本文运用了含时Ginzburg-Landau理论研究了双能带结构的介观超导体在外磁场作用下涡旋随时间的演化. 给出了实际温度在s波和d波的临界温度之间s波、d波以及磁场的分布, 从 理论上模拟得到涡旋进入和退出样品的磁场"过热"与"过冷"现象, 以及介观超导样品边界对涡旋结构分布的影响. 关键词: 涡旋结构 双能带 含时Ginzburg-Landau理论 超导  相似文献

This article presents numerical solutions of the periodic time-dependent Ginzburg-Landau model for the type-II superconductors by a finite-difference approximation. Both the static and dynamical properties of a single vortex are studied as the external magnetic field varies. Vortex and anti-vortex can coexist and annihilate with time in the case of no external magnetic field, while the vortex will approach a steady state in the presence of magnetic field. We also study vortex dynamical behaviours while pinning centres exist in the sample and find that the pinning site, which has a significant potential to keep the vortex from moving, may trap the vortex.  相似文献

We have calculated the F=1 ground state of a spinor Bose-Einstein condensate trapped harmonic potential with an applied Ioffe-Pitchard magnetic field. The vortex phase diagram is found in the plane spanned by perpendicular and longitudinal magnetic fields. The ferromagnetic condensate has two vortex phases which differ by winding number in the spinor components. The two vortices for the F(z)=-1 antiferromagnetic condensate are separated in space. Moreover, we considered an average local spin || to testify to what extent it is parallel to magnetic field (the nonadiabatic effects). We have shown that the effects are important at vortex cores.  相似文献

The ground state of cylindrical magnetic samples of different sizes at nonzero applied magnetic field is studied theoretically taking into account the exchange and dipole-dipole interactions at an arbitrary ratio of coupling constants. In addition to the weakly inhomogeneous and standard vortex states well known for the case of the weak dipole-dipole interaction, the vortex states with the complicated structure of the vortex core have been found. The state diagram for these particles has been constructed and analyzed in terms of scaling consideration.  相似文献

The magnon mode excitation spectrum is obtained from a linearized set of Landau-Lifshitz equations for vortex ground state cylindrical nanomagnets in an external magnetic field. 通过虚时演化方法研究了具有面内四极磁场的旋转玻色-爱因斯坦凝聚体的基态结构.结果发现:面内四极磁场和旋转双重作用可导致中央Mermin-Ho涡旋的产生;随着磁场梯度增强,Mermin-Ho涡旋周围环绕的涡旋趋向对称化排布;在四极磁场下,密度相互作用和自旋交换相互作用作为体系的调控参数,可以控制Mermin-Ho涡旋周围的涡旋数目;该体系自旋结构中存在双曲型meron和half-skyrmion两种拓扑结构.  相似文献

The question of a surface barrier which determines the behavior of a vortex in a hollow superconducting cylinder of finite thickness in an external magnetic field is discussed, taking into account magnetic flux quantization in the cavity. The behavior of magnetic vortices in a hollow superconductor in the presence of a thermoelectric current is also considered. Pairs of magnetic vortices with opposite magnetic field orientations (vortex-antivortex pairs) are generated by this current near T c. The thermoelectric current drives the antivortex (the vortex with oppositely directed field) out of the cylinder, whereas the vortex is ejected into the cavity and remains on the inside cylinder surface as a current. The number of magnetic flux quanta trapped inside the cylinder increases by one. The relation of this mechanism to the “giant” thermoelectric effect in hollow superconductors is discussed. Zh. éksp. The time-dependent Ginzburg–Landau formalism is applied to analyze the vortex states and vortex dynamics in superconducting spherical nanoshells, subjected to mutually perpendicular strong dc and weak ac magnetic fields. We demonstrate that nonuniformity of the shell thickness can dramatically affect the ac magnetic response of a 3D array of superconducting nanoshells. Remarkably, this response is strongly influenced not only by the relevant geometric and material parameters and the ac-field frequency but also by the magnitude of the applied dc field: by changing this field the real part of the effective ac magnetic permeability can be tuned from positive values significantly larger than one down to negative values.  相似文献

Using molecular dynamics simulations, we find the commensurability force peaks in a two-dimensional superconducting thin-film with a Kagomé pinning array. A transport force is applied in two mutually perpendicular directions, and the magnetic field is increased up to the first matching field. Usually the condition to have pronounced force peaks in systems with periodic pinning is associated to the rate between the applied magnetic field and the first matching field, it must be an integer or a rational fraction. Here, we show that another condition must be satisfied, the vortex ground state must be ordered. Our calculations show that the pinning size and strength may dramatically change the vortex ground state. Small pinning radius and high values of pinning strength may lead to disordered vortex configurations, which fade the critical force peaks. The critical forces show anisotropic behavior, but the same dependence on pinning strength and radius is observed for both driven force directions. Different to cases where the applied magnetic field is higher than the first matching field, here the depinning process begins with vortices weakly trapped on top of a pinning site and not with interstitial vortices. Our results are in good agreement with recent experimental results.  相似文献

