Two heterotrinuclear oligomeric complexes [trans-RuCl(C[triple bond, length as m-dash]Cpy-4)(dppm)(2)](2)[MCl(2)] (M = Pd ; M = Pt ) are prepared from the metalloligand trans-[RuCl(C[triple bond, length as m-dash]Cpy-4)(dppm)(2)] (dppm = Ph(2)PCH(2)PPh(2), ). The resultant linear alignment of the metals [Ru-M-Ru] is imposed by a combinative use of trans-directed spacers and planar metals with trans-juxtaposed donor sites. Ligand exchange of with [Pd(CH(3)CN)(4)][PF(6)](2) gives trans-[Ru(CH(3)CN)(C[triple bond, length as m-dash]Cpy-4)(dppm)(2)][PF(6)] (). All complexes are characterized by single-crystal X-ray crystallography and solution spectroscopy. Acid-base titration on suggested protonation of the pendant pyridyl. Complexes and also undergo protonation at the C[triple bond, length as m-dash]C moiety under acid conditions. The inter-conversion of alkynyl and vinylidene functionality is described. The dual acid and base characters of makes it a potential metalloligand towards basic and acidic fragments in multinuclear heterometallic assemblies.  相似文献

The reaction of the group 9 bis(hydrosulfido) complexes [Cp*M(SH)2(PMe3)] (M=Rh, Ir; Cp*=eta(5)-C 5Me5) with the group 6 nitrosyl complexes [Cp*M'Cl2(NO)] (M'=Mo, W) in the presence of NEt3 affords a series of bis(sulfido)-bridged early-late heterobimetallic (ELHB) complexes [Cp*M(PMe3)(mu-S)2M'(NO)Cp*] (2a, M=Rh, M'=Mo; 2b, M=Rh, M'=W; 3a, M=Ir, M'=Mo; 3b, M=Ir, M'=W). Similar reactions of the group 10 bis(hydrosulfido) complexes [M(SH)2(dppe)] (M=Pd, Pt; dppe=Ph 2P(CH2) 2PPh2), [Pt(SH)2(dppp)] (dppp=Ph2P(CH2) 3PPh2), and [M(SH)2(dpmb)] (dpmb=o-C6H4(CH2PPh2)2) give the group 10-group 6 ELHB complexes [(dppe)M(mu-S)2M'(NO)Cp*] (M=Pd, Pt; M'=Mo, W), [(dppp)Pt(mu-S)2M'(NO)Cp*] (6a, M'=Mo; 6b, M'=W), and [(dpmb)M(mu-S)2M'(NO)Cp*] (M=Pd, Pt; M'=Mo, W), respectively. Cyclic voltammetric measurements reveal that these ELHB complexes undergo reversible one-electron oxidation at the group 6 metal center, which is consistent with isolation of the single-electron oxidation products [Cp*M(PMe3)(mu-S)2M'(NO)Cp*][PF6] (M=Rh, Ir; M'=Mo, W). Upon treatment of 2b and 3b with ROTf (R=Me, Et; OTf=OSO 2CF 3), the O atom of the terminal nitrosyl ligand is readily alkylated to form the alkoxyimido complexes such as [Cp*Rh(PMe3)(mu-S)2W(NOMe)Cp*][OTf]. In contrast, methylation of the Rh-, Ir-, and Pt-Mo complexes 2a, 3a, and 6a results in S-methylation, giving the methanethiolato complexes [Cp*M(PMe3)(mu-SMe)(mu-S)Mo(NO)Cp*][BPh 4] (M=Rh, Ir) and [(dppp)Pt(mu-SMe)(mu-S)Mo(NO)Cp*][OTf], respectively. The Pt-W complex 6b undergoes either S- or O-methylation to form a mixture of [(dppp)Pt(mu-SMe)(mu-S)W(NO)Cp*][OTf] and [(dppp)Pt(mu-S) 2W(NOMe)Cp*][OTf]. These observations indicate that O-alkylation and one-electron oxidation of the dinuclear nitrosyl complexes are facilitated by a common effect, i.e., donation of electrons from the group 9 or 10 metal center, where the group 9 metals behave as the more effective electron donor.  相似文献

