超导磁体体积小,能够获得强磁场,磁场稳定度、均匀度很高,因此,在磁学测量设备中应用很广泛.美国Quantum Design公司的高精度磁学测量系统采用的就是超导磁体,最高磁场能够达到7 T.由于超导磁体材料本身缺陷的钉扎作用,在磁体退磁后,磁体内部有剩余磁场,有时能够大于30 Oe.由此产生的磁场误差将导致测试的矫顽力、剩磁等数据不准确,甚至导致反向的磁滞回线.设置的磁场初始值不同,剩余磁场的大小也不同;初始磁场越大,剩余磁场越大.这种剩余磁场效应在软磁材料测试过程中表现得尤为明显,产生的测试误差不可忽略,必须进行磁场误差修正才能得到正确的结果.本文阐明了超导磁体产生剩余磁场的原因、影响因素和规律,详述了测试软磁材料可能遇到的问题,并给出解决方法.  相似文献

The effects of magnetic separation, coupling treatment, lubricating treatment, preform and biaxial molding on the density and magnetic properties of bonded NdFeB magnet were investigated. The results demonstrate that magnetic separation separates the powders with low coercive force; coupling treatment improves the interfaces between the powders and the binders; decrease in volume fraction of the binder increases magnetic properties of the magnet; granular arrangement improves both the magnetic and mechanical properties when powders are arranged in certain size; lubricating treatment improves the formability of the magnet and preform and biaxial molding improves both density and magnetic properties greatly. Combining these methods, the density of the bonded NdFeB magnet can reach 6.52 g/cm3 and the maximum energy product can reach 114 kJ/m3.  相似文献

A systematic study of the magnetization reversal behavior in the regular arrangement of L10-FePt based exchange-spring nanomagnets with different thicknesses of the Co soft magnetic layer is presented. The magnetic property of the hard magnet is compared to two tuned exchange-spring magnets: its systems of 20 nm L10-FePt/3 nm, and 7 nm Co. In particular, we focus on the switching field distribution. The exchange coupling showed narrower SFD, in spite of the decoupled part switches earlier. The magnetization switching mechanism of exchange-spring nanomagnets patterns has been revealed with a first-order reversal curves technique and the switching field distribution. Further, the microscopic results using magnetic force microscopy show that the spin rotation of the non-interacting part in the thicker soft layered exchange-spring magnet. The part influences the magnetization reversal process. According to the experimental results, exchange coupling strength can be tuned by the thickness of the soft magnetic layer.  相似文献

Micromagnetic models of assemblies of randomly oriented, exchange coupled, nanocrystals consisting of a magnetically hard uniaxial phase (typified by Nd2Fe14B) together with an ultra-soft phase (typified by α-iron) have been studied numerically. The hard crystallites were located on a three dimensional cubic lattice, and cubic crystallites of the soft phase were inserted at the junctions of every group of eight hard crystallites. Demagnetizing curves were obtained as a sequence of static equilibrium states in an incrementally changing applied field. Values of the coercivity, remanence and energy product are reported as functions of ΔGH, the grain size of the hard phase, and of ϕS, the fractional volume of the soft phase. The dependence on ΔGH falls quite rapidly with increasing ϕS. The low anisotropy and high saturation magnetization of the α-iron make approximately equal contributions to remanence enhancement in the model. Its remanence values are in quite good agreement with experimental values for Nd2Fe14B containing α-iron. However, its values for the coercivity and energy product, though decidedly lower than those obtained computationally by some other authors, significantly exceed those obtained experimentally, but show a similar variation with ΔGH and ϕS.  相似文献

制备了一种NdFeB永磁材料,探讨了制粉前处理方式对粉末离散性、粒径及成品NdFeB永磁体结构与性能的影响。原材料经熔炼、粗破碎后,采用高速风选和高压氢爆2种制粉前处理方式,然后采用同样的成型、烧结和回火工艺制备得到(PrNd)32.3Nb0.70Al0.60Cu0.20B1.03Fe65.17合金,并系统研究了该合金的显微结构和磁性能。结果表明:高压氢爆处理后得到的粉末粒度呈单分散性,粉末粒径较细,所制备得到的磁体样品的微观结构均匀性也较好;高压氢爆处理后制得的磁体样品剩余磁通密度比高速风选制粉方式得到的磁体样品高0.047 T,内禀矫顽力高 193.4 kAm-1,最大磁能积高24.6 kJm-3。  相似文献

