Liquid-membrane electrodes sensitive to atropinium and novatropinium cations are described. The atropinium electrode exhibits rapid and near-Nernstian response in the 10-2–3 × 10-5 M range over the pH range 2–8.5; the novatropinium electrode shows near-Nernstian response in the 10-2–3 × 10-6 M range at pH 2–10. Other alkaloids interfere. Direct potentiometry and potentiometric titrations are used to determine atropine and novatropine in pharmaceutical preparations with satisfactory results.  相似文献

A selective, sensitive and simple ion-selective piezoelectric (ISP) sensor was developed for the direct determination of isoniazid (INH) in body fluids. Based on sensitive mass response of piezoelectric quartz crystal and selective adsorption/desorption across the modified film, the ISP sensor was fabricated by coating a PVC film containing activant on one electrode of a thickness-shear mode piezoelectric quartz crystal. The observed frequencies of ISP sensor were found to decrease with the increase of the INH concentration in a 0.1 M NaNO(3) solution. In this paper, three activants, INH-phosphotungstate (I), INH-silicotungstate (II), and INH-[BiI(4)](-) (III), were synthesized and investigated. Calibration graphs were linear from 6x10(-8) to 2x10(-3) M for I, 2x10(-7) to 2x10(-3) M for II and 2x10(-7) to 2x10(-3) M for III, with detection limits 6x10(-8) M for I, 2x10(-7) M for II and 2x10(-7) M for III, in a 0.1 M NaNO(3) solution at pH 7.0 and 37 degrees C. Recoveries were from 98% to 102% with R.S.D. up to 2%. Results for real samples obtained by the proposed method agreed well with those obtained by the conventional pharmacopeia method.  相似文献

以柠檬酸为碳源,三聚氰胺和甲醛为双掺杂剂合成碳量子点,并对合成的量子点进行透射电镜(TEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、紫外吸收光谱(UV)和荧光光谱(RF)表征,结果表明该量子点粒径均一,发光稳定,适合用作荧光探针。优化了碳量子点含量、pH、反应时间以及温度等影响因素,结果显示检测波长λmax=425 nm时,连翘苷在0.008~0.030 mg/mL范围内有良好的线性关系,1/△f=0.00005(1/c)+0.0003(R2=0.9948),加标回收率在92.5%~106.3%之间,RSD<5%,且干扰物质、反应时间、温度等因素在一定范围内对实验结果的测定无影响。该方法可用于药剂中连翘苷含量的测定。  相似文献

The construction of a liquid-membrane type permanganate ion-selective electrode and its application to potentiometric titrations are described. The benzylcetyldimethylammonium-permanganate ion-pair in the aqueous phase is easily extracted into nitrobenzene and the extract is employed as the liquid ion-exchange membrane of the ion-selective electrode. The electrode gives Nernstian response to permanganate in the concentration range from 10(-6) to 10(-1)M, and the potential is almost independent of pH over the range from 3.0 to 10.5. The electrode can be used as indicator electrode in potentiometric titrations with permanganate.  相似文献

A naproxenate-selective electrode with a liquid membrane consisting of a tetraheptylammonium-naproxenate ion pair dissolved in p-nitrocumene is described. The electrode exhibits a rapid and near-Nernstian response to naproxenate activity from 10(-1) to 10(-4) M at pH 9.0 (borate buffer). No serious interference from common ions and tablet excipients was found and the electrode was used for the direct assay of naproxen tablets by means of the calibration graph technique and of suppositories using the standard additions technique. A dissolution study of naproxen tablets was also carried out and the results compared favourably with those given by the USP XXI methods.  相似文献

Flow-injection post chemiluminescence determination of atropine sulfate   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
A new post chemiluminescence (PCL) reaction was observed when atropine sulfate was injected into the reaction mixture after the finish of CL reaction of Ce(IV) and sodium sulfite. The possible mechanism for the PCL reaction was discussed via the investigation of the CL kinetic characteristics, the CL spectra, the UV absorption spectra and the fluorescence spectra of some related substances. The flow injection PCL method for the determination of atropine sulfate was established. The relative standard deviation (R.S.D.) was 2.8% (n = 11, c = 5.0 × 10−6 g mL−1). The PCL intensity responded linearly to the concentration of atropine sulfate in the range 1.0 × 10−6 to 5.0 × 10−5 g mL−1 with a linear correlation of 0.9947. The detection limit was 4 × 10−7 g mL−1 atropine sulfate. The method had been applied to the determination of atropine sulfate in the tablets and the results were consistent with the method of Chinese pharmacopoeia.  相似文献

In this work, a new concept of the solid-state sensors free from EMF instabilities is proposed. In order to prevent the formation of an aqueous layer underneath the ion-selective membrane, instead of improving the hydrophobicity of the monolayer, the moieties terminated with acrylate groups were incorporated within the redox-active monolayer structure. It allowed to “sew” all phases of the sensor (i.e., the transducer, the intermediate layer and the ion-selective membrane) and to obtain a stable and durable ion-selective sensor. It is shown that newly designed monolayer containing both the ferrocene- and the acrylate-terminated molecules does not affect the working parameters of the electrode, such as selectivity or the slope of the calibration curve, although the EMF drift of the sensor is significantly reduced to 0.2 mV per day.  相似文献

