A new organically templated layered uranium phosphate fluoride, [(CH(3))(2)NH(CH(2))(2)NH(CH(3))(2)][(UO(2))(2)F(2)(HPO(4))(2)] has been synthesized by hydrothermal reaction of UO(3), H(3)PO(4), HF, and (CH(3))(2)NCH(2)CH(2)N(CH(3))(2) at 140 degrees C. [(CH(3))(2)NH(CH(2))(2)NH(CH(3))(2)][(UO(2))(2)F(2)(HPO(4))(2)] has a layered crystal structure consisting of seven-coordinated UO(5)F(2) pentagonal bipyramids and four-coordinated HPO(4) tetrahedra. Each anionic layer containing three-, four-, and six-membered rings is separated by [(CH(3))(2)NH(CH(2))(2)NH(CH(3))(2)](2+) cations. The [(CH(3))(2)NH(CH(2))(2)NH(CH(3))(2)](2+) cations may be readily exchanged with the M(2+) ions (M = Ba, Sr and Ca) in water to give high crystalline AE(UO(2))(2)(PO(4))(2).6H(2)O (AE = Ca, Sr, Ba).  相似文献

The bis(trifluoromethyl)phosphanide ion, P(CF(3))(2)(-), decomposes slowly above -30 degrees C in CH(2)Cl(2) and THF solution. An increase of the thermal stability of the P(CF(3))(2)(-) moiety is observed if excess CS(2) is added. The P(CF(3))(2)(-) moiety is stabilized because of the formation of the bis(trifluoromethyl)phosphanodithioformate anion. Solutions of a [P(CF(3))(2)CS(2)](-) salt still act as a source of P(CF(3))(2)(-), even in the presence of excess of CS(2). The stable compound [18-crown-6-K][P(CF(3))(2)CS(2)] was characterized by multinuclear NMR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and vibrational spectroscopy in combination with quantum chemical calculations. The thermally unstable P(C(6)F(5))(2)(-) ion decomposes even at -78 degrees C in solution giving polymeric material. The intermediate formation of the bis(pentafluorophenyl)phosphanide anion in the presence of excess of CS(2) allows the isolation of [18-crown-6-K][P(C(6)F(5))(2)CS(2)]. The novel compound crystallizes with one solvent molecule CH(2)Cl(2) in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/n with a = 1151.8(1) pm, b = 1498.1(2) pm, c = 2018.2(2) pm, beta = 102.58(1) degrees, and Z = 4. Optimized geometric parameters of the [P(C(6)F(5))(2)CS(2)](-) ion at the B3PW91/6-311G(d) level of theory are in excellent agreement with the experimental values.  相似文献

The intermolecular interaction energy curves of CH(3)OCH(3)-CH(2)F(2), CF(3)OCH(3)-CH(2)F(2), CF(3)OCF(3)-CH(2)F(2), CH(3)OCH(3)-CHF(3), CF(3)OCH(3)-CHF(3), and CF(3)OCF(3)-CHF(3) complexes were calculated by the MP2 level ab initio molecular orbital method using the 6-311G** basis set augmented with diffuse polarization functions. We investigate the fluorine substitution effects of both methane and dimethyl ether on intermolecular interactions. In addition, orientation dependence of intermolecular interaction energies is also studied with utilizing eight types of orientations. Our analyses demonstrate that partial fluorinations of methane make electrostatic interaction dominant, and consequently enhance attractive interaction at several specific orientations. On the contrary, fluorine substitutions of dimethyl ether substantially decrease the electrostatic interaction between ether and CH(2)F(2) or CHF(3); thus, there is no such characteristic interaction between the C-H of fluorinated methane and ether oxygen of CF(3)OCF(3) as conventional hydrogen bonding, due to reduced polarity of fluorinated ether. The combination of different pairs of the electrostatic interaction is therefore responsible for the intermolecular interaction differences among the complexes investigated herein and also their orientations.  相似文献

