There are two different views on the definition of reaction molecularity in physical chemistry textbooks and related literatures so far. We give a deep discussion about this conception herein. Starting with the development of chemical kinetics and the definition of elementary reaction and state-state reaction, we clarify that elementary reaction and state-state reaction are the conceptions belonging to macro-and micro-systems, respectively, and reaction molecularity is also belonging to micro-conception. Based on this conclusion, we think that the more reasonable definition of reaction molecularity should be "the number of chemical particles that take part in a state-state reaction (or an elementary chemi-physical reaction) as a reactant".  相似文献

The twofold Heck reaction of the vinylpyrroles 3a and 3b with the iodobenzenes 4a-c led to the linear pyrrole oligomers 5, 6, and 7. The synthesis of both symmetrical and unsymmetrical oligomers, such as 10a and 10b, was also accomplished by a Heck reaction of 8 and 9 and by a Heck reaction of 3a and 11 followed by a Wittig reaction and a second Heck reaction with 8. The pentacyclic oligomers 14 and 19 were prepared by a twofold Heck reaction of 13 with 4 and by a twofold Heck reaction of 15 with 16 followed by a Wittig reaction and a twofold Heck reaction with 8.  相似文献

叔丁胺是一种重要的有机化工中间体,广泛应用于制备橡胶促进剂,医药,农药,着色剂等诸多下游产物.目前,叔丁胺主要的生产方法,如叔丁脲水解法,异丁烯-氢氰酸法(Ritter法),卤代烃胺化法等存在产品收率较低,涉及强酸/强碱的使用,对设备腐蚀和环境污染严重等问题.异丁烯直接胺化生产叔丁胺,原子利用率100%,是典型的绿色化学反应.20世纪末,BASF公司以β沸石为催化剂,率先实现了异丁烯胺化技术的工业应用.但是,其反应条件苛刻,压力达28 MPa,生产过程能耗大,对设备材质要求高.目前,关于异丁烯直接胺化的文献较少,且相关研究多在远离工业应用的常压条件下进行.同时,对于异丁烯直接胺化反应过程的热力学,特别是缓和反应条件下的热力学尚待进一步系统和深入地研究分析,以期指导低温低压条件下高性能胺化催化剂的研发和工艺条件优化.我们计算了473?573 K间,异丁烯胺化制备叔丁胺反应的ΔrH,ΔrG,Kp等热力学数据.在此基础上,分析了反应温度,压力和氨烯比(摩尔比)对异丁烯平衡转化率(叔丁胺选择性>99%,未予考虑)的影响.结果表明,异丁烯胺化是中等强度的放热反应,升高反应温度会急剧降低异丁烯的平衡转化率,如在5 MPa,氨烯比1的条件下,反应温度从473 K提高到573 K,异丁烯平衡转化率从40.6%降到6.9%.但从动力学角度而言,升温可提高胺化反应速率,因此在特定的反应条件下和催化剂上,必然存在最佳反应温度.提高反应压力和氨烯比有利于提高异丁烯的热力学平衡转化率.开发在低温和相对较低的压力下具有较高胺化活性的催化剂是提高该过程经济性和实用性的关键.在较缓和的反应条件下(523 K,5 MPa,氨烯比4及异丁烯空速0.5 h?1),考察了ZSM-5(R=50和R=412,R为硅铝比,下同),ZSM-11(R=48),MOR(R=10),SAPO-11(摩尔组成,1.6Al2O3:1.0SiO2:1.4P2O5)等不同拓扑结构分子筛以及氧化铝在异丁烯胺化反应中的性能.结果表明,空白试验中,无叔丁胺产物生成.在ZSM-11上的获得最高的异丁烯胺化转化率,为14.2%(达到平衡转化率的52.2%),在ZSM-5(R=50),ZSM-5(R=412)和MOR上,异丁烯转化率分别为13.9%,6.4%和2.9%,叔丁胺选择性均大于99.8%.而SAPO-11和氧化铝未呈现出胺化反应活性.关联氨气程序升温脱附,吡啶吸附红外表征结果及分子筛孔结构特点,表明分子筛胺化活性与其孔径及Br?nsted酸的酸量和酸强度密切相关.为了进一步验证实际反应体系中反应条件对异丁烯胺化反应过程的影响规律,我们在ZSM-11催化剂上,系统考察了反应温度,压力,氨烯比和异丁烯空速对催化剂胺化反应性能的影响及变化规律.结果表明,在其他条件不变的情况下,异丁烯转化率随着温度的升高呈现出先增大后减小的趋势.适当提高原料中氨烯比和反应压力,以及采用较低异丁烯空速有利于促进异丁烯的转化.上述规律与热力学计算结果呈现出较好的一致性.在ZSM-11催化剂上,异丁烯直接胺化反应的较佳反应条件为523 K,5 MPa,氨烯比4,异丁烯空速0.5 h?1.上述结果可为异丁烯直接胺化合成叔丁胺过程新型高效催化剂的研发和反应工艺条件优化提供参考和指导.  相似文献