Reactions of the anionic gallium(i) heterocycle, [:Ga{[N(Ar)C(H)](2)}](-) (Ar = C(6)H(3)Pr(i)(2)-2,6), with a variety of mono- and bidentate phosphine, tmeda and 1,5-cyclooctadiene (COD) complexes of group 10 metal dichlorides are reported. In most cases, salt elimination occurs, affording either mono(gallyl) complexes, trans-[MCl{Ga{[N(Ar)C(H)](2)}}(PEt(3))(2)] (M = Ni or Pd) and cis-[PtCl{Ga{[N(Ar)C(H)](2)}}(L)] (L = R(2)PCH(2)CH(2)PR(2), R = Ph (dppe) or cyclohexyl (dcpe)), or bis(gallyl) complexes, trans-[M{Ga{[N(Ar)C(H)](2)}}(2)(PEt(3))(2)] (M = Ni, Pd or Pt), cis-[Pt{Ga{[N(Ar)C(H)](2)}}(2)(PEt(3))(2)], cis-[M{Ga{[N(Ar)C(H)](2)}}(2)(L)] (M = Ni, Pd or Pt; L = dppe, Ph(2)CH(2)PPh(2) (dppm), tmeda or COD). The crystallographic and spectroscopic data for the complexes show that the trans-influence of the gallium(i) heterocycle lies in the series, B(OR)(2) > H(-) > PR(3) approximately [:Ga{[N(Ar)C(H)](2)}](-) > Cl(-). Comparisons between the reactivity of one complex, [Pt{Ga{[N(Ar)C(H)](2)}}(2)(dppe)], with that of closely related platinum bis(boryl) complexes indicate that the gallyl complex is not effective for the catalytic or stoichiometric gallylation of alkenes or alkynes. The phosphaalkyne, Bu(t)C[triple bond, length as m-dash]P, does, however, insert into one gallyl ligand of the complex, leading to the novel, crystallographically characterised P,N-gallyl complex, [Pt{Ga{[N(Ar)C(H)](2)}}{Ga{PC(Bu(t))C(H)[N(Ar)]C(H)N(Ar)}}(dppe)]. An investigation into the mechanism of this insertion reaction has been undertaken.  相似文献

Reaction of the ruthenium half sandwich compound RuCl(eta(5)-C(5)H(5))(PPh(3))(2) with the uracil (Ur) substituted alkyne HC[triple bond, length as m-dash]CUr in the presence of halide scavengers NH(4)X (X = PF(6), BF(4), OTf) results in the formation of the vinylidene complexes [Ru([double bond, length as m-dash]C[double bond, length as m-dash]CHUr)(eta(5)-C(5)H(5))(PPh(3))(2)][X] which crystallize in the hexagonal space group P6(3)/m. The hexagonal symmetry inherent to the system is due to the formation of a hydrogen bonded array mediated by the two sets of donor-acceptor units on the uracil, resulting in the formation of a cyclic "rosette" containing six ruthenium cations. In solution the (1)H and (31)P{(1)H} NMR spectra of the vinylidene complexes are both concentration and temperature dependent, in accord with the presence of monomer-dimer equilibria in which the rate of rotation of the vinylidene group is fast on the NMR timescale in the monomeric species, but slow in the dimers. The isoelectronic molybdenum-containing vinylidene complex [Mo(eta(7)-C(7)H(7))(dppe)([double bond, length as m-dash]C[double bond, length as m-dash]CHUr)][BF(4)] (dppe = 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane) has also been prepared, but forms symmetric dimers in the solid state.  相似文献

