Five new metal-organic frameworks based on 2,4,6-tris(4-pyridyl)-1,3,5-triazine (tpt) ligand have been hydrothermally synthesized. Reaction of tpt and AgNO 3 in an acidic solution at 180 degrees C yields {[Ag(Htpt)(NO3)]NO(3).4H2O}n (1).Ag(I) is trigonally coordinated by two pyridyl nitrogen and one nitrato oxygen to form a 1D zigzag chain. Reaction of tpt with CuSO4 affords {[Cu2(tpt)2(SO4)2(H2O)2].4H2O}n (2). Copper(II) is bonded to two pyridyl nitrogen, two sulfato oxygen, and two water oxygen atoms to form an elongated octahedral geometry. Each H2O ligand bridges two copper(II), whereas sulfate bridges copper(II) via micro-1,3 and micro-1,1 fashions. The copper(II)-sulfate-H2O2D layers are linked by bidentate tpt to form a 3D polymeric structure. Reaction of Cu(SO4)2, tpt, and 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid (H4btec) in the presence of piperidine gives [Cu(tpt)(H2btec)1/2]n (3). Copper(I) is located in a trigonal-pyramidal coordination environment and coordinated by three pyridyl nitrogen of tpt in a plane, whereas a carboxylate oxygen is coordinated to the copper(I) axially. The tpt-Cu forms a layer, and the layers are linked through H 2btec2- to form a 2D double-layered coordination polymer. Replacing CuSO4 with ZnI2 in the synthesis gives {[Zn(tpt)(btec)1/2].H2O}n (4). Zinc(II) is in a distorted tetrahedral geometry and linked through bidentate tpt and exotetradentate btec4- to form a 2D coordination grid. Reaction of tpt with CuCN leads to the assembly of a 3D metal-organic framework [Cu3(CN)3(tpt)]n (5). Copper(I) is trigonally coordinated by one pyridyl nitrogen and two cyanides to form an intriguing honeycomb architecture. Luminescence study shows that 1, 3, 4, and 5 have blue fluorescence, which can be assigned to be ligand-centered emissions. Thermal analysis shows that all of these complexes are quite stable, and especially for 4, the framework is stable up to 430 degrees C.  相似文献

2,4,6-Tri(4-pyridyl)-1,3,5-triazine (tpt) is a widely used ligand for functional coordination compounds. In this work, tpt has shown unprecedented photochromism in the crystalline state. Experimental and theoretical data has revealed that the photocoloration of tpt very likely originates from intramolecular charge separation and the formation of a triplet diradical product. This finding demonstrates a new simple, neutral photochromic molecule and endows the tpt molecule and related compounds with potential optical applications.  相似文献

Regular square, wirelike, quadrate, and rodlike nanocrystal arrays of Cd2+, Hg2+, or Ag+ metal-cation-mediated sandwich-type mixed (phthalocyaninato) [5,10,15,20-tetrakis(4-pyridyl)poprhyrinato] cerium(III) double-decker complex Ce(Pc)(TPyP) have been successfully prepared at the water-chloroform interface. The nanocrystal growth processes were monitored by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), which reveals that different morphologies of nanocrystals have been fabricated from double-decker molecules connected by different kinds of metal cations, forming coordination polymers. These nanoscaled coordination polymers were characterized by FT-IR spectra and energy-dispersive X-ray spectra (EDS). EDS results clearly revealed the elements of the nanocrystals and the FT-IR spectra give evidence for the coordination interaction between the double-decker molecules and metal cations. The UV-vis absorption spectrum indicates the formation of J-aggregates of the double-decker molecules in the nanocrystals formed.  相似文献

在溶剂热条件下,将2,4,6?三(2?吡啶基)?1,3,5?三嗪(2?TPT)、2,5?呋喃二羧酸(2,5?H2FCA)分别与不同类型的金属硝酸盐(Zn、Cd和Mn)进行组装,得到了3个2?TPT基配合物:[Zn(2?TPT)(2,5?FCA)](1)、[Cd(2?TPT)(2,5?FCA)]·1.5H2O(2)和[Mn(2?TPT)(2,5?FCA)](3)。通过单晶X射线衍射、粉末X射线衍射、FT?IR、UV?Vis、差热-热重、电子顺磁共振和X射线光电子能谱对1~3的结构和光致变色性能进行了表征,并详细地探究了其光致变色机理。配合物1~3表现出明显差异的光诱导分子间电子转移和光致变色性能,主要体现在光响应速率和颜色对比度2个方面。其中,1的光致变色性能明显优于2,而3不具有光致变色行为。这种明显差异的光致变色行为,主要归因于不同类型的金属及其配位模式的差异所引起的不同晶体堆积模式和电子给体-受体间相对位置关系(界面关系),体现出了金属对于光致变色性能的调控作用。  相似文献

