3-Amino-1-phenyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-5-one (1) was used as starting material for the synthesis of a number of azo compounds 3a—3c and azomethine derivative 4. The deblocking of 3a—3c and 4 gave rise to 5a—5c and 6 in which a free amino was revealed. The diazonium salts of 5a—5c and 6 were coupled with several phenols to produce a number of bis azo compounds 7a—7c and 8a—8c with azomethine in position 4 and azoic group in position 3. The prepared dyes were structurally confirmed by elemental analysis, spectral methods and applied to different fibers (wool, polyester and blend of wool/polyester) as disperse dyes and their fastness properties were measured.  相似文献

The application of microwave techniques for chemical synthesis has attracted considerable interest in recent years because of their enhanced selectivity, reduced reaction time, easier work-up procedure. Aromatic amines are widely used as intermediate for dyes, photographic materials, pharmaceutical and agricultural chemicals and as antioxidants. In this study,linear absorption,single-photon excited fluorescence,fluorescence quantum yields,fluorescence lifetime and two-photon excited fluorescence of a series of triphenylamine derivatives (L1,L2,L3 and L4) have been measured.L1 and L3 are D--A type dyes,while L2 and L4 are D--D--A type dyes (D=donor,A=acceptor).The investigated compounds consist of triphenylamine-bearing donor-substituted and/or systematically extended-conjugated length,which are designed to gain insight into the effect of the ethoxyl unit and-linkage length on the linear and nonlinear optical properties.The influence of solvent polarity on the photophysical properties was investigated.Employing time-dependent density functional theory (TD-DFT) calculations,the structure-property relationships are discussed.  相似文献

Series of coumarins containing heterocyclic substituent in 3-position were prepared. Sulfonyl chloride, a reactive group, was drawn into the heterocycle, and further condensed with amines to give series of new compounds that contain N-alkyl sulfamide. The spectral properties and dyeing character of these new dyes are discussed. A bathochromic shift (10 nm), enhanced fastness in light and sublimation (1-2 grade) and larger molar extinction coefficient (increase 104 L ·mol-1 ·cm-1) are apparent with these new compounds. In the meantime, larger solubility appears with these new compounds.  相似文献

The first-principles density functional calculations are performed to study the geometries and electronic structures of HgGa2X4(X = S,Se,Te) semiconductors with defect chalcopyrite structures,and the optical properties of all crystals are investigated systematically.The results indicate that these compounds have similar band structures and the band gap decreases from S to Se to Te.For the linear optical properties,three crystals show good light transmission in the IR and part visible regions,and in particular,HgGa2S4 and HgGa2Se4 crystals possess moderate birefringence.For the nonlinear optical properties,these crystals have stronger second harmonic generation(SHG),and are theoretically predicted to have larger second-order static SHG coefficients( 30 pm/V).The SHG of HgGa2X4(X = S,Se,Te) semiconductors can be attributed to the transitions from the bands near the top of valence band derived from X(X = S,Se,Te) p states to the unoccupied bands contributed by the p states of Ga atoms.Our results indicate that the HgGa2S4 and HgGa2Se4 compounds are good candidates for nonlinear optical crystals in the IR region.  相似文献

We describe the sol-gel synthesis of a new family of organic-inorganic hybrid materials, in which various vinylpolymers are covalently bonded to and uniformly distributed in inorganic oxide matrices. The materials can be tailored tohave both good toughness and hardness while maintaining excellent optical transparency. Doping the sol-gel metal oxideswith optically active compounds such as D-glucose results in new optical rotatory composite materials. Removal of thedopant compounds from the composites affords mesoporous oxide materials, which represents a new, nonsurfactant-templated route to mesoporous molecular sieves. We have successfully immobilized a series of enzymes and other bioactiveagents in mesoporous materials. Catalytical activities of the enzyme encapsulated in mesoporous materials were found to bemuch higher than those encapsulated in microporous materials.  相似文献

Novel heptamethine 3H-indocyanine dyes are synthesized and embedded into a matrix of silica gel derived from tetraethoxysilicane. The photophysical properties of these near infrared dyes in various solvents and in SiO2 sol gel were investigated. The results show that the dyes containing cyclohexenylene bridge and N-(p-carboxy)benzyl groups have better photostability and longer absorption wavelength than those containing linear heptamethine bridge and/or N-(5-carboxy)pentanyl groups. The absorption maxima of these dyes are in reverse proportion to the polarity of the solvents. The microenvironment of the dyes in SiO2 sol-gel characters medium polarity (between methanol and DMF) according to the absorption maxima.  相似文献

With chenodeoxycholic acid as starting material,a series of lactam derivatives of chenodeoxycholic acid was synthesized and their antiproliferative activities against some cancer cells were determined.Among the synthesized derivatives,compounds 6 and 18 displayed distinct antiproliferative activity against PC-3,H-292,SKBR3 and Hey-1B cancer cells,and compounds 10,17 and 18 showed significant antiproliferative activity against SKBR3 cells.Our results reveal that the position of hydroximino on ring A or B of the parental scaffold dramatically affects the antiproliferative activity of these compounds.The conversion of 7-hydroximino to other substituent or 7-hydroximino to 3-hydroximino in the compounds resulted in a dramatic decrease of the antiproliferative activity,suggesting the importance of 7-hydroximino group for the biological activity of the compounds.The structure/activity correlation generated from the studies provides valuable information for the further design of novel chemotherapeutic drugs.  相似文献
