Cyclic tetraaryl[5]cumulenes ( 1 a–f ) have been synthesized and studied as a function of increasing ring strain. The magnitude of ring strain is approximated by the extent of bending of the cumulenic core as assessed by a combination of X-ray crystallographic analysis and DFT calculations. Trends are observed in 13C NMR, UV-vis, and Raman spectra associated with ring strain, but the effects are small. In particular, the experimental HOMO-LUMO gap is not appreciably affected by bending of the [5]cumulene framework from ca. 174° (λmax=504 nm) in 1 a to ca. 178° (λmax=494 nm) in 1 f .  相似文献

The first stable eta6-germabenzene complexes, that is, [M(CO)3(eta6-C5H5GeTbt)] {M=Cr (2), Mo (3), and W (4); Tbt=2,4,6-tris[bis(trimethylsilyl)methyl]phenyl}, have been synthesized by ligand-exchange reactions between [M(CO)3(CH3CN)3] (M=Cr, Mo, and W) and the kinetically stabilized germabenzene 1 and characterized by 1H and 13C NMR, IR, and UV/Vis spectroscopy. In the 1H and 13C NMR spectra of 2-4, all of the signals for the germabenzene rings were shifted upfield relative to their counterparts in the free germabenzene 1. X-ray crystallographic analysis of 2 and 4 revealed that the germabenzene ligand was nearly planar and was coordinated to the M(CO)3 group (M=Cr, W) in an eta6 fashion. The formation of complexes 2-4 from germabenzene 1 should be noted as the application of germaaromatics as 6pi-electron ligands toward complexation with Group 6 metals. On the other hand, treatment of 1 with [{RuCp*Cl}4] (Cp*=C5Me5) in THF afforded a novel eta5-germacyclohexadienido complex of ruthenium-[RuCp*{eta5-C5H5GeTbt(Cl)}] (9)-instead of the expected eta6-germabenzene-ruthenium cationic complex [RuCp*{eta6-C5H5GeTbt}]Cl (10). Crystallographic structural analysis of 9 showed that the five carbon atoms of the germacyclohexadienido ligand of 9 were coordinated to the Ru center in an eta5 fashion.  相似文献

The reduction of an overcrowded (E)-1,2-dibromodigermene, Bbt(Br)Ge=Ge(Br)Bbt (2) [Bbt = 2,6-bis[bis(trimethylsilyl)methyl]-4-[tris(trimethylsilyl)methyl]phenyl], with KC8 afforded a stable digermyne, BbtGe[triple bond]GeBbt (1). The Ge[triple bond]Ge triple-bond characters of 1 were revealed by the X-ray crystallographic analysis and spectroscopic studies (UV/vis and Raman spectra) together with theoretical calculations. The Ge[triple bond]Ge bond lengths of the two nonidentical molecules of 1 observed in the unit cell were shorter than that of the previously reported digermyne, Ar'Ge[triple bond]GeAr' (Ar' = 2,6-Dip2C6H3, Dip = 2,6-diisopropylphenyl).  相似文献

以丙酮和甲酸乙酯为原料, 在醇钠的作用下合成了1,3,5-三乙酰基苯(1). 1与二溴新戊二醇在酸的作用下发生缩酮化反应, 制成1,3,5-三-(1-甲基-2,6-二氧杂-4,4-二溴甲基环己基)苯(2). 2与5,5-二甲基-4,6-二氧杂-1,3-环己二酮在乙醇钠的作用下合成了1,3,5-三-[7-(7-甲基-2,2-二-乙氧羰基-6,8-二氧杂螺[3.5]-壬基)]苯(3). 将3在氯仿中与季戊四醇进行酯交换反应得到产物1,3,5-三-[7-(7-甲基-2,2-二-(2,2-二羟甲基-3-羟基丙氧基羰基)-6,8-二氧杂螺[3.5]-壬基)]苯(4). 收率为47.7%. 标题化合物及中间产物使用IR, 1H NMR和MS或元素分析进行了表征.  相似文献

