A cyclic bimetallic metal-organic complex [Zn(C)(H-fmpdc)(H2O)]2·2H2O (fmpdc = 4-(furan-2-yl)-2,6-dimethylpyridine-3,5-dicarboxylate) was synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray analysis. The compound crystallizes in orthorhombic, space group Pbca with a = 12.905(2), b = 14.774(3), c = 16.833(3)A, V= 3029.4(10)A^3 Z = 4, Dc = 1.644 g/cm^3, F(000) = 1616, R = 0.0347 and wR = 0.0956 (I 〉 2σ(I)). There exist diverse supramolecular motifs (1-D, 2-D and 3-D) from distinct hydrogen bonds in the crystal structure of the title compound. The furanyl group has obvious contribution to the red-shift in the photoluminescent spectrum of the H2fmpdc ligand. The title compound 1 shows strong photoluminescence with emission maximum at 2 = 402 nm (λex.max = 367 nm).  相似文献

The supramolecular terbium complex, {[Tb(SIP)(H2O)5]2(bpy)3(H2O)}n (NaH2SIP = 5-sulfoisophthalic acid monosodium salt and bpy = 4,4'-bipyridyl), has been synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of Tb4O7 with NaH2SIP and bpy at 165 ℃, and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, IR spectrum, powder X-ray diffraction and photoluminescence spectrum. It crystallizes in a monoclinic system, space group C2/c, with a = 30.6840(1), b = 10.9206(2), c = 17.4967(3) A, β= 111.931(1)°, V = 5438.65(14) A^3, Z = 4, C46H52N6O25S2Tb2, Mr = 1470.90, Dc = 1.796 g/cm^3, p = 2.747 mm^-1, F(000) = 2928, the final R = 0.0654 and wR = 0.1322 for 3806 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). In the neutral [Tb(SIP)(H2O)5]2 motif, the Tb(III) ions are linked by the SIP ligands to form a one-dimensional zigzag chain propagating along the c axis. The zigzag chains are linked together by hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions to form a two-dimensional supramolecular framework. The uncoordinated bpy molecules act as pillars to extend the two-dimensional sheets into a distinctive pillared three-dimensional supramolecular structure through O-H...N hydrogen bonds. The photoluminescence of the complex was investigated at room temperature in the solid state.  相似文献

A novel coordination polymer of [Zn(4-CPOA)(Phen)(H2O)]n (C21H16N2O6Zn,1,4-CPOA = 4-carboxylato-phenoxyacetate dianion and Phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,IR,TG,PL and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group of P1 with a = 9.622(3),b = 9.631(3),c = 11.526(4)A,α = 67.719(5),β = 71.203(5),γ = 83.552(6)o,V = 935.5(5) A^3,Z = 2,Dc = 1.625 g/cm^3,μ = 1.357 mm^-1 and F(000) = 468. The Zn(II) ion is surrounded by three carboxylate O atoms from two different 4-CPOA groups, two N atoms from the Phen ligand and one water molecule, forming a distorted octahedral coordination configuration. The Zn(II) ions were alternately interlinked by carboxylate groups of 4-CPOA with chelating bisbidentate and monodentate modes into a one-dimensional zigzag chain having an intrachain distance of ca. 9.631(1) . Under the direction of supramolecular recognition and attraction, the adjacent chains yield a double-stranded chain through π-π stacking between the phen ligands, which was further expanded into a 2-D framework via strong C–H–π interaction (ca. 2.95(1) ) between the 4-CPOA ligands and into a 3-D supramolecular network by strong hydrogen bond between terminal water molecule and carboxyl group. TG/DTG shows that its chain skeleton is thermally stable up to 419 oC and the blue fluorescent emission of the complex was determined at 471 nm in a solid state with its long decay lifetime of 1.83 ns.  相似文献