采用实验和第一性原理方法,从微观组织结构和电子结构研究了Ni浓度和退火时间对Fe_3Si软磁体磁性能的影响.结果表明Ni含量为3.125at.%时,软磁体具有最大的饱和磁化强度和最低的矫顽力值.但当浓度超过9.375at.%后,软磁体的饱和磁化强度减小,而矫顽力增大,说明适当添加Ni可提高Fe_3Si软磁体的磁性能.Ni元素从微观组织结构和电子结构两方面均对软磁体的磁性能产生较大的影响.  相似文献

现有起始磁化曲线测量系统需绕制励磁线圈和感应线圈,在线应用受限.为此,本文提出了一种基于永磁恒定磁场激励的起始磁化曲线测量原理并搭建了相应测量系统.该系统采用永磁磁化器作为激励磁源,以对称磁化方法在圆柱棒状构件上激励出随轴向位置变化的恒定磁场作为激励磁场;采用阵列霍尔探头测量构件表面不同提离下的轴向和法向磁感应强度;并基于多项式外推法和磁场高斯定理外推法,推算构件与空气分界面上的轴向和法向磁感应强度;进一步地,根据分界面上的磁感应强度获取构件的起始磁化曲线.系统测量结果表明,在永磁恒定磁场激励下,无须励磁线圈和感应线圈即可方便地获取棒状构件的起始磁化曲线,测量误差小于10%,测量误差标准差小于0.01,重复性较好.该系统可为便捷地在线测量棒状构件起始磁化曲线提供新途径.  相似文献

本文考察在径向电子数密度呈抛物形分布的情况下,外加稳恒磁场,射频通过螺旋波天线在等离子体中激发电磁波的传播性质.采用线性扰动波假设,数值求解Maxwell方程组,得到80—800 G(1 G=10-4T)磁场条件下等离子体中径向电、磁场强度及能量沉积密度的分布情形.计算结果表明,磁场增大(80→800G)时,螺旋波受到的阻尼较小,可深入等离子体传播;Trivelpiece-Gould(TG)波受到的阻尼增大,在等离子体-真空边界处衰减增强;整体的能量吸收向边界集中.磁感应强度小于100 G时,TG波可深入主等离子体区传播,等离子体径向能量吸收相对均匀.  相似文献

This paper investigates the effect of warm compaction on the magnetic and electrical properties of Fe-based soft magnetic composites at operating frequencies between 0.1 and 10 kHz. The magnetic and electrical properties of samples were measured by an LCR meter and morphology of the samples was characterized by scanning electron microscopy. It was shown that the compacted sample prepared at 800 MPa and 550 °C had the lowest magnetic loss and electrical resistivity, and highest magnetic induction and effective permeability in comparison with other samples compacted at 800 MPa and room temperature, 150, 250, 350 and 450 °C.  相似文献

The magnetic and mechanical properties of Nd-Fe-B magnets at different hot deformation temperatures have been investigated. The results showed that the optimum magnetic and mechanical properties and the highest crystallographic alignment of Nd-Fe-B magnets were obtained at 700 °C, and the possible reasons were analyzed. The microstructures show that abnormal grain growth is not observed at 650 °C; there exist many small spherical grains, and these small grains do not align during die upsetting. The average size of the grains and the volume fraction of coarse grains increase with increase in deformation temperature. The coarse grains do not align during die upsetting, and the non-alignment regions enlarge with increase in deformation temperature.  相似文献

Effect of alloying additional elements (Al, Si, Ti, V, Ni, Cu, Zr, Nb and Mo) with Fe-22/30 wt% Cr-12 wt% Co permanent magnet alloys manufactured by magnetic aging has been systematically studied with magnetic measurements and transmission electron microscopy (TEM), on a laboratory scale. It is found that the alloying shifts the optimum Cr content to a lower lever. Ti and Si show the greatest enhancement on magnetic properties yet narrow the optimum magnetic aging temperature range. Mo, Nb and Cu, when used together with Si, promote magnetic properties and widen the optimum magnetic aging temperature range. Ni and Zr are simply magnetic diluents. V is good for the magnetic properties only at a large amount of addition. The origin of alloying effects explored by TEM microscopy is attributed to the degree of particle entanglement as well as elongation.  相似文献

