Polymeric nanoparticles constitute an important drug delivery system with controlled release profile. This article describes a new way to produce polymeric nanocapsules using a vegetable oil nanoemulsion as template. The process occurs in two steps: First, a nanoemulsion was obtained with a low-energy method based on phase inversion emulsification, using 2-ethylhexyl acrylate as lipophilic monomer. The in situ polymerization of the nanoemulsion droplets is induced by the addition of polymerization catalyzers. The mean size of the polymeric nanoparticles was evaluated by photon correlation spectroscopy and atomic force microscopy. Both techniques showed the formation of polymeric nanocapsules with a mean particle size less than 300 nm.  相似文献

The method presented by Good, van Oss, and Chaudhury was applied to characterize intermolecular interactions and the adhesion of oleic acid to selected model surfaces. Interfacial tensions of oleic acid were on the order 11–12 mJ/m2 in aqueous solutions and 31–32 mJ/m2 at air. The dispersive contribution to the surface tension of oleic acid against different neutral interfaces was determined to be 24–31 mJ/m2 in air. Contact angles of oleic acid on selected hydrophilic and hydrophobic model surfaces were measured both in air and in aqueous solution. Van der Waals (dispersive) interactions determined the wetting properties of oleic acid in air both on nonpolar and basic surfaces. As expected, the adhesion of oleic acid to hydrophilic surfaces was much lower and to hydrophobic surfaces higher in aqueous environment than in air. The adhesion in aqueous environment is mainly governed by the cohesive and adhesive properties of water. It was concluded that the GvOC method in this case was only capable to give qualitative information about Lewis acid-base and van der Waals properties of surfaces and liquids, an important limiting factor being the asymmetry of oleic acid and the common probe liquids (diiodomethane and water).  相似文献

新戊二醇(NPG)和己二酸(AA)通过酯化反应合成了"低聚物"中间体(1).当n(NPG):n(AA)=1.5~3.0时,1的聚合度(m)在4.34~2.10,收率97%.以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,甲苯为带水剂,1与油酸进行酯化得到复合酯(2),收率83%~89%.测定了2的黏度、黏度指数、氧化稳定性、生物降解率、摩擦磨损性能和热稳定性.结果表明,2的黏度和氧化稳定性随着m的增大而增大,100 ℃时的黏度在18.3 mm~2·s~(-1)~30.1 mm~2·s~(-1),黏度指数均超过200,凝点低于-43 ℃,生物降解率>96%,最大无卡咬负荷(P_B)为784 N,磨斑直径0.40 mm,热分解温度>300 ℃.1和2的结构经IR表征.  相似文献

制备了油酸包覆二茂铁有机磁体与天然矿物金红石(OPM/RC)复合物,用VSM强磁计,XRD、IR、XPS及SEM对包覆前后OPM/RC复合物的形态结构进行表征,结果表明,包覆复合物多以团聚体形式存在,两相间的界面存在一定程度以-C-O…Ti和-C-O…Fe化学键结合起来的六元环复合层,它有效地降低了复合物的电磁损耗,但在相同磁场下,其饱和磁化强度略下降,这可用油酸包覆复合物中OPM颗粒界面存在自旋钉扎效应进行解释。  相似文献

Aqueous foams of oleic acid/oleate solution were found to be pH-responsive with pH changes. Detailed characterization of the aqueous foams of oleic acid/oleate solution was conducted with respect to their stability, structure, and pH response. The pH values required for foam circulation were studied through pH adjustment. The foaming and defoaming activities of oleic acid/oleate solution were explained by microscopic analysis and oil defoaming mechanisms. Because of the reversibility of oleic acid losing or receiving protons, the foaming and defoaming cycles could be readily repeated many times.   相似文献

Summary: Solutions of poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPA) with added sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) were investigated by light scattering methods at temperatures of 15–40 °C. The formation of well‐defined nanoparticles of PNIPA was observed on heating at low SDS additions. The effects of PNIPA and SDS concentrations and the molecular weight of PNIPA on nanoparticle parameters were investigated. An interpretation based on stabilization of PNIPA nuclei by SDS was suggested.

Biodiesel has emerged as a non-toxic, biodegradable, and renewable fuel substitute that can be readily produced via the esterification reaction of free fatty acids. The present work explores the potential of 12-tungstophosphoric acid(TPA) anchored two-dimensional(2D) ITQ-2 zeolite(TPA/ITQ-2) as heterogeneous acid catalysts for biodiesel production. TPA/ITQ-2 material was prepared by swelling, delamination, and subsequent wetness incipient impregnation approach. The prepared catalysts were comprehensively characterized by powder X-ray diffraction, N2 adsorption/desorption, temperature-programmed desorption of ammonia, flou-rier transform infrared spectroscopy, and transmission electron microscopy. The catalytic activity of TPA/ITQ-2 for biodiesel production was evaluated by the esterification reaction of oleate acid with methanol. Process parameters, such as reactant molar ratio and TPA loading were optimized. Due to the superior mass transfer and adequate stable acid sites, 2D TPA/ITQ-2 showed a higher catalytic activity and a better recyclable stability than the 3D and layered TPA/zeolites. This work will provide new opportunities for the design of 2D zeolite-based acid catalysts for biodiesel production.  相似文献

The kinetics of reaction of bromo-epoxy resin with oleic acid in the presence of dimethylbenzylamine catalyst was studied. The reaction is a zero order reaction with respect to oleic acid, first order with respect to epoxy group and 0. 74 order with respect to dimethylbenzylamine. The reaction rate constants at various temperatures and activation energy were determined. The mechanism of this reaction was discussed. Syntheses of zince oxide(ZnO) nanoparticles by direct precipitation and surface modification with oleic acid were reported. 以新戊二醇(NPG)和癸二酸(SA)为原料,经酯化反应合成了"寡聚物"(1),测定1的寡聚度(m)。当n(NPG)∶n(SA)=1.4~3.0时,1的m在5.44~1.61,收率95%以上。将1与油酸进行酯化得到混合酯(2),收率83%~89%。测定了2的粘度和热氧化稳定性,结果表明2的粘度随着m的增大而增大,热氧化稳定性随m的增大而提高。2在40℃的粘度为(116~273)mm2.s-1,粘度指数均超过200,凝点低于-40℃。1和2的结构经IR表征。  相似文献

构建负电性的基因载体、发展基于低分子量聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)的基因载体对基因传递研究具有重要意义. 本文基于低分子量聚乙烯亚胺(2 kDa)和油酸构建了负电性的基因载体. 它通过混合聚乙烯亚胺(2 kDa)、dsDNA和油酸胶束而自发形成. 该基因载体在血清中很稳定,细胞毒性非常低,可包封80%以上DNA. 通过1,2-二硬脂酰-sn-甘油-3-磷酸乙醇胺-N-[甲氧基(聚乙二醇2000)]铵盐(DSPE-PEG)对其表面进行修饰,发现多达90%的基因可被细胞摄取.  相似文献

探究了固定化脂肪酶Lipozyme TL IM催化单甘酯与油酸进行酯化反应制备1,3-甘油二酯的可能性,考察了溶剂、水活度、反应温度、底物摩尔比以及溶剂用量对甘油二酯产率及脂肪酶1,3-位置选择性的影响.在优化的实验条件(45℃,1.5 g Lipozyme TL IM,油酸与单甘酯摩尔比1.5∶1,6.0 g三氯甲烷,水活度为0.33)下,反应6 h时,甘油二酯产率可达80%,其中1,3-甘油二酯产率高达92%以上.Lipozyme TL IM循环使用5次后,甘油二酯产率及脂肪酶选择性无明显下降.  相似文献