In the dinuclear unit, two Cun atoms are bridged by two H2dhbd chelate anions, forming a 14-membered ring, in which the distance of Cu…Cu atoms is 7.0526(12)A. The mononuclear complex, Cu(H2SIP-O)(bpy)(H2O) (H4SIP-O = 4-hydroxyl- 5-sulfoisophthalic acid and bpy = 2,2'-dipyridyl), has been synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of Cu(OH)2 with NaH2SIP and bpy at 160 ℃, and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis and IR spectrum. The new ligand 4-hydroxyl-5-sulfoisophthalic acid derived from 5-sulfoisophthalic acid ligand under an in situ hydrothermal condition. The crystal of the complex crystallizes in a triclinic system, space group P1, with a = 7.757(4), b = 10.663(6), c = 11.727(7)A, α = 94.272(4), β = 104.067(7), γ = 97.400(7)°, V= 927.4(9)A^3, Z = 2, C18H14N2O9SCu, Mr= 497.93, Dc= 1.783 g/cm^3,μ = 1.350 mm^-1, F(000) = 506, the final R = 0.0518 and wR = 0.1513 for 4180 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The central Cu(II) ion is five-coordinated by two oxygen atoms from the H2SIP-O^2- ligand and two nitrogen atoms of bpy ligand in a distorted square-planar geometry as well as a water oxygen atom in the apical position to complete a distorted square-pyramidal coordination geometry. The mononuclear copper molecules are linked by hydrogen bonds between coordinated water molecules and sulfonate groups to form a one-dimensional double-chain structure. The chains are further held together through extensive π-π stacking interactions between the aromatic rings to form a three- dimensional supramolecular structure.  相似文献

A supramolecular framework, 1.5Zn(phen)3·L·3NO3 (C63H48Zn1.5N16O9S), has been synthesized. The ligand L was synthesized by the condensation of p-aminoacetophenone with thiosemicarbazide. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group C2/c, with a = 31.005(2), b = 15.114(2), c = 24.887(3) A, β = 94.260(2)° Z = 8, V = 11630(2)A^3 Dc = 1.489 g/cm^3, Mr = 1303.29,λ(MoKa) = 0.71069 A,μ= 0.735 mm^-1, F(000) = 5368, Rint = 0.0699, R= 0.0505 and wR= 0.0707. Two independent Zn atoms are both coordinated by six N atoms from three phen ligands. π-π and C-H…π interactions among the L ligands and Zn(phen)3 cations, π-π and C-H...π interactions among the Zn(phen)3 cations and N-H...O hydrogen bonds among the L ligands and nitrate anions connect the whole structure into a 3-D supramolecular framework.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reaction of Cd(OAc)2.H2O with 1,2-benzenedicarboxylate (1,2-BDC), imidazole and H2O resulted in the formation of a binuclear polymeric Cd( Ⅱ ) complex {[Cd2(1,2-BDC)2(Im)4].(H2O)}n which was then characterized by elemental analyses and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal is of monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 14.6455(3), b = 9.3530(2), c = 23.7838(5)A, β= 106.6290(10)°, Cl12H104CdgN32O36, Mr = 3373.47, V = 3121.64(11)A^3, Dc = 1.795 g/cm^3, F(000) = 1672,μ= 1.428 cm^-1 and Z = 1. The final R = 0.0316 and wR = 0.0687 for 5045 reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). In the title complex, the two Cd( Ⅱ) ions are in different coordination environments with distorted octahedral and pengonal bipyramidal geometries, respectively. Two Cd polyhedra are linked together through one μ2-η^1:η^1 and one μ2-η^1:η^1 carboxylate groups from different 1,2-BDC ligands, giving rise to a binuclear Cd( Ⅱ ) cluster, and such clusters are connected by bridged 1,2-BDC ligands to form a 2-D structure along the c axis. The inter- and intermolecular hydrogen bonds further connect the 2-D structures into a 3-D supramolecular network.  相似文献

Two new Zn(Ⅱ)-MOFs were synthesized based on an asymmetric Schiff-base ligand LH, which is obtained by the condensation of 5-formyl-8-hydroxyquinoline and 3-pyridinecarboxylic acid hydrazide. In different mixed solvents, we get two new isomorphism compounds, [Zn(L)2]·C4H8O2·2MeOH(1) and [Zn(L)2]·CH2Cl2·2MeOH(2). Compounds 1 and 2 have been characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis and IR. Compound 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c, with a = 13.856(4), b = 14.156(4), c = 9.620(3) , β = 110.167(5)°, V = 1771.3(9) 3, Dc = 1.500 g/cm3, C38H38N8O8 Zn, Mr = 800.13, F(000) = 832, μ(MoKα) = 0.761 mm-1, Z = 2, the final R = 0.0596 and wR = 0.1221 for 2112 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)). Compound 2 belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c, with a = 13.575(3), b = 14.130(3), c = 9.485(2) , β = 107.908(3)°, V = 1731.2(6) 3, Dc = 1.529 g/cm3, C35H32Cl2N8O6 Zn, Mr = 796.96, F(000) = 820, μ(MoKα) = 0.926 mm-1, Z = 2, the final R = 0.0527 and wR = 0.1395 for 2501 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)). The Zn(Ⅱ) centers in both 1 and 2 display a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The octahedral Zn(Ⅱ) nodes and L linkages build up 2-D nets consisting of parallelogram-like grids in the ab plane. The neighboring nets stack through hydrogen bonds to generate 3-D rhombic channels. In 1, the 1,4-dioxane and MeOH guests alternatively arrange in the channels and effectively take up the free space; while in 2, the CH2Cl2 guests are arranged in the channels. In addition, the encapsulated MeOH molecules are bonded to the framework by hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The solvothermal reaction of 3-amino-1H-1,2,4-triazole (ttr) with Zn(ClO4)2·6H2O and NaCl in a 1:1:1 molar ratio gave a new complex [Zn(ttr)Cl]n with a 3-connected (4.82) 2-D struc- ture. The layers stack in the -ABAB- way along the c axis with abundant hydrogen bonding interac- tions to form the crystal structure. The complex [Zn(ttr)Cl]n crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pbca with a = 9.369(1), b = 10.049(1), c = 11.905(1) , V = 1120.9(3) 3, Z = 8.00, C2N4H3ZnCl, Mr = 183.90, Dc = 2.180 g/cm3, μ = 4.740 mm-1, F(000) = 720, S = 1.059 and T = 293(2) K. The final R = 0.0662 and wR = 0.2457 for 956 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I), and R = 0.0689 and wR = 0.2504 for all data.  相似文献

