The A-dependence of the bond energy ΔBΛΛ of the ΛΛ hypernuclear ground states is calculated in a three-body Λ + Λ + A Z model and in the Skyrme-Hartree-Fock approach. Various ΛΛ and Λ-nucleus or ΛN potentials are used and the sensitivity of ΔBΛΛ to the interactions is discussed. It is shown that in medium and heavy ΛΛ hypernuclei, ΔBΛΛ is a linear function of r Λ ? 3 , where r Λ is rms radius of the hyperon orbital. It looks unlikely that it will be possible to extract ΛΛ interaction from the double-Λ hypernuclear energies only, the additional information about the Λ- core interaction, in particular, on r Λ is needed.  相似文献

The energy levels and ΛΛ bond energy of the double-Λ hypernucleus 11Be are calculated considering two- and three-nucleon forces. The interactions between the constituent particles are contact interactions that reproduce the low-energy binding energy of the nuclei. Effective action is constructed to involve the three-body forces. In this paper, we compare the binding energy result that is obtained with the experimental and other modern nucleon-nucleon potentials. The results of all the schemes agree very well, showing the high accuracy of our present ability to calculate the many-nucleon bound state with three-body forces. The experimental value of BΛ Λ(ΛΛ11Be)=20.83 MeV seems to be more compatible with our calculated value of BΛΛ(ΛΛ11Be)=19.31 MeV in comparison with the calculated result of 18.23 MeV by Hiyama et al.  相似文献

The ground-state energy of the double-Λ hypernucleus ΛΛ 11 Be is calculated within the frame-work of the five-body model ααnΛΛ. The five-body nucleus is described using the Faddeev formalism for the unequal mass clusters involved and the potential harmonics expansion of the corresponding amplitudes. The resulting coupled differential equations depend only on the inter-cluster interactions, ΛΛ, Λn, Λα, , and αα, which are fairly well known from previous investigations of hypernuclei. The results obtained are in excellent agreement with the recent KEK-E373 experiment as well as with the theoretical results obtained within the Gaussian expansionmethod by Hiyama et al. The ΛΛnn double hypernucleus is also discussed.  相似文献

Nucleon polarizations are examined in the hypernucleus decays5He, 4He + p + ,4H, 3H + p + , and4H, 3He + n + . The effect of the strong interaction in the final state is taken into account. A significant role is predicted for the resonance interaction in the p-4He system in the formation of the proton polarization in the5He decay. It is also shown that in the4H, 3H + p + decay the proton-polarization components should attain significant magnitudes, while in the charge-exchange decay4H, 3He + n + , the neutron polarization is expected to be not too large.Translated from Izvestiya Vysshikh Uchebnykh Zavedenii, Fizika, No. 10, pp. 100–103, October, 1988.  相似文献

We fit the 1S0 ΛΛ interaction in the nuclear medium to the masses of the experimentally known double-Λ hypernuclei: ΛΛ6He, ΛΛ10Be and ΛΛ13B. We derive this effective interaction from OBE Jülich ΛΛ-type potentials and using both Hartree-Fock and variational approaches. We find that the inclusion of ΛΛ correlations in the variational scheme leads to significant differences and a better understanding of the dynamical features of the system. We investigate the sensitivity of the binding energies and the mesonic decay widths of the above double-Λ hypernuclei to the ωΛΛ coupling and the form factor at the σΛΛ vertex. We also use this effective interaction to predict binding energies and pionic decay widths of heavier double-Λ hypernuclei, not discovered yet. Finally, we discard the existence of 1S0 ΛΛ bound states provided the ΛΛ-ΞN coupling can be neglected.  相似文献