The first six-membered gold(III) N^C^N pincer complex was obtained in good yield, under very mild conditions, by transmetalation of [Hg(κC-N^C^N)Cl] (N^CH^N = 1,3-bis(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)benzene, HL(1)) with Na[AuCl(4)]. The X-ray crystal structure of [Au(N^C^N)Cl][PF(6)] showed that the fused six-membered metallacycles each exist in a strongly puckered boat conformation. As shown by the (1)H NMR spectra in various solvents, the same structure is also retained in solution: no inversion of the six-membered metallacycles is observed in DMSO up to 95 °C. This correlates well with a reaction barrier of 17.5 kcal/mole, as determined by quantum chemical calculations. The reactivity of the present pincer complex is compared to that of the analogous 1,3-bis(2-pyridyl)benzene, HL(2), derivative, which has five-membered fused metallacycles. Sharp differences are found in the reactions with phosphines, such as PPh(3) and dppe (1,2-bis-diphenylphosphino-ethane), and with silver salts. Theoretical calculations were carried out on the two pincer complexes in order to try to understand these differences, and we found that the gold-chlorine bond is significantly stronger in the case of the complex containing five-membered metallacyclic rings.  相似文献

The structure and complexation behaviour of 1,3-alternate-1,2,3-triazole based on thiacalix[4]arene,1,3-alternate-1 and 2 have been determined by means of X-ray analysis, fluorescence and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The X-ray results suggested that the nitrogen atom N3 on triazole ring can act as hydrogen bond acceptors in the self-assembly of a supramolecular structure. The fluorescence spectra changes indicated that the thiacalix[4]arene bearing 1,2,3-triazole groups were highly selective for Ag+ in comparison with other tested metal ions by enhancement of the monomer emission of pyrene. The 1H NMR results suggested that Ag+ can be strongly bonded by the triazole groups with the cooperation of the ionophoric cavity formed by the two inverted benzene rings and the sulfur atoms of the thiacalix[4]arene.  相似文献

The solution conformation of a furanose ring can be assessed through PSEUROT analysis of three-bond (1)H-(1)H coupling constants ((3)J(HH)) of the ring hydrogens. For each coupling constant, PSEUROT requires two parameters, A and B, which are used to translate the H[bond]C[bond]C[bond]H dihedral angle predicted from the (3)J(HH) into an endocyclic torsion angle from which the identity of the conformers can be determined. In this paper, we have used density functional theory methods to generate a family of envelope conformers for methyl furanosides 1-8. From these structures, A and B were calculated for each H[bond]C[bond]C[bond]H fragment. In turn, the values of these parameters for the arabinofuranose ring were used in PSEUROT calculations to determine the conformers populated by monosaccharides 1 and 2 as well as the furanose rings in oligosaccharides 9-15. The results of these analyses are consistent with the low-energy conformers identified from previous computational and X-ray crystallographic studies of 1 and 2.  相似文献

Density functional theory (DFT) and time-dependent DFT calculations were carried out to comparatively describe the molecular structures, molecular orbital energy gaps, atomic charges, infrared (IR) and Raman spectra, and UV-vis spectra of PbPc (1), PbPc(alpha-OC2H5)4 (2), and PbPc(alpha-OC5H11)4 (3) {Pc2- = dianion of phthalocyanine; [Pc(alpha-OC2H5)4]2- = dianion of 1,8,15,22-tetra-ethoxyphthalocyanine; [Pc(alpha-OC5H11)4]2- = dianion of 1,8,15,22-tetrakis(3-pentyloxy)phthalocyanine}. The calculated structural data of compounds 1 and 3 and the simulated IR and UV-vis spectra of 3 are compared with X-ray crystallography molecular structures and the experimental absorption spectra respectively to verify the performance of the B3LYP method and the LANL2DZ basis set. Substitution of bulky alkoxy groups at the nonperipheral positions of the phthalocyanine ring adds obvious effect to the molecular structure of phthalocyaninato lead compounds by deflecting the isoindole units in the direction that the isoindole units extends and distorting them in the C4 axis direction due to the steric hindrance. Both the calculated IR and UV-vis absorption spectra of 3 correspond well with the experimental results.  相似文献

