Exposure of 1-alkynyl[p-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl](tetrafluoroborato)-lambda3-bromanes to 2-mercaptobenzimidazole or benzothiazole in dichloromethane at 0 degrees C under argon resulted in a domino Michael addition-carbene rearrangement-cyclization reaction to produce directly tricyclic heterocycles in high yields, whereas the reaction with 2-mercaptobenzoxazole afforded 1-alkynyl sulfides.  相似文献

Reported here for the first time are the synthesis, isolation, and characterization of hypervalent beta-haloalkenyl-lambda3-bromanes. Exposure of terminal alkynes to p-trifluoromethylphenyl(difluoro)-lambda3-bromane activated by BF3-i-Pr2O resulted in fluoro-lambda3-bromanation of the triple bonds in a Markovnikov fashion, yielding (E)-beta-fluoroalkenyl-lambda3-bromanes stereoselectively in good yields. 5-Chloro-1-pentynes undergo domino lambda3-bromanation-chlorine shift-fluorination or lambda3-bromanation-chlorine shift-alkyl shift-fluorination reaction, depending on the substituents and afford (E)-beta-chloroalkenyl-lambda3-bromanes stereoselectively in high yields. The beta-chloroalkenyl-lambda3-bromanes contain three kinds of halogen atoms, F, Cl, and Br, in the molecule.  相似文献

Reported here for the first time are the oxidative couplings of alkynes and primary alcohols yielding conjugated enones. Although the BF3-catalyzed reaction of terminal alkynes with p-trifluoromethylphenyl(difluoro)-lambda3-bromane results in the fluoro-lambda3-bromanation of triple bonds to afford (E)-beta-fluorovinyl-lambda3-bromanes, reaction of an alkyne with the difluoro-lambda3-bromane in the presence of an alcohol and BF3-Et2O affords directly conjugated enones in good yields. The reaction proceeds in a highly stereo- and regioselective manner under metal-free conditions. Interestingly, no formation of enones was detected, when difluoro-lambda3-iodane p-CF3C6H4IF2 was used instead of the lambda3-bromane. A mechanism involving a lambda3-bromane-induced oxidation of an alcohol to an aldehyde, [2 + 2] cyclization with alkynes yielding 2H-oxetes, and finally the electrocyclic ring opening is discussed.  相似文献

We report herein, for the first time, the stereoselective synthesis of simple (E)-β-alkylvinyl(aryl)-λ(3)-bromanes via a boron-λ(3)-bromane exchange reaction and their unique bimolecular nucleophilic substitutions at the vinylic ipso carbon atom under mild conditions. Interestingly, even weakly nucleophilic anions such as conjugate bases of superacids (HBF(4), TfOH, Tf(2)CH(2), Tf(3)CH, Tf(2)NH, etc.) function as nucleophiles toward the vinyl-λ(3)-bromanes. For instance, the vinylic S(N)2 reaction of (E)-vinyl-λ(3)-bromanes with potassium bis(triflyl)methanide stereoselectively produced (Z)-vinyloxy oxosulfonium ylides with exclusive inversion of configuration via oxygen attack, while that with potassium bis(triflyl)imide afforded predominantly (Z)-vinyloxysulfoximines. In marked contrast, (E)-β-alkylvinyl-λ(3)-iodanes do not undergo the vinylic S(N)2 reaction with these conjugate bases of superacids. The differences between the nucleofugalities of aryl-λ(3)-iodanyl and aryl-λ(3)-bromanyl groups (the latter being greater) probably play a pivotal role in these unique reactions.  相似文献

1-Alkynyl(phenyl)-lambda 3-iodanes undergo selective transfer of the alkynyl groups over the phenyl group onto diphenyl chalcogens. Exposure of 1-alkynyl(phenyl)-lambda 3-iodanes to diphenyl chalcogens (S, Se, and Te) in dichloromethane or 1,2-dichloroethane affords 1-alkynyl(diphenyl)sulfonium, -selenonium, and -telluronium salts in high yields.  相似文献

The single crystal X-ray structure of the supramolecular complex formed between diphenyl-lambda3-iodane (Ph2IBF4) or 1-alkynyl(phenyl)-lambda3-iodane [Bu(t)CCI(Ph)BF4] and 1,10-phenanthroline indicates a hitherto unknown distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry around iodine(III), in which 1,10-phenanthroline acts as a bidentate ligand and occupies equatorial sites.  相似文献

