The results are presented for experimental investigation of the peculiarities of the development of three-dimensional turbulent separated flows on a flat surface for the Mach number M = 4 and the Reynolds number Re1 ∼ 55·106 m−1 under the conditions of the flow around two identical cylindrical bodies of revolution of diameter D = 50 mm and the body aspect ratio L b/D = 5 with conical forebodies with semi-apex angles βc = 30, 20, 15, and 10° located above plate in parallel to one another and to the flow. The typical stages of the three-dimensional separation development are considered under the reducing distance between the axes of the bodies within the range of Z = Δz/D = 1.06–3.0 at their fixed distance from the surface (Y = Δy/D = 0.96). The topology of limiting streamlines and the peculiarities of pressure fields on the surface as well as the gasdynamic structure of separated flows arising at the interaction of crossing bow shocks propagating from the bodies and at the interaction of secondary disturbances with the boundary layer are analysed.  相似文献

In this study, the grain boundary diffusion of Cu through a TiN layer with columnar structure was investigated by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). It was observed that Cu atoms diffuse from the Cu layer to the surface along the grain boundaries in the TiN layer at elevated temperature. In order to estimate the grain boundary diffusion constants, we used the surface accumulation method. The diffusivity of Cu through TiN layer with columnar structure from 400 °C to 650 °C is Db≈6×10−11exp(−0.29/(kBT )) cm2/s. Characteristics of the fields of mean density and density fluctuations measured with introduction of periodic disturbances into a hypersonic viscous boundary layer on a flat plate are presented. The experiments are performed for a flow Mach number M = 21, Reynolds number per meter Re1∞ = 6·105 m−1, and temperature factor of the surface T w /T 0 = 0.26. The disturbances are introduced into the shock layer by an oblique gasdynamic whistle. We consider the problem of cosmic-ray generation through the surfing acceleration of charged particles in relativistic magnetosonic shock waves (the branch of fast magnetic sound) propagating in magnetized space plasmas. The dependence of the particle surfing acceleration efficiency on the angle θ Bn between the normal to the shock front plane and the magnetic field vector in the plasma upstream of the shock is analyzed in detail. We show that for angles satisfying the condition χ = βΓ tan θ Bn ⩾ 1, where β = U/c, Γ = (1 − β)2 −1/2, U is the shock velocity, and c is the speed of light, the particles can theoretically be accelerated through surfing for an unlimited time and can gain an unlimited energy. For angles satisfying the condition χ < 1, the kinetic energy ℰ of the particles is limited by ℰ = 2mc 2χ2/(1 − χ2) (m is the particle rest mass). Our main conclusion is that the generation of cosmic rays through the surfing acceleration of particles in the front of a relativistic shock wave for Γ ≫ 1 is also efficient when the angle θ Bn is very small, i.e., it differs significantly from a right angle. Estimates for the energies of particles accelerated through surfing in relativistic jets are provided.  相似文献

The results from experiments employing coherent femtosecond spectroscopy in a layer of two-dimensional electron gas at the boundary of the GaAs/AlGaAs heterojunction at room temperature are presented. The decay curves of primary femtosecond photon echo are obtained. The decoherence time in two-dimensional electron gas depends strongly on the power of the exciting pulse and varies from 36 to 54 fs. The dephasing time is studied for the first time as a function of the power of exciting pulses at room temperature. It is established that this dependence obeys the law T 2N −0.22, which differs from the typical law T 2N −1 for unscreened electron-electron interaction in semiconductor crystals. Analysis shows that electron-phonon interaction plays an important part along with electron-electron interaction. The induced spin gratings in the GaAs/AlGaAs heterostructure are studied with an eye to their possible application in spintronics.  相似文献

The absorption spectra of gold–silica–gold nanoshells have been investigated by using Mie theory with variation of the geometry. With an increase in core radius the plasmon resonance for the lower energy mode ω shows a distinct redshift while for the high-energy mode ω + shows a blueshift. It is surprising that with increasing middle layer thickness the resonance of ω mode blueshifts first and then redshifts. In addition, an increase of the dielectric constant of the middle layer is found to reduce the resonance energies of the particle. The tunable near-infrared optical properties are discussed in terms of plasmon hybridization theory.  相似文献