The reaction of the neutral binuclear complexes [(R(F))(2)Pt(μ-PPh(2))(2)M(phen)] (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, R(F) = C(6)F(5); M = Pt, 1; M = Pd, 2) with AgClO(4) or [Ag(OClO(3))(PPh(3))] affords the trinuclear complexes [AgPt(2)(μ-PPh(2))(2)(R(F))(2)(phen)(OClO(3))] (7a) or [AgPtM(μ-PPh(2))(2)(R(F))(2)(phen)(PPh(3))][ClO(4)] (M = Pt, 8; M = Pd, 9), which display an "open-book" type structure and two (7a) or one (8, 9) Pt-Ag bonds. The neutral diphosphine complexes [(R(F))(2)Pt(μ-PPh(2))(2)M(P-P)] (P-P = 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)methane, dppm, M = Pt, 3; M = Pd, 4; P-P = 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane, dppe, M = Pt, 5; M = Pd, 6) react with AgClO(4) or [Ag(OClO(3))(PPh(3))], and the nature of the resulting complexes is dependent on both M and the diphosphine. The dppm Pt-Pt complex 3 reacts with [Ag(OClO(3))(PPh(3))], affording a silver adduct 10 in which the Ag atom interacts with the Pt atoms, while the dppm Pt-Pd complex 4 reacts with [Ag(OClO(3))(PPh(3))], forming a 1:1 mixture of [AgPdPt(μ-PPh(2))(2)(R(F))(2)(OClO(3))(dppm)] (11), in which the silver atom is connected to the Pt-Pd moiety through Pd-(μ-PPh(2))-Ag and Ag-P(k(1)-dppm) interactions, and [AgPdPt(μ-PPh(2))(2)(R(F))(2)(OClO(3))(PPh(3))(2)][ClO(4)] (12). The reaction of complex 4 with AgClO(4) gives the trinuclear derivative 11 as the only product. Complex 11 shows a dynamic process in solution in which the silver atom interacts alternatively with both Pd-μPPh(2) bonds. When P-P is dppe, both complexes 5 and 6 react with AgClO(4) or [Ag(OClO(3))(PPh(3))], forming the saturated complexes [(PPh(2)C(6)F(5))(R(F))Pt(μ-PPh(2))(μ-OH)M(dppe)][ClO(4)] (M = Pt, 13; Pd, 14), which are the result of an oxidation followed by a PPh(2)/C(6)F(5) reductive coupling. Finally, the oxidation of trinuclear derivatives [(R(F))(2)Pt(II)(μ-PPh(2))(2)Pt(II)(μ-PPh(2))(2)Pt(II)L(2)] (L(2) = phen, 15; L = PPh(3), 16) by AgClO(4) results in the formation of the unsaturated 46 VEC complexes [(R(F))(2)Pt(III)(μ-PPh(2))(2)Pt(III)(μ-PPh(2))(2)Pt(II)L(2)][ClO(4)](2) (17 and 18, respectively) which display Pt(III)-Pt(III) bonds.  相似文献

Palladium and platinum complexes with HmtpO (where HmtpO=4,7-dihydro-5-methyl-7-oxo[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine, an analogue of the natural occurring nucleobase hypoxanthine) of the types [M(dmba)(PPh3)(HmtpO)]ClO4[dmba=N,C-chelating 2-(dimethylaminomethyl)phenyl; M=Pd or Pt], [Pd(N-N)(C6F5)(HmtpO)]ClO4[N-N=2,2'-bipyridine (bpy), 4,4'-dimethyl-2,2'-bipyridine (Me2bpy), or N, N, N', N'-tetramethylethylenediamine (tmeda)] and cis-[M(C6F5)2(HmtpO)2] (M=Pd or Pt) (head-to-head atropisomer in the solid state) have been obtained. Pd(II) and Pt(II) complexes with the anion of HmtpO of the types [Pd(tmeda)(C6F5)(mtpO)], [Pd(dmba)(micro-mtpO)] 2, and [NBu4]2[M(C6F5)2(micro-mtpO)]2(M=Pd or Pt) have been prepared starting from the corresponding hydroxometal complexes. Complexes containing simultaneously both the neutral HmtpO ligand and the anionic mtpO of the type [NBu4][M(C6F5)2(HmtpO)(mtpO)] (M=Pd or Pt) have been also obtained. In these mtpO-HmtpO metal complexes, for the first time, prototropic exchange is observed between the two heterocyclic ligands. The crystal structures of [Pd(dmba)(PPh 3)(HmtpO)]+, cis-[Pt(C6F5)2(HmtpO)2].acetone, [Pd(C6F5)(tmeda)(mtpO)].2H2O, [Pd(dmba)(micro-mtpO)]2, [NBu4]2[Pd(C6F5)2(micro-mtpO)]2.CH2Cl2.toluene, [NBu4]2[Pt(C6F5)2(micro-mtpO)](2).0.5(toluene), and [NBu4][Pt(C6F5)2(mtpO)(HmtpO)] have been established by X-ray diffraction. Values of IC50 were calculated for the new platinum complexes cis-[Pt(C6F5)2(HmtpO)2] and [Pt(dmba)(PPh3)(HmtpO)]ClO4 against a panel of human tumor cell lines representative of ovarian (A2780 and A2780 cisR), lung (NCI-H460), and breast cancers (T47D). At 48 h incubation time, both complexes were about 8-fold more active than cisplatin in T47D and show very low resistance factors against an A2780 cell line, which has acquired resistance to cisplatin. The DNA adduct formation of cis-[Pt(C6F5)2(HmtpO)2] and [Pt(dmba)(PPh3)(HmtpO)]ClO4 was followed by circular dichroism and electrophoretic mobility. Atomic force microscopy images of the modifications caused by these platinum complexes on plasmid DNA pB R322 were also obtained.  相似文献

