A photocatalytic method for the determination of chemical oxygen demand (COD) using a nano-TiO2-K2Cr2O7 system is described. The measuring principle is based on direct determination of the change of Cr(III) concentration resulting from photocatalytic oxidation of organic compounds and simultaneous photocatalytic reduction of stoichiometrically involved K2Cr2O7 in the solution. The operation conditions were optimized. The determinative COD value using this method was calculated from the absorbance of Cr(III). The operational characteristics of this method were demonstrated by use of a standard glucose solution as substrate. This method was also applied to the determination of the COD of wastewater samples. The results were in good agreement with those from the conventional (i.e., dichromate) COD methods.  相似文献

磁载光催化剂TiO2/SiO2/Ni0.5Fe2.5O4的制备及其催化氧化性能   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
采用固相反应法制备磁载体(SiO2/Ni0.5Fe2.5O4),溶胶-凝胶法得到易于磁分离回收的磁载光催化剂TiO2/SiO2/Ni0.5Fe2.5O4。用XRD、SEM、IR和UV-Vis等进行表征。研究了太阳光下催化剂对亚甲基蓝溶液的脱色性能。结果表明,在太阳光下,磁载光催化剂TiO2/SiO2/Ni0.5Fe2.5O4可使亚甲基蓝溶液迅速脱色;3次循环使用后脱色率仍为95%以上,回收率为98.8%。  相似文献

A simple and robust on-line sequential insertion system coupled with hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry (HG-AAS) was developed, for selective As(III) and total inorganic arsenic determination without pre-reduction step. The proposed manifold, which is employing an integrated reaction chamber/gas-liquid separator (RC-GLS), is characterized by the ability of the successful managing of variable sample volumes (up to 25 ml), in order to achieve high sensitivity. Arsine is able to be selectively generated either from inorganic As(III) or from total arsenic, using different concentrations of HCl and NaBH4 solutions. For 8 ml sample volume consumption, the sampling frequency is 40 h−1. The detection limit is cL = 0.1 and 0.06 μg l−1 for As(III) and total arsenic, respectively. The precision (relative standard deviation) at 2.0 μg l−1 (n = 10) level is sr = 2.9 and 3.1% for As(III) and total arsenic, respectively. The performance of the proposed method was evaluated by analyzing the certified reference material NIST CRM 1643d and spiked water samples with various concentration ratios of As(III) to As(V). The method was applied for arsenic speciation in natural waters samples.  相似文献

以锐钛矿TiO_2为载体,考察了CeO_2改性对Ag-CeO_2-V_2O_5/TiO_2催化3-甲基吡啶氧化脱甲基性能的影响,并优化了催化剂组成与制备条件.结果表明:Ce掺杂改性不仅能够与V物种作用形成Ce VO_4,而且促进V_2O_5分散,改善活性组分的氧化还原性能,从而提高3-甲基吡啶脱甲基转化率与选择性,改善Ag-V_2O_5/TiO_2催化性能.适宜的催化剂组成为V_2O_5负载量15%,Ce/V的摩尔比0.33,Ag质量分数1.0%.过高的焙烧温度将导致TiO_2载体向金红石型转变,Ag-CeO_2-V_2O_5/TiO_2适宜制备条件为450℃焙烧4 h.  相似文献

TiO2,ZrO2-TiO2,andZrO2-TiO2-CeO2 were prepared by co-precipitation method and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), specific surface area measurements (BET), temperature programmed desorption (NH3-TPD), oxygen storage capacity (OSC), and temperature programmed reduction (H2-TPR). The results showed that ZrO2-TiO2-CeO2 exhibited large number of surface strong acid, possessed some oxygen storage capacity, and strong redox property. The three materials were used as supports and the monolith catalysts were prepared with 1% (w) V2O5 and 9% (w)WO3 for selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of NO with ammonia in the presence of excessive O2, and the results of catalytic activity showed that the catalyst used ZrO2-TiO2-CeO2 as support yielded nearly 100% NO conversion at 275 °C at a gas hourly space velocity (GHSV) of 10000 h−1, and it had the best catalytic activity and showed great potential for practical application.  相似文献

