Crystallographic data: C20H16CuN4O7, Mr= 487.91, triclinic, space group P1, a = 7.8420(2), b = 9.1070(2), c = 15.1140(6) A,α=76.889(9), β = 81.332( 11 ), γ = 74.844(11 )°, V = 1009.89(5) A3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.605 g/cm3, F(000)=498,μ=1.134 mm-1,the final R = 0.0379 and wR = 0.0865 for 2977 observed reflections with I > 2σ(Ⅰ).The Cu(Ⅱ) atom is coordinated by two terminal water molecules, one chelating 1,10-phen molecule and one monodentate 4-cba ligand to form a slightly distorted square pyramid. The title complex molecules are connected through hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions to generate a 2D layered network. The thermogravimetric analysis of the title complex has also been discussed.  相似文献

The title complex [Fe(CDTA)(H2O)]·[Fe(1,10-phen)3]·10H2O·2OH (CDTA = transcyclohexane-1,2-diamine-N,N,N,N′-tetraacetate) has been prepared and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal adopts space group P with a = 12.793(4), b = 14.104(5), c = 17.880(5), V = 2792.2(1)3, Dc = 1.459 g/cm3, C50H66Fe2N8O21, Mr = 1226.81, F(000) = 1284, μ = 0.604 mm-1, Z = 2, R = 0.1055 and wR = 0.2581 for 8675 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). X-ray crystallography analysis exhibits that the title compound consists of two crystallographically independent molecules [Fe(CDTA)(H2O)] and [Fe(1,10-phen)3], and they are connected through O-H···O hydrogen bonds and π···π stacking interactions forming a 3D supramolecular structure. Interestingly, there is a cyclic water hexamer with chair conformation in this complex.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(phen)2(SO4)(H2O)]·0.5C4H4O4·7H2O (phen = 1,10-phe-nanthroline and C4H4O4 = fumaric acid), has been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P with a = 11.4827(2), b = 11.9086(2), c = 13.77350(10)(A), α = 80.6830(10), β = 66.6480(10), γ = 64.0480(10)o, V = 1554.63(4) (A)3, Mr = 722.17, Z = 2, Dc = 1.543 g/cm3, μ = 0.845 mm-1, F(000) = 750, R = 0.0349 and wR = 0.0837 for 4754 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). The compound contains a six-coordinated copper(II) center, which is surround by four N atoms of two phen ligands (Cu-N distances in the range of 1.997(2)~2.225(2)(A)), one sulfate O atom (Cu-O = 2.0037(17) (A)) and one water O atom (Cu-O(5w) = 2.719(2) (A)) in a distorted octahedral geometry. Extensive hydrogen-bonding interactions are involved in water molecules, ligated sulfate anions and fumaric acid molecules. In addition, π-π interactions via aromatic nitrogen-containing ligands are also discussed. The combination of non-covalent interactions leads to the formation of a 3-D network structure.  相似文献

<正>Two novel organic-inorganic heteropolyoxometalate compounds [{Cu(1,10- phen)OH}_2]_2[V_2W_4O_19]·6H_2O (1) and [Co(1,10-phen)_3]_2[V_2W_4O_(19)]·5H_2O (2) (1,10-phen = 1,10- phenanthroline) were hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 contains a di-V substituted classical Lindqvist-type polyanion [V_2W_4O_(19)]~(4-), two dinuclear copper cations [{Cu(1,10-phen)OH}_2]~(2+) and six water molecules of crystallization. Two dinuclear copper cations [{Cu(1,10-phen)OH}_2]~(2+) consist of four transition metal coordination cations {Cu(1,10-phen)}~(2+), bridged by four hydroxyl groups. Meanwhile, both two dinuclear cations are grafted on the Lindqvist polyanion [V_2W_4O_(19)]~(4-) through two terminal oxygen (O(9)) and two μ_2-oxygen (O(6)) atoms. Such an unusual linking fashion is unique in the polyoxometalate chemistry. The basic framework of 2 is similar to that of 1 and contains one Lindqvist-type polyanion [V_2W_4O_(19)]~(4-), two six-coordinated cobalt cations [Co(1,10-phen)_3]~(2+) and five free water molecules.  相似文献

