Mn(bzimpy)2(1)[bzimpy=2,6-bis(benzimidazol-2-yl)pyridine],a mononuclear manganese(Ⅱ)complex,was synthesized by the reaction of Mn(OOCMe)2 with bzimpy in absolute ethanol.The complex was structurally characterized by elemental analysis,cyclic voltammetry,and X-ray crystallography.In the complex,the manganese-nitrogen distances were different,and the geometry and the metal ion environment showed the distortion.The cyclic voltammetric measurements have been performed to assess its redox characteristics.The presence of oxidation wave at 0.62V and 0.081V vs.SCE or 0.8V and 1.0v vs.NHE suggested that this complex could catalyze the oxidation of water,therefore,simulate the water-oxidizing complex(WOC) of photosystem Ⅱ (PS Ⅱ).The measurements of photoreduction of 2,6-dichlorophenolindophenol (DCPIP),and oxygen evolution in the manganess-depleted and the comples 1-reconstituted PS Ⅱ preparations just support our conjecture.  相似文献

A one-dimensional chain chlorodibenzyltin 2-quininate has been synthesized and characterized by IR, NMR spectra and elemental analysis. The crystal structure has been determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group I4(—) with a = 19.1171(10), b = 19.1171(10), c = 12.5158(6) , Z = 8, V = 4574.1(4) 3, Dc = 1.477 g·cm-3, μ(MoKα) = 1.252 mm-1, F(000) = 2032, R = 0.0259 and wR = 0.0723. In the complex, the tin atom is six-coordinated to adopt a distorted octahedral configuration with bridging carboxyl of quinoline-2-carboxylic acid. The result of fluorescence spectrum analysis shows that the title complex at room temperature exhibits an intense photoluminescence with maximum emission at 364.2 nm (λex = 303.0 nm).  相似文献

报道了4-(2'-羟基苯甲酰肼)苯亚甲基-5-甲基-2-苯基-2,4-二氢-吡 唑啉酮-3(B_1)和4-(2'-羟基苯甲酰肼)亚乙基-5-甲基-2-苯基-2,4-二 氢-吡唑啉酮-3(B_2)的合成、表征及晶体结构分析,B_1晶体属单斜晶系, C2/c空间群,所得晶胞参数为:a = 1.4201(2) nm, b = 1.65542(2) nm, c = 1. 8455(3) nm, β = 101.32(1)°,V = 4.2541(10) nm~3, Z = 8, D_c = 1.344 g/cm~3, μ = 0.094 mm~(-1), F(000) = 1808, R = 0.0442, wR = 0.1037。该 化合物由水分子通过氢键连接成沿ac面无限延伸的二维网络结构的超分子。B_2晶 体属三斜晶系,P1空间群,a = 1.2120(2) nm, b = 1.2223 (2) nm, c = 1.4159 (3) nm, α = 70.38 (1)°, β = 74.91 (1)°, γ = 63.64(1)°, V = 1.7549 (5)° nm~3, Z = 4, D_c = 1.326 g/cm~3, μ = 0.092 mm~(-1), F(000) = 736, R = 0.0436, wR = 0.1076。此化合物通过分子间氢键形成沿α轴无限延伸的一维 链状结构的超分子,由于分子间的作用力使其分子又沿b轴呈层状堆积。  相似文献

以2-羰基丙酸水杨酰腙作为配体与二正丁基氧化锡(Ⅳ)在苯/乙醇混合溶剂中反应, 合成了新型配合物(n-Bu)2Sn(C10H8N2O4)(C2H5OH)(C10H8N2O42为2-羰基丙酸水杨酰腙负二价离子)。用单晶X-射线衍射分析法测定了该配合物的晶体结构。晶体属四方晶系, I41/a空间群, 晶胞参数a = 2.5113(7), b = 2.5113(7), c = 1.5062(6) nm, V = 9.499(5) nm3, Z = 16, Dc = 1.396 g/cm3, m(MoKa) = 1.105 mm1, F (000) = 4096。对于2499 (I >2s(I))个可观测点, 最终可靠因子R = 0.0349, wR = 0.0793。在该配合物的分子结构中, 中心锡原子与3个O原子、1个N原子和2个C原子形成扭曲的八面体几何构型, 其中3个O原子和1个N原子为赤道配位原子, 而CSnC为配合物的轴。相邻配合物分子间因Sn…O的弱相互作用和分子间氢键的作用而以二聚体的结构形式存在。  相似文献