We have characterized a novel photon-echo pulse sequence for a double-Λ-type energy level system where the input and rephasing transitions are different from the applied π pulses. We show that, despite having imperfect π-pulses associated with large coherent emission due to free induction decay (FID), the noise added in the echo mode is only 0.2 ± 0.1 photons per shot, compared to 4 × 10? photons in the FID modes. Using this echo pulse sequence in the "rephased amplified spontaneous emission" (RASE) scheme [Phys. Rev. A 81, 012301 (2010)] will allow for generation of entangled photon pairs that are in different frequency, temporal, and potentially spatial modes to any bright driving fields. The coherence and efficiency properties of this sequence were characterized in a Pr(3+):Y?SiO? crystal.  相似文献

Properties of light neutron-rich Λ hypernuclei (16 ΛC, 12 ΛBe, and 11 ΛLi) are calculated within the Skyrme-Hartree-Fock approach. Interplay between hypernuclear interaction features and properties of these hypernuclei is studied. Response of weakly bound neutron states to hyperon addition depends generally on core distortion by hyperon, and it is essentially different for the different states. This response is especially sensitive to details of the ΛN interaction for 1p 1/2 states. Implications of the nuclear spin-orbit potential and nuclear incompressibility in the neutron-rich system properties are inferred. Dependence of the Λ binding energies in hypernuclei on Z at fixed A is discussed. Received: 16 December 1998  相似文献

The properties of Be and B isotopes and the corresponding Λ hypernuclei are studied by using a deformed Skyrme Hartree-Fock approach with realistic nucleonic Skyrme forces, pairing correlations, and a microscopically determined lambda-nucleon interaction based on Brueckner-Hartree-Fock calculations of hypernuclear matter. The results suggest that the core nuclei and the corresponding hypernuclei have similar deformations with the same sign.  相似文献

Using the shell model wave functions, we have studied quadrupole moments of medium-weight and heavy hypernuclei, and obtained the shell model values of quadrupole moments of NΛ systems ( N = p and n). With the use of the first-order perturbation theory, we have also estimated the configuration mixing effects on quadrupole moments of these NΛ hypernuclei. We show that the hyperon-induced configuration mixing effects are small and the nucleon-induced configuration mixing effects are large in many cases. The possibility of a detailed investigation of weak ΛN interaction in the Λ 10 Be and Λ/10B hypernuclei, which stand out owing to their ααNΛ cluster structure, is discussed. The detection of a few groups of correlated αα pairs will furnish information about decays to specific states of product nuclei (8Be*, 8Li, 8B), thereby paving the way to a phenomenological analysis of the weak decays of p-shell hypernuclei. The ratios of the intensities of individual alpha-particle groups to be measured in experiments at the nuclotron of the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (JINR, Dubna) will provide a useful criterion for choosing an appropriate model of weak ΛN interaction. The current state of hypernuclear physics is briefly reviewed.  相似文献

The hypernucleus Be is investigated in an α-α-Λ three-body model using the Faddeev formalism. We use an α-α interaction in which the Pauli-forbidden states are correctly taken into account and we employ some phenomenological potentials between the α and Λ particles. We obtained two bound states for and , and three resonance states of . We studied the properties of these states by calculating the components and the expectation values of the potential for each partial wave. It is found that a few channels dominate in the α (α, Λ) and states, so that the alpha-clusters or the 8Be core are still alive in the nucleus. In a case where the two alpha particles are fixed on an axis the contour plots of the distribution of the Λ particle are shown. With the assistance of these plots one can visually understand that some of them are shell-model-like states while others are well developed cluster-model-like states. For the structure of Be, it is concluded that the Λ particle is loosely coupled in S- and P-wave orbits about the 8Be(0+) and 8Be(2+) core states. Finally, we discuss a redundant state in the Faddeev amplitude which could arise from the treatment of symmetrization. The deformations of light Λ hypernuclei are studied in an extended nonrelativistic deformed Skyrme-Hartree-Fock approach with realistic modern nucleonic Skyrme forces, pairing correlations, and a microscopical lambda-nucleon interaction derived from Brueckner-Hartree-Fock calculations.Compared to the large effect of an additional Λ particle on nuclear deformation in the light soft nuclei within relativistic mean field method, this effect is much smaller in the nonrelativistic mean-field approximation.  相似文献

