基于异质结界面而得以实现的复合型多铁性或磁电耦合性质本质上是一种呈展现象,即这种性质不是其组成成分单独所具有的特性,这体现了材料体系从简单到复杂过程中的某种跳跃式发展过程,即1+1≠2。文章主要介绍了近年来在多铁性异质结上的一些研究进展,包括界面磁电效应、多铁性隧道结以及基于异质结构的电控磁性等。这些进展表明,异质结研究极有可能是多铁性研究走向实用化的突破口。 相似文献

One of the main directions in practical application study of excimer laser lithog-raphy is broadband excimer laser lithography.We have developed a new 1:1 broadband cata-dioptric lens(NA:0.35,field size: 10×10mm~2, wavelength:308nm).A special silicon oil isused to cement the quartz glass lens and CaF_2 lens, and CaF_2 prisms and quartz glass lens.When the excimer laser exposure dose is 220 mJ/cm~2·pulse,the silicon oil is not evaporated.The transmission of cemented surface is good.The mask damage in XeCl excimer laser expo-sure is studied.Three mask damages discovered.The damage threshold of mask is 300 mJ/cm~2·pulse. 相似文献

针对光纤的泵浦耦合问题,对由两片非球面透镜组成的接近1:1光纤间空间耦合器进行了计算和实验验证.利用高斯光束的变化规律对光路进行了分析研究,并根据二极管输出光相干性不好的特点,对非球面透镜进行了光路追迹的模拟计算.研究发现,在泵浦光波长等因素发生变化时,利用椭球面透镜组成的耦合系统较双曲面透镜有更高的稳定性.实验中选用符合计算结果要求的非球面透镜组成耦合装置,利用一台二极管激光器(尾纤输出端面直径约200 μm,N.A.约0.2)泵浦一段芯径约200 μm(N.A.约0.42)的多模光纤,耦合装置的透过率约95%,在光纤端面有反射的条件下约90%的泵浦光耦合进光纤. 相似文献

为研究ZnSe中的本征缺陷和A1在ZnSe中的深能级行为,首先测量了Znse单晶体中的深能级,发现只存在Ec-0.33eV一个电子陷阱。然后,通过热扩散的方法,在300℃~700℃温度范围内把A1掺杂到ZnSe单晶体中,结果发现存在Ec-0.33eV和Ec-0.70eV两个电子陷阱。本文从缺陷化学角度对ZnSe中的本征缺陷和Ec-0.70eV深能级的结构及起源进行了讨论。 相似文献

In the context of the alkali-metal promotion of Si oxidation, high-pressure oxidation of potassium multilayers on cooled Si(111) has been investigated using SEM, micro-AES and AFM. The oxidation process at high pressure turns the potassium islands observed at high coverage into potassium oxides islands. A subsequent potassium desorption at moderate temperature (900 K) yields SiO2 islands (height of 20 nm and lateral dimensions of 10 m) surrounded by a thin continuous SiO2 overlayer. Other conditions such as potassium multilayer coverage exposed to a low O2 pressure, potassium monolayer or simultaneous potassium/oxygen adsorption yield a uniform SiO2 overlayer. 相似文献

采用密度泛函理论与周期性平板模型相结合的方法,对HCOOH在Pd(111)表面top, fcc, hcp, bridge 四个吸附位和Pd-Fe(111)表面Pd-top, Fe-top, PdPd-bridge, PdFe-bridge, FeFe-bridge, Pd2Fe-hcp, PdFe2-hcp, Pd2Fe –fcc, PdFe2-fcc等9个吸附位的13种吸附模型进行了能量计算、构型优化,得到了HCOOH较有利的吸附位;并对清洁表面进行能带分析。结果表明:掺杂Fe后,Pd催化剂对HCOOH催化活性增强;HCOOH在Pd(111)表面的最稳定吸附位fcc的吸附能是-41.8kJ•mol-1,在Pd-Fe(111)表面的最稳定吸附位Pd2Fe-hcp的吸附能是-126.5 kJ•mol-1,而且HCOOH在金属表面属于化学吸附。 相似文献

The AMPS-ID program is used to investigate electrical and optical properties of the thin film solar cell of a-SiC:H/a-Si1-xGex:H/a-Si:H. The short circuit current density, open circuit voltage, fill factor and efficiency of the solar cell are investigated. The efficiency of the solar cell is 9.19% as thickness of a-Si1-xGex:H is 340 nm with Ge content x=0.1. In addition, we also discuss the factors which affect solar cell efficiency. 相似文献

We use the Pair Approximation method to analyze the magnetic and magnetocaloric behaviors of diluted mixed spin S_A=1 and spin S_B=1/2 with the anisotropic Heisenberg model, on a cubic lattice with coordination number z=6. Our system is described in presence of an external magnetic field; the phase diagram and thermodynamic properties related to the concentration of magnetic atom(A or B) and the single ion anisotropy are constructed and discussed.Special attention is paid to magnetocaloric properties provided by isothermal entropy change as well as the cooling capacity. These cooling power keys are plotted and discussed as a function of interaction anisotropy and magnetic component concentration of two sublattices ions A and B. Numerical results show a double peak structure in the entropy change curve and the inverse magnetocaloric effect related to the presence of the negative single-ion anisotropy. 相似文献

根据计算得到的双波长激光振荡的阈值条件,激光实验中对全反镜镀制1 319和1 338 nm的全反膜(其反射率大于99.73%,而对1 064 nm激光的反射率约为7%);输出镜采用对1 064 nm强谱线95%的高透过率,而对1 319和1 338 nm谱线的透过率分别为34.7%,32.5%,有效抑制了强线1 064 nm振荡,成功实现了1 319和1 338 nm Nd:YAG同时双波长激光脉冲输出。当输入能量为125 J时,1 319和1 338 nm脉冲双波长激光的单脉冲总输出能量为0.89 J,电-光转换效率为0.71%,斜率效率为0.89%。输出的双波长激光的中心波长分别在1 318.8和1 338.2 nm处,谱线宽度(FWHM)分别为0.35和0.48 nm,强度之比为36:44。 相似文献