The fluoride ion donor properties of TcO2F3 and ReO2F3 toward AsF5, SbF5, and XeO2F2 have been investigated, leading to the formation of TcO2F3.PnF5 and ReO2F3.PnF5 (Pn = As, Sb) and TcO2F3.XeO2F2, which were characterized in the solid state by Raman spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography. TcO2F3.SbF5 crystallizes in the monoclinic system P2(1)/n, with a = 7.366(2) A, b = 10.441(2) A, c = 9.398(2) A, beta = 93.32(3) degrees, V = 721.6(3) A3, and Z = 4 at 24 degrees C, R1 = 0.0649, and wR2 = 0.1112. ReO2F3.SbF5 crystallizes in the monoclinic system P2(1)/c, with a = 5.479(1) A, b = 10.040(2) A, c = 12.426(2) A, beta = 99.01(3) degrees, V = 675.1(2) A3, and Z = 4 at -50 degrees C, R1 = 0.0533, and wR2 = 0.1158. TcO2F3.XeO2F2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic system Cmc2(1), with a = 7.895(2) A, b = 16.204(3) A, c = 5.198(1) A, beta = 90 degrees, V = 665.0(2) A3, and Z = 4 at 24 degrees C, R1 = 0.0402, and wR2 = 0.0822. The structures of TcO2F3.SbF5 and ReO2F3.SbF5 consist of infinite chains of alternating MO2F4 and SbF6 units in which the bridging fluorine atoms on the antimony are trans to each other. The structure of TcO2F3.XeO2F2 comprises two distinct fluorine-bridged chains, one of TcO2F3 and the other of XeO2F2 bridged by long Tc-F...Xe contacts. The oxygen atoms of the group 7 metals in the three structures are cis to each other and to two terminal fluorine atoms and trans to the bridging fluorine atoms. The 19F NMR and Raman spectra of TcO2F3.PnF5 and ReO2F3.PnF5 in SbF5 and PnF5-acidified HF solvents are consistent with dissociation of the adducts into cis-MO2F2(HF)2+ cations and PnF6- anions. The energy-minimized geometries of the free MO2F2+ cations and their HF adducts, cis-MO2F2(HF)2+, have been calculated by local density functional theory (LDFT), and the calculated vibrational frequencies have been used as an aid in the assignment of the Raman spectra of the solid MO2F3.PnF5 adducts and their PnF5-acidified HF solutions. In contrast, ReO2F3.SbF5 ionizes in SO2ClF solvent to give the novel Re2O4F5+ cation and Sb2F11- anion. The 19F NMR spectrum of the cation is consistent with two ReO2F2 units joined by a fluorine bridge in which the oxygen atoms are assumed to lie in the equatorial plane. The [ReO2F2(CH3CN)2][SbF6] salt was formed upon dissolution of ReO2F3.SbF5 in CH3CN and was characterized by 1H, 13C, and 19F NMR and Raman spectroscopies. The ReO2F2(CH3CN)2+ cation is a pseudooctahedral cis-dioxo arrangement in which the CH3CN ligands are trans to the oxygens and the fluorines are trans to each other.  相似文献