Deprotonation of the nitrogen atoms of the two pyrrole rings of 1,3-bis-{[(1'-pyrrol-2-yl)-1,1'-dimethyl]methyl}benzene with KH followed by further reaction with either VCl 3(THF) 3 or with VCl 2(TMEDA) 2 respectively gave the paramagnetic complexes [1,3-bis-{[(1'-pyrrol-2-yl)-1,1'-dimethyl]methyl}benzene]VCl(DME) ( 1) and [1,3-bis-{[(1'-pyrrol-2-yl)-1,1'-dimethyl]methyl}benzene]V(THF) 3 ( 2). Further reduction with the appropriate amount of KH afforded diamagnetic dinuclear [1,3-bis-{[(1'-pyrrol-2-yl)-1,1'-dimethyl]methyl}benzene]V} 2] ( 3). In complex 3, the bridging interaction between the two metal centers is realized via the ligand central benzene ring. Density functional theory calculations have elucidated the nature of the electronic interaction between the two metals with the bridging pi-system thus accounting for its visible structural distortion. Calculations also pointed out the presence of only a weak V-V bond in spite of the short V-V distance.  相似文献

Schiff bases derived from different meta-substituted salicylaldehyde and 5-methylaminopyridine have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, NMR and UV-vis techniques. NMR assignments were made using (1)H, (13)C NMR and aided by 2D HETCOR and HMBC heteronuclear correlation techniques. The UV-vis spectra of the compounds were found useful in understanding the existence of tautomeric equilibria [phenol-imine (O-H...N) and keto-amine (O...H-N) forms] in polar and non-polar solvents. In order to rationalize the stabilization of tautomer in solid state, X-ray structure of 2-[(1E)-2-aza-2-(5-methyl(2-pyridyl)ethenyl)]-4-bromobenzen-1-ol (6) was determined. The first stable neutral stannaaromatic compound, 2-stannanaphthalene , was synthesized by taking advantage of an extremely bulky and efficient steric protection group, 2,4,6-tris[bis(trimethylsilyl)methyl]phenyl (Tbt). The molecular structure and aromaticity of were discussed on the basis of X-ray crystallographic analysis, NMR, UV-vis, and Raman spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry, and theoretical calculations. 2-Germanaphthalene , which has a framework similar to that of , was synthesized for comparison, and systematic elucidation was made for the properties of 2-metallanaphthalene systems containing a heavier group 14 element (Si, Ge, or Sn).  相似文献

Reaction of 2 equiv of K[1,3-(SiMe3)2C3H3] with NiBr2(dme) in THF at -78 degrees C produces the orange pi-allyl complex [1,3-(SiMe3)2C3H3]2Ni (1). Unlike the pyrophoric (C3H5)2Ni, the trimethylsilylated derivative only slowly decomposes in air (from hours to days). Both eclipsed (1a) and staggered (1b) conformations are found in solution; the eclipsed form irreversibly converts to the thermodynamically more stable staggered conformation when heated above 85 degrees C. Single-crystal X-ray structures obtained for both 1a and 1b confirm that the allyl ligands are bound in a trihapto manner to the metals and that trimethylsilyl substituents are in syn, anti arrangements. Density functional theory calculations performed on the bis(allyl)nickel complexes indicate that the substituents exert little effect on the basic metal-ligand geometries. Trimethylphosphine is converted to tetramethyltetraphosphane, (MeP)4, on reaction with 1. In toluene, 3-bromo-1,3-bis(trimethylsilyl)propene reacts with (COD)2Ni to produce the dimeric purple complex {[1,3-(SiMe3)2C3H3]NiBr}2 (2a). Both NMR and X-ray crystallographic data establish that the allyl ligands are staggered and that the trimethylsilyl substituents are in a syn, syn conformation. NMR data indicate that the reaction of one equivalent of 1 with Br2 in benzene produces an analogous complex (2b) with the allyl ligand substituents in a syn, anti configuration. When 1 equiv of 1 is treated with I2 in hexanes, the dark red dimeric complex {[1,3-(SiMe3)2C3H3]NiI}2 (3) is formed. Its X-ray crystal structure demonstrates that both eclipsed (3a) and staggered (3b) allyl conformation are present. The trimethylsilyl groups on the allyl ligands are in syn, anti arrangements in the two forms.  相似文献