The separation betweenT=0 andT=1 centroids of the empirical effective interaction is fairly large for the (d 3 2/−1 f 7/2)JT particle-hole interaction as compared to nearby (f 7/2)2 JT and (d 5/2)2 JT particle-particle interactions. This interesting feature of the empirical effective interaction is shown to arise as a consequence of renormalization of the effective interaction as one truncates the configuration space from (sd)−1(fp)1 to (d 3 2/−1 f 7/2) and from (fp)2 and (sd)2 configurations to (f 7/2)2 and (d 5/2)2 respectively.  相似文献

Magnetic bicrystal contacts in epitaxial films of manganite La0.67Ca0.33MnO3 prepared on bicrystal substrates with a misorientation of the NdGaO3(110) basal planes rotated through an angle of ±14° around the bicrystal boundary line were studied. The temperature dependence of the contact electrical resistance was studied, and the magnetoresistance was measured in fields of up to 1.5 kOe. It is shown that the suppression of ferromagnetic correlations near the boundary leads to the formation of a layer having a substantially lower Curie temperature. Magnetoresistance of 150%, which is record-braking for bicrystal contacts, was measured at T = 4.2 K in a weak magnetic field of about 500 Oe and at a characteristic electrical resistance of the boundary of 3 × 10−6 Ω cm2. It is found that slight orthorhombic distortions of a La0.67Ca0.33MnO3 film due to a lattice mismatch with the NdGaO3(110) substrate crystal structure lead to the formation of biaxial magnetic anisotropy in the La0.67Ca0.33MnO3 film.  相似文献

The orientational dependences of the EPR spectra of Fe3+-doped LiCaAlF6 single crystals (space group P31c, Z=2), grown at the Laboratory of Magnetic Radio Spectroscopy at Kazan’ State University, have been investigated in detail. The spectrum is described by a trigonal spin Hamiltonian with the following parameters: B 20=40.072×10−4 cm−1, B 40=−5.799×10−4 cm−1, B 43=−4.281×10−4 cm−1, A s=24.33±1, A p=6.13±1, g =g =2.00217±0.0003. A theoretical calculation of the hyperfine structure parameters shows that they are described quite well when allowance is made for the overlapping of the wave functions of the paramagnetic center and the ligands (F). Mg1−x CuxO solid solutions having an NaCl structure with 0⩽x⩽0.20 are synthesized and Cu-Mg1−x CuxO structures are prepared for superconductivity studies. The magnetic susceptibility χ, electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR), and electrical conductivity of the solid solutions are studied at temperatures of 5–550 K. It is shown that χ −1(T) obeys the Curie-Weiss law with a paramagnetic Curie temperature Θ close to zero and an effective magnetic moment μ eff=1.9 μ B, close to the 1.73 μ B of a Cu2+ ion with spin S=1/2. The width ΔH of the EPR line depends weakly on temperature and increases as x is raised. The volume narrowing of the EPR linewidth ΔH is used to estimate the exchange interaction parameter, 3×10−4 eV. The g-factor is close to 2 and is temperature independent. The electrical conductivity of Mg1−x CuxO at T=300 K is ≈10−11–10−12−1 cm−1 for x=0 and increases to 10−5–10−6−1 cm−1 for x=0.15–0.20. The conductivity is p-type. Magnetic shielding is observed in Cu-Mg1−x CuxO structures with x=0.15 and 0.20. The possible connection of this phenomenon with interference superconductivity in the contact layer of the structure is discussed. Fiz. Tverd. This paper describes numerical and experimental investigations for the multiple shock wave/turbulent boundary layer interaction in a Mach 2 supersonic square duct. The numerical simulation is carried out with the Harten-Yee second-order accuracy TVD scheme and the Baldwin-Lomax turbulence model. The flow conditions are a free-stream Mach number ofM ≈=2.0 and a Reynolds number ofRe ;=2.5×107 and the flow confinements are δ/h=0.15 (case A) and δ/h=0.25 (case B), respectively. The computational results for both cases show good agreement with the experimental results. Based on these agreements, the flow quantities, which are very difficult to obtain experimentally, are analyzed by numerical simulation. Moreover, the effect of flow confinement on the pseudo-shock wave characteristics is also presented.  相似文献