采用改进的sol gel技术制备TiO2/SnO2耦合型半导体光催化剂,利用XRD、气相色谱 仪、粒度仪和表面光电压装置等研究了耦合型半导体光催化机理和光催化效率的影响因素, 并通过降解甲醛探讨其在空气污染治理中的作用.实验结果表明,添加20 %(mol) SnO2的复 合半导体光催化剂,其光催化效率比纯TiO2高一倍以上.据实验结果和粒子紧密堆积原理,提 出强耦合效应和弱耦合效应的光催化反应模型,并用此模型较好地解释了TiO2/SnO2复合型半 导体光催化剂的光催化效率随SnO2含量变化规律.  相似文献

CoFe2O4/TiO2 magnetic composite films were prepared using the sol-gel method with tetrabutyltitanate and metallic chlorates as starting materials. The effects of heat treatment temperatures on microstructures and on magnetic properties were studied. The microstructure and properties of the samples at different heat treatment temperatures were characterized by X-ray diffraction, Raman spectrum, scanning electron microscopy, polarized microscopy and vibrating sample magnetometry. The results show that crystals of different substances grow up independently. Cobalt ferrite is evenly embedded into the titanium dioxide matrix in the prepared composite films. The magnetism of the composite films is enhanced with an increase of the heat temperature. 以水溶性C60和TiO2粒子为前驱体,采用水热法制备了载有C60的锐钛矿型TiO2纳米粒子。应用X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜、红外光谱、紫外-可见漫反射光谱、荧光光谱对产物进行了表征。以对-硝基苯酚为模型污染物研究了产物的光催化活性,结果表明适量负载C60可以提高TiO2纳米粒子的光催化活性,C60起着传输电子、促进TiO2光生载流子分离的作用,且经7次循环使用后对-硝基苯酚的降解效率仍能达到74%。讨论了载有C60的TiO2纳米粒子光催化降解对-硝基苯酚的机理。  相似文献

V2O5/TiO2催化剂表面结构FT-IR发射光谱研究(II)   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
用傅里哀变换红外发射光谱原位考察了V_2O_5/TiO_2催化剂在制备焙烧过程中担载偏钒酸铵的热分解步骤及其形成的表面活性相结构。偏钒酸铵在200 ℃左右分解, 在300 ℃之前完全转化为晶相V_2O_5。担载于TiO_2上的偏钒酸铵在100 ℃左右与TiO_2已产生强的化学作用, 在200 ℃之前已完全分解。对于10%(质量分数)V_2O_5/TiO_2催化剂其担载偏钒酸分解后在1020 cm~(-1)附近出现晶相V_2O_5的特征峰。但在500 ℃进一步焙烧后晶相V_5O_5的峰减弱并在1025—900 cm~(-1)区出现宽峰, 表明部分晶相V_2O_5可能转化为二维高分散的VO_x物种。2%(质量分数)V_2O_5/TiO_2催化剂在焙烧过程中也显示晶相V_2O_5的弱峰, 但同时也观察到属于VO_x物种的宽峰。进一步降低钒担载量, V_2O_5晶相特征峰逐渐消失, 而在1025—900 cm~(-1)区出现二维VO_x物种的宽峰。结果还表明傅里哀变换红外发射光谱是表征氧化物催化剂表面相结构的一种有力的方法。  相似文献

The nanosized titania and TiO2/SiO2 particles were prepared by the microwave-hydrothermal method. The effect of physical properties TTIP/TEOS ratio and calcination temperature has been investigated. The major phase of the pure TiO2 particle is of the anatase structure, and a rutile peak was observed above 800°C. In TiO2/SiO2 particles, however, no significant rutile phase was observed, although the calcination temperature was 900°C. No peaks for the silica crystal phase were observed at either silica/titania ratio. The crystallite size of TiO2/SiO2 particles decreases as compared to pure TiO2 at high calcination temperatures. The TiO2/SiO2 particles show higher activity on the photocatalytic decomposition of orange II as compared to pure TiO2 particles.  相似文献

