In the present study, highly efficient and simple dispersive solid‐phase extraction procedure for the determination of haloacetic acids in water samples has been established. Three different types of layered double hydroxides were synthesized and used as a sorbent in dispersive solid‐phase extraction. Due to the interesting behavior of layered double hydroxides in an acidic medium (pH?4), the analyte elution step was not needed; the layered double hydroxides are simply dissolved in acid immediately after extraction to release the analytes which are then directly introduced into a liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry system for analysis. Several dispersive solid‐phase extraction parameters were optimized to increase the extraction efficiency of haloacetic acids such as temperature, extraction time and pH. Under optimum conditions, good linearity was achieved over the concentration range of 0.05–100 μg/L with detection limits in the range of 0.006–0.05 μg/L. The relative standard deviations were 0.33–3.64% (n = 6). The proposed method was applied to different water samples collected from a drinking water plant to determine the concentrations of haloacetic acids.  相似文献

A new facile, rapid, inexpensive, and sensitive method for the analysis of six trace trichlorophenols in seawater samples was developed by magnetic micro‐solid‐phase extraction coupled to liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry. Core–shell covalently functionalized ferroferric oxide coated with aminated silicon dioxide and decorated with multiwalled carbon nanotubes was applied as an adsorbent to perform the extraction process. The effect of factors including solution pH, contact time, adsorbent amount, and ionic strength were investigated in detail. The obtained results revealed that the proposed adsorbent was a highly effective and low‐cost magnetic micro‐solid‐phase extraction material for the enrichment of 2,3,4‐trichlorophenol, 2,3,5‐trichlorophenol, 2,3,6‐trichlorophenol, 2,4,5‐trichlorophenol, 2,4,6‐trichlorophenol, and 3,4,5‐trichlorophenol from seawater. Under the optimized conditions, the recoveries ranged from 88.0 to 99.5% at the three spiking levels, the limits of detection and the limits of quantification were 0.002 and 0.007 μg/L for the six trichlorophenols, respectively. The intra‐ and interday relative standard deviations were 2.0–6.7 and 4.5–8.9%, respectively. The calibration curves showed a good linearity in the range of 0.02–5.0 μg/L. The routine run analyses showed that the developed method was fast, simple, accurate, solvent‐saving and high resolution, and it was suitable for the determination of trace trichlorophenols in seawater.  相似文献

Tetracyclines abuse has frequently occurred in aquaculture against bacteria, rickettsiae, spirochetes, and mycoplasmas. In this study, a high‐throughput sample preparation method was developed using 96‐well plate solid‐phase extraction (p‐SPE) and the extract was analyzed by ultra‐performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC‐MS/MS). The experimental conditions were optimized such that the pH is 4, the eluting solvent is methanol (2 mL), and the sorbent is hydrophilic‐lipophilic balance (HLB) microsphere. The whole protocol was validated, and it showed that the tetracyclines were linear with correlation coefficients ≥ 0.9990, precision and accuracy (RSD%) in 3.9–6.1%, and mean recoveries of 88.6–103.6%. To exhibit the potential of 96‐well p‐SPE as a routine tool for inspection and quarantine, fresh aquatic samples were tested, and among which positive samples were observed. This method was demonstrated to be promising for the purification and enrichment of tetracyclines with reduced time and labor, and indeed practically and particularly suitable for widespread tetracyclines analysis.  相似文献

A method was developed for the determination of nine volatile N‐nitrosamines in tobacco and smokeless tobacco products. The targets are N‐nitrosodimethylamine, N‐nitrosopyrrolidine, N‐nitrosopiperidine, N‐nitrosomorpholine, N‐nitrosoethylmethylamine, N‐nitrosodiethylamine, N‐nitrosodipropylamine, N‐nitrosobuylmethylmine, and N‐nitrosodibutylamine. The samples were treated by dispersive solid‐phase extraction using 1 g of primary secondary amine and 0.5 g of carbon and then analyzed by gas chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry with an electron impact ion source. The recoveries for the targets ranged from 84 to 118%, with <16% relative standard deviations at three spiking levels of 0.5, 1.25, and 2.5 ng/g. The limits of detection ranged from 0.03 to 0.15 ng/g. With the use of the proposed method, we detected the presence of six nitrosamines in the range of 0.4–30.7 ng/g. The study demonstrated that the method could be used as a rapid, convenient, and high‐throughput method for N‐nitrosamines analysis in tobacco matrix.  相似文献

