Summary From the seends ofCheiranthus allioni hort. another three cardiac glycosides have been isolated. One of them has been identified as cheirotoxin. It has been established that in cheirotoxin the D-glucose is attached to C4 of the D-gulomethylose and this glycoside therefore has the structure of strophanthidin 3-O-[4-O--D-glucopyranosyl--D-gulomethylopyranoside]. The two other glycosides, which have been named sarmentogulomethyloside and gulosarmentoglucoside are new and are, respectively, sarmentogenin-3-O--D-gulomethylopyranoside and sarmentogenin 3-O-[4-O--D-glucopyranosyl--D-gulomethylopyranoside].For Communication VIII see [1].Khar'kov Scientific-Research Institute of Pharmaceutical Chemistry. Zusammenfassung Analog wie in vorherigen Mitteilungen1–4 wurden -Pyridyl-hydrazono-cyanacetylcarbamidsäureäthylester (1), 1-(-Pyridyl)-5-cyan-6-azauracil (2), 1-(-Pyridyl)-6-azauracil-5-carbonsäure (3), deren Thioamid (4), und Amidoxim (5), welches in 1-(-Pyridyl)-5-[5-methyl-1,2,4-oxdiazolyl(3)]-6-azauracil (6) überge-führt wurde, hergestellt.
-Pyridylhydrazono-cyanacetylcarbamic acid ethyl ester (1), l-(-pyridyl)-5-cyano-6-azauracil (2), 1-(-pyridyl)-6-azauracil-5-carboxylic acid (3), its thioamide (4) and amidoxime (5) were prepared as described in preceding communications. (5) was converted into l-(-pyridyl)-5-[5-methyl-1,2,4-oxdiazolyl(3)]-6-azauracil (6).

The precipitates containing mainly iron, aluminium and magnesium hydroxides, obtained from phlogopite dissolved in nitric acid by means of the neutralization procedure with ammonia, have been investigated by thermal analysis (TG, DTG and DTA). According to the present study, which is part of a larger investigation into the chemical utilization of Finnish mica minerals, the formation of solid solutions between iron and aluminium hydroxides in silt increases with an increasing neutralization temperature. Nitrogen exists mainly in the form of nitrate in silts, and magnesium forms mixed hydroxides with aluminium, which causes a separation between the iron hydroxide and magnesium aluminium hydroxide phases.
Zusammenfassung Die von in Salpetersäure gelöstem Phlogopit durch Neutralisierung mit Ammoniak erhaltenen, hauptsächlich Eisen-, Aluminium- und Magnesiumhydroxid enthaltenden Niederschläge wurden thermoanalytisch (TG, DTG und DTA) untersucht. In der vorliegenden Arbeit, die Teil einer grossangelegten Untersuchung zur chemischen Nutzung finnischer Glimmermineralien ist, wird gezeigt, dass die Bildung fester Lösungen von Eisen- und Aluminiumhydroxiden in Schluff mit zunehmender Neutralisationstemperatur ansteigt. Stickstoff kommt in Schluff hauptsächlich in Form von Nitraten vor, und Magnesium bildet Mischhydroxide mit Aluminium, was eine Trennung der Eisenhydroxidphase von der Magnesium-Aluminium-Hydroxidphase bewirkt.

Two new steroid glycosides have been isolated from the leaves of aloe yucca and their structures have been established. Glycosides B and C are tigogenin penta-and hexaosides. In an effort to modify the solubility and dissolution rate of the contraceptive steroid, 19-norprogesterone in order to improve its bioavailability, the cyclodextrin complexation approach was chosen. In solution, the complex formation with -cyclodextrin (-CD), hydroxyethyl -cyclodextrin (HE--CD) and hydroxypropyl -cyclodextrin (HP--CD) was confirmed by using solubility, UV, IR and 1H-NMR spectrophotometric techniques. The phase solubility diagrams were categorized as AL-type. The complexing affinity of the CDs investigated were ranked as follows: -CD > HP--CD > HE--CD. The complexation thermodynamic parameters were obtained from the temperature dependence of the dissociation constants. In the solid state, differential scanning calorimetery (DSC) and optical microscopy methods were utilized to characterize the complexes. Dissolution studies showed that such molecularly encapsulated forms offered a marked improvement in the dissolution rate compared to the parent drug.  相似文献

Inclusion complexation of heptakis (2,6-di-O-methyl)--cyclodextrin (DM--CyD) with -tocopheryl acetate and -tocopheryl nicotinate in aqueous solution was studied by the solubility method. The aqueous solubilities of the esters were about 105 times increased by DM--CyD complexation. The phase-solubility diagram of the tocopheryl ester-DM--CyD systems showed a typicalA p type, and the stability constants (K) of high-order complexes were estimated by analyzing the upward curvature of the diagrams. The solid complex of -tocopheryl nicotinate with DM--CyD in a molar ratio of 12 was prepared by the kneading method. The dissolution rate of the solid complex was much greater than that of the drug itself, and the rapidly dissolving form of -tocopheryl nicotinate, as an example, showed a markedly increased bioavailability (about 70-fold) after oral administration to fasted dogs.  相似文献

The polarographic method with indicator ion was used for investigation of magnesium ion complexation with ammonia. The numerical values of the stability constants 1,2,3,4 and the approximative value of 5 were determined.