手性磷酸是2004年报道的一类具有新型结构的强酸性Bronsted酸催化剂,近几年来的研究取得了很大的进展,已经成为有机小分子催化剂的一个重要分支。手性磷酸在催化一系列亚胺的加成和还原反应比如Mannich、亚胺的氢转移、亚胺的膦酰化、Pictet-Spengler、 Strecker、aza-Diels-Alder、 Friedel-Craft和α-重氮酯的烷基化等反应时都表现出了非常好的催化活性和立体选择性。本文主要综述了手性磷酸催化剂应用于亚胺相关反应的研究进展。  相似文献

本文提出了反应类等键反应方法,将通常用于热力学性质计算的等键反应方法推广用于类反应中反应势垒和反应焓变的计算. 对碳氢燃料低温燃烧反应机理中的一类重要反应类:?烷基自由基过氧化氢裂解生成烯烃和HO2自由基的反应势垒和反应焓变进行了计算. 通过对该类16个反应中的5个代表反应分别在不同计算水平HF、DFT、MP2、CCSD(T)的比较计算发现,采用等键反应方法可在较低从头算级别计算得到类反应较高精度的反应势垒,提高了计算的效率和精度. 本文采用反应类等键反应方法在B3LYP/6-311G(d,p)计算水平对该类16个反应进行了反应势垒和反应焓变的计算,并建立了反应势垒和反应能的线性自由能关系:delta V=71.02+0.41?delta E.  相似文献

Direct partial oxidation of methane to methanol was investigated in a specially designed reactor. Methanol yield of about 7%-8% was obtained in gas phase partial oxidation. It was proposed that the reactor could be divided into three reaction zones, namely pre-reaction zone, fierce reaction zone, and post-reaction zone, when the temperature was high enough to initiate a reaction. The oxidation of methane proceeded and was completed mostly in the fierce reaction zone. When the reactant mixture entered the post-reaction zone, only a small amount of produced methanol would bring about secondary reactions, because molecular oxygen had been exhausted in the fierce reaction zone. A catalyst, if necessary, should be placed either in the pre-reaction zone, to initiate a partial oxidation reaction at a lower temperature, or in the fierce reaction zone to control the homogeneous free radical reaction.  相似文献

In this study, nine different C-2 aroyl imidazole derivatives were synthesized in a one pot reaction with two steps, and the reduction reactions of these derivatives with NaBH4 were carried out under mild conditions. Substitution reaction of obtained imidazo methanol derivatives with chloroacetylchloride reagent and ring reaction of substitution products were investigated. It was determined that 1,4-imidazoxazinone derivative was obtained as a result of the cyclization reaction. The intermediate products obtained during the cyclization reaction were isolated, and the path of the reaction under different conditions was discussed.  相似文献

Reaction chemistry of the OCM reaction on W-Mn/SiO2 catalyst has been reviewed in this account.Initial activity and selectivity,stability in a long-term reaction,reaction at elevated pressures and a modelling test in a stainless-steel fluidized-bed reactor show that W-Mn/SiO2 has promising performance for the development of an OCM process that directly produces ethylene from natural gas.A study on surface catalytic reaction kinetics and used cataly st structure characterization revealed a possible reason why C2 and COx selectivity changed during the long-term reaction.Further improvement of the catalyst composition and preparation metbod should be a future direction of study on OCM reaction over W-Mn/SiO2 catalyst.  相似文献

尽管已有大量化学反应数据可供使用,但化学家仍常常感到很难便捷地从中得到所需的信息.这主要是由于反应数据库基于结构的检索方法与化学家解决问题的方法相去甚远.为解决这一问题而发展了一种通过对反应进行二级分类得到精细描述反应知识的层次模型的方法.第一次分类时不同的同类反应都在由一组普适性好的称作反应结构一级描述符构成的空间中进行.在第一次分类结果的基础上,得到每一类反应的公共结构特征作为第二次分类的结构描述符,利用它们进行更精细的分类,即可从原始反应数据中得到所需的基核反应.由特定反应、基核反应和基型反应就可将反应知识更合理地组织在同类反应知识库中,使它们得到更好的利用.  相似文献

