The XCF3 groups (X=O, S, Se) play an increasingly important role in modern organic chemistry due to their unique electronegativity, lipophilic nature, metabolic stability, and bioavailability. Heterocyclic compounds are important scaffolds in many bioactive compounds and drugs. The incorporation of XCF3 groups into heterocyclic compounds can change their physicochemical and biological properties, which injects new vitality into the application of heterocyclic compounds in many fields such as organic chemistry, the pharmaceutical chemistry, and life sciences. In this paper, the recent progress in the synthesis of F3CX-containing heterocycles is reviewed, and the application scope and mechanism of some reactions are discussed.  相似文献

An efficient synthetic route to d-2-deoxy-2-fluoro-chiro-inositol has been developed with inversions of the C-1 and C-5 configuration of l-quebrachitol. Our work in metal fluorosulphate chemistry, which was triggered by the discovery of the tavorite-phase of LiFeSO4F, has unveiled many novel Li- and Na-based phases with desirable electrochemical and/or transport properties. Further exploring this rich crystal chemistry, we have synthesized the Na-based magnesium, copper and zinc fluorosulphates, which crystallise in the maxwellite (tavorite-like framework) structure just as their Fe and Co counterparts, which were previously reported. These phases show ionic conductivities in the range of ∼10−7 S cm−1 or ∼10−11 S cm−1 depending upon their synthesis process and no reversible electrochemical activity versus Na.  相似文献

The steroid 17-PA is a GABAA receptor antagonist which is finding use as a tool in evaluating agonistic/antagonistic activity at GABAA receptors. Compounds with improved efficacy over 17-PA would be are advantageous for such studies. Accordingly a series of novel analogues of the neurosteroid 17-PA have been prepared and a convenient two-step route is presented which is amenable to the synthesis of analogues with electron-donating para-aromatic substituents including fluorine. However, for the meta-fluoro analogue then the original four-step route to 17-PA remains more efficient overall. The paper describes these syntheses and discusses the electronic factors which influence this synthetic chemistry.  相似文献

An historical view of solution chemistry of Japan is described for a wide range of fields of solution chemistry, which relates to physical chemistry, inorganic chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry and bioinorganic chemistry, and colloid and polymer chemistry. The works by pioneers of Japanese solution chemistry are introduced, some of which are not well recognized internationally. The influences of Japanese solution chemistry on the world and vice versa are discussed on the basis of a rather personal viewpoint. Recent activities of Japanese solution chemists at the national and international levels are also reviewed.  相似文献

MFX (M = Ca, Sr, Eu, Ba; X = Cl, Br, I) compounds have been prepared by solid-state reaction. Lattice parameters and X-ray diffraction patterns are presented for these compounds, which are all isostructural with tetragonal PbFCl. Attempts to synthesize solid solutions of Sr(Eu)FCl and of MFCl compounds with several rare earth oxychlorides are reported. The crystal chemistry of MFX, MHX, and LnOX compounds is briefly discussed in comparison, and the observed ca ratios are interpreted on the basis of electrostatic calculations.  相似文献

Semipermanent side-chain protection of Orn and Lys with p-nitrobenzyloxycarbonyl (pNZ) for Fmoc/tBu chemistry does not result in the unwanted removal of α-Fmoc that occurs when groups such as Alloc are used for the same application. The soft chemistry method has been used to synthesize γ-Fe2O3 nanoparticles: various synthesis temperature were applied to obtain nanometric powders with crystallite size in the 9-14 nm range. Powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectrophotometry, surface area measurements, and electron microscopy (TEM, SEM). It is clearly shown that these nanometric powders are very well crystallized as indicated by XRD and IR spectra which present substructural bands attributed to vacancies ordering (P4132). Based on these model materials and in the crystallite size range studied here, cell parameter appears to be not linked to crystallite size. It rather depends both on hydroxide adsorption and chemical composition.  相似文献

Ynamides are versatile 3-atoms building blocks for organic synthesis as they participate in a variety of ionic, radical and pericyclic processes. Converting ynamides into 5-atom building blocks, such as the yet unreported N-vinyl ynamides, would open new avenues in this fascinating chemistry. We describe herein our efforts towards such goal and demonstrate that the cross-coupling between N-vinyl carbamates and bromo-alkynes using copper(I) thiophene carboxylate, 1,10-phenanthroline and tBuOK in DMSO is a reactive system with an improved profile compared to the classical ynamides syntheses. The advantages and limitations of this copper-mediated reaction are discussed.  相似文献