Literature information is given on the current state of the study of the chemical transformation of cycloartane triterpenoids. A method has been developed for the transformation of the genin part of glycosides of 20,24-epoxycycloartan-25-ols with retention of the carbohydrate constituents. It has been shown that polymorphism is the reason for the occurrence of (+)N-tosyl-L-glutamic acid 1 with various melting points. 1 occurs in two crystalline forms: and . Form -1 (prisms) having a melting point of 145–147°C is chemically pure and stable. Form -1, however, is unstable and is formed as a result of the stabilizing effect of an organic solvent not introduced into the structure of the crystal. At about 125°C the forms is transformed to the form. The melting point of the form depends on the amount and type of solvent contained in the crystal, which, during measurement cannot leave the system.  相似文献

The compounds, 6-per-O-(t-butyldimethylsilyl)--cyclodextrin(1), 2,3-per-O-benzyl-6-per-O-(t-butyldimethylsilyl)--cyclodextrin(2), 2,3-per-O-benzyl--cyclodextrin (3),2,3,6-per-O-benzyl--cyclodextrin (4),2,3,6-per-O-benzoyl--cyclodextrin (5), are used as keyintermediates in the synthesis of selectively substituted -CD derivatives. Simple and assignable 1H and 13C NMR spectra (chemical shifts and coupling constants) were obtained for compounds1–4 indicating C7 symmetry, 4C1 glucose conformation and major arrangement of H6, H6' atoms at the primary side. The derivative 5, however, gave very broad peaksat room temperature. The peaks could partially be assigned at 270 K, but the broadening was still present at 220 K. This implies that there exist several conformers of similar energyand C1 symmetry that continuously interchange, since there is not a single type of stabilizing interaction thatpredominates. We attributed this phenomenon to the presence of the carbonyl group, which probablydisfavors - stacking and induces random arrangements of the aromatic rings.  相似文献

Proofs are given of the structures of two new glycosides of the furostan series isolated from the leaves of the plantNolina microscarpa S. Wats. (family Dracaenaceae). Nolinofuroside D is (25S)-furost-5-ene-1,3,22,26-tetraol 1-O--D-galactopyranoside 26-O--D-glucopyranoside (I), and nolinofuroside F is (25S)-furost-5-ene-1,3,22,26-tetraol 1-O--D-fucopyranoside 26-O--D-glucopyranoside 3-O--L-rhamnopyranoside (VII). The latter was characterized as its 22-O-methyl ether (VIII). Nolinofuroside E (IV) has the structure of (25S)-furost-5-ene-1,3,22,26-tetraol 26-O--glucopyranoside 1-O-[O--L-rhamnopyranosyl-(12)--D-fucopyranoside], which followed from the structure of the fermentation product (VI). The products of the fermentation of the above-named compounds were present in the plant in only trace amounts. Only one of them — nolinospiroside D (III) — has not been described previously. Summary It was shown that In contrast to the Meerwein-Koelsch reaction, the decomposition of benzenediazonlum fluoborate In esters of ,-unsaturated acids proceeds by a heterolytlc mechanism with the phenyl attacking the -carbon and the carbalkoxyl group of these esters. The reaction with ethyl crotonate gave -methylatropic acid (after hydrolysis) and a small amount of a dibasic acid, C14H16O4 (or C14H14O4). With methyl acrylate it gave atropic acid, phenyl acrylate, and a smaller amount of -methyl--phenylglutaric acid. With methyl methacrylate It formed benzylacrylic acid and the product of further conversions of phenyl methacrylate, namely the keto phenol 2-methyl-5-hydroxyindan-1-one.  相似文献

The conditions for the existence of several steady states of the surface have been found for the simplest mechanism without the assumption of autocatalysis and without the effect of the medium on the catalyst. A possibility has been shown for the explanation of the multiplicity of steady states, found experimentally in the kinetic region, in terms of mechanisms including interactions between various intermediates.

A cluster structure of the surface of a polypyromellitimide film was studied by the electron microscopy and ATR IR spectroscopy methods at different steps of consecutive treatment with aqueous solutions of an alkali and acid. The effective size and fractal dimension D of polyamidoacid clusters, as well as the degree s of the filling of the surface with the latter were calculated from the data of the electron microscopy as a function of the degree of imide group conversion into amidoacid units on the film surface. The s and D parameters were shown to increase with a rise in : s = 0.1–0.3 and D = 1.3–1.4 at < cr and s 0.6 and D 1.7 at > cr, where cr is a critical degree of conversion, which corresponds to the formation of a continuous physical network of polyamidoacid macromolecules or a percolation cluster. In a region close to cr (at < cr), the correlation length land the concentration C of the clusters vary according to the laws of the percolation theory for two-dimensional lattices: l (cr – ) and C (cr – ), where = 1.3 ± 0.1 and = 0.67 ± 0.05.  相似文献

In this work the potential of MIMS (Membrane Introduction Mass Spectrometry) for studying the inclusion of small organic guest molecules into cyclodextrin hosts in aqueous medium was investigated. MIMS profiles showed that the inclusion of benzene in cyclodextrins is favored in the following order: -CD HO-propyl--CD> -CD> -CD with equilibrium constants of K -CD = 404; KHO-propyl-CD = 395, K -CD = 335 and K -CD = 210 M-1 at 25 °C. Kinetic experiments suggested that under the conditions employed the inclusion process has a pseudo first-order dependence on the guest benzene concentration with the following order: -CD > -CD HO-propyl--CD> -CD. MIMS inclusion profiles of chlorobenzene and toluene showed that the presence of substituents in benzene makes the inclusion in -CD more difficult. Experiments with ferrocene--CD have also been carried out, showing that the complex rapidly dissociates in water and the resulting free -CD can complex with benzene present in the solution.  相似文献