The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 4.4026(6), b = 1.501(13), c = 0.95818(12) nm, β = 90.868(2)°, V= 4.2813(9) nm^3, Z= 8, Dc= 1.292 g/cm^3,μ = 0.010, F(000) = 1744, R = 0.0576 and wR = 0.1450 for 3766 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). 在惰性气氛氩气保护下,通过高温固相反应合成得到了一个新的二元极性金属间化合物LuSn2。经X-射线单晶衍射与元素分析等方法确定了其晶体结构。LuSn2属正交晶系,空间群为Cmcm,晶体学参数a=0.435 11(10)nm,b=1.601 6(4)nm,c=0.427 80(8)nm,V=0.298 12(11)nm3,Z=4,R1=0.017 0,wR2=0.032 4。LuSn2属于ZrSi2结构类型,其结构中包含有一维"之"字型Sn链与二维四方格子状Sn层,Lu原子排列在Sn链与Sn层的空隙中。能带结构计算表明LuSn2呈金属导电性。  相似文献

A new energetic compound based on the tetrazole-1-acetic acid (tza) and potassium(I) salt, K2(tza)2(H2O), was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and FT-IR spectrum. Its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The results show that the crystal belongs to the orthorhombic system, space group Pna21 with a = 1.11972(17) nm, b = 0.46647(7) nm, c = 2.5158(4) nm, V = 1.3140(3) nm3, K2C6H8N8O5, Mr = 350.40 g·mol-1, Dc = 1.771 g·cm-3, μ(MoKα) = 0.759 mm-1, F(000) = 712, Z = 4, R = 0.023 and wR = 0.0527 for 2961 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). The K(I) cation is six-coordinated with four O atoms from three carboxylate groups, one O atom from one H2O molecule and one N atom from tetrazolyl ring, in which each tza is coordinated in a tridentate chelating bridging coordination mode. The thermal decomposition mechanism of the title complex was studied by DSC and TG-DTG techniques. Under nitrogen atmosphere at a heating rate of 10 K·min-1, the thermal decomposition of the complex contains one main exothermic process between 191.7 and 243.8 ℃ in the DSC curve. Its combustion heat was mensurated by oxygen bomb calorimetry. The non-isothermal kinetics parameters were calculated by the Kissinger's method and Ozawa-Doyle's method, respectively. The sensitivity properties of K2(tza)2(H2O) were also determined with standard methods, which was very sensitive to flame.  相似文献

3-(Pyrrole-2'-carboxamido)propanoic acid I has been synthesized from the reaction of β-alanine methyl ester with 2-trichloroacetylpyrrole followed by saponifying and acidating in 85.4% yield, and the crystal structure of 3-(pyrrole-2'-carboxamido)propanoic acid· (1/2)H2O (C8H11N2O3.5, Mr = 191.19) was obtained and determined by X-ray diffraction method. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 19.010(4), b = 8.3515(17), c = 13.788(3) (A), β = 125.88(3)°, V = 1773.6(6) (A)3, Z = 8, Dc = 1.432 g/cm3, λ = 0.71073 (A), μ-MoKα) = 0.114 mm-1 and F(000) = 768. The structure was refined to R = 0.0354 and wR = 0.0942 for 1642 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). It is revealed that the title compound has one pyrrole ring and one propionic acid subchain linked by an amido bond at C(4), and there are 8 molecules of com- pound I and 4 crystal water molecules in each unit cell. The supramolecular layers are stabilized by the hydrogen bonds of N(2) H…O(2), N(1) H…O(4), O(4) H(1W)…O(2) and O(3) H…O(1).  相似文献

A dimeric coordination complex Cd2(ncpo)2(phen)2(H2O)2 was constructed by a flexible dicarboxylic acid, 2-nitro-4-carboxylphenoxyacetic acid. Its crystal structure was determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis. The crystal is of monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 17.2616(3), b = 12.7460(2), c = 18.4041(3) A^°, β= 94.432(1)°, C42H30Cd2N6O16, Mr = 1099.52, V = 4037.09(12)A^°^3 Dc = 1.809 g/cm^3, F(000) = 2192, μ = 1.139 cm^-1 and Z = 4. The final R = 0.0218 and wR = 0.0703 for 8288 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). There are two crystallographically independent but structurally very similar molecules in the unit cell of the title complex. It is noticeable that the ligand ncpo^2- displays a good flexibility, demonstrating different modes from the rigid ligands. The luminescence property has been investigated, which shows photoluminescence at 465, 490 and 574 nm upon excitation at 320 nm in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献