We perform Monte Carlo studies of vortices in three dimensions in a cylindrical confinement, with uniform and nonuniform density. The former is relevant to rotating 4He; the latter is relevant to a rotating trapped Bose-Einstein condensate. In the former case, we find dominant angular thermal vortex fluctuations close to the cylinder wall. For the latter case, a novel effect is that at low temperatures the vortex solid close to the center of the trap crosses directly over to a tensionless vortex tangle near the edge of the trap. At higher temperatures an intermediate tensionful vortex liquid located between the vortex solid and the vortex tangle may exist.  相似文献

We investigate the possibility of charge carrier localization in magnetic semiconductors due to the presence of a highly inhomogeneous external magnetic field. As an example, we study in detail the properties of a magnetic semiconductor-permalloy disk hybrid system. We find that the giant Zeeman response of the magnetic semiconductor in conjunction with the highly nonuniform magnetic field created by the vortex state of a permalloy disk can lead to Zeeman localized states at the interface of the two materials. These trapped states are chiral, with chirality controlled by the orientation of the core magnetization of the permalloy disk. We calculate the energy spectrum and the eigenstates of these Zeeman localized states, and discuss their experimental signatures in spectroscopic probes.  相似文献

A numerical investigation of the response of a HTS with different numbers of defects to the action of rectangular magnetic field pulses with a varying amplitude is carried out. The time dependences of a magnetic field trapped by the superconductor are calculated at different pulse parameters. The values of the HTS response to pulsed and gradual magnetization and demagnetization of the sample are compared, which reveals that magnetic flux trapping is more efficient under the action of pulses. A feature in the behavior of the vortex lattice acted on by field pulses is established, which relates to correlation between the number of defects and pulse amplitude. Flux trapping is shown to have a maximum dependent on the concentration of defects at each pulse amplitude.  相似文献

We have proposed and developed a microscopic model of depinning (escape) of a multiquantum vortex in a superconductor with a cylindrical nonconducting cavity with the transverse size smaller than or on the order of the superconducting coherence length ξ0 at zero temperature. The spectrum of subgap quasiparticle excitations in two- and three-quantum vortices trapped by a cylindrical cavity has been calculated in the quasiclassical approximation. It is shown that the transformation of the spectrum is accompanied by break of anomalous spectral branches due to normal reflection of quasiparticles from the surface of a defect. A microscopic (spectral) criterion for multiquantum vortex pinning has been proposed; according to this criterion, the multiquantum vortex can be trapped in the cavity during the formation of a minigap in the elementary excitation spectrum near the Fermi level. Self-consistent calculations of density of states N(r, ε) for two- and three-quantum vortices trapped by a cylindrical cavity of radius on the order of ξ0 have been performed using quasiclassical Eilenberger equations. In the pure limit and for low temperatures T ? T c , peculiarities observed in the N(r, ε) distribution reflect the presence of M anomalous spectral branches in the M-quantum vortex and confirm the correctness of the spectral criterion of pinning (depinning) of a multiquantum vortex.  相似文献

Meanwhile, the exact classical solution as well as the classical phase is obtained too. The internal magnetic structures of a cylinder are computed without prior assumption of axial symmetry. A three-dimensional magnetostatic solution is presented. A detailed distribution of the magnetization is obtained through numerical integration of the Landau-Lifshitz equation with the demagnetization field. Various entry conditions are used. Materials with small uniaxial anisotropy typically demonstrate vortex structures, while a higher anisotropy leads to the formation of concentric cylindrical magnetic bubbles inside the cylinder and a monodomain flower state.  相似文献

The current-induced domain wall motion was observed experimentally in the case of the domain wall trapped at the semicircular arc within the U shape Ni80Fe20 wire. The measurement of the current-induced domain wall motion was achieved by adding a biased field before switching field and a critical current density was measured. We found two magnetic domain structures in the U pattern. At zero fields, the vortex domain wall nucleated at the semicircular arc of the U pattern. Continuous magnetic state without wall was investigated in near-switching field.  相似文献

Superconductors are considered in view of applications to atom chip devices. The main features of magnetic traps based on superconducting wires in the Meissner and mixed states are discussed. The former state may mainly be interesting for improved atom optics, while in the latter, cold atoms may provide a probe of superconductor phenomena. The properties of a magnetic side guide based on a single superconducting strip wire placed in an external magnetic field are calculated analytically and numerically. In the mixed state of type II superconductors, inhomogeneous trapped magnetic flux, relaxation processes and noise caused by vortex motion are posing specific challenges for atom trapping.  相似文献