Oxidation of primary aliphatic aldehydes with p-trifluoromethylphenyl(difluoro)-λ(3)-bromane in dichloromethane at 0 °C afforded acid fluorides selectively in good yields, while that of aromatic aldehydes in chloroform at room temperature produced aryl difluoromethyl ethers. A larger migratory aptitude of aryl groups compared to primary alkyl groups during a 1,2-shift from carbon to an electron-deficient oxygen atom in bromane(III) Criegee-type intermediates will result in these differences in the reaction courses.  相似文献

The palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling of readily available N-tert-butyl-2-(1-alkynyl)benzaldimines and aryl, allylic, benzylic, alkynyl halides, as well as a vinylic halide, provides a valuable new route to 3,4-disubstituted isoquinolines with aryl, allylic, benzylic, 1-alkynyl, and vinylic substituents, respectively, in the 4-position. The reaction appears to require an aryl group on the end of the acetylene furthest from the imine functionality. The reaction conditions have been optimized, and reasonably good yields have been obtained.  相似文献

A number of 3-substituted 4-aroylisoquinolines have been prepared in good yields by treating N-tert-butyl-2-(1-alkynyl)benzaldimines with aryl halides in the presence of CO and a palladium catalyst. Synthetically the methodology provides a simple and convenient route to isoquinolines containing an aryl, alkyl, or vinylic group at C-3 and an aroyl group at C-4 of the isoquinoline ring. The reaction is believed to proceed via cyclization of the alkyne containing a proximate nucleophilic center promoted by an acylpalladium complex.  相似文献

4-(1-Alkynyl)-3-bromo- and 4-(1-alkynyl)-3-chloro-2(5H)-furanones have been regioselectively synthesized in moderate to good yields by a new version of the Pd/Cu-catalyzed Sonogashira reaction involving treatment of 1-alkynes with 3,4-dibromo- and 3,4-dichloro-2(5H)-furanone, respectively, in the presence of KF as a base. 4-(1-Alkynyl)-3-bromo-2(5H)-furanones have been found to be able to undergo Stille-type and Suzuki-type reactions with aryl(tributyl)tins and arylboronic acids, respectively, to give 4-(1-alkynyl)-3-aryl-2(5H)-furanones in modest to satisfactory yields. Some 4-(1-alkynyl)-substituted 2(5H)-furanones so prepared have been found to exhibit significant cytotoxic activities, especially against human leukemia cell lines.  相似文献

Highly substituted indenes have been prepared in good yields by the palladium-catalyzed carboannulation of diethyl 2-(2-(1-alkynyl)phenyl)malonate with aryl, benzylic, and alkenyl halides. The palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling of aryl halides or vinylic halides or triflates and 1-(1-alkynyl)cyclobutanols affords good yields of stereoisomerically pure 2-arylidene- or 2-(2-alkenylidene)cyclopentanones, respectively. The process involves (1) oxidative addition of the organic halide or triflate to Pd(0), (2) regioselective, intermolecular carbopalladation of the carbon-carbon triple bond of the 1-(1-alkynyl)cyclobutanol to produce a vinylic palladium intermediate, (3) regioselective ring expansion to a palladacycle, and (4) reductive elimination of the 2-alkylidenecyclopentanone with simultaneous regeneration of the Pd(0) catalyst. Generally, the best results are obtained by employing 10 mol % of Pd(OAc)(2), 20 mol % of PPh(3), 2 equiv of the aryl or vinylic iodide or vinylic triflate, 2 equiv of diisopropylethylamine, and n-Bu(4)NCl in DMF as the solvent.  相似文献

Zeolite H-beta facilitated the reaction of α-chloro acetyl chloride with 1,2-bis-trimethyl silyl acetylene to give 1-chloro-4-(trimethylsilyl)but-3-yn-2-one which on treatment with thioacetamide afforded 2-methyl-4-[(trimethylsilyl)ethynyl]thiazole. l-Proline on the other hand facilitated the coupling reaction of 2-methyl-4-[(trimethylsilyl)ethynyl]thiazole with (hetero)aryl halides (modified Sonogashira reaction) under Pd-Cu catalysis in the presence of aqueous K2CO3 affording an improved method for the synthesis of corresponding 4-alkynyl substituted thiazole derivatives.  相似文献

A cross-linked polymer-supported ionic liquid immobilized palladium catalyst, which is prepared by reaction of the Pd(OAc)2 with copolymer of 3-butyl-1-vinylimidazolium iodide and divinylbenzene, was well characterized and employed as an effective heterogeneous catalyst for carbonylative Sonogashira coupling reaction of aryl iodides with terminal alkynes in water, affording the corresponding α,β-alkynyl ketones in good to excellent yields. The catalytic system not only solves the basic problem of homogeneous palladium catalyst recovery and reuse but also avoids the use of toxic phosphine ligands. The stability of supported palladium was also discussed.  相似文献