We report in situ synthesis of the first CF(3) oxonium salts, thermally unstable O-(trifluoromethyl)dibenzofuranium salts, which furthermore have different counteranions (BF(4)-, PF(6)-, SbF(6)-, and Sb(2)F(11)-) and ring substituents (tert-butyl, F, and OCH(3)), by photochemical decomposition of the corresponding 2-(trifluoromethoxy)biphenylyl-2'-diazonium salts at -90 to -100 degrees C. The yields markedly increased in the order of BF(4)- < PF(6)- < SbF(6)- < Sb(2)F(11)-. The CF(3) oxonium salts were fully assigned by means of (1)H and (19)F NMR spectroscopy at low temperature. The CF(3) salts decomposed to form CF(4) and dibenzofurans. The half-life times at -60 degrees C of the 2-tert-butyl salts having different counteranions were 29 min for BF(4)- salt 2d, 36 min for PF(6)- salt 2c, 270 min for SbF(6)- salt 2a, and 415 min for Sb(2)F(11)- salt 2b. Those at -60 degrees C of the Sb(2)F(11)- salts having different 2-substituents were 13 min for F salt 3b, 63 min for H (unsubstituted) salt 1b, and 415 min for tert-butyl salt 2b. Thus, the stability of the CF(3) oxonium salts increased in the order of BF(4)- < PF(6)- < SbF(6)- < Sb(2)F(11)- and F < H < tert-butyl, which is in accord with the increasing orders of the non-nucleophilicity of counteranions and the electron-donating effect of ring substituents. 2-tert-Butyl-O-(trifluoromethyl)dibenzofuranium hexafluoroantimonate (2a) was thus chosen and successfully applied as a real CF(3)+ species source to the direct O- and N-trifluoromethylations of alcohols, phenols, amines, anilines, and pyridines under very mild conditions. The thermal decomposition method with a mixture of diazonium salt 17a and aryl- or alkylsulfonic acids, pyridine, or pyridines having an electron-withdrawing group also afforded CF(3)O or CF(3)N products. The trifluoromethylation mechanism is discussed and an S(N)2 mechanism containing the transient formation of free CF(3)+ is proposed. Thus, the present study has demonstrated that the exceedingly reactive CF(3)+ species can be generated much easier than the CH(3)+ species, contrary to the common sense that CF(3)+ is extremely difficult to generate in solution.  相似文献

The thermally unstable compound [Hg[P(C(6)F(5))(2)](2)] was obtained from the reaction of mercury cyanide and bis(pentafluorophenyl)phosphane in DMF solution and characterized by multinuclear NMR spectroscopy. The thermally stable trinuclear compounds [Hg[(mu-P(CF(3))(2))W(CO)(5)](2)] and [Hg[(mu-P(C(6)F(5))(2))W(CO)(5)](2)] are isolated and completely characterized. The higher order NMR spectra exhibiting multinuclear satellite systems have been sufficiently analyzed. [Hg[(mu-P(CF(3))(2))W(CO)(5)](2)].2DMF crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with a = 2366.2(3) pm, b = 1046.9(1) pm, c = 104.0(1) pm, and beta = 104.01(1) degrees. Structural, NMR spectroscopic, and vibrational data prove a weak coordination of the two DMF molecules. Structural, vibrational, and NMR spectroscopic evidence is given for a successive weakening of the pi back-bonding effect of the W-P bond in the order [W(CO)(5)PH(R(f))(2)], [Hg[(mu-P(R(f))(2))W(CO)(5)](2)], and [W[P(R(f))(2)](CO)(5)](-) with R(f) = C(6)F(5) and CF(3). The pi back-bonding effect of the W-C bonds increases vice versa.  相似文献