A series of six Ag(I) and Zn(II) coordination polymers, namely, [Ag(2)(ndc)](∞) (1), {[Zn(ndc)(H(2)O)](H(2)O)}(∞) (2), {[Ag(2)(ndc)(4bpy)(2)][Ag(4bpy)(H(2)O)](ClO(4))(H(2)O)(2)}(∞) (3), [Zn(5)(ndc)(4)(4bpy)(2)(μ(3)-OH)(2)](∞) (4), {[Ag(ndc)(abp)][Ag(abp)](H(2)O)(3)}(∞) (5), and {[Zn(2)(ndc)(2)(abp)(H(2)O)(2)](H(2)O)(2)}(∞) (6), have been prepared by using 2,3-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid (H(2)ndc), an analogue of 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid (H(2)bdc), and different 4,4'-bipyridyl-like bridging co-ligands 4,4'-bipyridine (4bpy) and trans-4,4'-azobis(pyridine) (abp). The initial complexes 1 and 2 display the unusual two-dimensional (2-D) five-connected (4(8).6(2)) and the 2-D three-connected (4.8(2)) coordination networks, respectively. When two comparable rod-like linkers 4bpy and abp (with different N,N'-donor separations of the molecular backbones of ca. 7 and 9 ?) are further introduced, two one-dimensional (1-D) complexes 3 and 5, a three-dimensional (3-D) coordination framework 4 with (4(3))(4(3).6(3))(4(3).6(5).8(2))(4(4).6(4).8(2))(4(10).6(5)) topology and a 2-D 6(3) layered coordination polymer 6 are constructed. A structural comparison of these complexes with those based on the structurally related bdc ligand suggests that the extended π-conjugated system of ndc with different electronic nature and steric bulk play an important role in constructing the supramolecular architectures for 1-6, which are also regulated by different bridging N-donor co-ligands and metal ions. Moreover, complexes 1-6 show strong solid-state luminescence emissions at room temperature that mainly originate from the intraligand transitions of ndc.  相似文献

Two mononuclear metal-organic complexes, [Co(Hmpdc)2(H2O)4]·4H2O 1 and [Ni(Hfmpdc)2(H2O)4]·6H2O 2, were prepared from 2,6-dimethylpyridine-3,5-dicarboxylic acid (H2mpdc) and 4-furyl-2,6-dimethylpyridine-3,5-dicarboxylic acid (H2fmpdc) with M(NO3)2 salts, respectively, and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy, and photoluminescent measurement. Complex 1 crystallizes in triclinic, space group P with a = 7.634(5), b = 8.695(5), c = 10.757(6)(A), α = 69.647(7), β = 69.957(8), γ = 83.733(7)°, V = 628.9(7)(A)3, Dc = 1. 561 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 0.763 mm-1, F(000) = 309, Z = 1, the final R = 0.0553 and wR = 0.1469 for 1909 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Complex 2 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 9.5934(16), b = 12.422(2), c = 14.826(3)(A), β = 105.201(2)°, V = 1705.0(5)(A)3, Dc = 1. 479 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 0.655 mm-1, F(000) = 796, Z = 2, the final R = 0.0351 and wR = 0.0889 for 2387 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). In the crystal structures of 1 and 2, diverse supramolecular motifs from 1-D chains/ladders to 3-D networks are constructed from corresponding distinct [MⅡ(H2O)8] ion clusters as the second building units, respectively. The solid state compounds of 1 and 2 show similar photoluminescent spectra with emission maximum at ca. 466 nm at room temperature.  相似文献

