All-inorganic colloidal nanocrystals were synthesized by replacing organic capping ligands on chemically synthesized nanocrystals with metal-free inorganic ions such as S(2-), HS(-), Se(2-), HSe(-), Te(2-), HTe(-), TeS(3)(2-), OH(-) and NH(2)(-). These simple ligands adhered to the NC surface and provided colloidal stability in polar solvents. The versatility of such ligand exchange has been demonstrated for various semiconductor and metal nanocrystals of different size and shape. We showed that the key aspects of Pearson's hard and soft acids and bases (HSAB) principle, originally developed for metal coordination compounds, can be applied to the bonding of molecular species to the nanocrystal surface. The use of small inorganic ligands instead of traditional ligands with long hydrocarbon tails facilitated the charge transport between individual nanocrystals and opened up interesting opportunities for device integration of colloidal nanostructures.  相似文献

Syntheses of (2S,4S)- and (2S,4R)-5-fluoroleucine, and, and of (2S,4S)-[5,5-(2)H(2)]-5-fluoroleucine, have been completed. The methodology allows these compounds to be prepared in sufficient quantities for incorporation by solid-state protein synthesis into strategic sites in proteins for folding studies. X-ray structures of the epimers and have been obtained and show the presence of conformational isomerism. The torsion angles between the F-C bond and the main chain are compared with values found in a mutant of the protein ubiquitin in which (2S,4S)-5-fluoroleucine replaces leucine residues 50 and 67 in the native protein.  相似文献

Reaction of a stoichiometric equivalent of the zinc-dithiolene complex, (tmeda)ZnS2C2(COOMe)2 (tmeda = tetramethylethylenediamine), with (MeCN)2PdCl2 results in a 1:1 homoleptic dithiolene that forms the hexanuclear cluster [PdS2C2(COOMe)2]6 (1). X-ray structure analysis of 1 indicates a Pd6S12 core comprised of six face-centered palladium atoms and 12 edge-centered sulfur atoms situated on an imaginary approximate cube. Complex 1 undergoes four distinct and reversible one-electron redox steps in dichloromethane at -186, -484, -1174, and -1524 mV versus a standard calomel electrode (ferrocenium+/ferrocene redox couple 409 mV). The two-electron reduction product of 1, [Bu4N]2[(PdS2C2(COOMe)2)6] (2), has been chemically isolated and characterized.  相似文献

Condensation of 3-methyl-2-azafluorene with 2-formylfluorene results in the formation of a compound containing a polyconjugated system and two acidic CH centers, namely, 1-(fluoren-2-yl)-2-(2-azafluoren-3-yl)ethene. The conversions of this compound upon treatment with alkali have been studied by electronic absorption spectroscopy. 利用手性双唑啉与三氟甲磺酸亚铜催化2-甲氧基苯乙烯与重氮乙酸二环己基甲酯的不对称环丙烷化反应合成了手性环丙烷羧酸酯,用氢氧化钠对其进行选择性水解得到全反式环丙烷羧酸,其ee值经GC测定为88%.进一步经过Curtius重排、烷基化等反应及重结晶等步骤合成了光学纯的具有生理活性的环丙胺化合物1a和1b.  相似文献

用中压汞灯(λ > 300 nm)照射4-苯乙烯基吡啶、2-苯乙烯基苯并噁唑和5-苯基-2-苯乙烯基噁唑三种杂芳基乙烯单体中任意两种的硫酸水溶液,得到三种交叉二聚体.用高效液相色谱跟踪研究了交叉光二聚反应,发现每组反应生成三种光二聚体,其中二种为单体自身的光二聚体,而另外一种是两种不同单体的交叉光二聚体.交叉二聚体通过柱色谱分离得到,其顺式头对尾结构经紫外、红外、氢谱、碳谱和元素分析确定.用紫外光谱和高效液相色谱跟踪研究了交叉光二聚体的稀溶液在低压汞灯(λmax=254 nm)照射下的光解反应.研究发现交叉二聚体能够彻底发生光解,首先生成原来的反式单体,所生成的反式单体容易发生异构化而生成顺式单体,最终建立起反顺异构化平衡.  相似文献

