N,N,N,N-tetrabutylsuccinylamide (TBSA) was synthesized, characterised and used for the extraction of U(VI) and Th(IV) from nitric acid solutions into n-dodecane. Extraction distribution coefficients of U(VI) and Th(IV) as a function of aqueous nitric acid concentration, extractant concentration and temperature have been measured and found that n-dodecane as diluent was superior to 50% 1,2,4-trimethyl benzene (TMB) and 50% kerosene, (OK) system for extraction of U(VI) and Th(IV). The compositions of extracted species, equilibrium constants and enthalpies of extraction reactions have also been calculated. The formation of the 121 complex of uranyl(II) ion or the 141 complex of thorium(IV) ion, nitrate ion and TBSA and extracted species was further confirmed by the IR spectra of saturated extract of U(IV) and Th(IV).  相似文献

The series of new N,N′-di(thiopheneacetyl)diamines derivatives, 8–17, were synthesized and evaluated for their in vitro antibacterial activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis(TB), and the activity expressed as the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) in μ g/mL. Compound 13 was the only one determined to be active and exhibited a MIC 50 μg/mL, indicating that the alkyl chain-length of the diamines is critical for biological activity. This class of compound has not been evaluated before, and it could be a good starting point to find new lead compounds in the fight against multi-drug resistant TB.  相似文献

N,N,N,N-tetrabutylmalonamide (TBMA) was synthesized and used for extraction of uranyl(II) ion from nitric acid media in toluene. The effects of nitric acid concentration, extractant concentration, temperature and salting-out agent (LiNO3) on distribution coefficients of uranyl(II) ion have been studied. The extraction of nitric acid is also studied. The main adduct of TBMA and HNO3 is HNO3. TBMA in 1.0 mol/l nitric acid solution. The 1:2:3 complex of uranyl(II) ion, nitrate ion and TBMA as extracted species is further confirmed by IR spectra of the extraction of uranyl(II) ion with TBMA, and found that the NO 3 in the extraction species UO2(NO3)2·3TBMA did not participate in coordination of uranyl(II) ion. The values of thermodynamic parameters have also been calculated.  相似文献

A new ion selective electrode for salicylate based on N,N'-(aminoethyl)ethylenediamide bis(2-salicylideneimine)binuclear copper(Ⅱ)complex[Cu(Ⅱ)_2-AEBS]as an ionophore was developed.The electrode has a linear range from1.0×10~(-1) to 5.0×10~(-7) mol·L~(-1) with a near-Nernstian slope of(-55±1)mV/decade and a detection limit of 2.0×10~(-7) mol·L~(-1) in phosphorate buffer solution of pH 5.0 at 25℃.It shows good selectivity for Sal~- and displaysanti-Hofmeister selectivity seoquence:Sal~->SCN~->ClO_4~->I~->NO_2~->Br~->NO_3~->CI~->SO_3~(2-)>SO_4~(2-)The proposed sensor based on binuclear copper(Ⅱ)complex has a fast response time of 5-10 s and can be used forat least 2 months without any major deviation.The response mechanism is discussed in view of the alternating cur-rent(AC) impedance technique and the UV-vis spectroscopy technique.The effect of the electrode membranecompositions and the experimental conditions were studied.The electrode has been successfully used for the deter-mination of salicylate ion in drug pharmaceutical preparations.  相似文献

The acid-basic and complexing properties of N,N-dimethyl-N-(2-hydroxybenzyl)ethylenediamine (HL) in aqueous propan-2-ol were characterized by spectrophotometry, pH-metry, and mathematical simulation of equilibria in solutions (T = 25 ± 0.1°C, = 0.1 M KNO3). Dimer H2L2 was found to predominate in solution at c HL = 0.01 mol/l. Three protonated dimeric (H3L2 +, H4L2 2+, and H5L2 3+), diprotonated monomeric (H3L2+), and triprotonated tetrameric forms (H7L4 3+) were detected in the system, depending on pH. At lower ligand concentrations (c HL = 0.0015 mol/l), the solution contains both dimers and monomers of this compound. The higher dentate number of HL compared to 2-alkylaminomethylphenols allows it to form more number of both mono- and binuclear complexes ([Cu(HL)]2+, [Cu(HL)2]2+, [CuL2], [CuL2OH], [Cu2(HL)2]4+, and [Cu2(HL)2L2]2+), making them more stable.  相似文献

