A novel fluorescent probe HMQC was synthesized for HSOf detection by coupling flavonoid derivatives with 3-quinoline salt. In PBS buffer solution, the probe showed high selectivity, good sensitivity (58 nmol/L) and rapid response (150 s) for the detection of HSO3−. The possible sensing mechanism of the probe was discussed by nuclear magnetic hydrogen spectroscopy, mass spectrometry and theoretical calculation, indicating that the addition reaction between HSO3− and the C=C bond of the probe led to the fluorescence enhancement. The probe HMQC could be used for the detection of HSO3− in living cells, making it to be a promising tool for delecting HSO3−. © 2023, Youke Publishing Co.,Ltd. All rights reserved.  相似文献

A novel ratio-fluorescent probe based on molecular imprinting polymer ( MIP) for the detection of sulfadiazine was prepared by using nitrogen-doped carbon quantum dots (N-CQDs) as the fluorescence response signal, silica-embedded cadmium telluride quantum dots ( CdTe QDs) as the fluorescence reference signal, sulfadiazine ( SDZ) as template molecule, acrylamide as functional monomer, N, N-methyl bisacrylamide as crosslinking agent and 2,2-Azobisisobutyronitrile as initiator. The results showed that the probe has a core-shell structure and fluorescence sensitive to SDZ, by the characterization of scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and fluorescence spectrophotometer. Under the wavelength of 360 nm, the ratio-fluorescent signal of probe showed a linear response with SDZ concentration in the range of 0-100 μmol / L with the detection limit of 11 nmol / L. Also, the ratio-fluorescent probe was applied to the detection of SDZ with a recovery of 92. 0%-95. 1% and relative standard deviation (RSD) of 3. 6% in real water samples. © 2022, Youke Publishing Co.,Ltd. 基于香豆素和苯并吡啶基团,构建了用于二氧化硫(SO_(2))高效检测的荧光探针P1,其化学结构通过核磁氢谱(^(1)H NMR)、碳谱(^(13)C NMR)和高分辨质谱(HR-MS)确证。在缓冲溶液体系中,单独的探针P1具有微弱的荧光,识别SO_(2)后荧光发射强度明显增强,能够实现对SO_(2)的专一性裸眼识别,检出限为126 nmol/L。生物应用实验结果表明,该探针具有较低的细胞毒性,可用于生物活细胞中外源性SO_(2)的荧光成像。  相似文献

A sulfonated 9,10-distyrylanthracene derivative with aggregation-induced emission (AIE) property is designed and synthesized. It shows a highly sensitive and selective fluorescence enhancement property for bovine serum albumin (BSA) protein detection and quantification. Analysis on the interaction between the probe molecule and BSA reveals the essential role of the hydrophobic cavities of the protein folding structure.  相似文献

A novel, fluorescent probe was synthesized from 2,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde and 8-hydroxyquinoline for sensing Cu2+by the naked eye. The structure was confirmed by IR, MS,1H NMR,13 C NMR and the spectral properties of the probe were investigated. It exhibited strong fluorescence responses toward Cu2+and high selectivity over other metal ions. Yellow-green fluorescent carbon dotsY-G-CDswas used as a fluorescent/colorimetric dual-mode nanoprobe for the detection of pH value in solution and fluorescent painting. The fluorescent intensity and absorbance of the nanoprobe showed strong pH dependence. The fluorescent intensity at 520 nm and the ratio of absorbance at 438 and 386 nm showed good linear relationships with the pH valuein the ranges of pH 5.9-7.7 and pH 5.9-8.0respectively. As a fluorescent nanoprobeY-G-CDs had good photo stability at pH 5.96.8 and 8.0and good reversibility between pH 5.9 and pH 7.7. The detection of pH value of solution was not affected by other interfering substances. In additionthe Y-G-CDs with excellent fluorescent performance have been successfully applied in fluorescent painting as a fluorescent ink. In this paper, 2-carboxybenzaldehyde rhodamine B thiohydrazine(1) was synthesized and developed as a fluorescent probe to recognize Hg2+in DMF/H2 O(1:9, v/v) solution with high selectivity. The probe can be applied to the quanti?cation of Hg2+with a linear concentration range covering from 1.0×10-7mol/L to 1.0×10-5mol/L(R2= 0.9985) and a detection limit of 4.2×10-8mol/L. The experiment results show that the response of probe 1 to Hg2+is pH-independent in a wide range from 4.0 to 9.0. Moreover, the probe 1 exhibits excellent selectivity toward Hg2+over other common metal cations. Most importantly, the probe can be employed to monitor Hg2+in living cells using fluorescent imaging technique with satisfied results.  相似文献

N-doped peanut membrane carbon quantum dots (N-CQDs) were prepared by one-step hydrothermal method using peanut membrane and urea as materials. On the basis of investigating the spectral characteristics of the N-CQDs, we found that KMnO4 could cause the fluorescence signal of the N-CQDs to turn-off in the B-R buffer system with pH 10. 38. Once hydroquinone was added, the fluorescence signal of the N-CQDs-KMnO4 system gradually recovered and the fluorescence signal turned on. Based on this, a new off-on fluorescence probe method for the detection of hydroquinone-N-CQDs-KMnO4 system was developed. Under the optimized conditions, the recovered fluorescence of N-CQDs was linearly related with the hydroquinone concentration in the range of 0. 10-200 mmol / L, the linear equation was ΔF = 1. 6819c + 153. 84 (r = 0. 9992), with the detection limit of 30 μmol / L. pH异常变化与癌症和神经退行性等各种疾病相关,监测p H的变化对研究病理状况至关重要。本文设计合成了一种新型的p H荧光探针MC-p H。该探针最大发射波长在近红外区,可有效避免生物样品自身荧光。探针MC-p H中亚胺基团的质子化与非质子化是荧光开关的关键。在酸性溶液中,MC-p H以亚胺离子形式存在,最大吸收波长为617 nm,最大荧光发射波长为663 nm。随着p H逐渐升高,探针MC-p H主要以亚胺形式存在,617 nm处的特征吸收峰强度逐渐降低,并在467 nm处出现新的吸收峰,且663 nm处的荧光强度急剧降低直至消失。探针MC-p H可以监测溶液中p H的变化,线性范围为p H 3.0~8.0,不受其他常见干扰物的影响,且具有良好的细胞渗透性,可监测He La细胞内p H的变化。  相似文献

