Synthesis and characterization of nanosized NiO2 and NiO using Triton® X-100

Nanosized NiO₂ particles with an average diameter of 15 nm are prepared by treating of Ni(NO₃)₂ · 6H₂O with an aqueous solution of KClO in the presence of Triton® X-100. This black fine powder of nickel peroxide was characterized by XRD diffraction, energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The as-prepared NiO₂ can be easily transformed to nanosized NiO merely by washing it with acetone. The obtained NiO has an average diameter of 40 nm and was characterized by the same means used for NiO₂. The nanoparticles of NiO₂ and NiO were obtained in high yields and purities.      

Influences of Triton X-100 on Hemoglobin Behaviors in Hemoglobin/Acyclovir/Triton X-100/H2O System

The influences of Triton X-100 on hemoglobin （Hb） behaviors were studied by the methods of UV-Vis spectrum, fluorescence spectrum, HPLC, conductivity, zeta potential and negative-staining transmission electron microscope in Hb/acyclovir/Triton X-100/H2O system. With the increase of Triton X-100 concentration in the system, the percentage of the free acyclovir increased from 58%--63% to 90%--94%. The static quenching constant and the association number of acyclovir to Hb decreased. The fluorescence spectrum, conductivity, zeta potential, fluorescence polarization and negative-staining morphology of Hb tended to recover to those of the original state of Hb in the same concentration of Hb. The interaction between Triton X-100 and Hb is stronger than that between acyclovir and Hb. Most Triton-X-100 was associated with Hb at low Triton X-100 concentration. But the interaction of Triton X-100 with Hb was apparently dominant in high Triton X-100 concentration. The Hb structure was unfolded and finally denatured.     

β-CD与Triton X-100超分子包络物的研究

通过荧光光谱法和^1HNMR研究了水溶液中β-环糊精（β-CD）与TritonX-100形成的超分子包络物．结果表明,在溶液中β-CD与TritonX-100形成了1：1二元包络物．25℃时超分子包络物的表观稳定常数为（3．04±0．22）×10^4L／mol．TritonX-100疏水性端包结在β-CD空腔内．     

Catalyzed oxidation of 2,6-dimethylphenol in Triton X- 100 micellar solution

The oxidative coupling reaction of 2,6-dimethylphenol with H2O2 catalyzed by a copper(Ⅱ) Schiff complex in aqueous and Triton X-100 micellar solution under mild conditions was investigated. The kinetics of formation of 3,3′,5,5′-tetramethyl-4,4′-diphenoquinone (DPQ) was studied. Rate constant k2 were obtained. The optimum pH for DPQ generation reaction is 7.25. The main product was DPQ in aqueous buffer solution, but PPE and the oxidized products of PPE remained in Triton X-100 micellar solution.

Triton X-100与牛血清白蛋白的相互作用

应用荧光光谱法研究了溶液体系中Ｔｒｉｔｏｎ Ｘ－１００（ＴＸ）与牛血清白蛋白（ＢＳＡ）之间的相互作用。实验表明ＴＸ对ＢＳＡ的荧光有较强的猝灭作用,二者形成不发荧光的复合物所产生的静态猝灭是引起荧光猝灭的主要原因。从荧光猝灭结果求得二者的结合常数,发现在不同ＴＸ浓度下,结合常数Ｋ及络合个数ｎ均不同;低于ＴＸ的ｃｍｃ,Ｋ＝４４０ｍｏｌ／Ｌ,ｎ＝０．９１,高于ｃｍｃ,Ｋ＝１０ｍｏｌ／Ｌ,ｎ＝０．４２,疏     

Micellization and surface activity of Triton X-100 in water–orthophosphoric medium

The adsorption isotherms of Triton X-100 for air/water–orthophosphoric acid interfaces were determined by the stripping method. The surface chemical parameters, Γ_max, F and ΔG°_A, and the aggregation ones, CMC and the ΔG_M, are determined in different H₂O/H₃PO₄ mixtures. Preparation and characterization of inclusion complexes of carvedilol with methyl-β-cyclodextrin

Aim of the present work was to investigate the effect of methyl-β-cyclodextrin (MβCD) on the solubility and dissolution rate of carvedilol (CAR), a drug used orally for the treatment of hypertension. Phase solubility studies showed an A_L-type diagram indicating the formation of inclusion complex in 1:1 molar ratio. Solid binary systems of the drug with MβCD were prepared by various methods. Physicochemical characterizations were performed using Fourier Transformation Infrared Spectroscopy, Differential Scanning Calorimetry and powder X-Ray Diffractometry. It could be concluded that CAR can form inclusion complex with MβCD. The dissolution profiles of inclusion complexes were determined and compared with those of CAR alone and the physical mixture. The dissolution rate of CAR was increased by MβCD inclusion complexation remarkably.

