A note on value distribution of difference polynomials of meromorphic functions

In this paper, we investigate the value distribution of the difference counterpart Δf(z)-afn(z)of f^′(z) -afn(z)$\Delta f(z)-af{(z)}^n\text{o}\text{f}\hspace{0.17em}{f}^{\prime }(z)\hspace{0.17em}-af{(z)}^n$ and obtain an almost direct difference analogue of result of Hayman.     

Some results on hypertranscendental meromorphic functions

This paper deals with conditions under which a meromorphic function cannot satisfy any algebraic differential equation having coefficients in a given field of meromorphic functions. The conditions given involve the growth of the function, a representation for the function, or the sequence of zeros and poles of the function.This research was supported in part by the National Science Foundation (MCS-7802188).     

Some remarks ons-convex functions

Summary Two kinds ofs-convexity (0 <s 1) are discussed. It is proved among others thats-convexity in the second sense is essentially stronger than thes-convexity in the first, original, sense whenever 0 <s < 1. Some properties ofs-convex functions in both senses are considered and various examples and counterexamples are given.     

Some dynamical properties of transcendental meromorphic functions

If a transcendental meromorphic function f with finitely many poles has a completely invariant domain U which is simply connected and satisfies some conditions, we prove F(f)=U. And for a transcendental meromorphic function f with the lower order μ<∞ and δ(∞,f)>0, we prove J(f) cannot be contained in any finite set of straight lines completely.     

Some properties of certain meromorphic close-to-convex functions

In the present paper, we introduce and investigate a certain subclass of meromorphic close-to-convex functions. Such results as coefficient inequalities, convolution property, distortion property and radius of meromorphic convexity are derived.     

Some criteria for meromorphic multivalent starlike functions

The main purpose of the present paper is to derive some new criteria for meromorphic multivalent starlike functions.