UV filters, contained in sunscreens and other cosmetic products, as well as in some plastics and industrial products, are nowadays considered contaminants of emerging concern because their widespread and increasing use has lead to their presence in the environment. Furthermore, some UV filters are suspected to have endocrine disruption activity. In the present work, we developed an analytical method based on liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry for the determination of UV filters in tap and lake waters. Sixteen UV filters were extracted from water samples by solid‐phase extraction employing graphitized carbon black as adsorbent material. Handling 200 mL of water sample, satisfactory recoveries were obtained for almost all the analytes. The limits of detection and quantification of the method were comparable to those reported in other works, and ranged between 0.7–3.5 and 1.9–11.8 ng/L, respectively; however in our case the number of investigated compounds was larger. The major encountered problem in method development was to identify the background contamination sources and reduce their contribution. UV filters were not detected in tap water samples, whereas the analyses conducted on samples collected from three different lakes showed that the swimming areas are most subject to UV filter contamination.  相似文献

We have developed a method of liquid chromatography in tandem with mass spectrometry to monitor therapeutic levels of imatinib in plasma, a selective inhibitor of protein tyrosine kinase. After solid‐phase extraction of plasma samples, imatinib and its internal standard, imatinib‐D8, were eluted with Zorbax SB‐C18 at 60 °C, under isocratic conditions through a mobile phase consisting of 4 mm ammonium formate, pH: 3.2 (solution A) and acetonitrile solution B. The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min with 55% solution A + 45% solution B. Imatinib was detected and quantified by mass spectrometry with electrospray ionization operating in selected‐reaction monitoring mode. The calibration curve was linear in the range 10–5000 ng/mL, the lower limit of quantitation being 10 ng/mL. The method was validated according to the recommendations of the Food and Drug Administration, including tests of matrix effect (bias < 10%) and recovery efficiency (>80 and <120%). The method is precise (coefficient of variance intra‐day <2% and inter‐day <7%), accurate (95–108%), sensitive and specific. It is a simple method with very fast recording time (1.2 min) that is applicable to clinical practice. This will permit improvement of the pharmacological treatment of patients. We utilized ultra‐high performance liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry and dispersive solid‐phase extraction to develop a new method for the detection of nine analytes (scopolamine, cephaeline, strychnine, hyoscyamine, brucine, hydrastine, ajmalicine, colchicine, and oleandrin) in herbal cosmetics. Acetonitrile/water and 2‐propylaminoethylamine were used to disperse and purify during the dispersive solid‐phase extraction step. The analytes were separated by a Waters UPLC HSS T3 column and detected through electrospray ionization source in the positive mode with multi‐reaction monitoring conditions. Under the optimal conditions, the calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.2–100.0 μg/L with the correlation coefficients higher than 0.995. The method limit of quantitation (S/N = 10) were 5.0 μg/kg for oleandrin and 1.0 μg/kg for the other eight alkaloids. The mean recoveries at three spiked concentration levels of 1.0–10.0 μg/kg were in the range of 86.9–116.5% with the intra‐day relative standard deviations (n  = 6) ranging from 2.4 to 8.8%, and inter‐day relative standard deviations ranging from 2.7 to 5.7%. This method is accurate, simple and rapid, and has been applied to the quality supervision of herbal cosmetics in Guangzhou.  相似文献

A novel polystyrene/pyridine composite nanofiber was synthesized and utilized as the sorbent material for the solid‐phase extraction of bisphenol A and five common phthalate esters in milk. The method of extraction integrated extraction and preconcentration of target analytes into a single step. Bisphenol A and five common phthalate esters were selected as target compounds for the development and evaluation of the method. The effects of operating parameters for nanofiber‐based solid‐phase extraction, such as selection and amount of sorbent, the volume fraction of perchlorate (precipitate protein), desorption solvent, volume of desorption solvent, and effect of salt addition were optimized. Under optimal conditions, higher extraction recoveries (89.6–118.0%) of the six compounds in milk spiked at three levels were obtained, and the satisfied relative standard deviation were ranged from 0.6 to 10.9%. The detection limits and quantification limits of the method ranged from 0.01 to 0.06 μg/L and 0.05 to 0.53 μg/L, respectively. Matrix effects were also verified and well controlled in the range of 91.3–109.3%. The new method gave better performance metrics than Chinese standard method and other published methods. Thus, the proposed method may be applied to the analysis of the phthalate esters and bisphenol A in complex matrixes.  相似文献