The reactions of 1,2,3,4-benzenetetracarboxylic acid (H(4)mpda) and different silver(I) salts under hydrothermal or solvent evaporation conditions yielded four unusual coordination complexes with interesting frameworks: [Ag(4)(mpda)](n) (1), {[Ag(2.5)(mpda)(bpy)(2)]·[Ag(bpy)]·[Ag(bpy)(H(2)O)]·(NO(3))(0.5)·(H(2)O)(9)}(n) (2), {[Ag(5)(mpda)(2)(bpy)(4)]·[Ag(bpy)]·[Ag(bpy)(H(2)O)]·[Ag(bpy)(H(2)O)]·(H(2)O)(16)}(n) (3), {[Ag(2)(mpda)(H(2)O)]·[Ag(bpy)]·[Ag(bpy)]}(n) (4) (bpy = 4,4'-bipyridine). Complex 1 displays a novel (3,4,7)-connected {4.6(2)}{4.6(5)}{4(2).6(13).8(5).10} topology, in which the carboxylic groups of the mpda(4-) ligand adopt variable coordination modes. In 1, besides Ag-O coordination bonding, AgAg and Agaromatic intermolecular interactions also make their appearance. In complexes 2-4, rare architectures comprising three or four isolated coordination polymers within the same crystalline structure have been obtained, respectively. In 2 and 3, neighboring layers are linked together through water tapes into a three-dimensional supramolecular architecture, which is also consolidated by π···π stacking, while independent infinite rod-like polymer chains fill the void space between layers. Interestingly, an anionic (H(2)O-NO(3)(-))(n) layer, built from water tapes and nitrate anions as well as consolidated by the mpda(4-) ligands, has been structurally identified in compound 2. A new water tape constructed from alternating tetramers and decamers has been obtained in compound 3. In compound 4, a right-handed helical chain and two rod-like polymeric chains are interconnected through host-guest molecular recognition to generate a three-dimensional chiral supramolecular architecture. Bulk materials for 1 and 4 have second-harmonic generation activity, being approximately 0.6 and 0.4 times that of urea. The IR spectra, thermogravimetric analysis and luminescent properties of all compounds were also investigated.  相似文献

[Cp*Rh(eta1-NO3)(eta2-NO3)] (1) reacted with pyrazine (pyz) to give a dinuclear complex [Cp*Rh(eta1-NO3)(mu-pyz)(0.5)]2.CH2Cl2(3.CH2Cl2). Tetranuclear rectangles of the type [Cp*Rh(eta1,mu-X)(mu-L)(0.5)]4(OTf)4(4a: X = N3, L = bpy; 4b: X = N3, L = bpe; 4c: X = NCO, L = bpy) were prepared from [Cp*Rh(H2O)3](OTf)2 (2), a pseudo-halide (Me3SiN3 or Me3SiNCO), and a linear dipyridyl [4,4'-bipyridine (bpy) or trans-1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethylene (bpe)] by self-assembly through one-pot synthesis at room temperature. Treating complex with NH4SCN and dipyridyl led to the formation of dinuclear rods, [Cp*Rh(eta1-SCN)3]2(LH2) (5a: L = bpy; 5b: L = bpe), in which two Cp*Rh(eta1-SCN)3 units are connected by the diprotonated dipyridyl (LH2(2+)) through N(+)-H...N hydrogen bonds. Reactions of complex 2 with 1-(trimethylsilyl)imidazole (TMSIm) and dipyridyl (bpy or bpe) also produced another family of dinuclear rods [Cp*Rh(ImH)3]2.L (6a: L = bpy; 6b: L = bpe). Treating 1 and 2 with TMSIm and NH4SCN (in the absence of dipyridyl) generated a 1-D chain [Cp*Rh(ImH)3](NO3)2 (7) and a 1-D helix [Cp*Rh(eta1-SCN)2(eta1-SHCN)].H2O (8.H2O), respectively. The structures of complexes 3.CH2Cl2, 4a.H2O, 4c.2H2O, 5b, 6a, 7 and 8.H2O were determined by X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

