IR (4000-30 cm−1) and Raman (4000-0 cm) spectra of [(CD3)3S]I have been observed, together with those of [(CH3)3S]I. By assuming a C3v molecular symmetry for the cations [(CH3)3S]+ and [(CD3)3S]+, all the active fundamentals of [(CD3)3s]+ have been assigned and normal coordinate calculations have been carried out by a symmetry force field for [(CH3)3S]+ and [(CD3)3S]+. The strength of the S---C and C---H bonds in the compound has been compared with that in dimethyl sulfide by using their valence stretching force constants.  相似文献

采用密度泛函方法(MPW1PW91)在6-311G(d,p)基组水平上研究了CH3S自由基H迁移反应CH3S→CH2SH (R1), 脱H2反应CH3S→HCS+H2 (R2)以及脱H2产物HCS异构化反应HCS→CSH (R3)的微观动力学机理. 在QCISD(t)/6- 311++G(d,p)//MPW1PW91/6-311G(d,p)+ZPE水平上进行了单点能校正. 利用经典过渡态理论(TST)与变分过渡态理论(CVT)分别计算了各反应在200~2000 K温度区间内的速率常数kTSTkCVT, 同时获得了经小曲率隧道效应模型(SCT)校正后的速率常数kCVT/SCT. 结果表明, 反应 R1, R2 和R3的势垒△E分别为160.69, 266.61和241.63 kJ/mol, R1为反应的主通道. 低温下CH3S比CH2SH稳定, 高温时CH2SH比CH3S更稳定. 另外, 速率常数计算结果显示, 量子力学隧道效应在低温段对速率常数的计算有显著影响, 而变分效应在计算温度段内对速率常数的影响可以忽略.  相似文献

Two-photon resonant multiphoton ionization has been used to prepare rotationally cooled and selected CH3I+ ions with controlled vibrational and electronic distributions. These ions are photodissociated by a second laser. The highly simplified photodissociation spectrum displays a clear dissociation threshold as well as bands hidden in earlier spectra. 应用量子化学从头算和密度泛函理论(DFT)对CH3S与HCS双自由基单重态反应进行了研究. 在MPW1PW91/ 6-311G(d,p)水平上优化了反应通道上各驻点(反应物、中间体、过渡态和产物)的几何构型, 用内禀反应坐标(IRC)计算和频率分析方法对过渡态进行了验证. 在QCISD(t)/6-311++G(d,p)水平上计算各物种的单点能, 并对总能量进行了零点能校正. 研究结果表明, CH3S与HCS反应为多通道反应, 有4条可能的反应通道, 反应物首先通过S…S弱相互作用形成具有竞争反应机理的五元环硫-硫偶合中间体a和链状硫-硫偶合中间体c, 再由此经过氢迁移、离解、异构化等不同机理得到主要产物P1 (2CH2S), 次要产物P2 (CH3SH+CS), P3 (CH4+CS2)和P4 [CH2(SH)CSH]. 根据势能面分析, 所有反应均为放热反应, 生成P1的反应热为-165.55 kJ•mol-1. 通道Ra→TSa/bbP1为标题反应的主通道, 其速控步骤a→TSa/bb在200~2000 K温度区间内的速率常数可以表示为k1CVT/SCT=1.75×1010T0.65exp(-907.6/T) s-1. P3P4的生成需要越过很高的活化能垒, 是动力学禁阻步骤, 但在反应体系中加入合适催化剂, 改变其反应机理, 有可能使生成CH2(SH)CSH, CH4及CS2的反应易于进行.  相似文献

