平行流的马赫数仅在靠近靶板附近的区域迅速变大,在其他区域变化平缓.在弱脱靶模式下的静压强变化与高再循环模式下类似,不过静压强在X-point附近的刮削层区域开始出现下降的趋势,导致等离子体平行流的马赫数在X-point处的值比在高再循环模式下大.强脱靶模式下,静压强在刮削层区域开始明显下降,在远离靶板的偏滤器区域,静压强迅速下降的地方,观察到高马赫数等离子体平行流.静压强迅速下降引起动压强迅速上升来维持总的压强守恒是在强脱靶状态 下产生高马赫数平行流的一种可能驱动机理.  相似文献

In order to study the potential impurity seeding operation regime of the future fusion devices, the first application of the integrated divertor code SONIC to the Ar + Ne mixed-impurity seeding operation of JT-60SA steady-state high-β plasma has been carried out. In the case, Ne is added to Ar-only seeding, the separatrix electron density has fell into the desired low separatrix electron density of the scenario. This is mainly because the D+ flow velocity towards the inner divertor has been increased by the Ne seeding. The resultant friction force transports Ar impurities towards the inner divertor region, while impurities are stagnated in the top of scrape-off layer (SOL) in the Ar-only seeding case. The higher impurity radiation power in the divertor regions and lower one in the SOL region above the X point have been obtained in mixed-impurity seeding cases, which show similar tendency as the Ar + Ne mixed-impurity seeding experiment in JT-60 U. At the core edge, Zeff has been slightly increased and the radiation power has been decreased as the Ne seeding rate increases. The core plasma/impurity transport has been also evaluated by the TOPICS code using the impurity density at the core edge computed by the SONIC as a boundary parameter. The results show lower Zeff and radiation power, and higher electron temperature in the core in the mixed-impurity seeding cases. Above possible contributors to the better energy confinement indicate that the mixed-impurity seeding operation might be more effective than Ar-only seeding operation.  相似文献

Castellation of plasma facing components is foreseen as the best solution for ensuring the lifetime of future fusion devices. However, the gaps between the resulting surface elements can increase fuel retention and complicate fuel removal issues. To know how the fuel is retained inside the gaps, the plasma sheath around the gaps needs to be understood first. In this work, a kinetic model is used to study plasma characteristics around the divertor gaps with the focus on the H+ penetration depth inside the poloidal gaps, and a rate-theory model is coupled to simulate the hydrogen retention inside the tungsten gaps. By varying the magnetic field strength and plasma temperature, we find that the H+ cyclotron radius has a significant effect on the penetration depth. Besides, the increase of magnetic field inclination angle can also increase the penetration depth. It is found in this work that parameters as well as the penetration depth strongly affect fuel retention in tungsten gaps.  相似文献

在充分考虑HL-2M装置的物理目标后,将位于真空室内顶部的上偏滤器设计成"W"形的模块化结构。单个模块由SS-316L背板、石墨块、石墨箔及各类紧固件等组成,模块两端仅通过纬环和焊接螺柱与真空室壳体固定。这种结构为诊断部件提供了尽可能多的空间。利用有限元分析方法,对上偏滤器模块进行了电磁力、结构和热应力等分析。通过优化支撑结构、螺柱数量等,使得偏滤器结构能够满足各类工况条件。最后完成了关键制造工艺的预研,包括焊接工艺、深孔钻工艺、装配、非标紧固件研制等。检测数据表明,预制件最终安装面(石墨块轮廓)与标准模板之间的间隙<1mm,各相邻石墨之间的间隙≤0.5mm,错边≤0.5±0.2mm,且整个模块的漏率<2.5×10-10Pa·m3·s-1。这些结果为HL-2M上偏滤器的正式加工提供了支撑。  相似文献

为了适应超导托卡马克装置EAST位形控制运行模式的需要,研究了等离子体放电位形快速识别算法,给出了等离子体放电位形重建的模拟计算结果,并与美国GA平衡反演程序EFIT计算的平衡结果进行了详细的误差对比分析.结果表明,通过外部磁测量和合适的电流剖面模型,并结合实时平衡重建算法可以快速地对EAST等离子体放电位形进行识别. 关键词: 托卡马克 等离子体 平衡重建 数值模拟  相似文献

通过中平面活动10探针组、往复快速扫描4探针和低杂波天线口的固定4探针测量了主等离子体边缘的温度、密度、悬浮电位、径向和极向电场、雷诺协强、径向和极向等离子体流速及其径向分布。用偏滤器靶板上的14组嵌入式静电3探针阵列测量了同一环向截面的内外中性化板上的电子温度、密度、悬浮电位及其分布。比较了在孔栏位形和偏滤器位形下边缘等离子体特性的差异,特别是两种位形下边缘温度和密度衰减长度的变化。分析了在多脉冲超声分子束加料和低杂波注入条件下的边界等离子体特性,以及雷诺协强的径向梯度与极向流和径向电场梯度与湍流损失的相互关系。  相似文献

EAST是一个全超导磁体系统的托卡马克实验装置,超导纵场和极向场磁体工作在4K温区下。在磁 体和其它发热部件之间布置有冷屏系统,以减少作用到所有低温冷质部件上的热载,将其保持在最低水平。该系 统包括真空室冷屏(内冷屏)和外真空杜瓦冷屏(外冷屏)两部分。在分析了冷屏低温运行时所受热应力以及等离 子体破裂时所受电磁载荷的基础上,运用大型有限元分析程序NASTRAN,对其不同载荷状况进行了数值计算,为其 结构设计与优化提供了理论依据。  相似文献
