The complex {[Co(4,4′-bpy)(H2O)4](Fum)·4H2O}n(where 4,4′-bpy = 4,4′-bipyridine and Fum = fumarate) was synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction. The complex consists of one-dimensional chains containing cobalt(Ⅱ) ions bridged by 4,4′-bpy molecules. The six-coordination of Co2+ is achieved by means of four water molecules. The fumarate is not coordinated to cobalt ion while it forms hydrogen bonds with coordinated and non-coordinated water molecules and extends the structure into three-dimensional hydrogen bonding network. A complex {[Co(4,4′-bipy)(H2O)4]·(α-Furacrylic acid)2·(H2O)}n with α-furacrylic acid, 4,4′-bipy and cobaltous chloride hexahydrate has been synthesized by means of hydrothermal way and characterized. Crystal data for this complex: monoclinic, space group P21/c, a=1.147 0(2) nm, b=1.099 9(2) nm, c=1.111 1(2) nm, β=97.829(3)°, V=1.388 7(5) nm3, Dc=1.429 g·cm-3, Z=2, μ(Mo Kα)=0.682 mm-1, F(000)=622, S=1.025, R1=0.035 8, wR2=0.086 1. The crystal structure shows that the cobalt(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms of two 4,4′-bipy molecules and four oxygen atoms from four water molecules, respectively, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. Adjacent cobalt(Ⅱ) ions are bridged by 4,4′-bipy groups, resulting in a 1D chain structure. The adjacent Co(Ⅱ)-Co(Ⅱ) distance is 1.147 0 nm. The cobalt(Ⅱ) ion isn′ t coordinated with α-Furacrylic acid. The complex molecules form 2D structure through hydrogen bonds. The cyclic voltametric behavior of the complex was also investigated. 利用药物奥沙拉秦钠,邻菲罗啉与Cd(ClO4)2·6H2O或Co(NO3)2·6H2O水热反应分别得到其配合物的晶体[Cd(OSA)(Phen)(H2O)]n (1)(OSA=3,3′-偶氮-二(6-羟基苯甲酸))和[Co(OSA)(Phen)(H2O)]n (2)。单晶结构分析表明两化合物均为一维链状聚合结构,两者的晶体的空间群皆为C2/c。两化合物中,中心金属的配位几何构型均为五配位的五角双锥。3,3′-偶氮-二(6-羟基苯甲酸)通过羧基桥连金属离子形成一维链状聚合物结构。  相似文献

A mononuclear Cobalt(Ⅱ) complex [CoL(H2O)2]n (H2L: 4,4′,6,6′-Tetrabromo-2,2′-[ethylenedioxybis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenol), has been synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray diffraction single crystal structure analysis. The crystal of the complex belongs to monoclinic space group P21/c with a=2.516 8(3) nm, b=1.023 43(18) nm, c=0.789 17(14) nm, β=91.375(2)°, V=2.032 1(5) nm3, Z=4, Dc=2.317 Mg·m-3, μ(Mo Kα)=8.747 mm-1, F(000)=1 356, R1=0.049 7, wR2=0.110 4. The crystal structure of [CoL(H2O)2]n indicates that the complex consists of one cobalt(Ⅱ) atom, one L2- unit and two coordinated water molecules, and the coordination number of the cobalt(Ⅱ) atom is six. One-dimensional chain supramolecular structure is formed by intermolecular hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking of neighboring benzene rings. CCDC: 652649.  相似文献