Eight 2-(9-phenanthrenyl)-, 2-(9-anthryl)- and 2-(1-pyrenyl)-1-alkyl-benzimidazole compounds, three 2-(9-anthryl)-1-alkylphenanthroimidazole compounds and five 4,5-diphenyl-1-alkyl-2-(9-anthryl)imidazole compounds were synthesized by alkylation reactions of the corresponding benzimidazole, phenanthroimidazole or imidazole compounds. 2-(10-Bromo-9-anthryl)-1-alkyl-benzimidazole compounds were prepared by bromination reaction of 2-(9-anthryl)-1-alkylbenzimidazole compounds. All the synthesized compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS or HRMS; their absorption coefficients (), maximum absorption λamax, fluorescence emission maximum λem, Stokes shifts and fluorescence quantum yields (ΦF) in ethyl acetate were determined; their fluorescent lifetimes (T1 and T2) were measured in ethyl acetate and in solid state, respectively. The crystal structure of 2-(9-anthryl)-1-n-butyl-4,5-diphenylimidazole (12a) was determined to be triclinic, space group P-1 types, using single crystal X-ray crystallography technique. The results showed that these compounds exhibited moderate fluorescence-emission abilities and higher solubility in most organic solvents than their corresponding starting materials. The relationships between the optical behaviors and structures for these compounds were discussed.  相似文献

The enthalpy of hydrophobic hydration, DeltaH(HH), was separately estimated for each apolar segment of amphiphiles and of related compounds. The specimens analyzed in this study were the homologs and analogs of sodium alkyl sulfate, alkyltrimethylammonium bromide, ammonium perfluoroalkylcarboxylate, and polyethylene glycols. The DeltaH(HH) was calculated from the adiabatic compressibility beta of aqueous solution systematically measured for each homologs at varying concentrations and temperatures. Those data reported in the previous paper were utilized. The DeltaH(HH) estimated for each -CH(2)-, -CF(2)-, and -OCH(2)CH(2)- segments in both hydrophobic and hydrophilic parts of the amphiphiles was found to change depending on its locations in the molecule. The DeltaH(HH) for the first -CH(2)- unit which is adjacent to the head sulfate group of H(CH(2))(n)SO(4)Na was found to be negligibly small; however, it increases gradually as the position of the unit moves apart from the anionic head group and attains as large as -26.5 kcal/mol for the eighth -CH(2)-. The change of DeltaH(HH) of -CF(2)- unit in F(CF(2))(n)COONH(4) shows the similar tendency to H(CH(2))(n)SO(4)Na. The value of DeltaH(HH) is as small as -8 kcal/mol for the first -CF(2)-, however, it increases to -16 kcal/mol for the fifth -CF(2)-, which is 1.5 times larger than that of the fifth -CH(2)- of alkyl sulfate. Contrary to this, all the DeltaH(HH) of the methylenes of cationic surfactant ranging from the second to the eighth -CH(2)- units of H(CH(2))(n)N(CH(3))(3)Br take a similar value around -8 kcal/mol of -CH(2)- irrespective of their positions. The first -CH(2)- unit which is equivalent to that of quaternary ammonium [HCH(2)](4)NBr shows slightly higher value of -9.0 kcal/mol of the first -CH(2)- than those for the second to eighth -CH(2)-. This seems to suggest that the cationic core nitrogen has an enhancing effect on hydrophobic hydration. The hydration enthalpy DeltaH(OEH) of each oxyethylene (OE) unit of polyethylene glycol was also estimated for H(OCH(2)CH(2))(p)OH (p=1-4) homologues to see the roles of ether oxygen and hydroxyl groups in hydrophobic hydration. The value of DeltaH(OEH) showed its maximum -13.1 kcal/mol for the OE unit located at the middle of three. The other two units at both ends were found to take the value of -9.9 kcal/mol, smaller than that at the center. This could suggest that the hydrophobic hydration of the ethylene segment is largely enhanced by the neighboring ether oxygens.  相似文献

By the XRD analysis the structure was established of 1-(7,8-dimethyl-4-chloroquinolin-2-yl)-2-[3,5-di(tert-butyl)-6-oxo-6H-pyran-2-yl]ethane-1,2-dione formed as a result of the oxidation of 3,5-di(tert-butyl)-6-[(Z)-2-(quinolin-2-yl)-1-hydroxyethen-1-yl]pyran-2-ones. By the cyclic voltammetry the oxidation of 1-(quinolin-2-yl)-2-(pyran-2-yl)ethane-1,2-dione derivatives was shown to proceed in two stages.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] An efficient route to deoxyadenosine derivatives labeled on both the amino group and nitrogen 1 is uncovered. First, 3',5'-di-O-acetyl-2'-deoxy-1-(2-nitrobenzenesulfonyl)inosine (2a) and only 1.1 equiv of (15)NH4Cl are used for labeling position 1 (1a) through the isolation of the open intermediate and its cyclization with DBU in anhydrous CH3CN. Inosine 1a is then converted to [N,1-(15)N2]-3',5'-di-O-acetyl-N6-benzoyl-2'-deoxyadenosine (5a, the precursor of 6a) via a Pd/dppf-catalyzed chloride-to-benzamide replacement, by using again only 1.1 equiv of the labeling source.  相似文献