Gaussian-2 ab initio calculations were performed to examine the six modes of unimolecular dissociation of cis-CH3CHSH+ (1+), trans-CH3CHSH+ (2+), and CH3SCH2+ (3+): 1+→CH3++trans-HCSH (1); 1+→CH3+trans-HCSH+ (2); 1+→CH4+HCS+ (3); 1+→H2+c-CH2CHS+ (4); 2+→H2+CH3CS+ (5); and 3+→H2+c-CH2CHS+ (6). Reactions (1) and (2) have endothermicities of 584 and 496 kJ mol−1, respectively. Loss of CH4 from 1+ (reaction (3)) proceeds through proton transfer from the S atom to the methyl group, followed by cleavage of the C–C bond. The reaction pathway has an energy barrier of 292 kJ mol−1 and a transition state with a wide spectrum of nonclassical structures. Reaction (4) has a critical energy of 296 kJ mol−1 and it also proceeds through the same proton transfer step as reaction (3), followed by elimination of H2. Formation of CH3CS+ from 2+ (reaction (5)) by loss of H2 proceeds through protonation of the methine (CH) group, followed by dissociation of the H2 moiety. Its energy barrier is 276 kJ mol−1. On both the MP2/6-31G* and QCISD/6-31G* potential-energy surfaces, the H2 1,1-elimination from 3+ (reaction (6)) proceeds via a nonclassical intermediate resembling c-CH3SCH2+ and has a critical energy of 269 kJ mol−1.  相似文献

采用密度泛函理论的B3LYP方法, 在6-311++G(d,p)基组水平上研究了CH3S自由基与HO2自由基的微观反应机理, 全参数优化了反应势能面上各驻点的几何构型, 振动分析和内禀反应坐标(IRC)分析结果证实了中间体和过渡态的真实性, 计算所得的键鞍点电荷密度的变化情况也确认了反应过程. 找到了五条可能的反应通道, 对结果的分析表明: 单线态反应通道(5) CH3S+HO2→CH3SOOH (1P), 是所有通道中的主要反应通道. 该通道不需要克服过渡态能垒, 属于放热反应, 在动力学和热力学上都是最为有利的. 对于三线态反应通道来说, 通道(1)CH3S+HO2→COM11→TS1→COM12→CH3SH+O2 (3P)为主要反应通道, 控制步骤的活化能为53.5 kJ/mol, 能垒最低, 属于放热反应, 在动力学和热力学上都是有利的.  相似文献

The microwave spectrum of trimethyl silyl isocyanate has been investigated in the region 26.5–40 GHz. The spectrum belonging to the ground vibrational state is characteristic of a symmetric top indicating that the equilibrium configuration of the SiNCO chain is either linear or very nearly so. The ground state B0 value is 1203.83 MHz which is consistent with the structure observed for SiH3NCO. The ground state transitions are accompanied by many vibrational satellites belonging to the lowest bending mode whose frequency was estimated to be 64 ± 15 cm−1. These results are consistent with electron diffraction results from which the SiNC angle is deduced to be ≈ 150°.  相似文献

The molecules methylberyllium fluoride and methylmagnesium fluoride have been studied using a priori electronic structure theory. Self-consistent-field wavefunctions have been computed over a double zeta basis set of contracted gaussian functions. The geometrical structure of each molecule has been predicted assuming the three heavy atoms are collinear. For CH3 BeF, the predicted C-Be and Be-F distances are 1.70 and 1.40 Å. For CH3MgF, the analogous bond distances are 2.08 Å and 1.78 Å. A number of molecular properties have been predicted including dipole moments, which are 1.75 and 2.38 debye for CH3BeF and CH3MgF.  相似文献

Photoabsorption spectra of the isolated sulfur containing molecules H2S, CH3SH and SO2 are measured at high resolution near the sulfur K edge, using synchrotron radiation. Resonances are observed in the discrete and continuum parts of the spectra. The most intense resonances are shown to result from virtual orbital effects on the basis of comparisons with the L edge photoabsorption spectra (H2S, SO2), the equivalent core model (SO2) and low-energy electron scattering measurements (H2S, SO2).  相似文献