The angular dependences of the electron spin resonance spectrum of 1% Ni2+ ions in a ZnSiF6·6H2O matrix are investigated experimentally at 36 GHz and 4.2 K. Besides the main spectrum of the isolated ion, we observed a spectrum due to interacting pairs of Ni2+ ions, located in the first (nn) and second (2n) coordination spheres and coupled by, besides the magnetic dipole-dipole interaction, isotropic exchange: J nn = (−197±1)×10−4, J 2 = (−5±1)×10−4, and J 2 = (3±2)×10−4 cm−1. Lines due to other isolated Ni2+ ions, which have a different initial splitting D, are also present in the spectrum with intensity comparable to the pair spectrum. Low-symmetry distortions of the crystal field are observed, caused by a pair of impurity ions located close to one another. It is shown that the previously proposed interpretation is incorrect. Fiz. The field dependence of the nuclear spin-lattice relaxation (SLR) of cold implanted 82Br (T ≤ 25 mK) in α-Fe single crystals was investigated with nuclear magnetic resonance of oriented nuclei (NMR/ON) at low temperatures as experimental technique. The SLR at the lattice sites with the hyperfine fields found by earlier NMR/ON experiments was measured as a function of the applied external magnetic field B ext parallel to the three principle axes [100], [110] and [111] of the iron single crystal. The data were evaluated with the full relaxation formalism in the single impurity limit and for comparison also with the often employed model of a single exponential function with an effective relaxation time T 1′. With a phenomenological model the high field values of the relaxation rates r ∞, [100]′ = 6.6(2) · 10−15 T2sK−1, r ∞, [110] = 5.4(2) · 10−15 T2sK−1 and r ∞, [111] = 5.2(1) · 10−15 T2sK−1 were obtained.  相似文献

The spin-spin relaxation rate 63 T 2 −1 of 63Cu nuclei in CuO2 layers is measured in the normal and superconducting states of the compound YBa2Cu3O6.9 (T c onset =94 K) subjected to radiation-induced disordering by a fast-neutron flux Φ to T c onset =68 K (Φ=7×1018 cm−2) and T c onset <4 K (Φ=12×1018 cm−2). It is found that as the structural disorder increases, the contribution of the indirect spin-spin interaction 63 T 2G −1 , which is related to the value of the spin susceptibility at the boundary of the Brillouin zone of the copper planes χs(q={π/a; π/a}), decreases slightly at the transition to the superconducting state for the initial sample and remains unchanged for the weakly disordered sample. This behavior of the short-wavelength contribution to the spin susceptibility attests to the stability of the x 2y 2 symmetry of the energy gap against structural disorder, in accordance with proposed theoretical models of Cooper pairing for high-T c cuprates. The interaction of three common herbicides, paraquat, acifluorfen and alachlor, with spinach chloroplast photosystem II (PS II) was investigated by measuring1H nuclear magnetic resonance spin-lattice relaxation rates, transient nuclear Overhauser effect (NOE) and NOE spectroscopy (NOESY) spectra. Binding to PS II was detected by (i) the enhancement of single-selective relaxation rates and (ii) the decrease in the optimal mixing time providing maximal cross-peak intensity in NOESY spectra. Titration of relaxation enhancements was used to calculate the dissociation constants (K d) from the bound state for paraquat (K d = 292 ± 71 μM−1) and acifluorfen (K d = 311 ± 58 μM−1). A similarK d was apparent for alachlor. Double-selective relaxation rates allowed the isolation of dipolar relaxation terms between selected proton pairs wherefrom dynamic features of the bound state were evaluated. In all cases the motional correlation time of bound herbicide (τc = 0.1−0.4 ns at 300 K) was found two orders of magnitude slower than in the free-solution state. In the case of alachlor the E and Z isomers were observed to bind differently to PS II and a change in conformation could be hypothesized.  相似文献

