New existence results for the strong vector equilibrium problem are presented, relying on a well-known separation theorem in infinite-dimensional spaces. The main results are applied to strong cone saddle-points and strong vector variational inequalities providing new existence results, and furthermore they allow recovery of an earlier result from the literature.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider more general forms of generalized vector quasi-equilibrium problems for multivalued maps which include many known vector quasi-equilibrium problems and generalized vector quasi-variational inequality problems as special cases. In this paper, we introduce a hybrid iterative scheme for finding a common element of the set of solutions of an equilibrium problem and the set of fixed points of finitely many nonexpansive mappings. We prove that the approximate solution converges strongly to a solution of a class of variational inequalities under some mild conditions, which is the optimality condition for some minimization problem. We also give some comments on the results of Plubtieng and Punpaeng [S. Plubtieng, R. Punpaeng, A general iterative method for equilibrium problems and fixed point problems in Hilbert spaces, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 336 (2007) 455–469]. Results obtained in this paper may be viewed as an improvement and refinement of the previously known results in this area.  相似文献

We consider a class of analytic area-preserving mappings Cm-smoothly depending on a parameter. Without imposing on any non-degeneracy assumption, we prove a formal KAM theorem for the mappings, which implies many previous KAM-type results under some non-degeneracy conditions. Moreover, by this formal KAM theorem, we can also obtain some new interesting results under some weaker non-degeneracy conditions. Thus, the formal KAM theorem can be regarded as a general KAM theorem for areapreserving mappings.  相似文献

In this paper, we introduce an iterative scheme by the viscosity approximation method for finding a common element of the set of solutions of an equilibrium problem and the set of fixed points of a nonexpansive mapping in a Hilbert space. Then, we prove a strong convergence theorem which is connected with Combettes and Hirstoaga's result [P.L. Combettes, S.A. Hirstoaga, Equilibrium programming in Hilbert spaces, J. Nonlinear Convex Anal. 6 (2005) 117-136] and Wittmann's result [R. Wittmann, Approximation of fixed points of nonexpansive mappings, Arch. Math. 58 (1992) 486-491]. It is proved that the sequence generated by the iterative scheme converges strongly to a common point of the set of solutions of an equilibrium problem and the set of fixed points of a countable family of nonexpansive mappings. In this paper, we consider evolution equations with time-dependent pseudomonotone and quasimonotone operators by a new approach based on equilibrium problems theory. We establish new existence results for equilibrium problems associated to pseudomonotone and quasimonotone bifunctions in the topological sense. The results obtained are then applied to derive existence of solutions for evolution equations. In this study, conditions for the existence of at least one positive solution to a nonlinear first-order multi-point eigenvalue problem on time scales are discussed. Here the nonlinearity is allowed to take on negative values.
