The dimers are linked by Cl...(Ar)...Cl, Cl...O and Cl...Cl interactions to form a three-dimensional pattern. The glasses representing (Bi2O3)x(WO3)y(TeO2)100?x?y and (PbO)x(WO3)y(TeO2)100?x?y systems were prepared. The dilatometric glass-transition temperatures of examined glass samples were found in the region 383–434 °C, the coefficient of thermal expansion varied from 12 to 16 ppm/°C and the density ranged from 6.302 to 6.808 g/cm3. From the optical transmission measurements of thin glassy bulk samples prepared by a glass blowing, the optical gap values were found in the narrow region 3.21–3.36 eV. For the temperature interval 300–480 K, the values of the temperature coefficient of the optical band gap varied from 3.7 × 10?4 to 5.24 × 10?4 eV/K. It is suggested that Raman feature observed at around 350 cm?1 can be assigned to an overlap of Raman bands attributed to WO6 corner shared octahedra and to the following three atomic linkages: Bi–O–Te, Pb–O–Te and W–O–Te.  相似文献

Thermal properties of rapidly quenched alloys from the DyMn6?xGe6?xFexAlx (1 ? x ? 2.5) series produced by melt-spinning have been investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The DSC curves show two exothermic effects connected with crystallization processes. Crystallization temperatures and enthalpies ΔH have been estimated. The systematic changes in these parameters allow concluding that the crystallization exothermic events are independent. Effective activation energies E have been determined using the Kissinger analysis and relatively high values up to 480 ± 20 kJ/mol for DyMn4Ge4Fe2Al2 have been found indicating high thermal stability of the amorphous state in this alloy series.  相似文献

A lead-free Ba(1?x)CaxTi(1?y)ZryO3 (BCZT) single crystal (x=0.08, y=0.26) was grown by the Czochralski (CZ) method in a mixed flux of TiO2 and ZrO2. The composition of as-grown BCZT was analyzed by electron probe micro-analysis. The structure, dielectric properties and phase transition were investigated at different temperatures. The X-ray diffraction results confirmed that the structure of the as-grown BCZT crystal was cubic both at 25 °C and 500 °C. The temperature dependence of the dielectric constant and Raman spectra characterization revealed that there was a phase transition from cubic to tetragonal, which happened between 200 K and 250 K. With increasing frequency, the Curie temperature shifted towards high temperature.  相似文献

Epitaxial oxide thin film layers are of interest for model catalytic studies. We report the growth of Ce1?xPrxO2?δ mixed oxide layers of different stoichiometries (x=0–1) and oxygen deficiency (δ>0) on Si(111) by co-evaporating molecular beam epitaxy. The main objective is to identify the crystal phases and to investigate the correlation between compositions and crystal structures. X-ray photoemission spectroscopy was performed to quantify the stoichiometries. An extensive laboratory and synchrotron based X-ray diffraction analysis was carried out to determine the vertical and lateral lattice orientations and the strain status of the layers. The study revealed that single crystalline Ce1?xPrxO2?δ/Si(111) heterostructures can be epitaxially grown on Si(111) for model catalytic studies. In addition to the structure–stoichiometry relationship typical to mixed oxide bulk powders, we identified a hexagonal mixed Ce–Pr oxide thin film phase not yet reported in bulk studies.  相似文献

The rotamers about the C(5)–C(6) bond of a series of 2,3,4-tri-O-acetyl-6-X--D-glucopyranozide derivatives resulting by substitution at C(6) or O(6) have been studies with1H-NMR spectroscopy (400 MHz) and X-ray structure analysis. The methyl 2,3,4-tri-O-acetyl-6-O-triphenylmethyl--D-glucopyranoside and the N-(I-O-methyl-2,3,4-tri-O-acetyl--D-glucopyranose-6-yl)-pyridinium nitrate crystallize in the P21 space group with =14.940(1),b=11.232(1),c=9.0773(7), and =94.480(7) anda=7.670(1),b=15.384(3),c=9.624(1) and =104.90(1), respectively; the methyl 2,3,4-tri-O-acetyl-6-O-nitro--D-glucopyranoside and methyl 2,3,4-tri-O-acetyl-6-O-deoxy-6-iodo--D-glucopyrano-side crystallize in the P212121 space group witha=5.630(1),b=14.360(1) andc=22.388(3), anda=5.556(1),b=14.303(6) andc=21.963(6), respectively.  相似文献