Several organosilicon compounds bearing a 2-(phenylazo)phenyl group were synthesized from the corresponding chlorosilanes and 2-lithioazobenzene prepared by halogen-lithium transmetalation of 2-iodoazobenzene. Their structures were determined by (1)H, (13)C, (19)F, and (29)Si NMR spectra, UV-vis spectra, and X-ray crystallographic analyses. In the UV-vis spectra, silyl groups caused red shifts of both the n-pi and pi-pi transitions of the azo group compared with the transitions of the unsubstituted azobenzene. The E-isomers of the fluorosilanes showed an intramolecular interaction between a nitrogen atom of the azo group and the silicon atom, leading their intermediate structures between a distorted trigonal bipyramidal structure and a tetrahedral structure around the silicon atoms, which were revealed by the X-ray crystallographic analyses and the NMR spectra. On the other hand, silanes without fluorine atoms showed tetrahedral structures in the absence of such an interaction. The photoirradiation of the E-isomers of the fluorosilanes afforded reversibly the corresponding Z-isomers in good yields. The silicon atoms of the Z-isomers were found to be tetracoordinate in the absence of Si-N interactions by the (29)Si NMR spectra. The coordination numbers of the silicon atom of the fluorosilanes were reversibly switched between four and five by photoirradiation. These properties were compared to those of a tetrafluoro[2-(phenylazo)phenyl]silicate.  相似文献

Two charged donor-acceptor [2]catenanes were synthesized by the cyclization of the π-acceptor 1,1 '-[1, 4-phenylenebis-(methylene)]bis(4,4'-bipyridinium)bis(hexafluorophosphate)(2) and bis(bromomethyl)benzene with the templates of the π-donor phenylene-diacetylene crown ethers la and lb in the yields of 31%, 35%, respectively. The mass spectra, 1H and 13C NMR spectra confirm that the phenylene-diacetylene crown ethers, with a nonaromatic ~r-system, successfully template the cyclization of CBPQT4+. The X-ray crystallography analysis shows that the CBPQT4+ ring encircles around the phenylene motif of the crown ethers, leaving the 1,3-butadiyne fragment out of the cavity of CBPQT4+ ring. The mechanically interlocked structure of [2]catenanes was stabilized by the cooperative effects of π-stacking and hydrogen bonding interactions.  相似文献

Benzo[1,2,3]trichalcogenoles with two bromine atoms on the benzene ring, 5,6-dibromo-4,7-diethylbenzo[1,2,3]trichalcogenoles (1a) and (1b) (chalcogen: 1a = S; 1b = Se), were first prepared by treating 2,3,5,6-tetrabromo-1,4-diethylbenzene (TBDEB) with elemental sulfur or amorphous selenium in DBU at 140 degrees C (for 1a) and 100 degrees C (for 1b) for 24 h. The structures of 1a and 1b were verified by NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, and elemental analysis. X-ray crystallographic analysis ultimately showed that the substitution reactions of TBDEB proceeded at the two adjacent bromine atoms. To apply 1a and 1b to construction of phthalocyanine derivatives with sulfur or selenium functional groups, 4,5-bis(benzylchalcogeno)-3,6-diethylphthalonitriles (5a) and (5b) as key intermediates were prepared by way of introduction of alkyl groups (2-cyanoethyl or 4-nitrophenethyl groups) on two chalcogen atoms, substitution of two bromine atoms with nitrile groups, and subsequent exchange of alkyl groups with benzyl groups. Compound 5a was treated with lithium in n-pentanol at 100 degrees C for 1 h to produce 2,3,9,10,16,17,23,24-octakis(benzylthio)-1,4,8,11,15,18,22,25-octaethylphthalocyanine (6a). A similar treatment of 5b in n-hexanol at 100 degrees C for 2 h gave phthalocyanine 6b. The structures of 6a and 6b were determined by (1)H NMR spectroscopy and MALDI-TOFMS. X-ray crystallographic analysis of 6a was also performed. The Q-band absorptions (lambda(max)) for 6a and 6b in UV-vis spectra were observed at 755 nm (log epsilon = 5.1) and 757 nm (log epsilon = 5.1), respectively, and their electrochemical properties were verified by cyclic voltammetry in dichloromethane with Ag/AgNO(3) as a reference electrode. Compounds 6a and 6b were further treated with lithium in THF/NH(3) at -78 degrees C and then with dibutyltin dichloride to produce phthalocyanine derivatives 8a and 8b with four dichalcogenastannole rings by way of octachalcogenate phthalocyanines 7a and 7b.  相似文献