A novel two-dimensional cadmium(Ⅱ) complex {[Cd(bpds)(bpp)2]·2H2O}n (1) with 4,4′-biphenyldisulfonic acid (H2bpds) and 1,3-bis(4-pyridyl)propane (bpp) has been synthesized by means of hydrothermal method and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, thermal analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P1 with a=0.900 96(12) nm, b=1.098 84(14) nm, c=1.125 71(15) nm, α=115.907(2)°, β= 92.307 (2)°, γ=105.383 (2)°, V=0.950 8(2) nm3, Dc=1.497 g·cm-3, Z=1, F(000)=440, Goof=1.046, R1=0.028 2, wR2= 0.074 9. Complex 1 shows a novel two-dimensional (2D) lamellar structure and further extended into a 3D supramolecular structure through O-H…O and C-H…O hydrogen bonding interactions. One dimensional chain cobalt coordination polymer has been synthesized with malic acid and cobalt(Ⅱ) chloride anhydrous, and characterized by the element analysis, IR, TGA and single crystal X-ray diffraction structure analysis. The title complex crystallizes in monoclinic system with space group P21, a=0.575 61(9) nm, b=0.905 86(14) nm, c=0.841 02(13) nm, β=105.350(2)°; V=0.422 88(11) nm3, Z=2, Dc=1.924 Mg·m-3, μ=2.044 mm-1, F(000)=250, and final R1=0.029 3, wR2=0.074 2. The crystal structure shows that the cobalt ion is coordinated with four oxygen atoms from two different malate molecules and two oxygen atoms from two water molecules respectively, forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. Two adjacent cobalt(Ⅱ) atoms are bridged by one malate groups in bis-monodentate mode, constructing a one dimensional chain structure along b axis, with the adjacent Co…Co distance being 0.530 9 nm. Moreover, the molecules are packed in three-dimensional supramolecular network though the intermolecular hydrogen bonds. CCDC: 704441.  相似文献

A novel coordination ploymer [{Zn(3-SBA)(2,2′-bipy)(H2O)2}·H2O]n was synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of 3-Na2SBA, ZnSO4·7H2O and 2,2′-bipy. The structure was characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The title coordination ploymer crystallized in monoclinic with space group P21, a=0.803 42(18) nm, b=1.501 8(3) nm, c=0.821 13(19) nm, β=109.350(4)°. 本文以5-溴间苯二甲酸(H2BIPA)、1,2-双(4-吡啶基)乙烷(bpe)和Cu(NO3)2.3H2O水热反应得到了一个配位聚合物{[Cu2(BIPA)2(bpe)2].H2O}n,并用元素分析、红外光谱以及X-射线单晶洐射对其进行了表征。该晶体属三斜晶系,P1空间群。Cu(Ⅱ)离子通过2个BIPA配体桥联形成一维梯状链,再通过bpe配体连接成二维层状结构。变温磁化率显示羧酸桥联的双核铜之间存在弱的反铁磁相互作用。  相似文献

The new complex formulated [(DPC)2Co2(H2O)5]·2H2O (HDPC- is pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylate) has been synthesized and the crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystal structure of the complex belongs to monoclinic system with space group P21/c, a=0.83850(10) nm, b=2.7386(4) nm, c=0.9610(2) nm, β=98.280 (10) °, V=2.1838(6) nm3, Z=4, Dc=1.746 g·cm-3, μ=1.597 mm-1. In the crystal the two Co2+ are in distorted octahedrons. The part of [Co(DPC)2] possess an approximate D2d symmetry, while the part of [OCo(2)(OH2)5] has an approximate C2 symmetry.  相似文献

The title complex has been synthesized with m-chlorobenzoic acid, 1,10-phenanthroline and cobalt perchlorate anhydrous in the solvent mixture of water and methanol. Crystal data for this complex: triclinic, space group P1, a=0.870 7(3) nm, b=1.284 4(4) nm, c=1.692 9(5) nm; α=75.430(5)°, β=77.562(5)°, γ=86.346(5)°, V=1.789 4(9) nm3, Dc=1.456 g·cm-3, Z=2, F(000)=806. The crystal stru-cture shows that the Cobaly ion is coordinated with four nitrogen atoms from two 1,10-phenanthroline molecules and two oxygen atoms from one m-chlorobenzoic acid molecule and one water molecule respectively, forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The novel complex {[Co(bipy)(azpy)2(NCS)2]·H2O}n (where bipy=4,4′-bipyridine, azpy=4,4′-azobisp- yridine) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, UV, thermal analyses, and vari-able-temperature magnetic susceptibility. The crystal (C32H26CoN12OS2, Mr=717.70) belongs to the orthorhombic, space group Pnna, a=2.21312(16)nm, b=1.40403(10)nm, c=1.14237(8)nm, V=3.5497(4)nm3, Z=4, Dc=1.343g·cm-3, μ=0.645mm-1, F(000)=1476, and final R1=0.0691, wR2=0.1129 for 231 parameters and 1674 observed reflections [I >2.00σ(I)]. The Co(Ⅱ) atom is, in a distorted octahedral geometry, coordi-nated by six nitrogen atoms from two bridging bipy, two monodentate azpy, and two thiocyanate groups. The bridging ligand bipy links Co(Ⅱ) atoms to form the infinite “rod" with terminal coordination azpy ligand acting as sidearms. Unprecedented three parallel interpenetrating two-dimensional (4,4) networks and novel infinite triple helices are formed via hydrogen-bonding interactions. CCDC: 155588.  相似文献