The mononuclear pentafluorophenyl platinum complex containing the chelated diphenylphosphinous acid/diphenylphosphinite system [Pt(C(6)F(5)){(PPh(2)O)(2)H}(PPh(2)OH)] 1 has been prepared and characterised. 1 and the related alkynyl complex [Pt(C[triple bond, length as m-dash]CBu(t)){(PPh(2)O)(2)H}(PPh(2)OH)] 2 form infinite one-dimensional chains in the solid state based on intermolecular O-H[dot dot dot]O hydrogen bonding interactions. Deprotonation reactions of [PtL{(PPh(2)O)(2)H}(PPh(2)OH)] (L = C(6)F(5), C[triple bond, length as m-dash]CBu(t), C[triple bond, length as m-dash]CPh 3) with [Tl(acac)] yields tetranuclear Pt(2)Tl(2) complexes [PtL{(PPh(2)O)(2)H}(PPh(2)O)Tl](2) (L = C(6)F(5) 4, C[triple bond, length as m-dash]CBu(t), C[triple bond, length as m-dash]CPh ). The structure of the tert-butylalkynyl derivative , established by X-ray diffraction, shows two anionic discrete units [Pt(C[triple bond, length as m-dash]CBu(t)){(PPh(2)O)(2)H}(PPh(2)O)](-) joined by two Tl(i) centres via Tl-O and Pt-Tl bonds. Despite the existence of Pt-Tl interactions, they do not show luminescence.  相似文献