An efficient and general synthesis of substituted 2-amino-7,8-dihydropteridin-6(5H)-ones using a combination of solution-phase and solid-phase chemistry is described. Solution-phase chemistry was used to produce two pyrimidine regioisomers that were separated by flash column chromatography. Utilizing the desired regioisomer, solid-phase chemistry was used to effect the rapid construction of the substituted 2-amino-7,8-dihydropteridin-6(5H)-one system in high overall yield and purity.  相似文献

The synthesis of N-substituted 1,2-dihydrobenz[g]isoquinoline-5,10-diones was envisaged as part of our research on structural modifications of pentalongin, the active principle of Pentas longiflora Oliv. Therefore, a synthesis of the 2-aza analogues of this natural pyranonaphthoquinone with an acid-mediated intramolecular cyclization of different N-protected 2-(((2,2-dimethoxyethyl)amino)methyl)-1,4-naphthoquinones in the key step was conducted. The synthesized 1,2-dihydrobenz[g]isoquinoline-5,10-diones represent a new class of compounds, which has been undescribed in organic chemistry.  相似文献

A short synthesis of l-aminohomohistidine (l-Ahh), which starts from readily available δ-hydroxy-l-lysine is described. The embedding of the basic guanidino moiety in the aromatic imidazole lowers the basicity of the side chain to a pKa of 8.3. It is proposed that l-Ahh may be employed as an arginine-mimetic in medicinal chemistry.  相似文献

Methods for the preparation of two highly flexible synthetic building blocks, namely pyrrole/aminoenone and pyrrole/aminoacrylonitrile ensembles, on the basis of available starting materials such as 2-acylethynylpyrroles or pyrrole-2-carbodithioates, are summarized. The presence of several reactive centers in their molecules (pyrrole ring, enamine and carbonyl or nitrile moieties) ensures their multiple reactivity and application as versatile intermediates in the synthesis of heterocyclic ensembles such as pyrrolyl pyridines, bipyrroles, pyrrolyl-isoxazoles and condensed compounds, such as pyrrolo[3,2-a]pyrazines, pyrrolizines, which have high potential for use in medical chemistry and materials science.  相似文献

Plants from the Chrysanthemum genus are rich sources of chemical diversity and, in recent years, have been the focus of research on natural products chemistry. Sesquiterpenoids are one of the major classes of chemical constituents reported from this genus. To date, more than 135 sesquiterpenoids have been isolated and identified from the whole genus. These include 26 germacrane-type, 26 eudesmane-type, 64 guaianolide-type, 4 bisabolane-type, and 15 other-type sesquiterpenoids. Pharmacological studies have proven the biological potential of sesquiterpenoids isolated from Chrysanthemum species, reporting anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antitumor, insecticidal, and antiviral activities for these interesting molecules. In this paper, we provide information on the chemistry and bioactivity of sesquiterpenoids obtained from the Chrysanthemum genus which could be used as the scientific basis for their future development and utilization.  相似文献

Structural refinements from single crystal X-ray diffraction data of four members of the garnet series, Y3?cPrcScFe4O12, have revealed a nonlinear variation in oxygen positional coordinates versus Pr concentration. As a result of this anomaly the various polyhedra in the cubic unit cell expand and contract in an interdependent fashion such that the lattice parameter, a0, varies nearly linearly with concentration. This finding is related to recent magnetic anisotropy measurements as well as the crystal chemistry of the garnets in general.  相似文献

Treatment of amines with 1-(4-nitrophenol)-N-(O-benzylhydroxy)carbamate yields the O-benzyl protected N-hydroxyureas. Hydrogenation of the O-benzyl protected N-hydroxyureas over 5% Pd/BaSO4 cleanly gives the N-hydroxyureas in good yield. In addition to primary and secondary aliphatic and aromatic amines, this method converts amino sugars to the corresponding N-hydroxyureas without extensive protecting group chemistry.  相似文献
