采用密度泛函理论,对Pt(111)和Pt3Ni(111)表面上CO和O的单独吸附、共吸附以及CO的氧化反应进行了系统的研究. 结果表明, Pt3Ni(111)表面上CO的吸附弱于Pt(111)表面, O的吸附明显强于Pt(111)表面. 两个表面表现出相似的CO催化氧化活性. 表面Ni的存在不但稳定了O的吸附,同时也降低了过渡态O的能量.  相似文献

利用沉积沉淀法制备了Pt/TiO2催化剂, 将其在不同温度下焙烧, 以得到不同颗粒尺寸的Pt. 并将这些样品用于CO催化氧化反应以及反应动力学研究. 结果表明: 焙烧温度对催化剂有明显影响, Pt 颗粒尺寸随着焙烧温度的升高而增加; 与此同时, CO催化活性随焙烧温度的升高呈先增加后降低的趋势, 其中, 400℃焙烧的样品表现出最高的催化活性. 反应动力学结果表明, 催化剂上CO氧化反应表观速率方程为r=5.4×10-7pCO0.17pO20.36,说明在该催化剂上CO氧化遵循Langmuir-Hinshelwood机理. 同时, 对催化剂进行了CO化学吸附红外光谱和O2化学吸附表征. 结果表明, 随着焙烧温度的升高, 催化剂上CO和O2吸附量均呈现先升高后降低的趋势, 这与反应结果和反应动力学方程一致, 说明反应受到催化剂表面上CO和O2吸附浓度的影响. 而在400℃焙烧的催化剂上, CO和O2吸附量均最高, 因此其反应活性也最好. 这可能是焙烧过程影响了Pt 和TiO2之间的相互作用引起的.  相似文献

用TPD-MS,TPSR-MS及CO氧化活性测定等方法研究了Pt/Al2O3和掺杂超细ZrO2的样品的表面氧脱-恢复性能,CO表面氧化性能有催化氧化性能。结果表明,在Pt/Al2O3中掺杂ZrO2后,样品表面上的氧物种脱出和氧经恢复性能明显提高,脱氧量也明显增大。  相似文献

一氧化碳分子在Pt/t-ZrO2(101)表面的吸附性质   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
运用广义梯度密度泛函理论(GGA-PW91)结合周期平板模型方法,研究了CO分子在完整与Pt负载的四方ZrO2(101)表面的吸附行为.结果表明:表面第二层第二氧位和表面第二桥位分别为CO分子和Pt原子在完整ZrO2(101)表面的稳定吸附位,且覆盖度为0.25ML(monolayer)时均为稳定吸附构型,吸附能分别为56.2和352.7kJ·mol-1.CO分子在负载表面的稳定吸附模式为C-end吸附,吸附能为323.8kJ·mol-1.考察了CO分子在负载表面吸附前后的振动频率、态密度和轨道电荷布居分析,并与CO分子和Pt原子在ZrO2表面的结果进行比较.结果表明,C端吸附CO分子键长为0.1161nm,与自由的和吸附在ZrO2表面后的CO相应值(0.1141和0.1136nm)相比伸长.吸附后C―O键伸缩振动频率为2018cm-1,与自由CO分子相比发生红移;吸附后CO带部分正电荷,电子转移以Pt5dCO2π的π反馈机理占主导地位.  相似文献

用共沉淀法制备了Au/Co3O4,Pt/Co3O4及Au- Pt/Co3O4催化剂,并考察了其对H2与CO在O2过量情况下完全共氧化的催化作用。结果表明,在三种催化剂上H2与CO之间都存在复杂且各不相同的相互作用。与Pt/Co3O4催化剂上不同,在Au/Co2O4和Au-Pt/Co3O4催化剂上H2严重抑制CO的氧化。同时,Au-Pt/Co3O4催化剂上H2与CO能够在较低的温度(76℃)下有效地实现完全共氧化。TPR结果表明,与Pt/Co3O4催化剂相比,Au-PtCo3O4催化剂上Au的存在使Pt的还原峰消失。  相似文献

采用广义梯度近似的密度泛函理论并结合平板模型的方法, 优化了糠醛分子在Pt(111)面的吸附模型,并探究了糠醛脱碳反应形成呋喃的机理. 结果表明: 吸附后糠醛分子环上的C―H(O)键及支链―CHO相对于金属表面倾斜上翘, 分子平面被扭曲, 易于呋喃的形成; 同时, 糠醛分子向Pt表面转移电子0.765e, 环中的大π键与Pt(111)表面的d轨道发生较强的相互作用, 使得糠醛的芳香性被破坏, 环上的碳原子呈现准sp3杂化. 此外, 对糠醛脱碳反应中的各反应步骤进行过渡态搜索, 通过比较各步骤的活化能, 得出糠醛更易先失去支链上的H形成酰基中间体(C4H3O)CO, 中间体继续脱碳加氢形成产物呋喃. 该过程的控速步骤为(C4H3O)CO*+*→C4H3O*+CO* (*为吸附位),活化能为127.65 kJ·mol-1.  相似文献