Two compounds based on 2-amino-4,6-bis(4-pyridyl)-1,3,5-triazine (4-HABPT), [Co(4-HABPT)2(H2O)4](CH3COO)2 (1), and Zn(4-HABPT)2Cl2 (2) were obtained at room temperature. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses indicate that 1 crystallizes in the triclinic P 1 with cobalt(II) coordinated by two 4-HABPT and four waters, two acetates are counter ions. The complex cations and acetates are linked to a 3-D framework by hydrogen bonds. Compound 2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic Pnc2 with zinc(II) coordinated by two 4-HABPT and two chlorides in a tetrahedral geometry; the complex also forms a 3-D framework by hydrogen bonds and π?···?π interactions.  相似文献

[Ru(tBu2bpy)2(2-appt)](PF6)2 [1.(PF6)2, tBu2bpy = 4,4'-di-tert-butyl-2,2'-bipyridine, 2-appt = 2-amino-4-phenylamino-6-(2-pyridyl)-1,3,5-triazine] and [Re(CO)3(2-appt)Cl] (2) were prepared and characterized by X-ray crystal analysis. The binding of 1.(PF6)2 and 2 to calf thymus DNA (ct DNA) led to increases in the DNA melting temperature (Delta Tm = +12 degrees C), modest hypochromism (29% and 5% of the absorption bands at lambda max = 450 and 376 nm, respectively), and insignificant shifts in the absorption maxima. The binding constants of 1.(PF6)2 and 2 with ct DNA, as determined by absorption titration, are (8.9 +/- 0.5) x 104 and (3.6 +/- 0.1) x 104 dm3 mol-1, respectively. UV-vis absorption titration, DNA melting studies, and competition dialysis using synthetic oligonucleotides [poly(dA-dT)2 and poly(dG-dC)2] revealed that 1.(PF6)2 and 2 exhibit a binding preference for AT sequences. A modeling study on the interaction between 1 or 2 and B-DNA revealed that the minor groove is the most favored binding site and an extensive hydrogen-bonding network is formed. As determined by MTT assays, 1.(PF6)2 and 2 exhibited moderate cytotoxicities toward several human cancer cell lines (KB-3-1, HepG2, and HeLa), as well as a multi-drug-resistant cancer cell line (KB-V-1). According to confocal microscopic and flow cytometric studies, 1.(PF6)2 and 2 induced apoptosis (50-60%) in cancer cells with <5% necrosis detected.  相似文献

Treatment of freshly precipitated Cu(OH)2?·?xH2O and 2,4,6-tris(2-pyridyl)-1,3,5-triazine (tptz) with oxalic and malonic acids in methanol-water at room temperature gave [Cu(tptz)(C2O4)(H2O)]?·?4H2O (1) and [Cu(pma)(C3H2O4)(H2O)]?·?H2O (2) (pma?=?2-aminocarbonylpyridine), respectively. Reaction in the absence of any acid resulted in [Cu(bpca)(tca)]?·?2H2O (3) (bpca?=?bis(2-pyridylcarbonyl)amide anion; tca?=?2-pyridinecarboxylate anion). Complex 1 consists of [Cu(tptz)(C2O4)(H2O)] and lattice H2O molecules; the tridentate tptz ligand, bidentate oxalate dianion and an aqua ligand are bound to Cu with distorted octahedral geometry. Complex 2 is composed of [Cu(pma)(C3H2O4)(H2O)] and lattice H2O molecules; the bidentate 2-aminocarbonylpyridine ligand, a bidentate malonate dianion and an aqua ligand are coordinated to Cu with a slightly distorted square pyramidal geometry. Complex 3 consists of [Cu(bpca)(tca)] and lattice H2O molecules. Square pyramidally coordinated Cu atoms are surrounded by tridentate bpca with nitrogen donor atoms and a bidentate 2-pyridinecarboxylate anion.  相似文献

Four isotypic one-dimensional coordination polymers (CP) were synthesized using the group 13 metal halides AlBr3, GaCl3, GaBr3, and InI3 and the tridentate ligand 2,4,6-tri(4-pyridyl)-1,3,5-triazine (tpt) serving as bidentate linker. The neutral one-dimensional CPs 1[AlBr3(tpt)], 1[GaCl3(tpt)], 1[GaBr3(tpt)], and 1[InI3(tpt)] are constituted by zigzag-shaped chains in the crystal structure, in which one coordination site of the tpt ligand remains uncoordinated. All CPs were characterized by SCXRD, PXRD, simultaneous DTA/TG, elemental-analysis and IR spectroscopy. Furthermore, three complexes of the composition [(AlBr3)3(tpt)], [(GaCl3)3(tpt)], and [(GaBr3)3(tpt)] were structurally characterized by SCXRD, being preliminary and side products of the formation of the coordination polymers.  相似文献