The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P2/c, with a=0.876 4(2) nm, b=1.233 0(3) nm, c=1.761 2(4) nm, β=109.152(9)°, V=1.797 8(7) nm3, Z=4, Mr=490.73, Dc=1.813 g·cm-3, F(000)=976, μ=1.258 mm-1, the final R=0.043 8 and wR=0.098 9 for 2 880 observed reflections with I>2σ(I). 采用水热法合成了2个3-(3-吡啶基)丙烯酸的配合物:Fe(pda)2(H2O)4(1)和[FeCo(pda)4(H2O)4]n(2)(pda=3-(3-吡啶基)丙烯酸),用红外光谱、元素分析、热重-差热以及X-射线衍射单晶结构分析进行了表征.2个配合物都属于单斜晶系,配合物1的空间群为P21/n,配合物2的为P21/c.配合物1是一个pda配体中仅吡啶基氮原子参与配位、而羧基上的氧原子未参与配位的单核结构,通过大量的氢键作用形成三维超分子体系.2是pda配体桥联Fe和Co的异核二维层状配位聚合物;配体吡啶基上的氮原子和羧基上的氧原子都参与了配位,其中羧基采用单齿配位模式.  相似文献

It was characterized as crystallizing in the triclinic space group P1, with: a=1.138 1(2) nm, b=1.165 2(2) nm, c=1.223 3(2) nm, α=88.47(3)°, β=88.00(3)°, γ=65.78(3)°, V=1.478 4(4) nm3, Dc=1.446 g·cm-3, Z=1, F(000)=670. Final GooF=1.106, R1=0.041 5, wR2=0.110 4. The crystal structure shows that the cobalt(Ⅱ) ion is lined with one 4,4′-bipy molecule, forming a one-dimension chain with Z-type structure, which coordinated with two nitrogen atoms of two 4,4′-bipy molecules and four oxygen atoms from two p-acetamidobenzoic acid molecules, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The result of TG analysis shows that the title complex was stable under 230.0 ℃. CCDC: 741932.  相似文献

A novel dinuclear complex of [Ni2(p-PhDTA)(2,2′-bipy)2(H2O)2]·4H2O (p-PhDTA2-=para-phenylenediamine-N,N,N′,N′-tetraacetate)has been synthesized. The complex was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, thermo-analysis and X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to triclinic, space group P1 with a=0.976 3(7)nm, b=0.989 41(7) nm, c=1.084 29(8) nm, α=65.661 0(10)°, β=75.234 0(10)°, γ=85.616 0(10)°, Z=2, V=0.925 44(12) nm3, Dc=1.568 g·cm-3, R1=0.031 5, wR2=0.081 4. In the complex, the central Ni(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated in a distorted octahedral geometry, defined by two carboxyl O atoms and one N atom from same p-PhDTA2- group, two N atoms from 2,2′-bipyridine ligand and one water molecule. The two nickel (Ⅱ) ions are linked by p-PhDTA2- group into a dinuclear structure and extensive hydrogen bonds link the complex into a 2D supramolecular network. CCDC: 294084.  相似文献

The title compound [Mn(phendione)(PDC)(H2O)2]·2H2O (H2PDC=pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid) has been prepared in aqueous solution and characterized by single X-ray diffraction structure determination, elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, and thermal analyses. The compound crystallizes in Monoclinic system, space group C2/ca=1.017 51(11) nm, b=1.483 25(11) nm, c=1.461 21(13) nm, β=109.86(10)°, V=2.074 1(3) nm3Z=4, F(000)=1 028, μ=0.701 mm-1Dc=1.609 g·cm-3R1=0.028 9, wR2=0.078 8 [I>2σ(I)]. Crystal structure reveals that complex consists of one-dimensional chain framework bridged by hydrogen bonds that formed by uncoordinated water and oxygen atom of carboxyl group in PDC2-. Furthermore, the complexes form a three-dimensional super-molecular structure through hydrogen bonds. CCDC: 648570.  相似文献
