Two thiosemicarbazones, (E)-2-(2,4-dimethoxybenzylidene)thiosemicarbazone (24-MBTSC (1)) and (E)-2-(2,5-dimethoxybenzylidene)thiosemicarbazone (25-MBTSC (2)), derived from 2,4-dimethoxybenzaldehyde and 2,5-dimethoxybenzaldehyde, respectively, with thiosemicarbazide have been synthesized and their structures were characterized by elemental analyses, FT-IR, 1H NMR spectroscopy, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis. Molecular orbital calculations have been carried out for 1 and 2 by using an ab initio method (HF) and also density functional method (B3LYP) at 6-31G basis set. Compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c, with a = 8.1342(5) Å, b = 18.1406(10) Å, c = 8.2847(6) Å, β = 109.7258(17)°, V = 1150.75(12) Å3, and Z = 4, whereas compound 2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group Pbca, with a = 11.0868(6) Å, b = 13.1332(6) Å, c = 15.9006(8) Å, V = 2315.2(2) Å3, and Z = 8. The compounds 1 and 2 displays a trans-configuration about the C=N double bond.  相似文献

Two coordination compounds of compositions [Ni(L1)(idba)(H2O)]·1.5 H2O (1) and [Ni(L2)Fe(CN)5NO]·C2H5OH (2) where L1 is N, N′-bis(3-aminopropyl)ethylenediamine, L2 is 2,12-dimethyl-3,7,11,17-tetraazabicyclo[11.3.1]heptadeca-1(17),2,11,13,15-pentaene, and idba2? is 2,2′-iminodibenzoate have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, thermal analysis, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n (No. 14) with a=9.810(2) Å, b=10.230(2) Å, c=25.350(5) Å, V=2543.6(9) Å3, Z=4, and R=0.0727. The nickel atom is six-coordinated by four N atoms of amine and two O atoms of water and idba2?. The molecular packing of the complex comprises of an infinite one-dimensional layered network in which the molecules in the crystal are held together by a system of hydrogen bonding. Complex 2, however, crystallizes in the space group C2/c (No. 15) of the monoclinic system with a=19.7990(4) Å, b=14.9440(3) Å, c=19.8800(3) Å, V=5115.90(17) Å3, Z=4, and R=0.0540. The Ni ion in compound 2 has a slightly distorted octahedral arrangement of the N4 donor atoms of primary ligand L2 and two N-donor atoms of the secondary nitroprusside ligand. The structure of 2 displays an extended one-dimensional network formed by linear [—Ni—NC—Fe—CN—] units. A cyclic voltammetric study shows that compound 1 undergoes a quasireversible oxidation attributable to Ni2+ → Ni3+ in the range 300–420 mV vs SCE.  相似文献

Two alkaloid triterpenoids formulated as C26H35NO3 (1) and C30H45NO2 (2) were isolated from the timer tree Aphanamixis grandifolia. The structure of 1 and 2 was determined by IR, HRESIMS, 1D, and 2D-NMR. Compound 1 was confirmed by X-ray single crystal diffraction. Compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic, space group C2 with unit cell parameters a = 53.195(4) Å, b = 7.6339(8) Å, c = 11.202(2) Å, β = 94.6520(2)°. Intermolecular hydrogen bonding and π–π stacking were presented in the molecular packing of 1. The absolute configurations of 1 and 2 were established by comparison of experimental circular dichroism properties with their electronic circular dichroism predicted by molecular modeling DFT calculations.  相似文献

Novel complex salts [Au(en)2]Cl(ReO4)2 (I) and [Au(en)2](ReO4)3 (II), en = ethylenediamine, are obtained. Their crystal structures are determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex I crystallizes in the triclinic crystal system: a = 6.2172(7) Å, b = 7.1644(8) Å, c = 8.8829(8) Å, α = 96.605(4)°, β = 110.000(4)°, γ = 97.802(4)°, P-1 space group, Z = 1, d x = 3.905 g/cm3; complex II crystallizes in the monoclinic crystal system: a = 15.244(2) Å, b = 7.6809(8) Å, c = 9.3476(12) Å, β = 127.004(3)°, C2 space group, Z = 4, d x = 4.057 g/cm3.  相似文献