运用密度泛函理论中广义梯度近似(GGA)的PW91方法,结合周期性平板模型,探讨了NO分子在Cu3Pt(111)表面上不同吸附位的吸附行为.结果表明:NO分子以N端朝下方式吸附在top-Pt以及hcp1和fcc2位(分别为表面Cu2Pt和Cu3簇)的吸附模式最稳定,吸附能分别为101.8、124.5和118.1kJ·mol-1.对于hcp1和fcc2位的吸附,NO中的N原子分别与底物的Cu2Pt和Cu3簇成键.吸附前后的电荷布居、态密度和振动频率的分析结果表明,净电子从底物合金表面转移到NO,N—O键伸长,频率发生红移.合金Cu3Pt和纯贵金属Pt对NO的吸附性质相似.  相似文献

We have determined, for the first time, the equilibrium CO coverage of Pt(111) electrodes at room temperature in 0.1 M H(2)SO(4) as a function of the CO partial pressure using CO-stripping cyclic voltammetry. Fourier-transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy was used to confirm qualitatively the coverage values obtained.  相似文献

It was demonstrated that adsorbed CO is obtained from the reduction of NaHCO3 solution when Pt(100), Pt(110), disordered Pt(111) and polycrystalline electrodes are employed. Reduction of CO2 coming from the dissociation of the hydrogencarbonate anion is proposed as the reaction that produces CO. By using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, linear and multi-bonded CO were detected on polycrystalline platinum electrodes. The shape of the band associated with linearly adsorbed CO is monopolar as a consequence of the partial overlapping, at lower wavenumbers, of the absolute bands at both potentials (0.05 and 0.35 V).  相似文献

The electronic and chemical (adsorption) properties of bimetallic Ag/Pt(111) surfaces and their modification upon surface alloy formation, that is, during intermixing of Ag and Pt atoms in the top atomic layer upon annealing, were studied by X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and, using CO as probe molecule, by temperature‐programmed desorption (TPD) and infrared reflection absorption spectroscopy (IRRAS), respectively. The surface alloys are prepared by deposition of sub‐monolayer Ag amounts on a Pt(111) surface at room temperature, leading to extended Ag monolayer islands on the substrate, and subsequent annealing of these surfaces. Surface alloy formation starts at ≈600–650 K, which is evidenced by core‐level shifts (CLSs) of the Ag(3d5/2) signal. A distinct change of the CO adsorption properties is observed when going to the intermixed PtAg surface alloys. Most prominently, we find the growth of a new desorption feature at higher temperature (≈550 K) in the TPD spectra upon surface alloy formation. This goes along with a shift of the COad‐related IR bands to lower wave number. Surface alloy formation is almost completed after heating to 700 K.  相似文献

Adsorption and reactions of NO over the clean and CO-preadsorbed Ir(111) and Rh(111) surfaces were investigated using infrared reflection absorption spectroscopy (IRAS) and temperature programmed desorption (TPD). Two NO adsorption states, indicative of hollow and atop sites, were present on Ir(111). Only NO adsorbed on hollow sites dissociated to Na and Oa. The dissociated Na desorbed as N2 by recombination of Na and by a disproportionation reaction between atop-NO and Na. Preadsorbed CO inhibited atop-NO, whereas hollow-NO was not affected. Adsorbed CO reacted with Oa and desorbed as CO2. NO adsorbed on the fcc-hollow, atop, and hcp-hollow sites in that order over Rh(111). The hcp-NO was inhibited by preadsorbed atop-CO, and fcc-NO and atop-NO were inhibited by CO preadsorbed on each type of the sites, indicating that NO and CO competitively adsorbed on Rh(111). From the Rh(111) surface-coadsorbed NO and CO, N2 was produced by fcc-NO dissociation, and CO2 was formed by reaction of adsorbed CO with Oa from dissociated fcc-NO.  相似文献

The adsorption energetics of NO and CO on Pt(111) are studied using an ab initio embedding theory. The Pt(111) surface is modeled as a three-layer, 28-atom cluster with the Pt atoms fixed at bulk lattice sites. Molecular NO is adsorbed at high symmetry sites on Pt(111), with the fcc threefold site energetically more favorable than the hcp threefold and bridge sites. The calculated adsorption energy at the fcc threefold site is 1.90 eV, with an N-surface distance of 1.23 Å. The NO molecular axis is perpendicular to the Pt(111) surface. Tilting the O atom away from the surface normal destablizes adsorbed NO at all adsorption sites considered. On-top Pt adsorption has been ruled out. The Pt(111) potential surface is very flat for CO adsorption, and the diffusion barriers from hcp to fcc sites are 0.03 eV and less than 0.06 eV across the bridge and the atop sites, respectively. Calculated adsorption energies are 1.67, 1.54, 1.51, and 1.60 eV at the fcc threefold, hcp threefold, bridge, and atop sites, respectively. Calculated C-surface distances are 1.24 Å at the fcc threefold site and 1.83 Å at the atop site. It is concluded that NO and CO adsorption energetics and geometries are different on Pt(111).  相似文献

Thiophene adsorption on the(111) surfaces of Pd and Pt have been investigated by density functional theory.The results indicate that the adsorption at the hollow sites is the most stable.To our interest,the molecular plane of thiophene ring is distorted with C=C bond being elongated to 1.450  and C-C bond being shortened to 1.347 ,and the C-H bonds tilt 13.91~44.05o away from this plane.Furthermore,analysis on population and density of states verified the calculated adsorption geometries.Finally,charge analysis suggests that thiophene molecule is an electron acceptor,reflecting the interaction between the lone pair of sulfur and the d-orbitals of metal.  相似文献