The dramatic temperature dependence of the magnetic susceptibility and Electron Spin Resonance in sodium superoxides between 77 and 300 K is attributed to various structural phase transitions. One of our important observations is a switchover from a weak ferromagnetically coupled 3-dimensional system to a strong antiferromagnetically coupled 1-dimensional system with decreasing temperature. Magnetic properties of soft/hard stacked perpendicular magnetic recording media were investigated using a two-moment model with taking account of demagnetizing energy. Demagnetizing energy of the soft layer may improve the uniformity of magnetic properties of the composite media and also decrease the interlayer thickness, although weaken the thermal stability a little. The application of high saturation magnetization (Ms) soft magnetic material as the soft layer may compensate for the undesirable contribution while maintaining its benefits.  相似文献

通过对由条状永磁体组成的组合磁体与单畴GdBCO超导体在零场冷情况下磁悬浮力的测量,研究了5种不同组态下组合磁体之间距离的变化对超导体磁悬浮力的影响.结果发现,当条状永磁体之间的距离D从0 mm增加到30 mm时,超导体的磁悬浮力大小与组合磁体排列形式有着密切关系(以Z=5 mm为例):1)对由3个条状永磁体组成的组合磁体,当中间磁体的磁极N向上、两侧磁体的磁极N均水平指向中间磁体时,超导体的磁悬浮力从22.8N减小到9.7N;当中间磁体的磁极N向上、两侧磁体的磁极N均向下时, 关键词: 单畴GdBCO块材 磁体组合形式 磁悬浮力  相似文献

Aiming at the interaction and coalescence of bubbles in gas–liquid two-phase flow, a multi-field coupling model was established to simulate deformation and dynamics of multi-bubble in gas–liquid two-phase flow by coupling magnetic field, phase field, continuity equation, and momentum equation. Using the phase field method to capture the interface of two phases, the geometric deformation and dynamics of a pair of coaxial vertical rising bubbles under the applied uniform magnetic field in the vertical direction were investigated. The correctness of results is verified by mass conservation method and the comparison of the existing results. The results show that the applied uniform magnetic field can effectively shorten the distance between the leading bubble and the trailing bubble, the time of bubbles coalescence, and increase the velocity of bubbles coalescence. Within a certain range, as the intensity of the applied uniform magnetic field increases, the velocity of bubbles coalescence is proportional to the intensity of the magnetic field, and the time of bubbles coalescence is inversely proportional to the intensity of the magnetic field.  相似文献

The thickness effects on the microstructure and soft magnetic properties of CoFeHfO thin films have been investigated in the range of 100–600 nm. There was a significant change in the coercivity (Hc) and the anisotropy (Hk) value with increasing film thickness, but the saturation induction and the resistivity almost remain unchanged. Hc and Hk reached a minimum value of 0.19 Oe and a maximum value of 50 Oe, respectively at 200 nm film thickness. The high saturation magnetic induction is 21 kG and resistivity is 500 μΩ cm. The origin of the changing Hc and Hk values is discussed in detail based on change of microstructure along with film thickness.  相似文献

讨论了电荷屏蔽效应对WS15M前身星模型瞬时爆发能量的影响,对电子俘获率的计算基于平均重核模型,数值模拟表明电荷屏蔽降低了电子俘获率,延长了爆发时间,使中微子泄漏的总能量增加,从而导致激波的能量略微降低.给出的方法可以适用于其他考虑电荷屏蔽效应的超新星数值模拟. 关键词: 超新星 瞬时爆发 数值模拟 电荷屏蔽  相似文献

采用热分解法制备了分散程度高且平均晶粒尺寸为20 nm的CoFe2O4和MnFe2O4复合介质.低温磁化曲线测量显示,制备的复合介质具有软-硬磁交换弹性耦合效应,且合成温度以及软磁和硬磁相的成分比例对磁交换弹性耦合的强度有很大的影响.变温磁测量显示,温度为20K时,复合纳米介质的表面自旋冻结效应导致饱和磁化强度显著增加.Henkel测量显示,对分散的CoFe2O4和MnFe2O4复合介质,磁偶极相互作用占主导作用.  相似文献