Reaction of copper(II) perchlorate with N,N′-{bis(pyridin-2-yl)benzylidene}butane-1,4-diamine (bpbd) yielded monoclinic crystals of bluish green [Cu(bpbd)(ClO4)]ClO4 (1), and a similar reaction in presence of azide anion, N3 ? formed monoclinic crystals of dark green [Cu(bpbd)(N3)]2ClO4 (2). Crystal data for 1: space group P21/c, Z=4, a=17.3968(4) Å, b=9.3182(2) Å, c=17.6794(4) Å, β=102.149(1)°. The geometry around Cu(II) centre is distorted square pyramidal with axial site occupied by O atom of perchlorate and in plane Cu is bonded to four N atoms of the organic ligand. The intermolecular C–H...π stacking in 1 forms a zigzag chain (1D) supramer. Crystal data for 2: space group C2/c, Z=4, a=22.3109(4) Å, b=17.7832(3) Å, c=14.3389(2) Å, β=92.553(1)°. In dinuclear 2, Cu(II) has tetragonally distorted octahedral geometry coordinated by four N atoms of bpbd, with the fifth and sixth positions occupied by N atoms of two end-on bridging azides. The π...π interaction leads to a two dimensional (2D) sheet within which the counter anions are embedded. Both the compounds 1 and 2 show simple paramagnetism. Cyclic voltammetry and fluorescence spectra are also reported.  相似文献

The reaction of silver 4,4′-biphenyldicarboxylate with 1,3-diaminopropane (DAP) and 2-amino-5-methylpyridine (AMP) respectively results in the formation of two dinuclear silver(I) complexes: [Ag2(DAP)2](BPC)·2H2O (1) and [Ag2(BPC)(AMP)4]·2H2O (2), where BPC is 4,4′-biphenyldicarboxylate. The complexes are characterized by elemental analysis and X-ray crystallography. Complex 1 crystallizes in the triclinic system, P-1 space group, a = 8.585(2) Å, b = 8.849(2) Å, c = 9.890(3) Å, α = 107.893(3)°, β = 94.139(3)°, γ = 113.202(3)°, V = 640.9(3) Å3, Z = 1. Complex 2 crystallizes in the triclinic system, P-1 space group, a = 11.818(3) Å, b = 13.132(4) Å, c = 13.281(4) Å, α = 92.571(4)°, β = 96.425(3)°, γ = 102.142(4)°, V = 1997.5(10) Å3, Z = 2. Complex 1 consists of a macrocyclic dinuclear silver(I) dication, a 4,4′-biphenyldicarboxylate anion, and two water molecules of crystallization. Each Ag atom is in a linear coordination. Complex 2 consists of a dinuclear silver(I) complex molecule and two water molecules of crystallization. Each Ag atom is in a T-shaped coordination. The Ag...Ag separations are 5.127(2) Å in 1 and 3.172(2) Å in 2.  相似文献

Reaction of tridentate Schiff bases with nickel and cadmium salts in methanol afforded two new mononuclear complexes, [Ni(L1)2] (I) and [Cd(L2)2] (II), where L1 and L2 are the anions of 2-bromo-4-chloro-6-[(3-dimethylaminopropylimino)methyl]phenol (HL1) and 2-bromo-4-chloro-6-[(3-morpholin-4-ylpropylimino)methyl]phenol (HL2), respectively. The complexes were characterized by singlecrystal X-ray diffraction (CIF files CCDC nos. 1428653 (I) and 1428654 for (II)), FT-IR, and elemental analysis. Complex I crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2 1/c, with a = 8.8216(8), b = 14.0424(8), c = 11.8687(12) Å, β = 111.238(2)°, V = 1370.4(2) Å3, Z = 2. Complex II crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2 1/n, with a = 9.6774(4), b = 15.8970(6), c = 20.3144(7) Å, β = 90.408(2)°, V = 3125.1(2) Å3, Z = 4. The metal atoms in the complexes are coordinated by two tridentate Schiff base ligands, forming octahedral coordination. The free Schiff bases and the complexes were assayed for antibacterial activities. Both complexes are more active against the bacteria than the free Schiff bases. Complex II has the MIC value of 0.39 μg mL–1 against Bacillus subtilis.  相似文献