The relative-rate method with gas-chromatographic product analysis was applied to study the kinetics of the reactions Br + CH3Br → CH2Br + HBr (1) and Br + CH2ClBr → CHClBr + HBr (2) The rate coefficient ratio of k 1/ k 2 = (1.6 ± 0.2) exp[(-15.2 ± 0.3) kJ mol-1/ RT] was determined in the temperature range of 353 - 410 K. 采用MP2(full)/6-311G(d, p)从头算方法,优化了硝基甲烷和甲基自由基吸氢反应的过渡态结构,经QCISD(T)方法进行能量校正,得出该反应的正逆向反应的活化位垒分别是58.21 kJ•mol-1和67.17 kJ•mol-1.沿IRC分析指出该反应是氢转移协同反应,而且在反应途径上存在一个引导反应进行的振动模式,这一反应模式引导反应进行的区间在反应坐标S的-0.9~1.0(amu)1/2bohr之间;在温度为800~2600 K范围内,运用改进的变分过渡态理论(ICVT),计算了该反应的速率常数,并与实验类比所得的速率常数随温度的变化趋势进行了比较.  相似文献

采用二次生长法在多孔α-Al2O3载体上制备MFI型(ZSM-5和silicate-1)分子筛膜;通过XRD和SEM检测,证明所合成的分子筛膜为致密、交联和无取向的MFI型分子筛膜,厚度为5 μm;单组分气体渗透实验检测中,所制备样品膜的N2渗透量均小于10-11 mol/(m2·s·Pa),可认为其无缺陷;同时,考察了样品分子筛膜对H2S/CH4混合气的分离效果,在渗透压分别为0.3和0.5 MPa时,silicate-1分子筛膜的H2S/CH4的分离因子分别为1.99和4.44,而ZSM-5分子筛膜的CH4/H2S的分离因子分别为6.71和12.85。  相似文献

Theoretical and experimental inner shell ionization potentials (IP) have been determined for (CH3)2S and (CH3) 2SO. This information is combined with other data to draw conclusions on the effect of methyl and phenyl substituents in the series R2S, R2SO and R2SO2, on the chemical shifts of the sulphur 2P IP. It was found that while methyl substitution has no significant effect on the chemical shifts of the sulphur 2P IP, phenyl substition modifies them significantly implying a donation of electron density from the phenyl groups to sulphur.  相似文献

Unequal intensities of the Λ-doublet components were observed in the CH(A2Δ-X2Π) emission following the multiphoton dissociation of (CH3)2CO, (CH3)2S and CH3NO2 by an ArF laser (193 nm). The power dependence of the emission intensity was estimated to be cubic (3.1±0.2) when the laser power was below ≈ 8×1017 photons cm?2 pulse?1. The Λ-doublet populations depended on the rotational quantum number N′ and the preferred level changed at N′ = 20. A similar behavior was observed for the CD(A2Δ) from (CD3)2CO. Rotational distributions show bimodal behavior, having a hump around N′ = 13 in CH(A2Δ) and N′ = 11 in CD(A2Δ). These trends indicate that the CH(A2Δ) is produced through multiple processes where stepwise mechanisms are operative via either CH2 or CH3, or both radicals as intermediates.  相似文献

The gas-phase electronic spectrum of cyclic-B3 (D3h) radical has been remeasured in a supersonic molecular beam using a mass-selective resonant 2-color 2-photon technique, leading to a revision of previously reported spectroscopic constants. The species was prepared by ablation of a boron nitride rod in the presence of helium. Ab intio calculations on the geometries and vertical electronic excitation energies, as well as mass identification, indicate that the detected band, centered at 21848.77(2) cm−1, is the origin of the cyclic-11B3 system. A spectral fit yields the rotational constants as B″ = 1.2246(45) and C″ = 0.62131(72) cm−1 in the ground state, and B′ = 1.1914(44) and C′ = 0.61173(69) cm−1 in the excited 2 2E′ state.  相似文献