2-(4-Pyridyl)-1,3,5-triazine, 2-(4-pyridyl)-4-methyl-1,3,5-triazine, 2-(4-pyridyl)-4,6-dimethyl-1,3,5-triazine and 2-(4-pyridyl)pyrimidine have been prepared by modification of established triazine and pyrimidine syntheses. These compounds and some of their relatives have been converted to quaternary pyridinium salts. The polarographic reduction potentials of the salts in aqueous solution are pH dependent. The activity of the salts as post-emergent herbicides is reported.  相似文献

The crystal structures and packing of 2,4,6-tris(4-fluorophenoxy)-1,3,5-triazine and 2,4,6-tris(3,4-dimethylphenoxy)-1,3,5-triazine are discussed. These structures have been determined as a continuation of a series of octupolar NLO materials we have been investigating. The crystal structures are characterized by C–H...F and C–H... hydrogen bonds, respectively. A characteristic of these triazine structures is the presence of dimeric Piedfort Units (PU) that are extended into more elaborate two-dimensional (2-D) networks. The structure of the fluoro derivative is compared with that of the corresponding unsubstituted and chloro/bromo-substituted derivatives. The structure of the dimethyl triazine is compared with that of the corresponding 4-methyl derivative. The noncentrosymmetric nature of the dimethyl derivative was confirmed by a powder SHG signal at 1.064 m of the order of 0.5 × KDP. Interestingly, the dimethyl derivative studied here is isostructural with the corresponding 4-methyl triazine. This H/Me isostructurality is shown to be an uncommon phenomenon by an analysis with the CSD.  相似文献

The kinetics of base hydrolysis of tris(3-(2-pyridyl)-5,6-diphenyl-1,2,4-triazine)iron(II), \( {\text{Fe(PDT)}}_{ 3}^{2 + } \) has been studied in aqueous, cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) and sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS) media at 25, 35 and 45 °C under pseudo-first-order conditions, i.e. \( [ {\text{OH}}^{ - } ]\gg [{\text{Fe(PDT)}}_{ 3}^{2 + } ] \). The reactions are first order in both of substrate \( {\text{Fe(PDT)}}_{ 3}^{2 + } \) and hydroxide ion. The rates decrease with increasing ionic strength in aqueous and CTAB media, whereas SDS medium shows little ionic strength effect. The rate also increases with CTAB concentration but decreases with SDS. The specific rate constant, k and thermodynamic parameters (E a, ΔH #, ΔS # and ΔG #) have also been evaluated. The near equal values of ΔG # obtained in aqueous and CTAB media suggest that these reactions occur essentially by the same mechanism such that \( {\text{Fe(PDT)}}_{ 3}^{2 + } \) reacts with OH? in the rate-determining step. The ionic strength effect in SDS medium suggests that the rate-determining step involves an ion and a neutral species. The results in this study are compared with those obtained for other iron(II)-bipyridine complexes.  相似文献

We investigated the coordination self-assembly and metalation reaction of Cu with 5,10,15,20-tetra(4-pyridyl)porphyrin (2HTPyP) on a Au(111) surface by means of scanning tunneling microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and density functional theory calculations. 2HTPyP was found to interact with Cu through both the peripheral pyridyl groups and the porphyrin core. Pairs of pyridyl groups from neighboring molecules coordinate Cu(0) atoms, which leads to the formation of a supramolecular metal-organic coordination network. The network formation occurs at room temperature; annealing at 450 K enhances the process. The interaction of Cu with the porphyrin core is more complex. At room temperature, formation of an initial complex Cu(0)-2HTPyP is observed. Annealing at 450 K activates an intramolecular redox reaction, by which the coordinated Cu(0) is oxidized to Cu(II) and the complex Cu(II)TPyP is formed. The coordination network consists then of Cu(II) complexes linked by Cu(0) atoms; that is, it represents a mixed-valence two-dimensional coordination network consisting of an ordered array of Cu(II) and Cu(0) centers. Above 520 K, the network degrades and the Cu atoms in the linking positions diffuse into the substrate, while the Cu(II)TPyP complexes form a close-packed structure that is stabilized by weak intermolecular interactions. Density functional theory investigations show that the reaction with Cu(0) proceeds via formation of an initial complex between metal atom and porphyrin followed by formation of Cu(II) porphyrin within the course of the reaction. The activation barrier of the rate limiting step was found to be 24-37 kcal mol(-1) depending on the method used. In addition, linear coordination of a Cu atom by two CuTPyP molecules is favorable according to gas-phase calculations.  相似文献