The crystal structures of four organoselenium compounds, viz. bis(2-formylphenyl)diselenide (5), bis(2-methylnaphthyl)diselenide (6), organoselenenyl sulfide (7), and spiroselenurane (8) are described. Crystal data for 5: space group Pca21, crystal system orthorhombic, a=7.9969(4) Å, b=20.8794(12) Å, c=15.8307(13) Å, Z=8, R=0.0292. Owing to the presence of a strong Se···O interaction in compound 5 the geometry around the selenium atom may be considered as T-shaped. Crystal data for 6: space group Pna21, crystal system orthorhombic, a=18.2253(12) Å, b=13.0714(8) Å, c=7.7355(5) Å, Z=4, R=0.0570. The molecule has a cisoid conformation. Crystal data for 7: space group Pbcn, crystal system orthorhombic, a=22.2144(13) Å, b=8.0255(4) Å, c=15.4496(9) Å, Z=8, R=0.0292. Due to intramolecular Se···N interaction in 7 the geometry around selenium is T- shaped. Crystal data for 8: space group P21/c, crystal system monoclinic, a=7.4585(5) Å, b=19.5634(13) Å, c=8.0428(5) Å, β=97.1320(10)°, Z=4, R=0.0254. The O?Se?O angle is 172.86(6)°.  相似文献

Two new mononuclear Schiff base zinc(II) complexes, [ZnCl2(L1)] ? MeOH (I) and [Zn(L2)2] (II) (L1 = 2-bromo-4-chloro-6-[(2-ethylammonioethylimino)methyl]phenolate; L2 = 2-bromo-4-chloro-6-(isopropyliminomethyl)phenolate), have been prepared and characterized by elemental analyses, infrared and UV-Vis spectroscopy, and single-cyrstal X-ray diffraction (CIF files CCDC nos. 1408962 (I), 1408961 (II)). Complex I crystallizes in the triclinic space group \(P\overline 1\) with unit cell dimensions a = 9.859(1), b = 13.015(2), c = 19.817(3) Å, α = 73.591(2)°, β = 76.032(2)°, γ = 82.966(2)°, V = 2363.0(5) Å3, Z = 4, R 1 = 0.0925, and wR 2 = 0.2257. Complex II crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with unit cell dimensions a = 7.6387(7), b = 22.307(2), c = 21.443(2) Å, β = 96.216(3)°, V = 3632.4(6) Å3, Z = 8, R 1 = 0.0651, and wR 2 = 0.1100. The both Zn atoms in I is four-coordinated in a tetrahedral geometry by the NO donor set of the Schiff base ligand, and two Cl ligands. The Zn atom in II is in a tetrahedral geometry by two N and two O atoms from two Schiff base ligands. Crystals of the complexes are stabilized by hydrogen bonds and weak π…π interactions. A new cadmium coordination polymer [Cd(L)(Cl)(H2O)]n (1) (L = 5-(imidazol-1-yl)-2-pyridine carboxylic anion) constructed from dinuclear cadmium clusters has been synthesized under hydrothermal condition and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The compound crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P-1, with a = 6.8747(6), b = 9.7434(8), c = 9.9119(7) Å, α = 118.615(8)°, β = 104.445(7)°, γ = 94.815(7)°, V = 548.01(9) Å3, Z = 2. Compound 1 is a one-dimensional (1D) double chain structure based on dinuclear [Cd2(Cl)2] clusters, and is further extended to a 3D supramolecular framework by hydrogen bonds. As a Lewis acid catalyst, compound 1 exhibits excellent catalytic performance for the acetalization reaction under mild conditions and can be reused several times without a significant decrease of the catalytic activity.  相似文献