The difference of the energies of levels Δ n = E lev(2+0 n ) − E lev(0+0 n ) at n = 1, 2, and 3 and the multipole-mixture parameter δ for (2+02−2+01) and (2+03−2+01) transitions are contrasted against the structure of the K π = 02+ and 03+ rotational bands that was calculated on the basis of the quasiparticle-phonon model. The values of (Δ2 − Δ1), (Δ3 − Δ1), and (Δ2 − Δ3) are found to correlate with the sign of the parameter δ and with the calculated structure of the K π = 02+ and 03+ bands. Original Russian Text ? A novel technique involving electrodeposition has been used to prepare an elemental silver specimen wherein radioactive110mAg probe nuclei are confined to a surface layer of approximately 0.1 μm depth. This specimen was then brute force oriented in a field of 8T and the continuous wave (CW) nuclear magnetic resonance on oriented nuclei (NMRON) spectrum showed an integrated destruction of some 58%. Moreover the transient NMRON techniques of single and modulated adiabatic passage were successfully applied, resulting in a determination of the electric quadrupole interaction strength at the110mAg site in polycrystalline silver of P/h=+0.74(5)kHz with a FWHM of ΔP/h=0.75(8)kHz. The resulting mode electric field gradient is Vzz=+1.87(23)×1018Vm−1. Analysis of the single passage data provides an estimate for the nuclear spin lattice relaxation constant in silver at 8T of Ck=1.6(3)s.K.  相似文献

We have studied the growth characteristics, structure, and parameters of the epitaxial heterostructures (001)NdBa2Cu3O7−δ /(100)SrTiO3/(001)NdBa2Cu3O7−δ grown by laser ablation on a (100)LaAlO3 substrate with a thin (∼2 nm) YBa2Cu3O7−δ intermediate layer. The use of an YBa2Cu3O7−δ intermediate layer promotes layered growth of the (200 nm) NdBa2Cu3O7−δ layer, whose free-surface roughness is 4–5 nm. The resistance of the NdBa2Cu3O7−δ layers began to fall off abruptly at T=92 K, and at T≈87 K it vanished completely. The critical current density in the NdBa2Cu3O7−δ layers at T=76 K exceeded 106 cm2 A/cm2. The dielectric constant of the (400 nm) SrTiO3 layer sandwiched between the NdBa2Cu3O7−δ epitaxial layers grew by roughly threefold as the temperature was lowered in the interval 300–4.2 K. When a bias voltage of ±2.5V was applied to the NdBa2Cu3O7−δ electrodes, the relative dielectric constant of the (400 nm) SrTiO3 intermediate layer fell from 1150 to 400 (T=32 K, f=100 kHz). The conductivity of the SrTiO3 intermediate layer in the direction perpendicular to the substrate plane increased with temperature and the electric field strength. Fiz. Tverd. A fluorescence enhancement phenomenon in the europium (Eu)–Ofloxacin (OF)–Sodium Dodecyl Benzene Sulfonate (SDBS) fluorescence system was observed when Gd3+ was added. The fluorescence intensity of the systems was measured (λ ex/λ em = 280/612 nm) at pH 7.8. Under optimum conditions, a linear relationship between the enhanced fluorescence intensity and the Eu3+ concentration in the range of 5.0 × 10−10 ∼ 2.0 × 10−7 mol·L−1 was observed. The detection limit of Eu3+ was 1.46 × 10−10 mol·L−1 (S/N = 3). This method was used for the determination of trace amounts of europium in synthetic rare earth samples with satisfactory results.
