描述了掺Cr3+离子的紫翠宝石(Cr3+:BeAl2O4)单晶的晶体结构、物理性质、晶体的吸收光谱与发射光谱及其激光特性.讨论了用引上法生长Cr3+:BeAl2O4晶体的一些工艺问题中.引上法晶体生长过程中选用较慢的提拉速度、较快的转速和生长较大直径的晶体的工艺参数,能够生长出高质量的Cr3+:BeAl2O4单晶体.我们的实验表明,采用温梯法也能生长出高质量的Cr3+:BeAl2O4单晶.与提拉法相比,温梯法减少了原料对环境的污染;易于实现自动温度程序控制;对缺少自然对流的熔体有相当好的适用性. 相似文献

本文采用导模提拉法成功生长了Tb3Sc2Al3O12 (TSAG)晶体,并对所生长晶体进行了物相分析和单晶结构分析,探讨了多晶原料的烧结温度对晶体颜色的影响.Sc3+和Al3+的浓度分布测试表明,导模提拉法能较好地克服因分凝效应引起的Sc3+浓度分布不均,可以生长获得浓度分布均匀的TSAG晶体.磁光性能测试表明,Sc3+掺入对晶体在400~1100 nm波长范围内的磁光性能影响不大,所生长TSAG晶体的费尔德常数仅比Tb3Al5O12 (TAG)晶体低6; ~8;. 相似文献

由于与GaN晶格失配小(约1.4;),γ-LiAlO2单晶有望成为GaN外延衬底材料.本文首先使用提拉法生长出了尺寸达φ45×50mm3的γ-LiAlO2单晶,然后采用Ga2O3作为掺杂剂,仍用提拉法生长出了三种不同掺镓浓度的LiAl1-xGaxO2(x=0.1,0.2,0.3)晶体,并用X射线粉末衍射(XRPD)分别对晶体及坩锅中剩余的熔体的成份进行了表征.结果表明LiAl-xGaxO2(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3)晶体归属于γ-LiAlO2结晶结构,Ga3+离子部分地取代Al3+离子,发生分凝且分凝系数小于1. 相似文献

双掺Nd,Ce∶YAG晶体相比传统的Nd∶YAG具有输出能量高、激光振荡阈值低的优点。近几年高能效固体激光器的发展对大尺寸、高质量Nd,Ce∶YAG晶体的需求越来越大。采用提拉法生长大尺寸Nd,Ce∶YAG时,极易出现包裹物和开裂缺陷。本文通过理论与实践相结合的方式分析了晶体在生长过程中产生缺陷的原因,并提出了解决办法,成功生长出直径ø50 mm等径长150 mm的高质量Nd,Ce∶YAG单晶。本研究可为批量化生长大尺寸Nd,Ce∶YAG晶体的质量改进提供方向和指导。 相似文献

The Czochralski method, i.e. pulling a crystal from the melt, became the most important technology for the production of large semiconductor (Si, GaAs, InP, GaP …) and optical crystals (oxides, CaF2 …). The present status is achieved by a profound analysis of the mechanisms of heat and species transport which are relevant for the stability of the Czochralski growth process and the performance of the growing crystal. It was clearly demonstrated in the last few years that modeling by numerical simulation is an indispensable tool to analyze the Czochralski process and to understand the governing mechanisms. The contribution presents examples of this kind of modeling the Czochralski technique in correlation with experimental investigations in order to illustrate the present status of understanding relevant processing phenomena. Furthermore, it is shown what problems need still to be solved in the future in order to further improve the yield and quality of Czochralski‐grown crystals. (© 2007 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KCl alkali halide crystal with different nanodiamond impurity was grown by Czochralski method. X‐Ray diffraction of the outcome samples reveals that they are still single crystal. Also crystal hardness observation reveals that the hardness of KCl single crystal has been increased by adding different percentage of nanodiamond impurity. In addition, the study of FTIR spectrums of the pure and doped crystals represents that the KCl optical properties has not changed. 相似文献

γ‐LiAlO2 single crystal was successfully grown by Czochralski method. The crystal quality was characterized by X‐ray rocking curve and chemical etching. The effects of air‐annealing and vapor transport equilibration (VTE) on the crystal quality, etch pits and absorption spectra of LiAlO2 were also investigated in detail. The results show that the as‐grown crystal has very high quality with the full width at half maximum (FWHM) of 17.7‐22.6 arcsec. Dislocation density in the middle part of the crystal is as low as about 3.0×103 cm–2. The VTE‐treated slice has larger FWHM value, etch pits density and absorption coefficient as compared with those of untreated and air‐annealed slices, which indicates that the crystal quality became inferior after VTE treatment. 采用提拉法分别生长了掺杂Mn、Fe以及Co元素的LiAlO2晶体,并对其结晶质量和光谱特性进行了研究.结果表明,LiAlO2:Mn、LiAlO2:Fe和LiAlO2:Co晶体的X射线双晶摇摆曲线半高宽分别为23.2 arcsec、12.9 arcsec和23.8 arcsec.LiAlO2:Mn与LiAlO2:Fe晶体在可见至近红外波段具有较高的透过率,而LiAlO2:Co晶体在500~700 nm波段存在吸收带;光致激发与发射光谱表明Mn2+在LiAlO2:Mn晶体中处于四面体晶体场内,而Fe3+替代Li+处于八面体格位;X射线激发发射光谱分析得出空气退火后γ-LiAlO2晶体出现了较强的缺陷发光,可归结为Li2O挥发后形成的F+心,而在同样退火条件下掺杂LiAlO2晶体中相应的缺陷发光不明显,说明Li2O的挥发被抑制,晶体的热稳定性得到了改善. 相似文献
