Cisplatin is a commonly used chemotherapeutic drug in cancer treatment, whereas Gd@C82(OH)22 is a new nanomaterial anti-tumor agent. In this study, we determined intracellular Gd@C82(OH)22 and cisplatin after treatment of Hela and 16HBE cells by single cell inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (SC-ICP-MS), which could provide quantitative information at a single-cell level. The cell digestion method validated the accuracy of the SC-ICP-MS. The concentrations of Gd@C82(OH)22 and cisplatin in cells at different exposure times and doses were studied. The SC-ICP-MS is a promising complement to available methods for single cell analysis and is anticipated to be applied further to biomedical research.

The water-solubilization of metallofullerenes is important for their potential applications, but their formation processes are still not clear, and the formation yield is uncontrollable. In this paper, we quantitatively studied the water-solubilizing process of Gd@C82 with hydroxylation reaction using ICP-MASS techniques. For the first time, it was found that the formation yield of the multihydroxylated Gd@C82 is declined quickly with the break up of carbon cage of Gd@C82 in the hydroxylated processes. The observation revealed a way to control the hydroxylation processes and increase the formation yield.  相似文献

The reaction between Co(Hdmpz)2(OOCPh)2 and cobalt acetate hydrate leads to the deprotonation of coordinated pyrazole and formation of pyrazolate-bridged Co2(μ-dmpz)2(Hdmpz)2(OOCPh)2 binuclear complex. The structure of the complex was determined by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

In the compound [Ni(Bptc)2(Bimb)2(H2O)2] (I), where H4Bptc is 3,3′,4,4′-biphenyltetracarboxylic acid; Bimb is 4,4′-bis(1-imidazolyl)biphenyl), Ni(II) has a distorted octahedral coordination geometry, which was bonded with two N atoms from two Bimb ligands, two O atoms from two H2Bptc2− ligands and two water O atoms. The reaction of [RuCl2(PPh3)3] complex with dimethylpyrazole has been examined. A new ruthenium complex—[RuCl2(PPh3)2(3,5-Me2HPz)2] has been obtained and characterized by IR, 1H NMR and UV-VIS measurements. Crystal and molecular structure of the complex has been determined. Sodium triuranate Na2(UO2)3O3(OH)2 was synthesized by the reaction between aqueous uranyl acetate solution and aqueous sodium nitrate solution under hydrothermal conditions at 200°C. The composition and structure of the synthesized compound were determined, and its dehydration and thermal decomposition were studied, by chemical analysis, X-ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy, and thermal analysis.  相似文献

A new Co(III) dioxime complex with selenocarbamide was obtained by the reaction of Co(BF4)2 ? 6H2O, DmgH2, and Seu (DmgH2 = dimethylglyoxime, Seu = selenocarbamide). According to X-ray diffraction (CIF file CCDC no. 1485732), the product was an ionic coordination compound with unusual composition, [Co(DmgH)2(Seu)1.4(Se-Seu)0.5(Se2)0.1][BF4] (I). Apart from two monodeprotonated DmgH ̄ molecules, the central atom coordinates neutral Seu, Se-Seu, and Se2 molecules. Thus, the crystal contains the complex cations [Co(DmgH)2(Seu)2]+, [Co(DmgH)2(Seu)(Se-Seu)]+, and [Co(DmgH)2(Seu)(Se2)]+. Each [BF4] ̄ anion is linked to the cations not only by electrostatic forces but also by intermolecular N–H···F hydrogen bonds (H-bonds). The complex cations are combined by intermolecular N–H···O H-bonds. The new coordination compound was found to possess biological activity. Treatment of the garlic (Allium sativum L.) foliage with an aqueous solution of I optimizes the content of selenium in the leaves and cloves and enhances the growth and plant productivity. The organs of treated plants are characterized by enhanced antioxidant protection owing to increasing activity of antioxidant enzymes and contents of proline and assimilation pigments, and decreasing lipid peroxidation.  相似文献

Sublimation of samarium pivalate Sm2(Piv)6(HPiv)7, where Piv = (CH3)3CCOO, was studied within 350–640 K using Knudsen effusion/mass spectrometry. Vaporization of the complex is accompanied by polymerization, which mostly yields SmPiv3, Sm2Piv6, and Sm4Piv12. The partial pressures and enthalpies of sublimation and dissociation for saturated vapor components were determined.  相似文献