In this study, a mixed hemimicelle solid‐phase extraction method based on Fe3O4 nanoparticles coated with sodium dodecyl sulfate was applied for the preconcentration and fast isolation of six fluoroquinolones in environmental water samples before high‐performance liquid chromatography determination. The main factors affecting the extraction efficiency of the analytes, such as amount of surfactant, amount of Fe3O4 nanoparticles, extraction time, sample volume, sample pH, ionic strength, and desorption conditions, were investigated and optimized. The method has detection limits from 0.05 to 0.1 ng/mL and good linearity (r ≥ 09948) in the range 0.1–200 ng/mL depending on the fluoroquinolone. The enrichment factor is ~200. The recoveries (at spiked levels of 1, 5, and 50 ng/mL) are in the range of 79–120%.  相似文献

A novel dispersive solid‐phase extraction combined with vortex‐assisted dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction based on solidification of floating organic droplet was developed for the determination of eight benzoylurea insecticides in soil and sewage sludge samples before high‐performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detection. The analytes were first extracted from the soil and sludge samples into acetone under optimized pretreatment conditions. Clean‐up of the extract was conducted by dispersive solid‐phase extraction using activated carbon as the sorbent. The vortex‐assisted dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction based on solidification of floating organic droplet procedure was performed by using 1‐undecanol with lower density than water as the extraction solvent, and the acetone contained in the solution also acted as dispersive solvent. Under the optimum conditions, the linearity of the method was in the range 2–500 ng/g with correlation coefficients (r) of 0.9993–0.9999. The limits of detection were in the range of 0.08–0.56 ng/g. The relative standard deviations varied from 2.16 to 6.26% (n = 5). The enrichment factors ranged from 104 to 118. The extraction recoveries ranged from 81.05 to 97.82% for all of the analytes. The good performance has demonstrated that the proposed methodology has a strong potential for application in the multiresidue analysis of complex matrices.  相似文献

In this work, an easy, effective, and sensitive method based on graphene oxide@silica@magnetite composites as adsorbent of magnetic solid‐phase extraction combined with liquid chromatography and tandem mass spectrometry, was established and validated for the trace analysis of cytokinins in different plants. The prepared magnetic composite was characterized by infrared spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, Brunauer–Emmett–Teller analysis, and magnetic hysteresis. Under the optimized conditions, good linearities in the range of 0.5–100 ng/mL were obtained with the corresponding linear correlation coefficient >0.9989 for the investigated four cytokinins, and good sensitivity levels were achieved with low detection limits ranging from 93 to 120 pg/mL. The established magnetic solid‐phase extraction with liquid chromatography and tandem mass spectrometry method has been validated in the separation and analysis of four cytokinins in plant samples with good recoveries between 78.9 and 97.3% for four cytokinins with the relative standard deviations lower than 13.5%.  相似文献

A solid‐phase extraction combined with a liquid chromatography‐tandem mass spectrometry analysis has been developed and validated for the simultaneous determination of 44 pharmaceuticals belonging to different therapeutic classes (i.e., antibiotics, anti‐inflammatories, cardiovascular agents, hormones, neuroleptics, and anxiolytics) in water samples. The sample preparation was optimized by studying target compounds retrieval after the following processes: i) water filtration, ii) solid phase extraction using Waters Oasis HLB cartridges at various pH, and iii) several evaporation techniques. The method was then validated by the analysis of spiked estuarine waters and wastewaters before and after treatment. Analytical performances were evaluated in terms of linearity, accuracy, precision, detection, and quantification limits. Recoveries of the pharmaceuticals were acceptable, instrumental detection limits varied between 0.001 and 25 pg injected and method quantification limits ranged from 0.01 to 30.3 ng/L. The precision of the method, calculated as relative standard deviation, ranged from 0.3 to 49.4%. This procedure has been successfully applied to the determination of the target analytes in estuarine waters and wastewaters. Eight of these 44 pharmaceuticals were detected in estuarine water, while 26 of them were detected in wastewater effluent. As expected, the highest values of occurrence and concentration were found in wastewater influent.  相似文献