Osmium dioxide tetrafluoride, cis-OsO(2)F(4), reacts with the strong fluoride ion acceptors AsF(5) and SbF(5) in anhydrous HF and SbF(5) solutions to form orange salts. Raman spectra are consistent with the formation of the fluorine-bridged diosmium cation F(cis-OsO(2)F(3))(2)(+), as the AsF(6)(-) and Sb(2)F(11)(-) salts, respectively. The (19)F NMR spectra of the salts in HF solution are exchange-averaged singlets occurring at higher frequency than those of the fluorine environments of cis-OsO(2)F(4). The F(cis-OsO(2)F(3))(2)(+)Sb(2)F(11)(-) salt crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Imma. At -107 degrees C, a = 12.838(3) ?, b = 10.667(2) ?, c = 11.323(2) ?, V = 1550.7(8) ?(3), and Z = 4. Refinement converged with R = 0.0469 [R(w) = 0.0500]. The crystal structure consists of discrete fluorine-bridged F(cis-OsO(2)F(3))(2)(+) and Sb(2)F(11)(-) ions in which the fluorine bridge of the F(cis-OsO(2)F(3))(2)(+) cation is trans to an oxygen atom (Os-O 1.676 ?) of each OsO(2)F(3) group. The angle at the bridge is 155.2(8) degrees with a bridging Os---F(b) distance of 2.086(3) ?. Two terminal fluorine atoms (Os-F 1.821 ?) are cis to the two oxygen atoms (Os-O 1.750 ?), and two terminal fluorine atoms of the OsO(2)F(3) group are trans to one another (1.813 ?). The OsO(2)F(3)(+) cation was characterized by (19)F NMR and by Raman spectroscopy in neat SbF(5) solution but was not isolable in the solid state. The NMR and Raman spectroscopic findings are consistent with a trigonal bipyramidal cation in which the oxygen atoms and a fluorine atom occupy the equatorial plane and two fluorine atoms are in axial positions. Density functional theory calculations show that the crystallographic structure of F(cis-OsO(2)F(3))(2)(+) is the energy-minimized structure and the energy-minimized structures of the OsO(2)F(3)(+) cation and ReO(2)F(3) are trigonal bipyramidal having C(2)(v)() point symmetry. Attempts to prepare the OsOF(5)(+) cation by oxidative fluorination of cis-OsO(2)F(4) with KrF(+)AsF(6)(-) in anhydrous HF proved unsuccessful.  相似文献

The first example of a mononuclear diphosphanidoargentate, bis[bis(trifluoromethyl)phosphanido]argentate, [Ag[P(CF(3))(2)](2)](-), is obtained via the reaction of HP(CF(3))(2) with [Ag(CN)(2)](-) and isolated as its [K(18-crown-6)] salt. When the cyclic phosphane (PCF(3))(4) is reacted with a slight excess of [K(18-crown-6)][Ag[P(CF(3))(2)](2)], selective insertion of one PCF(3) unit into each silver phosphorus bond is observed, which on the basis of NMR spectroscopic evidence suggests the [Ag[P(CF(3))P(CF(3))(2)](2)](-) ion. On treatment of the phosphane complexes [M(CO)(5)PH(CF(3))(2)] (M = Cr, W) with [K(18-crown-6)][Ag(CN)(2)], the analogous trinuclear argentates, [Ag[(micro-P(CF(3))(2))M(CO)(5)](2)](-), are formed. The chromium compound [K(18-crown-6)][Ag[(micro-P(CF(3))(2))Cr(CO)(5)](2)] crystallizes in a noncentrosymmetric space group Fdd2 (No. 43), a = 2970.2(6) pm, b = 1584.5(3) pm, c = 1787.0(4), V = 8.410(3) nm(3), Z = 8. The C(2) symmetric anion, [Ag[(micro-P(CF(3))(2))Cr(CO)(5)](2)](-), shows a nearly linear arrangement of the P-Ag-P unit. Although the bis(pentafluorophenyl)phosphanido compound [Ag[P(C(6)F(5))(2)](2)](-) has not been obtained so far, the synthesis of its trinuclear counterpart, [K(18-crown-6)][Ag[(micro-P(C(6)F(5))(2))W(CO)(5)](2)], was successful.  相似文献

The methane oxidation catalyst [bpyrPtCl(2)] (bpyr = bis-pyrimidine) dissolves in superacidic HF/SbF(5) solution under formation of a dinuclear cation [H(2)bpyrPt(mu-Cl)(2)PtbpyrH(2)](6+). Two crystal forms are isolated, [Pt(2)Cl(2)bpyr(2)H(4)](6+)(SbF(6)(-))(4)(Sb(2)F(11)(-))(2).2HF (I) (triclinic, Ponemacr;, a = 814.8(2) pm, b = 1444.8(3) pm, c = 2300.5(5) pm, alpha = 89.627(4) degrees, beta = 84.285(4) degrees, gamma = 84.665(4) degrees, Z = 2) and [Pt(2)Cl(2)bpyrH(4)](6+)(Sb(2)F(11)(-))(6).4HF (II) (triclinic, Ponemacr;, a = 879.4(2) pm, b = 1170.4(3) pm, c = 1789.9(5) pm, alpha = 95.37(2) degrees, beta = 99.97(2) degrees, gamma = 100.41(2) degrees, Z = 1). The cation in I has an angle of 148.4(1) degrees between the two square plane platinum environments, while the cation in II is fully planar. The non-platinum-bound nitrogen atoms are all protonated in the superacidic medium.  相似文献