Novel C-nucleosides of tiazofurin analogue (2-[2-(hydroxymethyl)-1,3-dioxolan-5-yl] 1,3-thiazole-4-carboxamide) and its thiol-substituted derivative (2-[2-(mercaptomethyl)-1,3-dioxolan-5-yl] 1, 3-thiazole-4-carboxamide) were synthesized from methyl acrylate through a multistep procedure. 5-(2-, 3- and 4-Pyridyl)-2-t-butoxythiophenes have been prepared in very good yields by Pd(0) catalyzed cross-coupling of the three isomeric bromopyridines with 5-trimethylstannyl-2-t-butoxythiophene derived from 2-bromothiophene via 2-t-butoxythiophene. Dealkylation of 5-(2-, 3- and 4-pyridyl)-2-t-but-oxythiophenes with boron trifluoride etherate in dichloromethane at room temperature led to predominant formation of rearranged products, 5-(2- and 3-pyridyl)-3-t-butyl-3-thiolene-2-ones, together with a small amount of 5-(2- and 3-pyridyl)-2-hydroxythiophenes as a mixture of two tautomeric keto forms in the case of the 2-pyridyl and the 3-pyridyl isomers, and exclusive formation of rearranged product in the case of the 4-pyridyl isomer. However, dealkylation of 2-methoxy-5-(2-, 3- and 4-pyridyl)thiophenes, prepared similarly to the 5-(2-, 3- and 4-pyridyl)-2-t-butoxythiophenes, with boron tribromide under the same reaction conditions as above resulted exclusively in the tautomeric mixture of 5-(2- and 3-pyridyl)-3-thiolene-2-ones and 5-(2- and 3-pyridyl)-4-thiolene-2-ones in the case of the 2-pyridyl and 3-pyridyl isomers. 本文通过芳氧基负离子在2—甲磺酰基—苯基—1,3,4—噁二唑环2—位上的亲核取代反应制得9个新的2—芳氧基—5—苯基—l,3,4—噁二唑衍生物。所有化合物的结构经元素分析,IR,~1H NMR和MS确认。初步抗菌实验表明这些化合物具有一定的抑制枯草芽孢杆菌繁殖的活性。 2,5—二取代l,3,4—噁二唑衍生物具有广泛的生物活性,如抗菌,抗黄球菌,除草杀棉花牙虫等。Madhavan等曾通过芳胺在2— 甲磺酰基—5—芳基1,3,4—噁二唑环上的亲核取代反应,制得了2—芳氨基—5—芳基—l,3,4—噁二唑衍生物,我们也曾通过酰肼等亲核试剂在2—甲磺酰基—5—(3,4,5—三甲氧基苯基)—1,3,4—噁二唑环上的亲核取代反应,得到了2—取代酰肼基—5—(3,4,5—三甲氧基苯基)—l,3,4—噁二唑衍生物。在此基础上,我们拟通过Aro在2—甲磺酰基  相似文献

Alkyl 3-(2-aminoethyl)-1H-indole-2-acetates 6a and 6b are synthesized starting from methyl 1H-indole-2-acetate (2) via methyl 3-(2-nitroethenyl)-1H-indole-2-acetate (4) and the alkyl 3-(2-nitroethyl)-1H-indole-2-acetates 5a and (Scheme 1). Analogously, diisopropyl 3-(2-aminoethyl)-1H-indole-2-malonate 20b is obtained from diisopropyl 1H-indole-2-malonate 11c (Scheme 4). An alternative synthesis of 20a and 20b follows a route via 15–18 and the dialkyl 3-(2-azidoethyl)-1H-indole-2-malonates 19a and 19b , respectively (Scheme 3). The aminoethyl compounds 6a and 20a are easily transformed into lactams 7 and 21 , respectively. Procedures for the preparation of the indoles 2 and 11a and of the alkylating agent 14 are described. A tautomer 12 of 11a is isolated.  相似文献