Highly fluorinated, dihydridobis(3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)pyrazolyl)borate ligand, [H(2)B(3,5-(CF(3))(2)Pz)(2)](-) has been synthesized and characterized as its potassium salt. The copper(II) and zinc(II) complexes, [H(2)B(3,5-(CF(3))(2)Pz)(2)](2)Cu and [H(2)B(3,5-(CF(3))(2)Pz)(2)](2)Zn, have been prepared by metathesis of [H(2)B(3,5-(CF(3))(2)Pz)(2)]K with Cu(OTf)(2) and Zn(OTf)(2), respectively. All the new metal adducts have been characterized by X-ray diffraction. The potassium salt is polymeric and shows several K.F interactions. The Cu center of [H(2)B(3,5-(CF(3))(2)Pz)(2)](2)Cu adopts a square planar geometry, whereas the Zn atom in [H(2)B(3,5-(CF(3))(2)Pz)(2)](2)Zn displays a tetrahedral coordination. Bis(pyrazolyl)borate ligands in the Zn adduct show a significantly distorted boat conformation. The nature and extent of this distortion is similar to that observed for the methylated analog, [H(2)B(3,5-(CH(3))(2)Pz)(2)](2)Zn. This ligand allows a comparison of electronic effects of bis(pyrazolyl)borate ligands with similar steric properties. The dynamic behavior in solution of eight mono-hapto?tetraphosphorus transition metal-complexes, trans-[Ru(dppm)(2) (H)(η(1) -P(4) )]BF(4) ([1]BF(4) ), trans-[Ru(dppe)(2) (H)(η(1) -P(4) )]BF(4) ([2]BF(4) ), [CpRu(PPh(3) )(2) (η(1) -P(4) )]PF(6) ([3]PF(6) ), [CpOs(PPh(3) )(2) (η(1) -P(4) )]PF(6) ([4]PF(6) ), [Cp*Ru(PPh(3) )(2) (η(1) -P(4) )]PF(6) ([5]PF(6) ), [Cp*Ru(dppe)(η(1) -P(4) )]PF(6) ([6]PF(6) ), [Cp*Fe(dppe)(η(1) -P(4) )]PF(6) ([7]PF(6) ), [(triphos)Re(CO)(2) (η(1) -P(4) )]OTf ([8]OTf), and of three bimetallic Ru(μ,η(1:2) -P(4) )Pt species [{Ru(dppm)(2) (H)}(μ,η(1:2) -P(4) ){Pt(PPh(3) )(2) }]BF(4) ([1-Pt]BF(4) ), [{Ru(dppe)(2) (H)}(μ,η(1:2) -P(4) ){Pt(PPh(3) )(2) }]BF(4) ([2-Pt]BF(4) ), [{CpRu(PPh(3) )(2) )}(μ,η(1:2) -P(4) ){Pt(PPh(3) )(2) }]BF(4) ([3-Pt]BF(4) ), [dppm=bis(diphenylphosphanyl)methane; dppe=1,2-bis(diphenylphosphanyl)ethane; triphos=1,1,1-tris(diphenylphosphanylmethyl)ethane; Cp=η(5) -C(5) H(5) ; Cp*=η(5) -C(5) Me(5) ] was studied by variable-temperature (VT) NMR and (31) P{(1) H} exchange spectroscopy (EXSY). For most of the mononuclear species, NMR spectroscopy allowed to ascertain that the metal-coordinated P(4) molecule experiences a dynamic process consisting, apart from the free rotation about the M?P(4) axis, in a tumbling movement of the P(4) cage while remaining chemically coordinated to the central metal. EXSY and VT (31) P?NMR experiments showed that also the binuclear complex cations [1-Pt](+) -[3-Pt](+) are subjected to molecular motions featured by the shift of each metal from one P to an adjacent one of the P(4) moiety. The relative mobility of the metal fragments (Ru vs. Pt) was found to depend on the co-ligands of the binuclear complexes. For complexes [2]BF(4) and [3]PF(6) , MAS, (31) P?NMR experiments revealed that the dynamic processes observed in solution (i.e., rotation and tumbling) may take place also in the solid state. The activation parameters for the dynamic processes of complexes 1(+) , 2(+) , 3(+) , 4(+) , 6(+) , 8(+) in solution, as well as the X-ray structures of 2(+) , 3(+) , 5(+) , 6(+) are also reported. The data collected suggest that metal-coordinated P(4) should not be considered as a static ligand in solution and in the solid state.  相似文献

Extended-chain complexes containing multiple transition metal centres linked by conjugated micro-cyanodiazenido(1-) ligands [N=N-C[triple bond, length as m-dash]N]- have been obtained by reaction of trans-[BrW(dppe)2(N2CN)], , [dppe=1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane] with dirhodium(II) tetra-acetate, bis(benzonitrile)palladium(II) dichloride, and bis(aqua)M(II) bis(hexafluoroacetylacetonate) (M=Mn, Ni, Cu, Zn): stronger Lewis acids such as tetrakis(acetonitrile)palladium(II) tetrafluoroborate and boron trifluoride promote hydrolysis of complex , leading to the isolation of a novel carbamoylhydrazido(2-) complex, trans-[BrW(dppe)2(N2HC=ONH2)]+[BF4]-.  相似文献

An uncommon coordination protocol induced by the p-tolylsulfonyl dithiocarbimate ligand (L) [L = p-CH(3)C(6)H(4)SO(2)N[double bond, length as m-dash]CS(2)(2-)] in conjunction with PPh(3) allowed the formation of novel homodimetallic, Cu(2)(PPh(3))(4)L (1), trinuclear heterometallic Cu(2)Ni(L)(2)(PPh(3))(4) (2) and heteroleptic complexes of general formula cis-[M(PPh(3))(2)L] [M = Pd(ii) (3), Pt(ii) (4)]. The complexes have been characterized by microanalysis, mass spectrometry, IR, (1)H, (13)C and (31)P NMR and electronic absorption spectra and single-crystal X-ray crystallography. 2 uniquely consists of square planar, trigonal planar and tetrahedral coordination spheres within the same molecule. In both heteroleptic complexes 3 and 4 the orientation of aromatic protons of PPh(3) ligand towards the Pd(ii) and Pt(ii) center reveals C-HPd and C-HPt rare intramolecular anagostic or preagostic interactions. These complexes exhibit photoluminescent properties in solution at room temperature arising mainly from intraligand charge transfer (ILCT) transitions. The assignment of electronic absorption bands has been corroborated by time dependent density functional theory (TD-DFT) calculations. Complexes 1 and 2 with σ(rt) values ~ 10(-6) S cm(-1) show semi-conductor properties in the temperature range 313-403 K whereas 3 and 4 exhibit insulating behaviour.  相似文献