The CX3(+) salts [CCl(3)](+)[Al(OR(F))(4)](-)1, [CCl(3)](+)[(R(F)O)(3)Al-F-Al(OR(F))(3)](-)2, [CBr(3)](+)[Al(OR(F))(4)](-)3, [CBr(3)](+)[(R(F)O)(3)Al-F-Al(OR(F))(3)](-)4 (R(F) = C(CF(3))(3)) were prepared in 56 to 85% yield from CX(4) (X = Cl, Br) and the corresponding silver salts (weight balance, NMR, IR, X-ray structure of 1). The most convenient solvent for the preparation of 1 and 2 is SO(2)ClF but for 3 and 4 it is SO(2). The reactions are complete after about three days stirring at -30 to -40 °C. The salts are stable for weeks in solution at -40 °C and stable for a few hours at RT in the solid state. In SO(2)ClF (1, 2) or SO(2) (3, 4) solution they decompose slowly at -20 °C and within several hours at RT; in general the CBr3(+) salts are more stable than the CCl3(+) homologues. The decomposition products were assigned as CCl(3)F and primarily CBr(2)F(2) (which likely forms as a Lewis acid induced disproportionation product of the initial CBr(3)F). The C-X vibrations of the salts were found in the expected range and the assignments were made based on experimental and calculated data. The IR spectrum of a CBr3(+) salt is for the first time reported here.  相似文献

Homoleptic octahedral, superelectrophilic sigma-bonded metal carbonyl cations of the type [M(CO)(6)](2+) (M = Ru, Os) are generated in the Bronsted-Lewis conjugate superacid HF/SbF(5) by reductive carbonylation of M(SO(3)F)(3) (M = Ru, Os) or OsF(6). Thermally stable salts form with either [Sb(2)F(11)](-) or [SbF(6)](-) as anion, just as for the previously reported [Fe(CO)(6)](2+) cation. The latter salts are generated by oxidative (XeF(2)) carbonylation of Fe(CO)(5) in HF/SbF(5). A rationale for the two diverging synthetic approaches is provided. The thermal stabilities of [M(CO)(6)][SbF(6)](2) salts, studied by DSC, range from 180 degrees C for M = Fe to 350 degrees C for M = Os before decarbonylation occurs. The two triads [M(CO)(6)][SbF(6)](2) and [M(CO)(6)][Sb(2)F(11)](2) (M = Fe, Ru, Os) are extensively characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and vibrational and (13)C NMR spectroscopy, aided by computational studies of the cations. The three [M(CO)(6)][SbF(6)](2) salts (M = Fe, Ru, Os) crystallize in the tetragonal space group P4/mnc (No. 128), whereas the corresponding [Sb(2)F(11)](-) salts are monoclinic, crystallizing in space group P2(1)/n (No. 14). In both triads, the unit cell parameters are nearly invariant of the metal. Bond parameters for the anions [SbF(6)](-) and [Sb(2)F(11)](-) and their vibrational properties in the two triads are completely identical. In all six salts, the structural and vibrational properties of the [M(CO)(6)](2+) cations (M = Fe, Ru, Os) are independent of the counteranion and for the most part independent of M and nearly identical. Interionic C...F contacts are similarly weak in all six salts. Metal dependency is noted only in the (13)C NMR spectra, in the skeletal M-C vibrations, and to a much smaller extent in some of the C-O stretching fundamentals (A(1g) and T(1u)). The findings reported here are unprecedented among metal carbonyl cations and their salts.  相似文献