An ion chromatographic (IC) method has been developed for determination of hydrogen ion (H+). It is based on the use of sulfonated cation-exchange resin as stationary phase, aqueous ethylenediamine-N,N,N′,N′-tetraacetic acid (dipotassium salt, EDTA-2K, written as K2H2Y) solution as mobile phase, and conductivity for detection. H+ was separated mainly by cation-exchange, but its elution was accelerated by the presence of EDTA. The order of elution for the model cations was H+ > Li+ > Na+ > NH4 + > Ca2+ > > Mg2+. A sharp and highly symmetrical peak was obtained for H+ and this was attributed to the capacity of H2Y2 2– to receive and bind H+. H+ was detected conductiometrically and detector response (reduction in conductivity as a result of H++H2Y2–→H3Y) was linearly proportional to the concentration of H+ in the sample. The detection limit for H+ with this IC system was better than 4.7 μmol L–1. A significant advantage of this method was the ability to separate and determine, in one step, H+ and other cations. The successful determination of H+ and other cation species in real acid-rain samples demonstrated the usefulness of this method.  相似文献

Reactions of M(NO3)2?·?xH2O [M?=?Co(II), Ni(II), and Cu(II)] with N,N,N′,N′-tetraalkylpyridine-2,6-dicarboxamides(O-daap) in CH3CN yield [Co(O-dmap)(NO3)2] (1), [Co(O-deap)(NO3)2] (2), [Co(O-dpap)(NO3)2] (3), [Ni(O-dmap)(H2O)3](NO3)2] (4), [Ni(O-deap)(H2O)2(NO3)](NO3)] (5), [Cu(O-deap)(NO3)2] (6), and [Cu(O-dpap)(NO3)2] (7). X-ray crystal structures of 1, 2, 4, 5, and 7 reveal that O-daap ligands coordinate tridentate to each metal, O–N–O, with nitrate playing a vital role in molecular and crystal structures of all the complexes. The coordination geometry in the two Co(II) complexes, 1 and 2, is approximately pentagonal bipyramidal with nitrate bonded in a slightly unsymmetrical bidentate chelating mode. [Ni(dmap)(H2O)3](NO3)2 (4) and [Ni(deap)(H2O)2(NO3)](NO3) (5) exhibit octahedral geometry, the former containing uncoordinated nitrate while the latter has one nitrate coordinated unidentate and the other nitrate outside the coordination sphere. The Cu(II) in [Cu(dpap)(NO3)2] (7) occupies a distorted square pyramidal geometry and is linked to two unidentate nitrates, although one nitrate is also involved in a weak interaction with the metal through its other oxygen. IR spectra and other physical studies are consistent with their crystal structural data. Tridentate ligand N,N,N′,N′-tetraoctyl-4-oxaheptanediamide(TOOHA) and other three analogous diamides have been prepared and characterized by using NMR spectra and element analysis. The extraction of UO2 2+ and Th4+ with the present extractants was investigated at 293 ± 1 K from nitric acid solutions. n-Octane was found to be the most suitable diluent in the present study compared with other diluents tested. Extraction distribution ratios (D) of U(VI) and Th(IV) have been studied as a function of aqueous concentrations of HNO3, extractant concentrations. The results indicated that U(VI) is mainly extracted as UO2(NO3)2·2TOOHA. In the case of Th4+ ion, the possible compositions of extracted species in organic phase were presumed to be Th(NO3)4·2TOOHA and Th(NO3)4·3TOOHA. In addition, the influence of concentration of sodium nitrate as salting-out agent on the distribution ratio of U(VI) and Th(IV) with TOOHA was also evaluated.  相似文献

N,N-Bis(trimethylsilyl)dicyandiamide was prepared for the first time by the reaction of dicyandiamide with hexamethyldisilazane in boiling tetrahydrofuran. Summary Complexes of the type [(Fe(salen))2L]·xH2O (L = glutarate, adipate, pimelate or suberate dianion, x = 0 or L = dithio oxamidate dianion, x = 2) have been prepared and studied by elemental analyses, i.r. and electronic spectra, and magnetic measurements. A dimeric structure with an octahedral arrangement of FeIII (S = 5/2) is proposed. Some of the complexes have been characterized by temperature-dependent magnetic susceptibilities, but an antiferromagnetic exchange interaction was found only for [(Fe(salen))2dta]·2H2O (H2dta = dithio-oxamide).  相似文献

A new μ-oxamido-bridged dicopper(II) complex, [Cu2(heap)](ClO4)2?·?2H2O [H2heap?=?N,N′-bis(N- hydroxyethylaminopropyl)oxamido], has been synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analyses, molar conductance, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The single crystal X-ray analysis reveals that the asymmetric unit of the complex is composed of half a binuclear cation [Cu2(heap)]2+, one perchlorate anion, and one lattice water molecule. Each copper(II) atom is tetracoordinate in a distorted square-planar geometry and the bridging ligand (H2heap) adopts the trans conformation with an inversion centre at the middle of the C2–C2i bond. The structure cohesion is ensured by hydrogen bonding interactions, which form a two-dimensional supramolecular framework. The antibacterial assay indicates that the complex showed better activity than the ligand.  相似文献