Based on the characteristics that heteroatom doping can improve the luminescence performance of carbon dotsa new type of three-element co-doped carbon dots NSSi-CDswas prepared. The synthesis conditions were optimizedand the morphologystructure and luminescence properties of NSSi-CDs were characterized. NSSi-CDs can emit 450 nm blue fluorescence under excitation at 370 nmand the fluorescence quantum yield reached 11%. The study found that p-nitrophenol PNPhas a strong fluorescence quenching effect on NSSi-CDsand thus a new method for the determination of PNP with NSSi-CDs fluorescent probe was constructed. When the concentration of PNP was in the range of 0.9-60 μµmol/Lit had a good linear relationship with the fluorescence quenching efficiencyF0 /Fand the detection limit was 0.36 μµmol/L. A two-photon fluorescent probe TPZn was developed for specific ratiometric imaging Zn2+ in living cells and tissues. Significant ratiometric fluorescence change was based on photoinduced electron transfer and intramolecular charge transfer. The synthetic method of TPZn was simple. It was successfully used to selectively image Zn2+ based on the higher binding affinity for Zn2+ than for Cd2+. TPZn was easily loaded into the living cell and tissues with high membrane permeability in a complex biological environment. TPZn could clearly visualize endogenous Zn2+ by TP ratiometric imaging in hippocampal slices at a depth of 120 μm. Thus, TPZn is a useful tool to image of Zn2+ in living cells and tissues without interference from Cd2+.  相似文献

Selective recognition of hypochlorite ion(ClO-)in intracellular biological environment is important for research and application in cellular physiology and pathology. A novel fluorescent molecule, 6-bis (dimethylamino)-9-(1-(3-methyl-benzothiazole)-trimethyl)-xanthene(R-1),is designed and synthesized with a combination of dimethylamino-substituted xanthene and benzothiazole segments through continuous carbon-carbon double bonds. In the presence of ClO- ,the fluorescence emission of R-1 at 600 nm is significantly enhanced(the quantum yield is as high as 20. 3%),and other reactive oxygen species do not affect the recognition of ClO-. Fluorescence imaging experiments demonstrate that probe R-1 can detect ClO- in human lung adenocarinoma (A549)cells and emit red fluorescence,indicating the potential application of R-1 in ClO- biological imaging. © 2022, Science Press (China). A CRISPR-Cas system holds great promise as a next-generation biosensing technology for molecular diagnostics. In this paper, a portable biosensor based on the trans-cleavage activity of CRISPR-Cas12a and a personal glucose meter has been developed for quantitative, sensitive and specific detection of melamine. The presence of the target melamine binds to the aptamer, leading to the release of locker DNA. And then, the leasing locker DNA activates the trans-cleavage activity of CRISPR-Cas12a to cleave the single-strand DNA (ssDNA) linker on sucrase-ssDNA modified electrode, releasing a short DNA fragment labeled with sucrase in the resulting solution. The sucrase could further catalyze sucrose to glucose, which could be detected by the PGM. Under the optimized conditions, the increase of PGM signal was relative with the concentration of melamine ranging from 0.1 to 2.5 μmol/L and the limit of detection (LOD) was 37 nmol/L. 以N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAM)和丙烯酸(AA)为pH敏感单体,合成聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺-co-丙烯酸),并以此作为模板制备了pH敏感的聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺-co-丙烯酸)银纳米团簇。结合了时间分辨荧光、透射电镜(TEM)、红外光谱(FT-IR)方法,对团簇的光学性能进行了研究。团簇的荧光对不同的pH具有灵敏的响应。团簇的荧光强度与pH在4.95~11.02的范围内呈线性关系,高pH(11.02)与低pH(4.95)相比,荧光强度降低约62.4%。同时,305 nm与453 nm处荧光激发强度的比值(I;/I;)与pH在5.94~11.02的宽范围内成线性关系,利用该荧光比率可以对pH进行定量检测。  相似文献

A new two-photon fluorescent probe, ADNO, for nitric oxide (NO) based on intramolecular photoinduced electron transfer (PET) mechanism d/splays a rapid response to NO with a remarkable fluorescent enhancement in PBS buffer. The π-extended rhodamine derivative aminobenzopyranoxanthene ABPX was synthesized by condensation of 2-4-diethylamino-2-hydroxybenzoylbenzoic acid with resorcinol in H2 SO4 solutionthen the derivative reacted with hydrazine monohydrate to obtain ABPX-hydrazideABPX-hyand its structure was characterized by ESI-MSFT-IR and NMR spectroscopy. The UV-Vis adsorption spectra at 500-600 nm tended to increase in the presence of Hg2+ in ABPX-hy ethanol solutionand the color of the solution changed from colorless to pink and gradually deepenedenabling visual colorimetric detection of Hg2+ by naked eye. Under the coexistence of 10 common metal ionsthe recognition of Hg2+ at 533 nm showed good anti-interference sensing performance. The absorption intensity of ABPX-hy had a good exponential relationship with the addition of Hg2+. The continuous coordination of Hg2+ to the N and O binding sites of ABPX-hy formed 21 stoichiometry of the ABPX-hy-Hg2+ complex.
