We give a study on the general Moiler transformation and emphatically introduce its differential form. In this paper, a definition of acceleration is given in spacetime language and the inertial reference frame is also settled. With a discussion of the geodesic equations of motion, the differential form of the general MФller transformation at arbitrary direction is presented.  相似文献

Two spherically symmetric non-singular black hole solutions in MØller tetrad theory of gravitation have been obtained. Although the two solutions have the same form of metric (spherically symmetric nonsingular black hole), their energy contents are different. We use another method given by Gibbons andHawking to calculate the energy content of these solutions. We alsoobtained different value of energy. Study the requirements of a satisfactory energy-momentum complex given by MØller we find that the second solution, which behaves as 1/r1/2, is not transformed as a four-vector under Lorentz transformation.  相似文献

The prolongation structure methodologies of Wahlquist-Estabrook [H.D. Wahlquist and F.B. Estabrook, {J. Math. Phys.} 16 (1975) 1] for nonlinear differential equations are applied to a more general set of coupled integrable dispersionless system. Based on the obtained prolongation structure, a Lie-Algebra valued connection of a closed ideal of exterior differential forms related to the above system is constructed. A Lie-Algebra representation of some hidden structural symmetries of the previous system, its Bäcklund transformation using the Riccati form of the linear eigenvalue problem and their general corresponding Lax-representation are derived. In the wake of the previous results, we extend the above prolongation scheme to higher-dimensional systems from which a new (2+1)-dimensional coupled integrable dispersionless system is unveiled along with its inverse scattering formulation, which applications are straightforward in nonlinear optics where additional propagating dimension deserves some attention.  相似文献

An explicit N-fold Darboux transformation for a coupled of derivative nonlinear Schrödinger equations is constructed with the help of a gauge transformation of spectral problems. As a reduction, the Darboux transformation for well-known Gerdjikov-Ivanov equation is further obtained, from which a general form of N-soliton solutions for Gerdjikov-Ivanov equation is given.  相似文献

We consider solutions of the 2×2 matrix Hamiltonian of physical systems within the context of the asymptotic iteration method. Our technique is based on transformation of the associated Hamiltonian in the form of the first order coupled differential equations. We construct a general matrix Hamiltonian which includes a wide class of physical models. The systematic study presented here reproduces a number of earlier results in a natural way as well as leading to new findings. Possible generalizations of the method are also suggested.  相似文献

The homogeneous balance method is a method for solving genera/partial differential equations (PDEs). In this paper we solve a kind of initial problems of the PDEs by using the special Baecklund transformations of the initial problem. The basic Fourier transformation method and some variable-separation skill are used as auxiliaries. Two initial problems of Nizlmich and the Nizlanich-Novikov-Veselov equations are solved by using this approach.  相似文献

We study space-time transformations of the time-dependent Schrödinger equation (TDSE) with time- and position-dependent (effective) mass. Necessary and sufficient conditions which allow a second-order stochastic ordinary differential equation to be transformed to linear form are presented. The transformation can be chosen in a way so that all but one of the coefficients in the stochastic integral part vanish. In this paper, we intend to clarify the energy-momentum problem of higher dimensional Vaidya space-time in the general theory of relativity. In this connection, Møller energy and momentum for the higher dimensional Vaidya space-time are evaluated in the frame of general relativity. We have obtained that the Møller energy distribution of higher dimensional Vaidya space-time is equal to zero, while the Møller momentum distribution of higher dimensional Vaidya space-time is not equal to zero.  相似文献

The argument of Einstein for non-Euclidity on a rotating disk is analyzed and found valid. The kinematic reason for the non-Euclidean geometry is stated explicitly and provides a kinematic resolution of Ehrenfest's paradox. The transformation from an inertial frameK to a rotating frame, the axis of which is at rest inK, is discussed. It is concluded in favor of the Galilean-like transformation employed by Møller. The method used by Møller in obtaining the intrinsic spatial geometry in any frame is examined. It is found to be adequate, provided that only coordinates with a proper metrical significance are used. In this connection the distinction between global and local geometry is found to be essential.  相似文献

The geometry of the Teichmüller space of the super Riemann surfaces is examined. The Weil-Petersson Kähler form is calculated in terms of the super coordinate functions which provide local coordinates for the super Teichmüller space. Direct calculation proves that the total energy-momentum vector derived from the Møller energy-momentum complex from 1958 does not transform like a free 4-vector with respect to the Lorentz transformation. This conforms with the conclusion formulated by Møller himself, but it contradicts the result of the critical analysis of Kovacs. Defects in Kovacs argumentation are found.  相似文献

In the year 1958 Møller derived an energy-momentum complex to attain the localizability of the energy in gravitational fields. However, three years later after extensive investigations he himself raised an objection to his expression showing that the corresponding energy-momentum vector of a closed physical system does not transform like a free 4-vector with respect to a Lorentz transformation. An inquiry into the objection of Møller is carried through at full length. Surprisingly it turns out that the equation on which he based his objection originates from a misinterpretation. Moreover, the argument given by him to explain the alleged failure of his expression proves to be incomplete. Complementing the argument, the objection of Møller is no longer tenable.  相似文献

By the symbolic computation and Hirota method, the bilinear form and an auto-Bäcklund transformation for a variable-coefficient Korteweg-de Vries equation with nonuniformities are given. Then, the N-solitonic solution in terms of Wronskian form is obtained and verified. In addition, it is shown that the (N-1)- and N-solitonic solutions satisfy the auto-Bäcklund transformation through the Wronskian technique.  相似文献
