We present dimension-free reverse Hölder inequalities for strong \(A^*_p\) weights, \(1\le p < \infty \). We also provide a proof for the full range of local integrability of \(A_1^*\) weights. The common ingredient is a multidimensional version of Riesz’s “rising sun” lemma. Our results are valid for any nonnegative Radon measure with no atoms. For \(p=\infty \), we also provide a reverse Hölder inequality for certain product measures. As a corollary we derive mixed \(A_p^*-A_\infty ^*\) weighted estimates.  相似文献

A Jordan–Hölder theorem is established for derived module categories of piecewise hereditary algebras, in particular for representations of quivers and for hereditary abelian categories of a geometric nature. We establish a Liouville comparison principle for entire weak sub- and super-solutions of the equation (*) w t p (w) =  |w| q-1 w in the half-space ${\mathbb {S}= \mathbb {R}^1_+\times \mathbb {R}^n}$ , where n ≥ 1, q > 0, and ${ \Delta_p(w) := {\rm div}_x \left(|\nabla_x w|^{p-2}\nabla_x w \right)}$ , 1 < p ≤ 2. In our study we impose neither restrictions on the behaviour of entire weak sub- and super-solutions of (*) on the hyper-plane t = 0, nor any growth conditions on their behaviour and on that of any of their partial derivatives at infinity. We prove that if ${1< q \leq p-1+\frac {p}{n}}$ and u and v are, respectively, an entire weak super-solution and an entire weak sub-solution of (*) in ${\mathbb {S}}$ which belong, only locally in ${\mathbb {S}}$ , to the corresponding Sobolev space and are such that u ≥  v, then uv. The result is sharp. As direct corollaries we obtain known Fujita-type and Liouville-type theorems.  相似文献

We establish Tanaka like formulae for the local time of (, d, )-superprocess in the dimensions where the local time exists. The result generalizes the result of Adler, Lewin who proved existence of Tanaka formulae for a class of super-processes with finite variance. The fact that we abandon the finite variance assumption, requires using an L 1+ convergence argument (with 0<<1) rather than L 2 convergence, for the derivation of the Tanaka formulae.  相似文献