The influence of isomorphous replacement in the cation sublattice on the kinetics of the phase transition in single crystals of the solid solutions (K x (NH4)1 ? x ) m H n (SO4)(m + n)/2 · yH2O belonging to the K3H(SO4)2-(NH4)3H(SO4)2-H2O salt system was studied. Superproton phase transitions for the end compositions of this system have been found earlier. The optical and thermal properties of crystals with the composition (K,NH4)3H(SO4)2 in the temperature range from 295 to 500 K were investigated, and the crystal structure was determined at 295 K. The results of the study and the comparison with the literature data show that the replacement of potassium atoms with ammonia leads to a fundamental change in the kinetics of the phase transition, the phase-transition temperature remaining virtually unchanged.  相似文献

Treatment of Fe2(CO)6(2-PPhH)2 with BuLi (2 equiv.), followed by the addition of PtCl2 (dppe), affords the phosphido-bridged cluster Fe2(CO)6(3-PPh)2Pt(dppe). The Fe2Pt cluster was isolated and characterized in solution by IR and 31P NMR spectroscopy, and the molecular structure of Fe2(CO)6(3-PPh)2Pt(dppe) determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. Fe2(CO)6(3-PPh)2Pt(dppe) crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pbca, a = 17.539(3) Å, b = 21.490(2) Å, c = 22.959(3) Å, V = 8653.5(18) Å3, Z = 8, dcalc = 1.670 g cm–3; R = 0.0644, Rw = 0.0389 for 5040 observed reflections with I > 3(I).  相似文献

Thin films of As33S67, As33S33.5Se33.5 and As33Se67 prepared by vacuum thermal evaporation were selectively etched in alkaline organic solutions of amines i.e. 1,2-diaminopropane, morpholine, aminoethanol, cyclohexylamine, hexylamine, butylamine and propylamine. Dissolution rates v, resolution coefficients γ and surface quality are discussed and compared to recently published results of etching process in inorganic solutions of NaOH, Na2S and (NH4)2S. The resolution coefficients achieved in amine based solutions are by the order of magnitude higher than ones in inorganic etchants. Etching in organic solutions showed increase of the resolution coefficient and decrease of dissolution rate of exposed and unexposed film in the sequence of propylamine, butylamine, hexylamine and cyclohexylamine solution. The role of different type of amine on dissolution rate and resolution coefficient is discussed. The dissolution parameter γ is getting worse in the same type of solvent with increasing content of Se. The dissolution mechanism and relation between photo-structural change and dissolution behavior of films are proposed. New results of negative selective etching of Agx(As0.33Se0.67)100?x in NaCN are presented and compared with selective etching curves of recently published Agx(As0.33S0.67)100?x and Agx(As0.33S0.335Se0.335)100?x thin films. Potential application is shown in fabrication of ‘microlenses like’ motive into the Ag–As33S67 thin film.  相似文献

Refinement of neutron-diffraction data from a partially deuteriated single crystal of taurine, 2-aminoethylsulfonic acid, confirms the zwitterion structure, ND 3 + (CH2)2SO 3 ? , at room temperature; the S?C?C?N torsion angle of thegauche configuration in the solid state is ?69.40. Hydrogen positions have been located more precisely than in the earlier X-ray analysis to yield apparent bond lengths N?D/H=1.02(1) Å and C?H=1.08(1) Å.  相似文献

The structural behavior of rapidly quenched amorphous CuxZr100?x alloys was investigated in a wide composition range between 35 and 70 at.% Cu content. High-energy X-ray diffraction patterns, atomic pair correlation functions, mass density and the thermal stability behavior of the alloys all exhibit monotonic changes with composition. Partial pair correlation functions were determined assuming that they remain unchanged in the different amorphous CuxZr100?x alloys and only the weight fractions become altered with changes in composition. The experimental results can be well described by a solid solution-like replacement of Cu and Zr atoms in the whole composition range. No indications are observed neither for the existence of a special atomic arrangement at a particular chemical composition nor for the presence of phase separation in the glassy state of the binary Cu–Zr system.  相似文献