Self-assembly of silver(I) salts and three ortho-hydroxyl and carboxyl groups decorated arenesulfonic acids affords the formation of nine silver(I)-sulfonates, (NH(4))·[Ag(HL1)(NH(3))(H(2)O)] (1), {(NH(4))·[Ag(3)(HL1)(2)(NH(3))(H(2)O)]}(n) (2), [Ag(2)(HL1)(H(2)O)(2)](n) (3), [Ag(2)(HL2)(NH(3))(2)]·H(2)O (4), [Ag(H(2)L2)(H(2)O)](n) (5), [Ag(2)(HL2)](n) (6), [Ag(3)(L3)(NH(3))(3)](n) (7), [Ag(2)(HL3)](n) (8), and [Ag(6)(L3)(2)(H(2)O)(3)](n) (9) (H(3)L1 = 2-hydroxyl-3-carboxyl-5-bromobenzenesulfonic acid, H(3)L2 = 2-hydroxyl-4-carboxylbenzenesulfonic acid, H(3)L3 = 2-hydroxyl-5-carboxylbenzenesulfonic acid), which are characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TGA, PL, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 is 3-D supramolecular network extended by [Ag(HL1)(NH(3))(H(2)O)](-) anions and NH(4)(+) cations. Complex 2 exhibits 3-D host-guest framework which encapsulates ammonium cations as guests. Complex 3 presents 2-D layer structure constructed from 1-D tape of sulfonate-bridged Ag1 dimers linked by [(Ag2)(2)(COO)(2)] binuclear units. Complex 4 exhibits 3-D hydrogen-bonding host-guest network which encapsulates water molecules as guests. Complex 5 shows 3-D hybrid framework constructed from organic linker bridged 1-D Ag-O-S chains while complex 6 is 3-D pillared layered framework with the inorganic substructure constructing from the Ag2 polyhedral chains interlinked by Ag1 dimers and sulfonate tetrahedra. The hybrid 3-D framework of complex 7 is formed by L3(-) trianions bridging short trisilver(I) sticks and silver(I) chains. Complex 8 also presents 3-D pillared layered framework, and the inorganic layer substructure is formed by the sulfonate tetrahedrons bridging [(Ag1O(4))(2)(Ag2O(5))(2)](∞) motifs. Complex 9 represents the first silver-based metal-polyhedral framework containing four kinds of coordination spheres with low coordination numbers. The structural diversities and evolutions can be attributed to the synthetic methods, different ligands and coordination modes of the three functional groups, that is, sulfonate, hydroxyl and carboxyl groups. The luminescent properties of the nine complexes have also been investigated at room temperature, especially, complex 1 presents excellent blue luminescence and can sensitize Tb(III) ion to exhibit characteristic green emission.  相似文献

This paper presents novel and distinctive organosilver polymers with intriguing structure motifs, constructed from iodoacetonitrile (L1), 1-(isocyanidomethyl)-1H-benzotriazole (L2), 1,3-bis(dicyanomethylidene)indan (L3), and silver(I) salts, respectively. Treatment of L1 with AgClO4 generated [Ag(L1)(ClO4)]n (1), whose X-ray determination revealed a 2-D wavy sheet structure with square grids. Reaction of L2 with AgPF6 gave rise to a novel 2-D wavy interwoven network, ([Ag(L2)(PO2F2)0.5])n (2). The complex [Ag2(L3)2]n (3) obtained by reaction of AgClO4 with L3 can be regarded as unprecedented 3-D 5-fold interpenetrating nets with columnar aromatic stacks and indicates semiconductive behavior. The IR, ESR spectroscopic results, conductivities, and structural features of the complexes are discussed, respectively. The present findings may provide insight into the coordination versatility of silver(I) and polynitrile ligands and an inspiration for the self-assembly of novel supramolecular networks with multifunctional ligands. The title compound, [Ni(C8N3H7)3]4[Mo8O26]2·6H2O 1, has been synthesized from the reaction of 2-(1H-pyrazol-3-yl)-pyridine (L) with (NH4)2MoO4·2H2O and NiCl2·6H2O. Elemental analysis, IR, UV spectra and X-ray single-crystal diffraction were carried out to determine the composition and crystal structure of the compound. Crystal data: C96H96Mo16N36Ni4O58, Mr = 4451.97, monoclinic system, space group P21/n, a = 20.846(5), b = 14.825(5), c = 23.122(5) A ,β= 91.594(5)°, V = 7143(3)A^3, Z = 2, F(000) = 4344, Dc = 2.070 g/cm^3,μ = 1.968 mm^-1, R = 0.0452 and wR = 0.1056 for 17102 independent reflections (Rint = 0.0442) and 11074 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). Structural analysis indicates that two kinds of octamolybdates ([α-Mo8026]^4- and [β-Mo8026]^4-) co-exist in the compound. This is the first example of a supramolecular structure containing L complex as well as both α- and β-octamolybdate clusters.  相似文献
