建立了亲水作用色谱-串联四极杆质谱测定液态奶中微量舒巴坦的分析方法.样品经0.2%乙酸水溶液提取,HLB固相萃取柱净化、富集,以甲酸铵-乙腈为流动相,经Acquity UPLC BEH HILIC色谱柱分离后采用电喷雾质谱多反应监测方式(MRM)扫描,外标法定量.结果表明,舒巴坦的质量浓度在1~100 μg/L范围内线性关系良好,r2大于0.99,定量下限为1.0 μg/kg.加标水平在1.0~50.0 μg/kg范围时,回收率为82%~102%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.6% ~4.7%.该方法前处理简便快捷、灵敏度高、回收率和重现性良好,适用于液态奶中舒巴坦的测定. 相似文献

建立了用高效液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱(LC-MS-MS)测定蜂蜜中5种头孢菌素残留量的方法.蜂蜜样品用磷酸盐缓冲溶液溶解,经Oasis HLB固相萃取柱净化.5种头孢菌素在C18柱上以乙腈-水为流动相梯度洗脱条件下完成分离,电喷雾电离串联质谱在正离子多反应监测模式下进行测定.添加浓度在2~100 μg/kg范围时,回收率为84.2%~103.6%; 相对标准偏差为3.89%~9.08%.本方法头孢唑啉的定量限为10 μg/kg, 头孢匹林、头孢氨苄、头孢洛宁、头孢喹肟的定量限为2.0 μg/kg. 相似文献

研究了水产品中红霉素残留量测定的新方法. 该方法以红霉素同位素标记物(Erythromycin, N, N-Dimethyl-13C2)为内标物, 样品用乙腈提取、正己烷净化. 分析条件为: 以Hypersil C18为色谱分离柱, 甲醇和0.1 mmol/L 乙酸为流动相, 用带有电喷雾离子源的三重四极杆串联质谱测定, 内标法定量. 红霉素在添加量0.5~20.0 μg/kg的范围内, 回收率为87.0%~97.8%, 相对标准偏差小于10%, 方法检出限为0.5 μg/kg. 相似文献

建立了测定牛奶和婴儿配方奶粉中苯甲酸雌二醇的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱方法.样品前处理采用酶解、甲醇提取,经C18和NH2基固相萃取柱净化后,苯甲酸雌二醇由超高效液相色谱-串联质谱分离,并在正离子电离模式和多反应监测模式下,用基质匹配标准校正方法补偿基质效应,以氘代诺龙-d3为内标进行定量检测.牛奶和婴儿配方奶粉中苯甲酸雌二醇的检出限分别为0.07、0.39 μg/kg,定量下限分别为0.2、0.95 μg/kg.在4、10 μg/kg加标水平下,牛奶和婴儿配方奶粉中苯甲酸雌二醇的回收率为76% ~90%,相对标准偏差为5.0% ~15.2%. 相似文献

同时以左氧氟沙星和环丙沙星为模板分子,α-甲基丙烯酸( MAA)为功能单体,三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯(TRIM)为交联剂,合成了复合模板分子印迹聚合物,建立了以此聚合物为分子印迹固相萃取(MISPE)富集净化样品,结合高效液相色谱-离子阱质谱(HPLC-ITMS)同时测定鱼肉中10种氟喹诺酮类药物残留量的方法.采用2%醋酸乙腈提取样品,提取液经正己烷脱脂后,过自制的复合模板分子印迹固相萃取柱净化,以0.05%甲酸溶液和乙腈为流动相,梯度洗脱程序进行色谱分离,离子阱质谱进行定性和定量分析.方法的回收率为80.6%~104.6%,相对标准偏差小于8.6%(n=3);检出限(LOD)为0.11~0.25 μg/kg;定量限(LOQ)为0.35~0.84 μg/kg,可以满足水产品中氟喹诺酮类药物的确证和多残留分析的要求. 相似文献