采用简单的共沉淀法制备了新型ZnSn(OH)6/SrSn(OH)6复合光催化剂。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、紫外可见-漫反射吸收光谱(UV-Vis)、N2吸附脱附、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)对样品的结构、形貌和光吸收性质进行了表征,并以甲苯为目标污染物对其光催化性能进行评价。结果表明,与纯相SrSn(OH)6和ZnSn(OH)6相比,复合材料ZnSn(OH)6/SrSn(OH)6的紫外光吸收能力显著增强,光生载流子的复合效率降低,进而增强了其光催化降解甲苯的效率。复合样品ZSH/SSH-10摩尔比为10%对甲苯的降解率达到58%,是SrSn(OH)6单体的1.35倍。循环使用5次后,ZSH/SSH-10的降解率仍保持51%以上,说明该催化剂具有良好的循环稳定性。  相似文献

The direct reaction of hydrated lanthanide nitrate salts with 18-crown-6 in 31 CH3CNCH3OH has resulted in the isolation and structural characterization of [Pr(NO3)3(18-crown-6)] and [M(NO3)3(OH2)3]·18-crown-6 (M=Y, Eu, Tb–Lu). (The Eu and Yb analogs were confirmed with preliminary cell data only.) [Pr(NO3)3(18-crown-6)] is 12-coordinate icosahedral and crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pbca with (at 20°C)a=12.230(2),b=15.598(4),c=21.777(9)Å andD calc=1.89 g cm–3 forZ=8. The seven isostructural [Pr(NO3)3(18-crown-6)] complexes all contain 9-coordinate capped square antiprismatic metal centers hydrogen bonded via the bound water molecules to D3d 18-crown-6 within the lattice to form hydrogen bonded polymeric chains. Each complex is orthorhombic Pnma with cell parameters as follows: M=Tb (20°C):a=15.242(6),b=14.253(11),c=11.070(6)Å,D calc=1.83 g cm–3 forZ=4; M=Dy (20°C):a=15.248(3),b=14.239(5),c=11.058(3)Å,D calc=1.84 g cm–3 forZ=4; M=Y (19°C):a=15.260(2),b=14.238(2),c=11.048(3) Å,D calc=1.64 g cm–3 for Z=4; M=Ho (20°C):a=15.226(4),b=14.208(15),c=11.028(3)Å,D calc=1.86 g cm–3 forZ=4; M=Er (20°C):a=15.250(3),b=14.208(7),c=11.028(3)Å,D calc=1.87 g cm–3 forZ=4; M=Tm (20°C):a=15.246(6),b=14.190(16),c=11.013(6) Å,D calc=1.88 g cm–3 forZ=4; M=Lu (21°C):a=15.244(9),b=14.158(6),c=10.980(7)Å,D calc=1.90 g cm–3 forZ=4.  相似文献

The magnetic and lattice properties of a sample of La(Fe0.86Si0.14)13 ferromagnet have been measured. The influence that neutron irradiation has on the physical properties of this ferromagnet is studied. It is shown that the irradiation of this sample by a fluence of 3 × 1019 n/cm2 increases the lattice constant a and the Curie temperature (T C ) as the volume magnetostriction decreases. A model of ferromagnet is proposed which satisfactorily describes the dependence a(T) of the initial and irradiated samples and their magnetic properties. The temperature dependence of the change in entropy when switching the magnetic field on and off is calculated. It is established that the change in both the magnetic and lattice parts of the total entropy at the magnetic phase transition must be taken into account for La(Fe x Si1 ? x )13 compounds.  相似文献