In this study, a simple and accurate sample preparation method based on dispersive solid‐phase extraction and dispersive liquid‐liquid microextraction has been developed for the determination of seven novel succinate dehydrogenase inhibitor fungicides (isopyrazam, fluopyram, pydiflumetofen, boscalid, penthiopyrad, fluxapyroxad, and thifluzamide) in watermelon. The watermelon samples were extracted with acetonitrile, cleaned up by dispersive solid‐phase extraction procedure using primary secondary amine, extracted and concentrated by the dispersive liquid‐liquid microextraction procedure with 1,1,2,2‐tetrachloroethane, and then analyzed by ultra high performance liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry. The main experimental factors affecting the performance of dispersive solid‐phase extraction and dispersive liquid‐liquid microextraction procedure on extraction efficiency were investigated. The proposed method had a good linearity in the range of 0.1–100 µg/kg with correlation coefficients (r) of 0.9979–0.9999. The limit of quantification of seven fungicides was 0.1 µg/kg in the method. The fortified recoveries of seven succinate dehydrogenase inhibitor fungicides at three levels ranged from 72.0 to 111.6% with relative standard deviations of 3.4–14.1% (n = 5). The proposed method was successfully used for the rapid determination of seven succinate dehydrogenase inhibitor fungicides in watermelon.  相似文献

Phenoxy acid herbicides are widely used herbicides that play an important role in improving the yield and quality of crops. However, some research has shown that this kind of herbicide is poisonous to human and animals. In this study, a rapid and sensitive method was developed for the detection of seven phenoxy acid herbicides in water samples based on magnetic solid‐phase extraction followed by liquid chromatography and tandem mass spectrometry. Magnetic amino‐functionalized multiwalled carbon nanotubes were prepared by mixing bare magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles with commercial amino‐functionalized multiwalled carbon nanotubes in water. Then the amino‐functionalized multiwalled carbon nanotubes were used to enrich phenoxy acid herbicides from water samples based on hydrophobic and ionic interactions. The effects of experimental variables on the extraction efficiency have been studied in detail. Under the optimized conditions, the method validation was performed. Good linearities for seven phenoxy acid herbicides were obtained with squared regression coefficients ranging from 0.9971 to 0.9989. The limits of detection ranged from 0.01 to 0.02 μg/L. The method recoveries of seven phenoxy acid herbicides spiked at three concentration levels in a blank sample were from 92.3 to 103.2%, with inter‐ and intraday relative standard deviations less than 12.6%.  相似文献

Magnetic dispersive solid‐phase extraction followed by dispersive liquid?liquid microextraction coupled with gas chromatography/mass spectrometry was applied for the quantitative analysis of phenazopyridine in urinary samples. Magnetic dispersive solid‐phase extraction was carried out using magnetic graphene oxide nanoparticles modified by poly(thiophene‐pyrrole) copolymer. The eluting solvent of this step was used as the disperser solvent for the dispersive liquid?liquid microextraction procedure. To reach the maximum efficiency of the method, effective parameters including sorbent amount, adsorption time, type and volume of disperser and extraction solvents, pH of the sample solution, and ionic strength as well as desorption time, and approach were optimized, separately. Characterization of the synthesized sorbent was studied by utilizing infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and energy‐dispersive X‐ray analysis. Calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.5?250 ng/mL (R2 = 0.9988) with limits of detection and quantification of 0.1 and 0.5 ng/mL, respectively. Intra‐ and interday precisions (RSD%, n = 3) of the method were in the range of 4.6?5.4% and 4.0?5.5%, respectively, at three different concentration levels. Under the optimal condition, this method was successfully applied for the determination of phenazopyridine in human urine samples. The relative recoveries were obtained in the range of 85.0?89.0%.  相似文献