A new borohydride, [CH(3)NH(3)](+)[BH(4)](-), has been synthesized through the metathesis of CH(3)NH(3)F and NaBH(4) in methylamine. Room-temperature X-ray diffraction studies have shown that [CH(3)NH(3)](+)[BH(4)](-) adopts a tetragonal unit cell with considerable hydrogen mobility similar to that observed in NH(3)BH(3). The kinetics and thermodynamics of hydrogen release have been investigated and were found to follow a similar pathway to that of [NH(4)](+)[BH(4)](-). Decomposition of [CH(3)NH(3)](+)[BH(4)](-) occurred slowly at room temperature and rapidly at ca. 40 °C to form [BH(2)(CH(3)NH(2))(2)](+)[BH(4)](-), the methylated analogue of the diammoniate of diborane. The decomposition has been investigated by means of in situ X-ray diffraction and solid state (11)B NMR spectroscopy and occurred in the absence of any detectable intermediates to form crystalline [BH(2)(CH(3)NH(2))(2)](+)[BH(4)](-). [(CH(3))(2)NH(2)](+)[BH(4)](-) and [BH(2){(CH(3))(2)NH}(2)](+)[BH(4)](-) have also been synthesized through analogous routes, indicating a more general applicability of the synthetic method.  相似文献

Reactions of tris(trifluoromethyl)borane carbonyl, (CF(3))(3)BCO, with ammonia yielded either a mixture of [NH(4)][(CF(3))(3)BC(O)NH(2)], [NH(4)][(CF(3))(3)BCN], and [NH(4)](2)[{(CF(3))(3)BC(O)}(2)NH] or neat [NH(4)](2)[{(CF(3))(3)BC(O)}(2)NH] depending on the reaction conditions. The salt K[(CF(3))(3)BC(O)NH(2)] was obtained as the sole product from the reaction of NH(3) with K[(CF(3))(3)BC(O)F]. A simple synthesis for cyanotris(trifluoromethyl)borates, M[(CF(3))(3)BCN], was developed by dehydration of M[(CF(3))(3)BC(O)NH(2)] (M = [NH(4)], K) using phosgene. In addition, syntheses of the tris(trifluoromethyl)boron species [(CF(3))(3)BC(O)NH(n)()Pr](-), [(CF(3))(3)BC(O)NMe(2)](-), and (CF(3))(3)BC(O)NMe(3), as well as of (CF(3))(3)BC(O)PMe(3), were performed. All species were characterized by multinuclear NMR spectroscopy. As far as neat substances resulted, IR and Raman spectra were recorded and their thermal behaviors were studied by differential scanning calorimetry. The interpretation of reaction pathways, structures, and vibrational spectra are supported by DFT calculations. The solid-state structure of K(2)[{(CF(3))(3)BC(O)}(2)NH].2MeCN was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