对环己酮肟气相Beckmann重排反应制己内酰胺B2O3/TiO2-ZrO2催化剂的失活原因和再生方法进行了研究。通过对失活催化剂进行N2吸附、XRD、NH3-TPD等表征后发现,引起催化剂失活的主要原因是催化剂表面因积炭所引起的酸性改变。失活催化剂在600℃于空气气氛中焙烧8h可完全恢复到新鲜催化剂的水平。  相似文献

There is a growing interest in the development of nanocomposites consisting of organic polymers and TiO2 or amorphous SiO2 nanoparticles. These nanoparticles may be released from nanocomposites. There is evidence that amorphous SiO2 and TiO2 nanoparticles can be hazardous. Thus, in the design of nanocomposites with such nanoparticles, hazard reduction extending to the full nanocomposite life cycle would seem a matter to consider. Options for hazard reduction include: changes of nanoparticle surface, structure or composition, better fixation of nanoparticles in nanocomposites, including persistent suppression of oxidative damage to polymers by nanoparticles, and design changes leading to the release of relatively large particles.  相似文献

用浸渍-分解法将Bi2O3纳米颗粒沉积在TiO2纳米管壁上, 制备了Bi2O3/TiO2纳米管阵列. 用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)测定了Bi2O3/TiO2 纳米管阵列的化学组分, 利用X 射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)和紫外-可见(UV-Vis)吸收光谱表征了所制备的样品. 通过在可见光下(λ>400 nm)降解甲基橙(MO)水溶液来评价样品的光催化活性. 结果表明, Bi2O3纳米颗粒均匀地沉积在TiO2纳米管中. Bi2O3/TiO2纳米管阵列具有比纯Bi2O3膜和N-TiO2纳米管阵列高得多的可见光催化活性. Bi2O3/TiO2纳米管阵列活性的增强是其强可见光吸收和Bi2O3与TiO2之间形成的异质结的协同作用的结果.  相似文献

Thin crystals of La2O3, LaAlO3, La2/3TiO3, La2TiO5, and La2Ti2O7 have been irradiated in situ using 1 MeV Kr2+ ions at the Intermediate Voltage Electron Microscope-Tandem User Facility (IVEM-Tandem), Argonne National Laboratory (ANL). We observed that La2O3 remained crystalline to a fluence greater than 3.1×1016 ions cm−2 at a temperature of 50 K. The four binary oxide compounds in the two systems were observed through the crystalline-amorphous transition as a function of ion fluence and temperature. Results from the ion irradiations give critical temperatures for amorphisation (Tc) of 647 K for LaAlO3, 840 K for La2Ti2O7, 865 K for La2/3TiO3, and 1027 K for La2TiO5. The Tc values observed in this study, together with previous data for Al2O3 and TiO2, are discussed with reference to the melting points for the La2O3-Al2O3 and La2O3-TiO2 systems and the different local environments within the four crystal structures. Results suggest that there is an observable inverse correlation between Tc and melting temperature (Tm) in the two systems. More complex relationships exist between Tc and crystal structure, with the stoichiometric perovskite LaAlO3 being the most resistant to amorphisation.  相似文献

以钛酸丁酯为前驱体, 碘溶胶为碘源, 在室温下采用水解沉淀法制备了单质碘和纳米TiO2复合的双介孔结构光催化剂(M-I2-TiO2). 采用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、比表面分析(BET)、紫外-可见(UV-Vis)漫反射光谱和傅里叶变换-红外光谱(FT-IR)对M-I2-TiO2进行了表征. 以次甲基蓝(MB)溶液为模拟废水, 对M-I2-TiO2的光催化性能进行了评价, 研究了不同热处理温度对光催化活性的影响. 结果表明, M-I2-TiO2在可见光区有显著的吸收, 300 ℃热处理得到的样品比表面积高达227.6 m2/g, 600 ℃热处理所得样品的比表面积仍高达111.8 m2/g, 而400 ℃热处理所得样品具有最好的光催化降解性能. 双介孔结构纳米TiO2/I2复合材料的光催化降解性能显著高于相同方法制备的纯TiO2和Degussa P-25商业产品. 催化剂经6次重复使用其光催化活性基本保持不变.  相似文献

