A novel Schiff base complex with π-conjugated system, [Ni(L1)2(py)2] 1 (L1 = (E)-N'-(2,4-dichlorobenzylidene)-2-oxidobenzohydraizide), was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray determination. Complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 12.8286(10), b = 16.3573(13), c = 19.0206(14) (A), β =108.2920(10)°, V = 3789.6(5) A3, Z = 4, Mr = 833.17, Dc = 1.460 g/cm3, μ = 0.843 mm-1, F(000) = 1704, the final R = 0.0537 and wR = 0.0640 for 3836 observed reflections with Ⅰ> 2σ(Ⅰ). In the molecular structure of 1, the NiⅡ atoms are six-coordinated by two N and two O atoms from two Schiff base ligands (L1) and two N atoms from two pyridine solvent molecules to form a distorted octahedral geometry. The cytotoxic activities of complex 1 have been experimentally studied against a human HeLa cell in vitro.  相似文献

The title compound, Ni(H2btc)2(hmta)2(H2O) (C30H35N8NiO13), has been syn- thesized by the reaction of Ni(CH3COO)2(H2O, 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylate and hexame-thylene- tetramine in DMF and characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction.It crystallizes in the orthor- hombic system, space group Pccn with a = 20.610(4), b = 12.246(2), c = 12.907(3) (A), V = 3257(1) (A)3, Z = 4, Mr = 774.37, F(000) = 1612, Dc = 1.579 g/cm3 and μ(MoKα) = 0.677 mm(1.The structure was refined to the final R = 0.0476 and wR = 0.1115 for 3221 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)).Ni(II) ion is penta-coordinated with two oxygen atoms of monodentate carboxylate groups from two 1,3,5- benzenetricarboxylates, two nitrogen atoms from two hexamethylenetetramines in the equatorial plane, and one water molecule in the axial position.The coordination geometry of Ni(II) can be described as a nearly ideal square-pyramid.Hydrogen bonds exist between the complex molecules, leading to a two-dimensional structure.  相似文献

A novel diamagnetic-metal Cd(Ⅱ) complex with four nitroxide radicals[Cd(IM4Py)4Cl2](IM4Py=2-(4'-pyridinyl)-4,4,5,5-tetramethylimidazoline-1-oxyl) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses,IR spectra,UV-Vis spectra and X-ray single crystal diffraction.The complex crystallized in triclinic space group P1 with a=0.93285(14) nm,b=1.16827(18) nm,c=1.3660(2) nm,α=112.759(2)°,β=104.524(2)°,γ=92.008(3)°,V= 1.3143(3) nm3,Z=1,Dc=1.335 g/cm3,the final R1=0.0423 and wR2=0.1009.In the title complex,each Cd(Ⅱ) ion adopting a distorted octahedral geometry is coordinated by two Cl-anions and four pyridyl-N atoms from four IM4Py ligands.The magnetic measurements show the weak antiferromagnetic interactions between the nitroxide radicals.  相似文献

The title compound [Mn(DPMT)2Cl2(H2O)2] (DPMT = 1-[[2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)- 1,3-dioxolan-2-yl]methyl]-1H-1,2,4-triazole) was synthesized by the reaction of MnCl2·4H2O and DPMT in ethanol solution and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 23.913(4), b = 7.8883(13), c = 8.6291(14) , β = 95.816(3)o, V = 1619.4(5) 3, Z = 2, C24H26Cl6MnN6O6, Mr = 762.15, Dc = 1.563 g/cm3, μ = 0.950 mm-1, S = 1.045, F(000) = 774, R = 0.0462 and wR = 0.0981. The molecular structure is a centrosymmetric conformation, and two ligands are symmetrically located on both sides of the Mn atom. The manganese atom is surrounded by two nitrogen atoms from ligands, two chlorine atoms and two oxygen atoms from water molecules to form a slightly distorted octahedral geometry.  相似文献

A new metal-organic coordination polymer [Ni[(2-pya)2(4,4′-bipy)]n·6nH2O (2-pya = 2-pyridinecarboxylic acid, 4,4′-bipy = 4,4′-pyridine) 1 has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, TG and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The complex crystallizes in tetragonal, space group I41/a with a = b = 22.5642(19), c = 10.7118(18), V = 5453.8(11) 3, C22H28N4NiO10, Mr = 567.19, Dc = 1.382 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 0.769 mm-1, F(000) = 2368, Z = 8, the final R = 0.0572 and wR = 0.1254 for 1401 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). It exhibits a one-dimensional chain-like structure by mixed ligands of 2-pyridinedicarboxylic acid and 4,4′-pyridine.  相似文献