RuCl2(DMSO)2(NC5H4CO2Na-3)2 is very soluble in the ionic liquid (IL) 1-n-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate, [(BMIM)BF4]. The complex was prepared by reacting RuCl2(DMSO)4 with NC5H4CO2Na-3, sodium nicotinate, in toluene, and was characterized by spectroscopic methods. The complex catalyzes the hydrogenation of 1-hexene (600 psi H2, 100 °C) in a two-phase system consisting of cyclohexane/[(BMIM)BF4] with 75% conversion in 24 h and modest substrate isomerization. The complex shows good stability and can be reused several times with little loss in activity.  相似文献

The synthesis, characterization and thermal analysis of the novel cyclometallated compounds [Pd2(dmba)2Cl2(μ-bpe)] (1), [Pd2(dmba)2(N3)2(μ-bpe)] (2), [Pd2(dmba)2(NCO)2(μ-bpe)] (3), [Pd2(dmba)2(SCN)2(μ-bpe)] (4), [Pd2(dmba)2(NO3)2(μ-bpe)] (5) (bpe=trans-1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethylene; dmba=N,N-dimethylbenzylamine) are described. The thermal stability of [Pd2(dmba)2X2(μ-bpe)] complexes varies in the sequence 1>4>3>2>5. The final residues of the thermal decompositions were characterized as metallic palladium by X-ray powder diffraction.  相似文献

The synthesis of [Mn12O12(O2CMe)6(p-CO2-phenyl nitronyl nitroxide)10(H2O)4]· 4H2O, (1), by direct replacement of some of the acetate groups in [Mn12O12(O2CMe)16(H2O)4] · 4H2O · 2MeCO2H, (2), with the organic radical p-HO2C-phenyl nitronyl nitroxide, (3), is reported. E.p.r. spectra show exchange narrowing in (1) due to coupling between the manganese ions and radicals. The isotropic hyperfine splitting constant from the manganese ions is a = 96 Oe at 5.5K. The magnetic susceptibility indicates antiferromagnetic exchange interactions between the manganese ions and the radicals with the Weiss constant = -25 K. The spin was determined to be S = 6 from magnetization data in the 2--30 K temperature range at 50 kOe, suggesting a mixture of ground state with excited states.  相似文献

Summary.  Single crystals of MgAl2F8(H2O)2 have been obtained under hydrothermal conditions (250°C, 14 d) from a starting mixture of AlF3 and MgAlF5(H2O)2 in a 5% (w/w) HF solution. The crystal structure has been determined and refined from single crystal data (Fmmm (#69), Z = 4, a = 7.2691(7), b = 7.0954(16), c = 12.452(2) ?, 281 structure factors, 27 parameters, R(F 2 > 2σ (F 2)) = 0.0282, wR(F 2 all) = 0.0885). The obtained crystals were systematically twinned according to (010/100/001) as twinning matrix, reflecting the pseudo-tetragonal metric. The crystal structure is composed of perowskite-type layers built of corner sharing AlF6 octahedra with an overall composition of AlF4 which are connected via common fluorine atoms of [MgF4/2(H2O)2/1] octahedra. Group-subgroup relations of MgAl2F8(H2O)2 to WO3(H2O)0.33 and to other M(II)M(III)2 F8(H2O)2 structures are briefly discussed. Above 570°C, MgAl2F8(H2O)2 decomposes under elimination of water into α-AlF3, β-AlF3, and MgF2. Received October 29, 2001. Accepted (revised) December 6, 2001  相似文献

The polymetallic [Ru3O(CH3COO)6(py)2(BPE)Ru(bpy)2Cl](PF6)2 complex (bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine, BPE = trans-1,2-bis(4-pyridil)ethylene and py = pyridine) was assembled by the combination of an electroactive [Ru3O] moiety with a [Ru(bpy)2(BPE)Cl] photoactive centre, and its structure was determined using positive ion electrospray (ESI-MS) and tandem mass (ESI-MS/MS) spectrometry. The [Ru3O(CH3COO)6(py)2(BPE)Ru(bpy)2Cl]2+ doubly charged ion of m/z 732 was mass-selected and subject to 15 eV collision-induced dissociation, leading to a specific dissociation pattern, diagnostic of the complex structure. The electronic spectra display broad bands at 409, 491 and 692 nm ascribed to the [Ru(bpy)2(BPE)] charge-transfer bands and to the [Ru3O] internal cluster transitions. The cyclic voltammetry shows five reversible waves at −1.07 V, 0.13 V, 1.17 V, 2.91 V and −1.29 V (vs SHE) assigned to the [Ru3O]−1/0/+1/+2/+3 and to the bpy0/−1 redox processes; also a wave is observed at 0.96 V, assigned to the Ru+2/+3 pair. Despite the conjugated BPE bridge, the electrochemical and spectroelectrochemical results indicate only a weak coupling through the π-system, and preliminary photophysical essays showed the compound decomposes under visible light irradiation.  相似文献