NO[Al(OC(CF(3))(2)Ph)(4)] 1 and NO[Al(OC(CF(3))(3))(4)] 2 were obtained by the metathesis reaction of NO[SbF(6)] and the corresponding Li[Al(OR)(4)] salts in liquid sulfur dioxide solution in ca 40% (1) and 85% (2) isolated yield. 1 and 2, as well as Li[NO(3)] and N(2)O, were also given by the reaction of an excess of mixture of (90 mol%) NO, (10 mol%) NO(2) with Li[Al(OR)(4)] followed by extraction with SO(2). The unfavourable disproportionation reaction of 2NO(2)(g) to [NO](+)(g) and [NO(3)](-)(g)[DeltaH degrees = +616.2 kJ mol(-1)] is more than compensated by the disproportionation energy of 3NO(g) to N(2)O(g) and NO(2)(g)[DeltaH degrees =-155.4 kJ mol(-1)] and the lattice energy of Li[NO(3)](s)[U(POT)= 862 kJ mol(-1)]. Evidence is presented that the reaction proceeds via a complex of [Li](+) with NO, NO(2)(or their dimers) and N(2)O. NO(2) and Li[Al(OC(CF(3))(3))(4)] gave [NO(3)(NO)(3)][Al(OC(CF(3))(3))(4)](2), NO[Al(OC(CF(3))(3))(4)] and (NO(2))[Al(OC(CF(3))(3))(4)] products. The aluminium complex [Li[AlF(OC(CF(3))(2)Ph)(3)]](2) 3 was prepared by the thermal decomposition of Li[Al(OC(CF(3))(2)Ph)(4)]. Compounds 1 and 3 were characterized by single crystal X-ray structural analyses, 1-3 by elemental analyses, NMR, IR, Raman and mass spectra. Solid 1 contains [Al(OC(CF(3))(2)Ph)(4)](-) and [NO](+) weakly linked via donor acceptor interactions, while in the SO(2) solution there is an equilibrium between the associated [NO](+)[Al(OC(CF(3))(2)Ph)(4)](-) and separated solvated ions. Solid 2 contains essentially ionic [NO](+) and [Al(OC(CF(3))(3))(4)](-). Complex 3 consists of two [Li[AlF(OC(CF(3))(2)Ph)(3)]] units linked via fluorine lithium contacts. Compound 1 is unstable in the SO(2) solution and decomposes to yield [AlF(OC(CF(3))(2)Ph)(3)](-), [(PhC(CF(3))(2)O)(3)Al(mu-F)Al(OC(CF(3))(2)Ph)(3)](-) anions as well as (NO)C(6)H(4)C(CF(3))(2)OH, while compound 2 is stable in liquid SO(2). The [small nu](NO(+)) in 1 and [NO](+)(toluene)[SbCl(6)] are similar, implying similar basicities of [Al(OC(CF(3))(2)Ph)(4)](-) and toluene.  相似文献

The new tin(IV) species (CH(3))(2)SnCl(OTeF(5)) was prepared via either the solvolysis of (CH(3))(3)SnCl in HOTeF(5) or the reaction of (CH(3))(3)SnCl with ClOTeF(5). It was characterized by NMR and vibrational spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. (CH(3))(2)SnCl(OTeF(5)) crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/n (a = 5.8204(8) A, b =10.782(1) A, c =15.493(2) A, beta = 91.958(2) degrees, V = 971.7(2) A(3), Z = 4). NMR spectroscopy of (CH(3))(3)SnX, prepared from excess Sn(CH(3))(4) and HX (X = OTeF(5) or N(SO(2)CF(3))(2)), revealed a tetracoordinate tin environment using (CH(3))(3)SnX as a neat liquid or in dichloromethane-d(2) (CD(2)Cl(2)) solutions. In acetone-d(6) and acetonitrile-d(3) (CD(3)CN) solutions, the tin atom in (CH(3))(3)SnOTeF(5) was found to extend its coordination number to five by adding one solvent molecule. In the strong donor solvent DMSO, the Sn-OTeF(5) bond is broken and the (CH(3))(3)Sn(O=S(CH(3))(2))(2)(+) cation and the OTeF(5)(-) anion are formed. (CH(3))(3)SnOTeF(5) and (CH(3))(3)SnN(SO(2)CF(3))(2) react differently with water. While the Te-F bonds in the OTeF(5) group of (CH(3))(3)SnOTeF(5) undergo complete hydrolysis that results in the formation of [(CH(3))(3)Sn(H(2)O)(2)](2)SiF(6), (CH(3))(3)SnN(SO(2)CF(3))(2) forms the stable hydrate salt [(CH(3))(3)Sn(H(2)O)(2)][N(SO(2)CF(3))(2)]. The compound CF(3)OCF(2)OCF(2)C(O)F was prepared by oxidation of hexafluoropropene with molecular oxygen in the gas-phase using CF(3)OF as initiator. (13)C NMR, FTIR, Raman, UV-vis, and mass spectra were obtained and interpreted. The theoretical structure studies were performed by the calculation of the potential energy surfaces, using the results obtained for a smaller related molecule, CF(3)OCF(2)C(O)F, as a starting point. A high degree of conformational flexibility of this compound is evidenced by the values of several conformations, varying within the range of 1 kcal/mol. Theoretical calculations predict chain conformations as the most stable molecular forms, as expected from the presence of the anomeric effect. The experimental fundamental vibrational modes are compared with those obtained theoretically, using ab initio and density functional theory methods, HF/6-31+G and B3LYP/6-31+G, respectively. The density of the compound at ambient temperature (delta = 1.7(1) g/mL), its melting point (mp = -140(5) degrees C), its boiling point (bp = 14.5 (1) degrees C), and the relation between its vapor pressure and the absolute temperature (ln P = 13.699 - 2023.4/T) were also determined.  相似文献