用小角Ｘ射线衍射和＾２ＨＮＭＲ方法测定ＴｒｉｔｏｎＸ－１００／ｎ－Ｃ１０Ｈ２１ＯＨ／Ｈ２Ｏ体系层状液晶的结构。用高速环块磨损试验机考察了不同组分含量的层状液晶对铝合金－钢磨擦副润滑性能的影响。结果表明：随着水含量的增加,层次液晶两新双层中分子的有序度降低,润滑效果也降低;随着ＴｒｉｔｏｎＸ－１００含量增加,层状液晶两亲双层中分子的有序度增加,其润滑效果提高。

Thermoanalytical and spectroscopic characterization ofβ-cyclodextrin/ketoprofen inclusion complexes

A method to determine the composition and hydration state of the complexes formed in aqueous solution by cyclodextrins (CD) is presented and applied to the -CD/ketoprofen system; it is based on a combination of spectroscopic, calorimetric, and thermogravimetric analyses. The complexes have, on average and per -CD mole, more than eleven water molecules, which are present in completely different bound states.     

β-Cyclodextrin functionalized gold nanoparticles: characterization and its analytical application for l-tyrosine

β-Cyclodextrin functionalized gold nanoparticles (β-CD-Au NPs) were synthesized and characterized. The interaction of β-CD-Au NPs with l-tyrosine (l-Tyr) is studied by fluorescence and absorption spectroscopy. β-CD-Au NPs was found to remarkably quench fluorescence of l-Tyr at 305 nm. Experimental conditions including media acidity, temperature and concentration of buffer were examined for the inclusion formation. Furthermore, fluorescence resonance energy transfer occurred with Föster radius 2.39 nm. Apparent binding constants and corresponding thermodynamic parameters at different temperatures were calculated by Stern–Volmer equation and thermodynamic formula, respectively. The binding constant declines with the increasing temperature illustrating static quenching exists and the binding l-Tyr on β-CD-Au NPs is a spontaneous molecular interaction process in which entropy and Gibbs free energy decreases. Hydrophobic interaction and van der Waals forces could be in dominant action in the formation of the complex. The concentration of l-Tyr is proportional to decrease of the fluorescence intensity in the range of 0.02–1.5 μM with the detection limit (S/N = 3) of 1.6 nM. There is little interference from the coexisting substances normally used as the pharmaceutical main compositions. The proposed method combined the unique physical and chemical properties of the gold core with the molecular recognition ability of β-CD and possessed high sensitivity and good selectivety. It has been successfully applied to determination of l-Tyr in compound amino acid injection.

抗生素头孢唑酮的加入使得非离子表面活性剂Triton X-100的表面活性降低. ¹H-NMR的结果表明，头孢唑酮增溶于胶束极性基团附近.头孢唑酮与Triton X-100胶束的结合常数随Triton X-100含量的增加而下降，但头孢唑酮在Triton X-100胶束相和水连续相之间的分配系数不随Triton X-100含量变化而变化.     

Triton X-100增敏光度法测定铝土矿中的微量钪

研究了在HCl溶液中微量钪(Ⅲ)-偶氮氯膦Ⅲ(CPAⅢ)之间的配合反应。结果表明,在0.5mol/LHCl溶液中和TritonX 100的存在下,有色溶液的最大吸收波长为680nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.62×104L·mol-1·cm-1。钪(Ⅲ)质量浓度在0～0.45mg/L范围内符合比耳定律,钪(Ⅲ)的加标回收率在98.0%～105.1%之间,RSD(n=6)为2.1%～2.6%。可用于铝土矿中的微量钪的测定。

利用Triton X-100合成介孔二氧化硅及其形貌研究

以非离子型表面活性剂Triton X-100为模板剂,正硅酸乙酯为硅源,合成了介孔二氧化硅分子筛.利用XRD、N2吸附—脱附、SEM、以及TG-DTA对样品进行了表征,结果表明合成的材料具有有序介孔结构、高比表面积及高孔容。同时比较了不同条件下所得产物的形貌结构,并分析了它们的形成机理。     

在Triton X-100存在下硫氰酸盐分光光度法测定铁

硫氰酸盐光度法测定铁有因显色络合物不稳定而褪色的缺点,目前铁的光度测定已大多改用邻啡罗啉法。本文采用加入非离子型表面活性剂Triton X-100使硫氰酸铁络合物稳定化,能保持显色络合物12小时不褪色。显色体系的最佳条件为:Triton X-100浓度10%(V/V),硫氰酸钾浓度1M,pH1.8～3.5该条件下络合物的克分子吸收系数由9.1×10~3提高到(1.93～2.06)×10~4,此为邻啡罗啉法的2倍.铁浓度在0.04—4.2ppm范围内符合比尔定律。本法操作简便,显色体系相当稳定,已成功地应用于水、石灰石、粘土和纯铝中铁的测定。 1.标准曲线:取一系列铁标准液于50毫升比色管中,加1:2(V/V)TritonX-100 15毫升,加水至液量约为30毫升,加1％2,6二硝基酚3滴,用20％氢氧化钾中和至黄色,再用1N     

Triton X-100对染料敏化太阳电池性能影响的研究

采用无水相体系的胶体通过丝网印刷工艺制备TiO2薄膜电极,研究发现曲拉通(TritonX-100)可以明显改变TiO2电极显微结构,且对染料敏化太阳电池的性能影响显著.过少或过多的曲拉通都将导致开路电压、短路电流、填充因子以及效率的降低.由3gP25粉末配制的胶体中,曲拉通适宜的加入量约为0.8mL.
