(R,S)-5-Ethyl-5-(2′-pentyl)barbituric acid (I)1,2 is metabolized in vivo to give all four possible optical isomers of 5-ethyl-5-(3′-hydroxy-1′-methylbutyl)barbituric acid (II). 3,4 From metabolism studies of pure (1′S)- I and (1′3)-I, Palmer and co-workers4,5 were able to determine the relative amounts of each of the four isomers formed. These studies showed that (1′S)-I gave mainly one enantiomer of (1′S)-II, whereas (1′R)-I gave approximately equal amounts of both (1′R)-II enantiomers. 相似文献

利用手性双唑啉与三氟甲磺酸亚铜催化2-甲氧基苯乙烯与重氮乙酸二环己基甲酯的不对称环丙烷化反应合成了手性环丙烷羧酸酯,用氢氧化钠对其进行选择性水解得到全反式环丙烷羧酸,其ee值经GC测定为88%.进一步经过Curtius重排、烷基化等反应及重结晶等步骤合成了光学纯的具有生理活性的环丙胺化合物1a和1b. 相似文献

The optically active cobalt(III) complex with chiral cyclen, (2S,5S,8S,11S)-2,5,8,11-tetraethyl-1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane, preferentially binds to D-phenylglycine (D-Phg) or D-t-leucine (D-t-Leu) rather than L-Phg or L-t-Leu, respectively, with 20% de in dimethyl sulfoxide at 293 K. 以4-N,N-二乙基氨基水杨醛为原料,制备了2-(苯并噻唑-2-基)-5-(N,N-二乙基氨基)苯酚衍生物(探针L),并对其结构进行了表征。在DMSO/PBS(体积比3∶7,pH=7.4)溶液中,探针L具有高选择性并可荧光"关-开"识别H_2S,在365nm紫外灯照射下,由无荧光变成蓝色荧光。实验表明,探针L识别H_2S的检测限为2.05×10~(-6)mol/L,pH适用范围为6~9,可用于检测实际水样中的H_2S。 相似文献