以四氯化钛为钛源,尿素为氮源,采用液相水解-沉淀法制得SiO2负载N掺杂TiO2可见光响应TiO2-xNy/SiO2光催化剂(TSN)。以苯酚为模型物,考察了TSN在可见光区、紫外光区及太阳光下的光催化活性,以及催化剂的使用寿命、分离性能。采用XPS、FTIR、UV-Vis DRS、XRD、TEM和低温氮物理吸附等对催化剂的结构进行表征。结果表明,N以阴离子形式进入TiO2体相并置换晶格中的O,适量N掺杂的TSN在紫外光区、可见光区及太阳光下均表现出较高的活性。SiO2与TiO2界面间有Ti-O-Si键形成,结合牢固。N掺杂在TiO2表面生成Ti-O-N键,形成新的能级结构,使催化剂的吸收红移至450~500 nm,诱发TiO2可见光催化活性。SiO2负载可减小TiO2颗粒平均尺寸,增加催化剂比表面积;同时SiO2负载还可改善催化剂的分离性能,提高催化剂使用寿命。  相似文献

The formation of hollow binary ZrO2/TiO2 oxide fibers using mixed precursor solutions was achieved by activated carbon fibers templating technique combined with solvothermal process. The samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), N2 adsorption, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), UV-vis, and infrared (IR) spectroscopy. The binary oxide system shows the anatase-type TiO2 and tetragonal phase of ZrO2, and the introduction of ZrO2 notably inhibits the growth of TiO2 nanocrystallites. Although calcined at 575 °C, all hollow ZrO2/TiO2 fibers exhibit higher surface areas (>113 m2/g) than pure TiO2 hollow fibers. The Pyridine adsorption on ZrO2/TiO2 sample indicates the presence of stronger surface acid sites. Such properties bring about that the binary oxide system possesses higher efficiency and durable activity stability for photodegradation of gaseous ethylene and trichloromethane than P25 TiO2. In addition, the macroscopic felt form for the resulting materials is more beneficial for practical applications than traditional catalysts forms.  相似文献

采用共沉淀法将SnO_2组分掺入到V_2O_5-WO_3/TiO_2催化剂载体TiO_2中,并通过多种物理化学手段,考察了不同SnO_2掺入量时对催化剂结构,表面分散物种和SCR性能影响.结果表明,SnO_2掺入到TiO_2中,元素Sn与Ti以Sn—O—Ti键形式相互作用,促进锐钛矿型TiO_2向金红石型TiO_2转变.在特定条件下,VO_x与WO_x物种和SnTi氧化物之间以V—O—Ti(Sn)和W—O—Ti(Sn)键形式相互作用,提高了VO_x物种可还原能力、促进了具有更多B酸酸量四面体WOx物种和V~(5+)物种生成.VW/SnTi催化剂表面VO_x物种与WO_x物种之间的相互作用更强.因此,VW/SnTi催化剂具有更好的SCR活性.  相似文献

SiO2/TiO2 composite microspheres with microporous SiO2 core/mesoporous TiO2 shell structures were prepared by hydrolysis of titanium tetrabutylorthotitanate (TTBT) in the presence of microporous silica microspheres using hydroxypropyl cellulose (HPC) as a surface esterification agent and porous template, and then dried and calcined at different temperatures. The as-prepared products were characterized with differential thermal analysis and thermogravimetric (DTA/TG), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), nitrogen adsorption. The results showed that composite particles were about 1.8 μm in diameter, and had a spherical morphology and a narrow size distribution. Uniform mesoporous titania coatings on the surfaces of microporous silica microspheres could be obtained by adjusting the HPC concentration to an optimal concentration of about 3.2 mmol L−1. The anatase and rutile phase in the SiO2/TiO2 composite microspheres began to form at 700 and 900 °C, respectively. At 700 °C, the specific surface area and pore volume of the SiO2/TiO2 composite microspheres were 552 and 0.652 mL g−1, respectively. However, at 900 °C, the specific surface area and pore volume significantly decreased due to the phase transformation from anatase to rutile.  相似文献