A series of mononuclear cyclometalated benzo[h]quinolinate platinum and palladium(II) complexes with phosphine ligands, namely, [M(bzq)ClL] (L=PPh2H, Pt 1, Pd 2; PPh2CCPh, Pt 3, Pd 4), [Pt(bzq)(PPh2H)(PPh2CCPh)]ClO4 5, [Pt(bzq)(PPh2C(Ph)=C(H)PPh2)]ClO4 6, and [Pt(bzq)(CCPh)(PPh2CCPh)] (7a, 7b), were synthesized. The X-ray crystal structures of 1, 6.CH3COCH3.1/2CH3(CH2)4CH3, and 7b.CH3COCH3 have been determined. In 1, the metalated carbon atom and the P atom are mutually cis, whereas in 7b they are trans located. For complex 6, C and N are crystallographically indistinguishable. Reaction of [Pt(bzq)(mu-Cl)]2 with PPh2H and excess of NEt3 leads to the phosphide-bridge platinum dimer [Pt(bzq)(mu-PPh2)]2 8 (X-ray). Moderate pi-pi intermolecular interactions and no evident Pt-Pt interactions are found in 1, 7b, and in 8. All of the complexes exhibit absorption bands at high energy due to the intraligand transitions (1IL pi --> pi) and absorptions at lower energy which are attributed to MLCT (5d) pi --> pi (CLambdaN) transition. Platinum complexes show strong luminescence in both solid state and frozen solutions. The influence of the coligands on the photophysics of the platinum complexes has been examined by absorption and emission spectroscopy.  相似文献

An array of Pd(II) and Pt(II) supramolecular assemblies have been constructed using pyridyl carboxylates as spacers and phosphines [(C5H4PPh2)2Fe (dppf) and PPh3)] as supporting ligands. Different molecular topologies such as squares, triangles, rectangles, and polymers can be controlled by the spatial and directional character of the spacer. A change of the denticity of the phosphine does not affect the topological outcome. Significant differences, however, are observed for the congeneric analogues, with Pd(II) showing a more pronounced tendency toward coordination polymer formation and its attached carboxyl a higher affinity toward Ag(+). The ability of these assemblies to capture cations, such as Na(+) in [Pt3Na(3-NC5H4CO2)3(OTf)3(PPh3)6](+) through hydrogen bonding or Ag(+) in [PdAg(2-NC5H4CO2)(OTf)2(dppf)] through dative bonding, is described and compared. All of the complexes are structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

In order to explore possible ways for modulating the unusually rich chemistry shown by complexes of formula [L2Pt(mu-S)2PtL2] we have studied the influence of the nature of the terminal ligand L on the chemical properties of the {Pt2(mu-S)2} core. The systematic study we now report allows comparison of the behaviour of [Pt2(dpae)2(mu-S)2](dpae = Ph2As(CH2)2AsPh2) (1) with the already reported analogue [Pt2(dppe)2(mu-S)2](dppe = Ph2P(CH2)2PPh2). Complex 1 as well as the corresponding multimetallic derivatives [Pt(dpae){Pt2(dpae)2(mu-S)2}](BPh4)2 2, [M{Pt2(dpae)2(mu-S)2}2]X2 (M = Cu(II), X = BF4 3; M = Zn(II), X = BPh4 4; M = Cd(II), X = ClO4 5; M = Hg(II), X = Cl 6 or X2 = Cl(1.5)[HCl2](0.5) 6') have been characterized in the solid phase and in solution. Comparison of structural parameters of 1 and 3-6' with those of the corresponding phosphine analogues, together with the results of the electrochemical study for 1, allow us to conclude that replacement of dppe by dpae causes a decrease in basicity of the {Pt2(mu-S)2} core. The study of the reactivity of 1 towards CH2Cl2 and protic acids has led to the structural characterization of [Pt(dpae)(S2CH2)] 9 and [PtCl2(dpae)] 10. Moreover, comparison with the reactivity of [Pt2(dppe)2(mu-S)2] indicates that the stability of the intermediate species as well as the nature of the final products in both multistep reactions are sensitive to the nature of the terminal ligand.  相似文献