Five one-dimensional coordination polymers, Ni(BDC)(1,10-phen) (1), Ni(BDC)(2,2'-bipy).0.75H(2)BDC (2), Ni(BDC)(1,10-phen)(H(2)O) (3), Ni(BDC)(1,10-phen)(H(2)O).0.5H(2)BDC (4) and Ni(BDC)(2,2'-bipy)(H(2)O) (5) [where BDC = 1,4-benzenedicarboxylate, 2,2-bipy = 2,2'-bipyridine, and 1,10-phen = 1,10-phenanthroline] that have the same topology but markedly different geometry and packing of the chains have been synthesized by hydrothermal reactions. The results of variations of synthesis conditions and substitutions of 1,10-phenanthroline with 2,2'-bipyridine indicate that incorporation of the coordinating water molecule, which affects the degree of bending of the chain, is primarily influenced by the amine ligand size, suggesting a substantial structural role of aromatic-aromatic interactions and amine ligand steric effects. The incorporation of the guest H(2)BDC molecules was found to be favored by lower pH conditions. A new dinuclear Tb(III) 4-cyanobenzoate complex [Tb2(4-cba)6(phen)2] (4-Hcba = 4-cyanobenzoic acid and phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) 1 has been synthesized by solvothermal reac- tion in an ethanol/water mixed solution at 100 ℃ and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystallographic data: C72H40N10O12Tb2, Mr = 1554.98, triclinic P1, a = 9.903(3), b = 11.769(8), c = 15.078(8) A, α = 111.42(12), β = 96.37(19), γ = 101.24(14)°, V = 1572(1) A3, Z = 1, Dc = 1.642 g/cm3, F(000) = 768 μ = 2.305 mm–1, the final R = 0.0205 and wR = 0.0543 for 5479 reflections with I > 2σ(I). Structural analysis shows that 1 displays an isolated dinuclear structure. Two eight-coordinated Tb(III) ions are bridged by four 4-cba ligands in the syn-syn bidentate coordination mode, and two other 4-cba ligands chelate these two Tb(III) ions. The title complex molecules are connected through π-π stacking interactions to generate a one-dimensional supra- molecular chain. The characteristic infrared spectra, luminescent properties and thermogravimetric analyses have also been discussed.  相似文献

A series of homodinuclear lanthanide(III) complexes with the 4-cba ligand, [La2(4-cba)6(phen)2(H2O)6] (1) and [Ln2(4-cba)6(phen)2(H2O)2] (Ln = Pr (2), Nd (3), Sm (4), Eu (5), Gd (6), and Dy (7); 4-Hcba = 4-cyanobenzoic acid; phen = 1,10-phenanthroline), have been synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. In 1, two water molecules bridge two nine-coordinated La ions, and six 4-cba ligands coordinate to the two La ions in terminal mode. In the isostructural complexes 2-7, two eight-coordinated Ln ions are connected by four bidentate 4-cba ligands, and another two 4-cba ligands terminate the two Ln ions. The variable-temperature magnetic properties of 2-7 have been investigated. Complex 7 shows a significant ferromagnetic interaction between Dy(III), while no magnetic interaction exists between Gd(III) ions in 6. In 2-5, the value of chi(M)T decreases with decreasing temperature, but the magnetic interactions between the Ln(III) ions cannot definitely be concluded. Notably, the spin-orbit coupling parameters, lambda, for Sm(III) (216(2) cm(-1)) and Eu(III) (404(2) cm(-1)) have been obtained in 4 and 5, respectively. The strong fluorescent emissions of 4, 5, and 7 demonstrate that ligand-to-Ln(III) energy transfer is efficient and that the coordinated water molecules do not quench their luminescence by the nonradiative dissipation of energy.  相似文献