Two novel complexes, [Zn(dmatrz)2]Cl2 (1) and [Zn(dmatrz)2(SCN)2] (2), have been prepared and characterized by X-ray crystallography, absorption and luminescence spectrometries (dmatrz=3,5-dimethy-4-amino-1,2,4-triazole). The coordination environment of the zinc(II) ions in (1) and (2) has a distorted tetrahedral geometry completed via two independent nitrogen atoms of two triazole ligands and two anions, respectively. Both (1) and (2) show strong blue luminescence properties. Furthermore, (1) displays stronger blue photoluminescence than (2) as the result of different anions (Cl- and SCN-) coordinated to the zinc(II) ions.  相似文献

The U(VI) complex with cyanoacetic acid, [UO2(H2O)2(NCCH2COO)2] (I), was synthesized from an aqueous solution, and its X-ray diffraction analysis was carried out. The crystals are orthorhombic: space group Pca2 1, a = 25.9605(7) Å, b = 6.7634(2) Å, c = 6.3398(2) Å, V = 1113.15(6) Å3 at 100 K, and Z = 4. The coordination polyhedron of the uranium atom is a distorted pentagonal bipyramid. The cations UO 2 2+ are bound into infinite zigzag chains by the bridging carboxyl groups of one of the anions of cyanoacetic acid. The carboxyl oxygen atom of the second anion, which is not involved in coordination, and the nitrogen atoms of the cyano groups form hydrogen bonds with the coordination water molecules. The layer structure of the compound is formed through the hydrogen bonds. The absorption spectra in the visible and infrared ranges of the crystalline compound are measured and analyzed.  相似文献

The complexes [Fe(DfgH)2(3-CONH2-Py)2] (I) and [Fe(DfgH)2(4-COOC2H5-Py)2] (II), where DfgH2 is α-benzyl dioxime, were obtained and examined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The equatorial planes of the coordination octahedra of the metal ions consist of two monodeprotonated α-benzyl dioxime residues united through intramolecular hydrogen bonds O-H…O into a pseudomacrocyclic system. The neutral molecules 3-CONH2-Py and 4-COOC2H5-Py are coordinated to the Fe2+ ion through the N atom of the heterocycle. Structure I is layered and structure II is molecular. Intermolecular interactions N-H…O are responsible for the formation of layers in crystal structure I.  相似文献

The 2-electron reduction of the unsaturated Pd3(dppm)3(CO)2+ cluster ([Pd3]2+) affords the highly reactive neutral cluster [Pd3]0, which reacts with nitrosobenzene (PhNO) yielding the organic azoxybenzene product (PhN(O)NPh) via the formation of “triplet” nitrene “PhN”. The formation of [Pd33-O)] as a possible (relatively unstable) intermediate is also postulated based on MALDI-TOF findings, but not formally demonstrated. Concurrently, no reaction between [Pd3]0 and OPPh3 occurs. Be2(OH)2CO3 solubilities at 25°C in 0.7 M NaClO4 solutions containing variable NaHCO3 and Na2CO3 concentrations has been experimentally determined. The solubilities increase with increasing carbonate alkalinity. The results of the experiments do not contradict the suggestion that the mixed hydroxocarbonate complex Be2(OH)2CO 3 2? is the major beryllium solute species. At fluoride concentrations higher than 250 μmol/L, the Be2(OH)2CO3 solubilities noticeably increase as a result of the formation of beryllium fluoride complexes.  相似文献

The new alkoxysilyl-functionalized alkynes [HC≡CCH2N(H)C(=O)N(H)(CH2)3Si(OEt)3] and [HC≡C(C6H4)–N(H)C(=O)N(H)(CH2)3Si(OEt)3] have been synthesized using literature methods. These have been reacted with Fe3(CO)12, Ru3(CO)12 and Co2(CO)8. With the iron carbonyl only decomposition was observed: with Ru3(CO)12 splitting of the alkynes into their parent components and formation of the complexes (μ-H)Ru3(CO)9[HC=N(CH2)3Si(OEt)3], (μ-H)Ru3(CO)9[C–C(C6H4)NH2] and (μ-H)2Ru3(CO)9[HC–CCH3] occurred. Finally, with Co2(CO)8 formation of complexes Co2(CO)6(HC2R) R=(C6H4)NH2, CH2NH(CO)NH(CH2)3Si(OEt)3, (C6H4)NH(CO)NH(CH2)3Si(OEt)3 containing the intact alkynes could be obtained.  相似文献