[PPh4]2[M(C2N2S2)2](M = Pt, Pd) and [Pt(C2N2S2)(PR3)2](PR3= PMe2Ph, PPh3) and [Pt(C2N2S2)(PP)](PP = dppe, dppm, dppf) were all obtained by the reaction of the appropriate metal halide containing complex with potassium cyanodithioimidocarbonate. The dimeric cyanodithioimidocarbonate complexes [[Pt(C2N2S2)(PR3)]2](PR3 = PMe2Ph), [M[(C2N2S2)(eta5-C5Me5)]2](M = Rh, Ir)and [[Ru(C2N2S2)(eta6-p-MeC6H4iPr)]2] have been synthesised from the appropriate transition metal dimer starting material. The cyanodithioimidocarbonate ligand is S,S and bidentate in the monomeric complexes with the terminal CN group being approximately coplanar with the CS2 group and trigonal at nitrogen thus reducing the planar symmetry of the ligand. In the dimeric compound one of the sulfur atoms bridges two metal atoms with the core exhibiting a cubane-like geometry.  相似文献

The oxidative addition of 2-chloro-N-methylbenzimdazole to complexes of type [M(PPh(3))(4)] yields after N-protonation compounds with NH,NMe-substituted NHC ligands. For M = Pd complex compound trans-[3]BF(4) was obtained, while the oxidative addition for M = Pt yielded a mixture of cis-[4]BF(4) (major) and trans-[4]BF(4) (minor).  相似文献

The series of platinum(II), palladium(II), and nickel(II) complexes [ML2(dppe)] [M = Ni, Pd, Pt; L = 4–SC5H4N or 4–SC6H4OMe; dppe = Ph2PCH2CH2PPh2] containing pyridine-4-thiolate or 4-methoxybenzenethiolate ligands, together with the corresponding gold(I) complexes [AuL(PPh3)], were prepared and their electrospray ionization mass spectrometric behavior compared with that of the thiophenolate complexes [M(SPh)2(dppe)] (M = Ni, Pd, Pt) and [Au(SPh)(PPh3)]. While the pyridine-4-thiolate complexes yielded protonated ions of the type [M + H]+ and [M + 2H]2+ ions in the Ni, Pd, and Pt complexes, an [M + H]+ ion was only observed for the platinum derivative of 4-methoxybenzenethiolate. Other ions, which dominated the spectra of the thiophenolate complexes, were formed by thiolate loss and aggregate formation. The X-ray crystal structure of [Pt(SC6H4OMe–4)2(dppe)] is also reported.  相似文献

Hydrozirconation of the eta 2-phosphaalkyne complex [Pt(dppe)(eta 2-tBuCP)] with [ZrHCl(eta 5-C5H5)2], followed by treatment with the chlorophosphaalkene ClP=C(SiMe3)2 affords the eta 2-2,3-diphosphabutadiene complex [Pt(dppe)(eta 2-tBuC(H)=PP=C(SiMe3)2]. In the presence of [Pt(PPh3)2] the latter undergoes an addition reaction with water to afford the structurally characterised Pt(II) complex [Pt(dppe)(tBuCH2P(O)HPC(SiMe3)2].  相似文献

Triphenyl phosphine adducts of dithiocarbamate complexes of platinum(IV) and palladium(II) of the type [Pt(L)2PPh3Cl2] and [Pd(L)2PPh3] [L: morpholine dithiocarbamate (L1), aniline dithiocarbamate (L2) and N-(methyl, cyclohexyl) dithiocarbamate (L3)] were prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, electronic, IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectral studies. Thermal studies of the complexes were carried out. In vitro antitumor activity has been screened towards human adenocarcinoma cell lines and showed significant inhibition even at very low concentration.  相似文献