Compound [VO(acac)2] reacts with the Schiff bases N′-(5-bromo-2-hydroxybenzylidene)-2-hydroxy-3-methylbenzohydrazide (H2Bhm) and 4-bromo-2-[(2-piperidin-1-ylethylimino)methyl]phenol (HBpp) in absolute methanol to give the oxovanadium(V) complexes [VO(Bhm)(OCH3)(CH3OH)] (I) and [VO2(Bpp)] (II), respectively. Both complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, and single-crystal X-ray determination. The crystal of I crystallizes in the triclinic space group \(P\bar 1\) with a = 7.625(2), b = 11.240(3), c = 12.156(4) Å, α = 77.404(5)°, β = 75.770(4)°, γ = 79.922(5)°, V = 977.4(5) Å3, Z = 2. The crystal of II crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2/c with a = 26.760(3), b = 6.655(1), c = 17.570(2) Å, β = 100.335(2)°, V = 3078.2(7) Å3, Z = 8. The V atom in I is in an octahedral coordination, and those in II are intervenient between square pyramidal and trigonal bipyramidal coordination.  相似文献

2-Propylamino-5-[4-(2-hydroxy-3,5-dichlorobenzylideneamino) phenyl]-1,3,4-thiadiazole, formulated as C18H16Cl2N4OS (I), was synthesized. The crystal and molecular structure of (I) have been determined by 1H-NMR, IR, and X-ray single crystal diffraction. The compound (I) crystallizes in the monoclinic, space group P2(1)/c with unit cell parameters a = 9.0576(2) Å, b = 24.3382(8) Å, c = 9.0585(2) Å, M r = 407.31, V = 1851.13(9) Å3, Z = 4, R 1 = 0.036, and wR 2 = 0.096. Molecular geometry from X-ray experiment of (I) in the ground state has been compared using the density functional method (B3LYP) with 6-31G(d) basis set. To determine conformational flexibility, molecular energy profile of (I) was obtained by semi-empirical (PM3) calculations with respect to selected degree of torsional freedom, which was varied from ?180° to +180° in steps of 10°. The results are indicative that the Schiff base, which contains a thiadiazole ring, prefers to be in E-configuration. In addition, molecular electrostatic potential, frontier molecular orbitals, and natural bond orbitals analysis were performed by the B3LYP/6-31G(d) method.  相似文献

A new centrosymmetric mononuclear copper(II) complex [Cu(L)2](ClO4)2 (I) and a new centrosymmetric mononuclear nickel(II) complex [Ni(L)2(MeOH)2](ClO4)2 (II), where L is the zwitterionic ligand 2-bromo-4-chloro-6-[(2-methylammonioethylimino)methyl]phenolate, have been prepared from the Schiff base 2-bromo-4-chloro-6-[(2-methylaminoethylimino)methyl]phenol with copper perchlorate and nickel perchlorate, respectively. The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectra, and single-cyrstal X-ray diffraction (CIF files CCDC nos. 1408054 (I) and 1407973 (II)). Complex I crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with unit cell dimensions a = 7.7736(4), b = 21.608(1), c = 8.5194(4) Å, β = 93.907(2)°, V = 1427.7(1) Å3, Z = 2, R 1 = 0.0546, and wR 2 = 0.1531. Complex II crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with unit cell dimensions a = 21.324(3), b = 16.821(2), c = 9.425(1) Å, β = 90.114(2)°, V = 3380.5(7) Å3, Z = 4, R 1 = 0.0693, and wR 2 = 0.1627. The reaction of cyclopentylamine with 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde and 5-nitrosalicylaldehyde, respectively, in methanol affords two new Schiff bases, 1-(cyclopentyliminomethyl)naphthalen-2-ol (HL1) and 4-nitro-2-(cyclopentyliminomethyl)phenol (HL2). Two new zinc(II) complexes, [Zn(L1)2] (I) and [Zn(L2)2] (II), derived from the Schiff bases, have been prepared and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, FT-IR, and elemental analysis. Complex I crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a = 17.834(4), b = 14.738(3), c = 9.868(2) Å, β = 91.20(3)°, V = 2593.1(9) Å3, Z = 4. Complex II crystallizes in the triclinic space group P \(\bar 1\) with a = 10.206(1), b = 10.502(1), c = 12.554(1) Å, α = 66.771(2)°, β = 78.133(2)°, γ = 76.292(2)°, V = 1191.8(1) Å3, Z = 2. The Zn atom in each complex is coordinated by two N and two O atoms from two Schiff base ligands, forming a tetrahedral geometry. A new mononuclear cobalt(III) complex, [CoL2(N3)]2 · CH3OH (I), and a new mononuclear zinc(II) complex, [ZnLCl(CH3OH)] (II) (HL = 4-chloro-2-[(2-morpholin-4-ylethylimino)methyl]phenol), were prepared and structurally characterized by elemental analyses, infrared spectroscopy, and single- crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal of I is monoclinic: space group P21/c, a = 18.742(2) Å, b = 15.197(2) Å, c = 25.646(2) Å, β = 125.996(3)°, V = 5909.8(11) Å3, Z = 4. The crystal of II is monoclinic: space group P21/c, a = 7.257(1) Å, b = 24.707(2) Å, c = 9.637(1) Å, β = 101.557(2)°, V = 1692.9(3) Å3, Z = 4. The Co atom in I is in an octahedral coordination, and the Zn atom in II is in a trigonal-bipyramidal coordination. The urease inhibitory test shows that complex I has strong urease inhibitory activity, while complex II has no activity.  相似文献