芳基伯胺与芳基溴在Pd(dba)2/P(t-Bu)3催化下于80 ℃甲苯溶液中反应生成芳基仲胺, 芳基仲胺再与3-溴苯并[de]蒽-7-酮在Pd(OAc)2/P(t-Bu)3催化下于120 ℃邻二甲苯溶液中反应生成苯并[de]蒽-7-酮类叔芳胺有机电致发光材料; 3-二苯基氨基苯并[de]蒽-7-酮与丙二腈反应生成2-(3-二苯基氨基)苯并[de]蒽-7-基亚基丙二腈. 产物的结构经1H NMR, 13C NMR, 13C (DEPT), HRMS光谱所证实. 用UV-Vis, PL, DSC测定了化合物的发光性能.  相似文献

以苯乙酮与间苯二甲酸甲酯为原料经由Claisen缩合制备了1,3-二(3-苯基-3-氧代丙烯醇)苯(BPOB). 用元素分析、MS、1H NMR、UV吸收光谱、X射线单晶衍射和固体CD光谱等对其进行了表征. 晶体结构数据显示, BPOB属于Sohncke空间群P212121, UV和1H NMR谱表明, BPOB在溶液中主要以烯醇式存在, 固体CD光谱和重结晶实验证明, BPOB手性晶体的形成是结晶诱导的绝对不对称合成.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of novel cis-1,2-disilylenylethene [cis-LSi{C(Ph)=C(H)}SiL] (2; L=PhC(NtBu)(2)) and a singlet delocalized biradicaloid [LSi(μ(2)-C(2)Ph(2))(2)SiL] (3) are described. Compound 2 was prepared by the reaction of [{PhC(NtBu)(2)}Si:](2) (1) with one equivalent of PhC[triple chemical bond]CH in toluene. Compound 3 was synthesized by the reaction of 1 with two equivalents of PhC[triple chemical bond]CPh in toluene. The results suggest that the reaction proceeds through an [LSi{C(Ph)==C(Ph)}SiL] intermediate, which then reacts with another molecule of PhC[triple chemical bond]CPh to form 3. Compounds 2 and 3 have been characterized by X-ray crystallography and NMR spectroscopy. X-ray crystallography and DFT calculations of 3 show that the singlet biradicals are stabilized by the amidinate ligand and the delocalization within the "Si(μ(2)-C(2)Ph(2))(2)Si" six-membered ring.  相似文献

The static and dynamic stereochemistry of dimesityl-2,4,6-trimethoxyphenylmethane in solution was investigated by lineshape analysis of 1D NMR spectra and cross-peak amplitude processing in 2D EXSY spectra, recorded at variable temperatures. Previous studies on this propeller-shaped chiral compound show that the stereomer threshold interconversion is associated with helicity reversal and occurs through [1,2]- and [1,3]-two ring flips of one mesityl and the 2,4,6-trimethoxyphenyl rings. In the present study, the experimental rate constants of the [1,2]- and [1,3]-two ring flips, which are identical, were determined at various temperatures by combining quantitative 2D EXSY spectra processing and complete lineshape analysis (CLSA) of 1D NMR spectra. The latter were subjected to reference deconvolution and linear prediction in order to eliminate the lineshape distortions due to magnetic field inhomogeneity. The activation parameters of these ring flips were determined by an Eyring equation analysis of the temperature dependence of the rate constant. The experimentally determined activation enthalpy and entropy for the two-ring flips, and those obtained from theoretical ab initio calculations at different levels of theory and basis sets, were found to be in good agreement.  相似文献

The key role played by the sulfur atoms has been made clear by comparison with structurally related (S)-N-acyl-4-isopropyl-1,3-oxazolidin-2-ones.  相似文献
