塑料食品接触材料是食品接触材料类别中最常见的一种材料,其本身可能含有的潜在化学危害物质在与食品接触过程中发生吸收、溶解、扩散等迁移行为,进而造成食品污染,危害食品质量安全。采用适宜的样品前处理和检测技术对迁移物进行鉴别分析是塑料食品接触材料安全所面临的巨大挑战。该文就塑料食品接触材料的样品前处理技术和仪器分析技术进行了综述,并展望了其发展趋势和应用前景,旨在为从事塑料食品接触材料质量安全研究和检测的技术人员提供技术参考。  相似文献

1引言 对于疏浚物样品中汞的前处理,通常采用湿法消化法。但该方法操作繁琐,消解时间长,容易引起操作玷污和待测成分损失,而且试剂消耗量大,产生的酸气危害操作人员的身体健康。近年倍受关注的悬浮液进样技术则克服了传统酸消化的不足,具有适合固体分析的优越性以及相对溶液来说所特有的方便性,它减少或避免污染和损失,节省时间。该技术在测定食品、环境和地质样品中痕量元素应用广泛,但尚未见悬浮液原子荧光光谱法应用于疏浚倾废物样品中汞分析的报道。本实验提出一种悬浮液进样技术与原子荧光光谱法相结合测定疏浚倾废物样品中痕量汞的分析方法。研究了悬浮液的粒度、酸介质以及酸度和悬浮液浓度等因素的影响。方法简便,快速,测定结果准确可靠。  相似文献

环境内分泌干扰物(EDCs)是指干扰生物体内保持自身平衡和调节发育过程中天然激素的合成、分泌、运输、代谢、结合、反应、消除等生物过程的外源性化学物质,这类物质的存在会干扰人类和野生动物的内分泌系统,带来生殖障碍、发育异常、免疫功能减弱等问题。EDCs,尤其是使用最为广泛的酚类EDCs,在水环境中的污染特征研究已是当前科学界和公众共同关注的热点问题之一。环境样品基质非常复杂,使得痕量酚类EDCs的分析检测难度较大。该文对近年来环境水体中酚类EDCs的分析方法进行了综述,分别对样品前处理与检测分析技术进行了介绍,其中前处理技术包括样品萃取、样品净化和样品衍生化,检测分析技术包括化学分析和仪器分析。最后对酚类分析方法进行了展望。  相似文献

识别环境样品中主要贡献污染物有助于确定环境风险的来源,是环境治理的前提。单一的化学分析和生物学检测方法常常遗漏主要贡献污染物的信息。效应引导的污染物识别(effected-directed analysis, EDA)是以生物检测引导组分分离、化学分析与污染物鉴定的实用方法,是环境风险评价以及环境样品中主要贡献污染物筛查与识别的有力手段。该方法已成功用于环境中遗传毒物、内分泌干扰物和芳香烃受体效应污染物等污染物的鉴定,为特定污染地区贡献污染物及其来源的确定提供了宝贵的基础数据。本文综述了EDA中所应用的样品提取、分离策略、生物效应检测以及贡献化合物的识别方法,总结了近年来以EDA为手段在环境中识别的效应污染物并对目前EDA应用所存在的问题与未来的发展趋势进行了分析。  相似文献

为了控制与治理环境大气和水质污染对人体健康的直接危害和潜在危害,首先需要对环境中极痕量的污染物予以监测。近年来发展了带有光电离检测器(PID)超灵敏的便携式气相色谱仪,这类仪器能对大气或水质中痕量的毒物作极灵敏的分析,如对硫化氢、苯等化合物的检测范围可以在0.1ppb到100ppm。仪器的高灵敏度和宽线性范围的特性深受广大环保工作者的欢迎。这类气相色谱仪的工作原理见图1  相似文献

环境类雌激素作为食品中一类典型的污染物,严重影响人体内分泌系统的功能与代谢。磁性固相萃取因其简洁高效、富集倍数高、适用范围广等优点,已被广泛应用于食品中环境类雌激素的富集检测。Fe_(3)O_(4)纳米粒子作为经典的磁固相萃取材料,易于形成大分子团聚物,影响其选择吸附性能,限制了磁固相萃取技术在食品中环境类雌激素的痕量分析。新兴的磁性复合材料可有效地解决上述问题,已成为磁固相萃取技术的研究热点之一。本文综述了近5年来新兴的磁性聚合物复合材料、磁性碳基复合材料和磁性金属-有机骨架复合材料在食品中环境类雌激素富集检测的应用进展。  相似文献

针对光纤级高纯四氯化锗(99.999999%)中痕量含氢杂质吸收峰红外透过率检测(FTIR)用试样的采集,以及痕量金属杂质的电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定用试样的制备方法进行了系统研究。设计开发了用于检测痕量含氢杂质吸收峰红外透过率的样品采集实验装置,实现了含氢杂质(如—OH、—CH、HCl等)吸收峰的红外透过率在线连续测试,试样采集过程全密闭进行,避免了采样过程的二次污染,采样过程流程简短,操作简便;实验优选了在制备ICP-MS法测定痕量金属杂质用的试样过程中消除四氯化锗基体干扰、防止砷等易挥发杂质损失以及防止样品处理过程污染试样的制样方法,实现了试样制备过程二次污染源的有效控制,制样过程试剂消耗量少,制备时间短,待测元素无损失。  相似文献