Three nitroarenes were submitted to Ru3(CO)12-catalyzed reductive carbonylation in acetonitrile and in cis-cyclooctene. The main reaction products were the corresponding amines, ureas and six- or five-membered cyclization products. Optimization of the reaction varying the temperature, the CO pressure, the catalyst/substrate ratio and the reaction time and a statistical analysis of conversion and selectivity data allow to suggest a reaction mechanism in some reaction conditions.  相似文献

The hydroboration reaction of methyl cyanide has been investigated by the MNDO method. It has been shown that the reaction requires an activation energy of 25.3 kcal/mol and involves a four-center-like transition state in the rate-determining step. This reaction has been compared with the corresponding reaction of hydrogen cyanide, and the effect of methyl substitution on the reaction has been discussed. We report a novel atom-economical Ni-catalyzed cyclization reaction of enynes with alkynylboronates. The reaction employs a non-expensive Ni salt, a phosphine-based ligand and easy-handling alkynylboronates as boron–carbon source. The reaction provides complex fused-bicyclic compounds containing borylated 1,4-cyclohexadienes in high yields in short reaction times, involving the formation of two C−C bonds in one step. A reasonable reaction mechanism is proposed based on mechanistic experimental results.  相似文献

Different bases, aldehydes, phosphonium salts, and flow reaction parameters were investigated, in absence of a phase transfert catalyst. 低分子量的液态聚乙二醇(PEG)作为一种新型的绿色有机反应溶剂正受到人们的极大关注。PEG具有好的热稳定性、不挥发、不易燃、无毒、生物可降解、廉价易得,以及易于回收和循环使用。此外,PEG可以溶解众多的有机化合物和有机金属配合物。因此,PEG作为有机溶剂的替代品和作为均相催化剂的载体已经成功地应用到许多有机反应中,它们包括还原反应、氢化反应、氧化反应、不对称双羟基化反应、Heck反应、Suzuki交叉偶联反应、Michael加成反应、不对称Aldol反应、Baylis-Hillman反应、脂肪酶催化的反应和聚合反应等。本文对这一领域的研究进展作一综述。  相似文献

The reaction of 1,1,1,5,5,5-hexafluoroacetylacetone with push-pull enamines having a methyl group at the α-position was investigated. It was found that the reaction is sensitive both to the structure of enamines and to reaction conditions. As a result, a set of bistrifluoromethyldialkylanilines and ethyl bistrifluoromethylsalicylate was prepared. Plausible mechanisms and factors influencing the course of the reaction are discussed.  相似文献

The bulk phase kinetics of an epoxy (DGEBA) /amine (DDS) thermoset have been studied using DSC, FTIR, and 13C-NMR. In the absence of catalyst, the reaction was found to involve a main exothermic reaction between epoxide and amine hydrogen and a side reaction between tertiary amine formed in the main reaction and epoxide. The main reaction was exothermic while the side reaction had no discernable exotherm. Etherification did not occur to any significant extent. Since only the main reaction is exothermic, DSC was very useful for studying the main reaction kinetics. FTIR was used for determining whether epoxide and amine hydrogen were consumed at different rates as a way of following the side reaction. An IR band previously unused by other investigators was used to monitor the amine hydrogen concentration. NMR confirmed the above mechanism by identifying the formation of a quaternary ammonium ion/alkoxide ion pair as a reaction product of tertiary amine and epoxide. This mechanism has been successfully fit to a rate law valid over the entire extent of reaction. The rate constant for the epoxy/amine addition reaction was found to depend on hydroxide concentration (extent), reaction temperature, and glass transition temperature and included contributions from uncatalyzed and autocatalyzed parts. The side reaction (quaternary ammonium ion formation) formed weak bonds which did not affect the overall system Tg. Both reactions were second order. The rate constants for the main reaction first increase with increasing extent due to autocatalysis by hydroxide before decreasing due to the diffusion limit caused by gelation and vitrification. © 1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

文章讨论了低温常压条件下氧气液相氧化邻硝基甲苯的表观动力学。在确定了邻硝基苯甲醛和邻硝基苯甲酸为主要产物的基础上,建立了连串反应模型,根据不同温度下的实验数据,确立了首步一级,第二步二分之一级的反应级数,进而求得了两步反应的速率参数k1、k2,并将实验数据与理论计算值相比较,表明在较低温度(0℃以下)下,拟合的级数与使用符合较好。  相似文献