The equation of state (EOS) of spin-polarized nuclear matter has been investigated within the spin-dependent; Brueckner-Hartree-Fock framework by adopting the realistic nucleon-nucleon interaction supplemented with a microscopic three-body force. The three-body force effects have been studied and stressed with a special attention. The calculated results are given in Fig.1. It is seen that; in the Brueckner-Hartree-Fock framework the predicted energy per particle of spin-polarized nuclear matter versus the neutron and proton spin-polarization parameters fulfills a quadratic law in the whole range of spin-polarization. The related physical quantities such as spin the Landau parameters Go in spin channel and G′0 in spin-isospin channel, have been also calculated.  相似文献

We have measured the three-body decay of a Bose–Einstein condensate of rubidium (87Rb) atoms prepared in the doubly polarized ground state F=m F =2. Our data are taken for a peak atomic density in the condensate varying between 2×1014 cm-3 at initial time and 7×1013 cm-3, 16 s later. Taking into account the influence of the uncondensed atoms on the decay of the condensate, we deduce a rate constant for condensed atoms L=1.8 (±0.5) ×10-29 cm6 s-1. For these densities we did not find a significant contribution of two-body processes such as spin dipole relaxation. Within the spin-dependent Brueckner-Hartree-Fock (BHF) framework, the equation of state of the spinpolarized neutron matter has been investigated by adopting the realistic nucleon-nucleon interaction supplemented with a microscopic three-body force. The three-body force has been turn out to be crucial for reproducing the empirical saturation properties of nuclear matter in a non-relativistic microscopic approach[2] such as BHF. The related physical quantities such as spin-symmetry energy, magnetic susceptibility, have been extracted. The three-body force effects have been studied and discussed with a special attention. It is found that in the whole range of spin-polarization, the cnergy per particle of spin-polarized neutron matter fulfills a quadratic relation versus the spin-polarization parameter. The calculated spin-symmetry energies as a function of densityare shown in Fig.l, where the solid curve is obtained by using the AVis two-body force plus the three-body force and the dashed curve is the result by adopting the pure AVis two-body force.  相似文献

The binding energies of double hypernuclei are calculated as a function of mass number. Estimates are made for the width of the -hyperon decay channel of double hypernuclei. Significant suppression of this channel due to -to- conversion is found in heavy hypernuclei.Translated from Izvestiya Vysshikh Uchebnykh Zavedenii, Fizika, No. 4, pp. 70–73, April, 1989.  相似文献

The production of Λ hyperons in π+ A interactions is studied on the basis of the intranuclear-cascade model, and the excitation-energy, momentum, angular-momentum, charge, and mass distributions of the ensemble of product hypernuclei are determined. The decay of excited hypernuclei via particle emission and fission is considered. It is shown that, for the production of heavy Λ hypernuclei, the optimal momentum of the incident π+ meson is about 1 GeV/c. The cross section of the channel in which heavy-nucleus decay induced by a π+ meson is accompanied by the emission of a K + meson is estimated, and it is proposed to use the reaction (π+, K + f) in measurements of the fission barrier in hypernuclei and of their level density.  相似文献

We study the production of neutron-rich hypernuclei Λ 12 Be, Λ 16 C, and Λ 10 Li by the (π?, K+) and (K?, π+) reactions in flight and treat two different mechanisms of production. The first mechanism is a two-step process with meson charge exchange (e.g., π?pπ0n, π0pK+Λ). The other mechanism is one-step production (π?pK+Σ?) proceeding via a small Σ? component, arising in Λ hypernuclei due to ΛN–ΣN coupling, as a doorway state. Typically, the two-step mechanism is more productive. The forward differential cross section of the 10B(π?,K+) reaction is about 70 nb/sr at an incident momentum of 1.05 GeV/c. On the other hand, the one-step process can serve as a direct measurement of the Σ admixture if the two-step contribution is suppressed by a suitable choice of the reaction kinematics.  相似文献