The title compound [P(tpp)Cl2]+Cl crystallizes in the space group P21/n witha=10.701(2),b=24.860(2),c=14.799(2), =94.24(2)°,Z=4. The phosphorus atom has an octahedral coordination geometry formed by the four nitrogen atoms (Np) of the porphyrinato group and the two chloride ions. As33S67−ySey, where y = 0, 16.75, 33.5, 50.25 and 67, amorphous thin films were prepared by a vacuum thermal evaporation technique. The films with known silver concentrations and good optical quality were prepared by thermal vacuum evaporation of a silver film on the top of As33S100−ySey films with sequential step-by-step optically- and thermally-induced diffusion and dissolution (OIDD) of silver. The range of silver content was x = 0–25 at.%. The kinetics of OIDD of silver were measured optically by monitoring the change of thickness of the undoped part of the chalcogenide during broadband illumination. Compositions of the reaction products have been determined by scanning electron microscope with energy-dispersive X-ray microanalyser EDS. Optical properties (T,n,Egopt) of thin films were measured and/or calculated by the Swanepoel method [R. Swanepoel, J. Phys. E: Sci. Instrum. 16 (1983) 1214]. The refractive index increase with increasing silver and selenium concentration has been shown. The difference of the refractive index (Δn) between undoped and silver doped films was ∼0.4 and between As33S67 and As33Se67 was films ∼0.42. Non-linear indices of refraction were estimated according to Tichy’s formula [H. Ticha, L. Tichy, J. Optoel, Adv. Mat. 4 (2002) 381]. The values of non-linear refractive index grew with increasing silver and selenium content. The difference of optical bandgap, ΔEgopt, between undoped As33S67 and fully doped films with Ag and Se was ∼1 eV. Raman spectroscopy showed a decrease in S–S or Se–Se bonds with increasing silver content.  相似文献

The reaction between the dianion [Fe2(CO)6(2-S)2]2– and NiCl2(dppf) occurs readily at room temperature to give the mixed-metal cluster Fe2(CO)6(3-S)2Ni(dppf) in moderate yield. Fe2(CO)6(3-S)2Ni(dppf) was isolated by preparative chromatography and its solid-state structure established by X-ray diffraction analysis. Fe2(CO)6(3-S)2Ni(dppf) crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c, a = 20.320(6), b = 13.114(2), c = 15.622(2) Å, = 110.25(2)°, V = 3905.4(11) Å3, Z = 4, and d calc = 1.630 g/cm.3 The X-ray structure of Fe2(CO)6(3-S)2Ni(dppf) exhibits an Fe2S2Ni arachno polyhedral core, with the pendant dppf ligand attached to an essentially square planar Ni center. The redox chemistry of Fe2(CO)6(3-S)2Ni(dppf) was investigated by cyclic voltammetry which showed a reversible, one-electron oxidation localized on the Fe2S2 core along with an irreversible, one-electron reduction that is antibonding with respect to the Fe—Fe and Fe—S bonds. The electrochemical assignments were confirmed by carrying out extended Hückel MO calculations on the model cluster Fe2(CO)6(3-S)2Ni(H4-dppf).  相似文献

Cs2Na[Bi(SCN)6] crystallizes in the trigonal space group with one formal molecule per unit cell.M=846.25,a=7.189(1),c=10.580(2) ,V=473.5(1) ,D x =2.967 g cm–3, (MoK)=13.70 mm–1,F(000)=378. FinalR=0.029 for 917 absorption-corrected reflections. The structure consists of infinite[Bi(SCN)6Na] 2– anionic chains along thec axis with slightly distorted octahedral Bi–6S and Na–6N coordination and Cs+ ions surrounded by three anionic chains with irregular coordination by six N and three S atoms. X-ray powder diffractograms of three complexes, Cs2Na[Bi(SCN)6–x Cl x ] withx=2, 3 and 4, indicate that the mixed complexes are not isostructural and can be indexed in different orthorombic unit cells witha=14.617(8),b=12.32(1),c=10.769(6) forx=2;a=15.37(1),b=10.81(1),c=10.287(6) forx=3 anda=14.662(7),b=14.366(7),c=7.932(4) forx=4. The two dinuclear complexes Cs2Na[Bi2(SCN)9–x Cl x ] withx=2 and 3, despite the large similarity of their diffractograms, are not isostructural and can be indexed in different orthorombic unit cells witha=14.79(1),b=13.72(1),c=10.591(5) forx=2 anda=18.423(8),b=15.657(7),c=7.410(7) forx=3.  相似文献