A novel and simple online solid‐phase extraction liquid chromatography‐tandem mass spectrometry method was developed and validated for the simultaneous determination of diazepam and its five metabolites including nordazepam, oxazepam, temazepam, oxazepam glucuronide, and temazepam glucuronide in human oral fluid. Human oral fluid was obtained using the Salivette® collection device, and 100 μL of oral fluid samples were loaded onto HySphere Resin GP cartridge for extraction. Analytes were separated on a Waters Xterra C18 column and quantified by liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry using the multiple reaction monitoring mode. The whole procedure was automatic, and the total run time was 21 min. The limit of detection was in the range of 0.05–0.1 ng/mL for all analytes. The linearity ranged from 0.25 to 250 ng/mL for oxazepam, and 0.1 to 100 ng/mL for the other five analytes. Intraday and interday precision for all analytes was 0.6–12.8 and 1.0–9.2%, respectively. Accuracy ranged from 95.6 to 114.7%. Method recoveries were in the range of 65.1–80.8%. This method was fully automated, simple, and sensitive. Authentic oral fluid samples collected from two volunteers after consuming a single oral dose of 10 mg diazepam were analyzed to demonstrate the applicability of this method.  相似文献

A poly(butyl methacrylate‐co‐ethylene dimethacrylate) monolithic column was fabricated and used as a novel sorbent for online solid‐phase extraction coupled to liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry for the simultaneous determination of Sudan I–IV in chili pepper powder. The prepared columns were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, nitrogen adsorption‐desorption, and pressure drop measurements. Online solid‐phase extraction was performed on the synthesized monolithic column using 10 mM ammonium acetate solution as the loading solution with the aid of an online cleanup chromatography system. The desorption of Sudan I–IV was achieved with acetonitrile as the eluting solution at the flow rate of 0.5 mL/min. The extracted analytes were subsequently eluted into a C18 analytical column for chromatographic separation using a mixture of 10% acetonitrile/90% formic acid (0.5%) solution as the mobile phase. Under the optimized conditions, the developed method had linear range of 1.0–50 μg/kg, a detection limit of 0.3 μg/kg, and a quantification limit of 1.0 μg/kg for each analyte. The intraday and interday recoveries of Sudan I–IV in chili pepper powder samples ranged from 94.8 to 100.9% and 94.9 to 99.4%, respectively. The intraday and interday precision were between 3.37–7.01% and 5.01–7.68%, respectively.  相似文献

A recent guideline recommends therapeutic drug monitoring for risperidone, paliperidone and olanzapine, which are frequently used second‐generation antipsychotics. We developed a simple high‐performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry coupled with an online solid‐phase extraction method that can be used to measure risperidone, paliperidone and olanzapine using small (40 μL) samples. The analytes were extracted from serum samples automatically pre‐concentrated and purified by C8 (5 μm, 2.1 × 30 mm) solid‐phase extraction cartridges, then chromatographed on an Xbidge™ C18 column (3.5 μm, 100 × 2.1 mm) thermostatted at 30°C with a mobile phase consisting of 70% acetonitrile and 30% ammonium hydroxide 1% solution at an isocratic flow rate of 0.3 mL/min, and detected with tandem mass spectrometry. The assay was validated in the concentration range from 2.5 to 160 ng/mL. Intra‐ and inter‐day precision for all analytes was between 1.1 and 8.2%; method accuracy was between 6.6 and 7.6%. The risperidone and paliperidone assay was compared with a high‐performance liquid chromatography‐ultraviolet assay currently used in our hospital for risperidone and paliperidone therapeutic drug monitoring, and the results of weighted Deming regression analysis showed good agreement. For the olanzapine assay, we compared 20 samples in separate re‐assays on different days; all the relative errors were within the 20% recommended limit.  相似文献

In this study, a method coupling turbulent flow chromatography with online solid‐phase extraction and high‐performance liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry was developed for analyzing the lignans in Magnoliae Flos. By the online pretreatment of turbulent flow chromatography solid‐phase extraction, the impurities removal and analytes concentration were automatically processed, and the lignans were separated rapidly and well. Seven lignans of Magnoliae Flos including epieudesmin, magnolin, 1‐irioresinol‐B‐dimethyl ether, epi‐magnolin, fargesin aschantin, and demethoxyaschantin were identified by comparing their retention behavior, UV spectra, and mass spectra with those of reference substances or literature data. The developed method was validated, and the good results showed that the method was not only automatic and rapid, but also accurate and reliable. The turbulent flow chromatography with online solid‐phase extraction and high‐performance liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry method holds a high potential to become an effective method for the quality control of lignans in Magnoliae Flos and a useful tool for the analysis of other complex mixtures.  相似文献