Six novel μ-oxamido heterobinuclear complexes, namely Cu(oxae)Ln(Me2bpy)2-(ClO4)3 (Ln=La, Nd, Gd, Tb, Ho, Er), where oxae denotes N, N'-bis(2-aminoethyl)oxamido dian-ion, Me2bpy is 4,4'-dimethyl-2,2'-bipyridyl, have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, conductivity measurements and electronic spectra. The temperature dependence of the magnetic susceptibility of Cu(oxae)Gd(Me2bpy)2(ClO4)3 has been meaured over the range 4-300 K. The least-squares fit of the experimental susceptibilities yielded J - 1.87 cm-1.The observed Gd(Ⅲ)-Cu(Ⅱ) coupling is ferromagnetic. One plausible mechanism that can cause a ferromagnetic coupling between Gd(Ⅲ) and Cu(Ⅱ) is discussed in terms of spin-polarization.  相似文献

Mesoporous TiO2?xAy (A = N, S) thin films were fabricated using thiourea as a doping resource by a combination of sol-gel and evaporation-induced self-assembly (EISA) processes. The results showed that thiourea could serve two functions of co-doping nitrogen and sulfur and changing the mesoporous structure of TiO2 thin films. The resultant mesoporous TiO2?xAy (A = N, S) exhibited anatase framework with a high porosity and a narrow pore distribution. The formation of the O–Ti–N and O–Ti–S bonds in the mesoporous TiO2?xAy (A = N, S) were substantiated by the XPS spectra. A new bandgap in visible light region (520 nm) corresponding to 2.38 eV could be formed by the co-doping. After being illuminated for 3 h, methyl orange could be degraded nearly completely by the co-doped sample under both ultraviolet irradiation and visible light illumination. While pure mesoporous TiO2 could only degrade 60% methyl orange under UV illumination and showed negligible photodegradation capability in the visible light range. Furthermore, the photo-induced hydrophilic activity of TiO2 film was improved by the co-doping. The mesoporous microstructure and high visible light absorption could be attributed to their good photocatalytic acitivity and hydrophilicity.  相似文献

The interaction of N,N′-ethylenebis(salicylideneimine), H2salen, with ammonium molybdate yielded the molybdenum(VI) complex MoO2(salen) with the cis-dioxostructure as inferred from IR spectral studies. The 1H NMR chemical shifts of azomethine protons in the free ligand and the complex are 8.14 and 8.39 δ, respectively, suggesting the bonding of the azomethine nitrogen to MoO2 group. The title compound N,N,N′,N′-tetraethylpyridine-2,6-dicarboxamide (DEAP) forms a 1:1 complex with anhydrous CuCl2, [Cu(DEAP)Cl2], (1) which was crystallized from EtOH solution in the monoclinic space group P21/ n with cell constant, a = 10.024(1); b = 13.122(1); c = 14.404(1) Å β = 101.31(1)° V = 1857.8(3) Å3 and Z = 4. The chloro-perchlorato complex, [Cu(DEAP)Cl(ClO4)], (2) obtained in near quantitative yield by reacting (1) with an excess of NaClO4 in EtOH, crystallized in the monoclinic space group P21/ n with cell constants, a = 7.965(1); b = 25.827(2); c = 10.046(1) Å β = 98.81(1)° V = 2042.2(4) Å3 and Z = 4. Both (1) and (2) contain 5-coordinated copper linked to DEAP through O~N~O donor set of atoms with covalently bonded chlorine atoms in (1) and chlorine and perchlorate groups in (2). The coordination geometry is intermediate between square pyramidal and trigonal bipyramidal, and is probably best described as a trigonally distorted rectangular pyramid.  相似文献

A new and general one-pot synthetic method for C2-symmetric N,N′-aryl-disubstituted bis(oxazolidin-2-ones) has been developed. Highly regioselective intramolecular cyclization reactions of 2,3-di(methanesulfonyloxy)-1,4-dihydroxybutane with arylisocyanates in the presence of sodium hydride afforded the corresponding C2-symmetric N,N′-aryl-disubstituted bis(oxazolidin-2-ones) in 82–92% yields. Hydrolytic ring opening of the bis(oxazolidin-2-ones) provided a convenient synthetic route for optically pure C2-symmetric N,N′-aryl-disubstituted 2,3-diamino-1,4-butanediols (58–86% yields).  相似文献

Summary Protonation of the sterically overcrowded N,N,N,N-tetraisopropyl-p-phenylenediamine leads to a significant shortening of the C-N bond lengths of 7 pm as well as to a widening of the phenyl ipso-angle to 122°. All structural changes can be attributed to the twisted diisopropylammonium substituents and their electron acceptor properties.