Double ionic complexes [M(C5H5NCOO)3(H2O)2][Cr(NCS)6] · nH2O, where M = Eu (I), n = 1.15; Dy (II), Er (III), n = 1.5; M = Yb (IV), n = 2, have been synthesized by the reaction between M(NO3)3, M = Eu, Dy, Er, Yb, K3[Cr(NCS)6], and nicotinic acid (C5H5NCOO) in an aqueous solution and studied by chemical analysis, IR spectroscopy, and X-ray diffraction. Two cis-dioxomolybdenum(VI) complexes [MoO2L] (L: L 1, 2 and L: L 2, 3) in a phenol-based sterically encumbered N2O2 ligand environment have been synthesized, and their crystallographic characterizations are reported. The orange crystals of 2 are monoclinic, space group P21/a with unit cell dimensions as a=16.2407(17) Å, b=7.2857(8) Å, c=18.400(2) Å, β=98.002(9)°, Z=4, and d cal=1.486 g cm?3. The light orange crystals of 3, however, are orthorhombic, space group, Pbcn, with unit cell dimensions a=8.3110(12) Å, b=12.637(3) Å, c=34.673(5) Å, Z=4, and d cal=1.187 g cm?3. The structures were refined by a full-matrix least-squares procedure on F 2 to a final R=0.046 (0.055 for 3) using 4944 (3677) all independent data. In both the cases, the Mo atom exists in a distorted octahedral geometry defined by a N2O4 donor set, which features a cis-Mo(–O)2 and a trans-Mo(OPh)2 arrangement. Compound 2 undergoes a quasireversible one-electron reduction at ?1.3 V vs Ag/AgCl reference due to MoVIO2/MoVO2 electron transfer and thus providing a rare example of steric solution to the comproportionation–dimerization problem encountered frequently in the development of valid biomimetic models for the active sites of oxomolybdenum enzymes.  相似文献

Complex I crystallizes in the triclinic crystal system, space group Pī with a = 11.0821(11), b = 12.2632(12), c = 15.0288(15) Å, α = 87.3760(10)°, β = 88.4610(10)°, γ = 81.2220(10)°, V = 2016.0(3) Å3, ρc = 1.369 g/cm3, M r = 1662.25, Z = 1, F(000) = 853, μ = 0.543 mm–1, the final R = 0.0592 and wR = 0.1681 for 15498 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). Complex II is of monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 18.0539(19), b = 8.5806(9), c = 18.758(2) Å, β = 116.5700(10)°, V = 2599.0(5) Å3, ρc = 1.491 g/cm3, M r = 583.44, Z = 4, F(000) = 1196, μ = 0.567 mm–1, the final R = 0.0337 and wR = 0.0853 for 18139 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). Complex I features linear Mn(II)-trinuclear units, which form 1D chain structure through F···F weak interactions, and complex II is 1D polymeric Mn(II)-chains. Antiferromagnetic coupling interactions exist within Mn(II)- carboxylate trinuclear in I (J =–0.40 cm–1) and Mn(II)-carboxylate chain in II (J =–0.45 cm–1).  相似文献