建立了一种液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱同时测定大黄鱼中20种磺胺类药物残留的方法.均质样品先后用乙腈、二氯甲烷提取,合并提取液,取部分提取液经氮吹浓缩.残渣用1 mL流动相溶解,饱和正己烷脱脂净化.采用ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C8色谱柱,以含0.2%乙酸的水溶液和甲醇(7: 3)为流动相,梯度洗脱,在电喷雾-多反应监测离子模式下,进行定量定性分析.方法的定量限为5 μg/kg;以标准加入法计算回收率,在10~40 μg/kg添加范围内,平均回收率为79.6%~109%;相对标准偏差为3.55%~16.5%. 相似文献

建立了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱测定饲料中匹莫林的方法.饲料样品经甲醇-乙腈溶液提取,取部分上清液氮气吹干,用甲醇和水分步溶解后用正己烷除脂,Waters Oasis HLB固相萃取小柱净化,然后用Waters Acquity UPLC BEH C18色谱柱(2.1 mm×50 mm i.d.,1.7 μm)分离,以甲醇和0.1%甲酸-水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,外标法定量.对前处理及液相色谱和质谱条件进行优化.结果表明,匹莫林质量浓度在1 ~500 μg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数大于0.999;在5.0 ~200 μg/kg的添加水平下,匹莫林的平均加标回收率为77% ~86%;相对标准偏差为4.4% ~7.9%;方法的检出限低至2.0 μg/kg,定量下限低至5.0 μg/kg.该方法灵敏度高、稳定性好,可满足饲料中匹莫林残留的检测与确证的要求. 相似文献

The Langevin paramagnetic theory can’t describe the relation between magnetization of ferrofluids and applied magnetic field. The structuralization of ferrofluids, which is considered the main influence factor of the magnetization, is regarded. The part of magnetization works is deposited when the structure is forming. This action influences the magnetization of ferrofluids directly or indirectly. On the base of the “compressing” model, the Langevin function that usually describes the magnetization of ferrofluid is modified, and a well-fitted curve is obtained. An equation of the relation between the equivalent volume fraction after being “compressed” and the intensity of magnetic field is discovered, which approximately describes the process of magnetization. The relation between the approximate initial susceptibility and the volume fraction can be obtained from modified formula. 相似文献

The highly regioselective Buchwald–Hartwig amination at C-2 of the cheap and readily accessible reagent, 2,4-dichloropyridine with a range of anilines and heterocyclic amines is described. This new methodology is robust and provides a facile access to 4-chloro-N-phenylpyridin-2-amines on 0.25 mol scale. These intermediates undergo a further Buchwald–Hartwig amination at higher temperature to enable rapid exploration of the chemical space at C-4 and to provide a library of 2,4-bisaminopyridines. 相似文献

Regiospecific and direct imidation of the methyl C(sp3)–H bond of thioanisoles is realized under mild and metal-free conditions with N-fluorobis(benzenesulfonyl)imide as an oxidant and nitrogen source. Proposed mechanism suggests that thionium ion intermediates and a Pummerer-type reaction are involved. The Rh(II)-catalyzed reaction of 2-carbonyl-substituted 2H-azirines with ethyl 2-cyano-2-diazoacetate or 2-diazo-3,3,3-trifluoropropionate provides an easy access to 2H-1,3-oxazines and 1H-pyrrol-3(2H)-ones. These compounds can be selectively prepared from the same starting material using temperature as the only varied parameter. The 2-azabuta-1,3-diene intermediate, a common precursor for both heterocyclic products, isomerizes into 2H-1,3-oxazine under kinetic control, while 1H-pyrrol-3(2H)-one is the sole product of the reaction at elevated temperatures. According to DFT-calculations a one-atom oxazine ring contraction involving ring-opening to a 2-azabuta-1,3-diene intermediate, followed by a 1,5- and 1,2-prototropic shift leads to the consecutive formation of imidoylketene and azomethine ylide, which then further undergo cyclization to the pyrrole derivative. 相似文献