Theoretical consideration was proposed for the frequency response of a series piezoelectric sensor to the properties of liquid and verified experimentally. This kind of sensor has sensitive and selective frequency response to the permittivity and specific conductivity of solution with excellent stability, and was applied to the determination of micro-content of water in organic solvents. Supramolecular optical chemosensors are useful tools in analytical chemistry for the visualization of molecular recognition information. One advantage is that they can be utilized for array systems to detect multiple analytes. However, chemosensor arrays have been evaluated mainly in the solution phase, which limits a wide range of practical applications. Thus, appropriate solid support materials such as polymer gels and papers are required to broaden the scope of the application of chemosensors as on-site analytical tools. In this review, we summarize the actual approaches for the fabrication of solid-state chemosensor arrays combined with powerful data processing techniques and portable digital recorders for real-world applications.  相似文献

Sugar-aza-crown ether-based cavitand 1 can act as a selective turn-on fluorescence sensor for hydrogen sulfate ion in methanol among a series of tested anions. Spectroscopic studies, particularly NMR spectroscopy, revealed that the C-H hydrogen bonding between 1,2,3-triazole ring of cavitand 1 and hydrogen sulfate ion is crucial for the high selectivity of the receptor for hydrogen sulfate.  相似文献

A piezoelectric sensor is used for the determination of sulpha-drugs, as pure substances and in their dosage forms, by an indirect micro method based on reaction of the sulpha-drug with bromine and reduction of the resultant N-bromoderivative with iodide to form iodine, which after extraction is monitored with a piezoelectric quartz sensor. Redox graphene-MXene(rGO-MXene) nanocomposites were prepared by ion polymerization and used to construct a highly sensitive electrochemical sensor for baicalin(BA) detection. The synergistic effect of rGO and MXene increased the specific surface area and electron transport capacity of the electrode, and significantly enhanced the electrochemical response of BA. The cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry were used to investigate the electrochemical behavior of BA on the sensor. Under the optimal conditions, the peak current exhibited a good linear relationship with BA concentration in the range of 0. 05-10 μmol / L, and the limit of detection was as low as 28 nmol / L. The method was applied to analyze traditional Chinese medicine preparations containing baicalin, such as Qingkailing Capsule and Sanhuang Tablets with good accuracy and spiked recovery. The results were highly consistent with those of high performance liquid chromatography, providing a technical means for the rapid and sensitive detection of traditional Chinese medicine preparations. © 2022, Youke Publishing Co.,Ltd. A chloramine-T (CAT) selective electrode with a liquid membrane of nickel batho-phenanthroline—chloramine-T dissolved in 2-nitro-p-cymene is described. The liquid membrane electrode exhibits rapid and near Nernstian response to chloramine-T activity from 10-1 to 10-4 M. The response is unaffected by pH in the range 5–9. Major interferences are penodate and perchlorate. In analytical applications, direct potentiometnc methods for the determination of chloramme-T, ascorbic acid, and arsenic(III), and a titnmetric method for ascorbic acid are described. Ascorbic acid and arsenic(IU) in the ranges 0.4–40 and 0.5–2 mg, respectively, can be determined with relative errors of 1–2%. The method has been applied to the determination of ascorbic acid in pharmaceutical preparations.  相似文献

A novel sensor for acetic acid vapour determination is proposed. This sensor is based on a piezoelectric crystal covered with a film of diethylenetriamine. For the sensor development a system of our own design-consisting of testing chamber, oscillator circuit and measure instruments-has been employed. The sensor shows its activity to the acetic acid vapours for more than 60 days. The selectivity is adequate although some vapours interfere: hydrochloric acid, formic acid, formaldehyde, tributyl phosphate, chloroform, chlorobenzene, acetone and isobutylmethylketone. The sensor described can be applied to detect acetic acid vapours in the presence of other vapours: acetonitrile, acrolein, benzene, n-hexane, ethanol, propanol, n-butyl acetate, isopropyl ether, isoamyl alcohol, ethyl ether, methylene chloride, carbon tetrachloride and toluene. The major advantages of the proposed sensor over other existing techniques are its simplicity, reduced cost and capacity for use in situ.  相似文献

介绍了盐酸曲马多离子选择性电极的制备,特性以及在药物分析方面的应用。综合考虑活性物质的含量和增塑剂种类及含量的影响,选择了以盐酸曲马多—四苯硼钠缔合物为活性物质,以DOP为增塑剂的电极体系。该电极在5×10-5~1×10-2mol/L范围内表现能斯特响应,斜率为57.1mV/pC,检测下限为1×10-5mol/L。电极对多种异质离子表现良好的选择性。运用电位法测定药物中的盐酸曲马多,回收率为94.9%~106.0%。  相似文献

All-solid-state ion-selective electrodes that use a conducting polymer as the ion-to-electron transducer have emerged as one of the most promising classes of all-solid-state potentiometric sensors in recent years. This is largely because it has many analytical advantages, including high response stability, which is unique in the field of internal-solution-free ion-selective electrodes. 在弱酸性介质中, 四羧基铝酞菁和硫酸庆大霉素本身的共振散射(RLS)均较弱, 但两者相互作用形成离子缔合物时, RLS显著增强, 在350~500 nm之间有一个强散射带, 最大散射峰位于401 nm. 而且散射强度与硫酸庆大霉素的浓度成正比, 可用于硫酸庆大霉素的定量测定, 线性范围为0.025~1.5 μg/mL, 检出限0.018 μg/mL. 方法可用于市售硫酸庆大霉素注射液含量的测定.  相似文献