Reactions of CdX2(X=NO3-, ClO4-) with Hatza (atza=5-aminotetrazole-1-acetato anion) and 2,2′-bipyridine (2,2′-bipy) or 1,10-phenanthroline (1,10-phen) in a methanol/aqueous solution produced a set of new Cd(Ⅱ) coordination polymers, {[Cd(atza)(H2O)(2,2′-bipy)]ClO4}n (1), {[Cd(atza)(H2O)(1,10-phen)]ClO4 }n (2), {[Cd(atza)(H2O)(2,2′-bipy)]NO3}n (3) and {[Cd(atza)2 (1,10-phen)]·0.5H2O}n (4). Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that each Cd(Ⅱ) ion has a distorted octahedral coordination geometry in 1-4, and the Cd(Ⅱ) ion centers are connected through the tridentate atza bridging ligands to form a 2D layer (1-3) or ID chain (4) structure. The fluorescent properties of 2 and 4 are also discussed.  相似文献

The bimetallic complexes [[Fe(III)(phen)(CN)4]2Cu(II)(H2O)2].4H2O (1), [[Fe(III)(phen)(CN)4]2Cu(II)].H2O (2) and [[Fe(III)(bipy)(CN)4]2Cu(II)].2H2O (3) and [[Fe(III)(bipy)(CN)4]2Cu(II)(H2O)2].4H2O (4) (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline and bipy = 2,2'-bipyridine) have been prepared and the structures of 1-3 determined by X-ray diffraction. The structure of 1 is made up of neutral cyanide-bridged Fe(III)-Cu(II) zigzag chains of formula [[Fe(III)(phen)(CN)4]2Cu(II)(H2O)2] and uncoordinated water molecules with the [Fe(phen)(CN)4]- entity acting as a bis-monodentate bridging ligand toward two trans-diaquacopper(II) units through two of its four cyanide groups in cis positions. The structure of 2 can be viewed as the condensation of two chains of 1 connected through single cyanide-bridged Fe(III)-Cu(II) pairs after removal of the two axially coordinated water molecules of the copper atom. The structure of 3 is like that of 2, the main differences being the occurrence of bipy (phen in 2) and two (one in 2) crystallization water molecules. The crystals of 4 diffract poorly but the analysis of the limited set of diffraction data shows a chain structure like that of 1 the most important difference being the fact that elongation axis at the copper atom is defined by the two trans coordinated water molecules. 1 behaves as a ferromagnetic Fe(III)2Cu(II) trinuclear system. A metamagnetic-like behavior is observed for 2 and 3, the value of the critical field (Hc) being ca. 1100 (2) and 900 Oe (3). For H > Hc the ferromagnetic Fe(III)2Cu(II) chains exhibit frequency dependence of the out-of-phase ac susceptibility signal at T < 4.0 K. The magnetic behavior of 4 corresponds to that of a ferromagnetically coupled chain of low spin iron(III) and copper(II) ions with frequency dependence of the out-of-phase susceptibility at T < 3.0 K. Theoretical calculations using methods based on density functional theory (DFT) have been employed to analyze and substantiate the exchange pathways in this family of complexes.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title complex with the stoichiometric formula [Cu(PTA)(Phen)2](p-MBA)(H6O) (Phen=1,10-phenanthroline, PTA=terephthalic acid, p-MBA=p-toluic acid) has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal (C48H40CuN4O10, Mr=896.38) belongs to the monoclinic space group C2/c, with the following crystallographic parameters: a=1.778 6(3) nm, b=1.912 5(3) nm, c=1.389 9(2) nm, β=114.686(2)°, V=4.295 7(12) nm3, Dc=1.386 g·cm-3, Z=4, μ(Mo Kα)=0.574 mm-1, F(000)=1 860, final GooF=1.019, R=0.054 0, wR=0.148 3 for 2 644 observed reflections (I>2σ(I)). The crystal structure shows that the copper(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated with two oxygen atoms from one terephthalic acid molecule and four nitrogen atoms from two 1,10-phenanthroline molecules, forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The cyclic voltametric behavior of the complex is also reported. CCDC: 298809.  相似文献