In order to comprehensively assess the resource utilization of a process system and its influence on the environment, the application range of the traditional exergy analysis was expanded in this paper to include the pollution degree of the discharged wastes to the environment. So technology indexes can be obtained to comprehensively assess the resource utilization and the environment impact of a process system. The harm coefficient and effect coefficient were introduced to concern the different harm to the environment of the different wastes and the pollution effect relative to resource waste by environment. The determination method of the harm coefficient and effect coefficient was discussed. Two suspension polymerization flows of polyvinyl chloride were calculated with this method. The results show that the method can comprehensively assess the resource utilization and the environment impact of the chemical process system by comparing and analyzing.  相似文献

Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) has been applied to analyze trace elements contained in fresh vegetables. A quadrupled Nd:YAG laser is used in the experiments for ablation. Analyzed samples come from local markets and represent frequently consumed vegetables. For a typical root vegetable, such as potato, spectral analysis of the plasma emission reveals more than 400 lines emitted by 27 elements and 2 molecules, C2 and CN. Among these species, one can find trace as well as ultra-trace elements. A space-resolved analysis of several trace elements with strong emissions is then applied to typical root, stem and fruit vegetables. The results from this study demonstrate the potential of an interesting tool for botanical and agricultural studies as well for food quality/safety and environment pollution assessment and control.  相似文献

The chemical speciation of manganese of environmental and toxicological interest was undertaken in coal fly ash and soil. Hard coal used in combustion creates considerable quantities of waste ash. The greatest quantities of industrial ashes are stored in the form of waste-heaps, which create a serious problem as the source of inorganic pollution. It is necessary to identify physical and chemical properties of ash, especially when analyzing the pollution of soil by trace metals, which are potentially mobile in environment. In this work, a new analytical method has been developed and used successfully for identification and determination of chemical forms of manganese in coal fly ash and soil. The basic chemical forms of metals contained in the environmental samples (fly ash and soil) can be described by using sequential extraction method. To identify Mn ions, the UV-VIS spectrophotometric method was used by means of comparative analysis of spectrophotometric spectra of appropriate Mn ions in the standard solutions and solutions obtained after extraction. The concentration of manganese in all solutions was determined by the Flame Atomic Absorption method. The experimental approach and analytical method developed in this study appear adequate for this purpose and can therefore be used for similar research.  相似文献

Abstract

Public concern and legislative regulations governing environmental pollution have had a dramatic effect on chemists involved in industrial research. The need to establish both the presence and amounts of trace levels of pollutants in industrial products and wastes has become imperative. Since time and cost become important considerations in such analytical determinations, it is apparent that sensitive, rapid and reliable methods of trace analysis are required. Many experimental techniques have been employed to this end and active research programs exist to develop new techniques to make such analysis more efficient.

Techniques capable of determining many elements in a single examination of a sample are of particular interest. No single 'black box' approach is, or is likely to become, feasible for all species of interest. Nonetheless, certain multielement approaches provide adequate information on some species and also provide important guidelines on the determination of other species by more specialized techniques. Problems encountered and progress achieved by the application of various spectroscopic, chromatographic, electrochemical and chemical methods to the trace analysis of industrial materials will be discussed.  相似文献

Unintended pesticide pollution in soil, crops, and adjacent environments has caused several issues for both pesticide users and consumers. For users, pesticides utilized should provide higher yield and lower persistence while considering both the environment and agricultural products. Most people are concerned that agricultural products expose humans to pesticides accumulating in vegetation. Thus, many countries have guidelines for assessing and managing pesticide pollution, for farming in diverse environments, as all life forms in soil are untargeted to these pesticides. The stable isotope approach has been a useful technique to find the source of organic matter in studies relating to aquatic ecology and environmental sciences since the 1980s. In this study, we discuss commonly used analytical methods using liquid and gas chromatography coupled with isotopic ratio mass spectrometry, as well as the advanced compound-specific isotope analysis (CSIA). CSIA applications are discussed for tracing organic pollutants and understanding chemical reactions (mechanisms) in natural environments. It shows great applicability for the issues on unintended pesticide pollution in several environments with the progress history of isotope application in agricultural and environmental studies. We also suggest future study directions based on the forensic applications of stable isotope analysis to trace pesticides in the environment and crops.  相似文献

食品安全关系身体健康和生命安全,是全球关注的热点之一。食品基质复杂,痕量有毒有害物质分析之前必须经过有效的前处理。目前发展的前处理技术如固相萃取、磁固相萃取、固相微萃取等,其关键是吸附介质。共价有机聚合物是一类通过共价键连接而成的有机多孔材料,具有质轻、稳定性好、比表面积大、结构可控、易于修饰等特性,是一类优异的新型吸附材料。该文综述了近年来共价有机聚合物(COPs)在食品安全分析前处理中的应用进展。共价有机聚合物及其功能化复合材料通过简单的装填、聚合反应或化学键合固定到小柱或毛细管柱中用作固相萃取的吸附介质;通过一锅法、原位还原法、原位生长法或共沉淀法生成具有磁性的固相萃取吸附介质;或者通过物理涂覆、化学键合、溶胶凝胶法及原位生长法制备固相微萃取纤维。基于以上高吸附容量共价有机聚合物的样品前处理技术,食品中农残兽残、添加剂、环境污染物及生物毒素等得到了有效富集。最后,展望了COPs在食品分析样品前处理应用中的发展方向:简单高效绿色制备方法的开发,功能化COPs的设计合成;萃取机理的研究;高通量、高灵敏度分析方法研究。这些研究将促进COPs在样品前处理领域获得更广泛的应用。  相似文献