The haloacyltris(trifluoromethyl)borate anions [(CF3)3BC(O)Hal]- (Hal=F, Cl, Br, I) have been synthesized by reacting (CF3)3BCO with either MHal (M=K, Cs; Hal=F) in SO2 or MHal (M=[nBu4N]+, [Et4N]+, [Ph4P]+; Hal=Cl, Br, I) in dichloromethane. Metathesis reactions of the fluoroacyl complex with Me3SiHal (Hal=Cl, Br, I) led to the formation of its higher homologues. The thermal stabilities of the haloacyltris(trifluoromethyl)borates decrease from the fluorine to the iodine derivative. The chemical reactivities decrease in the same order as demonstrated by a series of selected reactions. The new [(CF3)3BC(O)Hal]- (Hal=F, Cl, Br) salts are used as starting materials in the syntheses of novel compounds that contain the (CF3)3B-C fragment. All borate anions [(CF3)3BC(O)Hal]- (Hal=F, Cl, Br, I) have been characterized by multinuclear NMR spectroscopy (11B, 13C, 17O, 19F) and vibrational spectroscopy. [PPh4][(CF3)3BC(O)Br] crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2/c (no. 13) and the bond parameters are compared with those of (CF3)3BCO and K[(CF3)3BC(O)F]. The interpretation of the spectroscopic and structural data are supported by DFT calculations [B3LYP/6-311+G(d)].  相似文献

The infrared photodissociation spectra of [(CO(2))(n)(H(2)O)(m)](-) (n=1-4, m=1, 2) are measured in the 3000-3800 cm(-1) range. The [(CO(2))(n)(H(2)O)(1)](-) spectra are characterized by a sharp band around 3570 cm(-1) except for n=1; [(CO(2))(1)(H(2)O)(1)](-) does not photodissociate in the spectral range studied. The [(CO(2))(n)(H(2)O)(2)](-) (n=1, 2) species have similar spectral features with a broadband at approximately 3340 cm(-1). A drastic change in the spectral features is observed for [(CO(2))(3)(H(2)O)(2)](-), where sharp bands appear at 3224, 3321, 3364, 3438, and 3572 cm(-1). Ab initio calculations are performed at the MP2/6-311++G(**) level to provide structural information such as optimized structures, stabilization energies, and vibrational frequencies of the [(CO(2))(n)(H(2)O)(m)](-) species. Comparison between the experimental and theoretical results reveals rather size- and composition-specific hydration manner in [(CO(2))(n)(H(2)O)(m)](-): (1) the incorporated H(2)O is bonded to either CO(2) (-) or C(2)O(4) (-) through two equivalent OH...O hydrogen bonds to form a ring structure in [(CO(2))(n)(H(2)O)(1)](-); (2) two H(2)O molecules are independently bound to the O atoms of CO(2) (-) in [(CO(2))(n)(H(2)O)(2)](-) (n=1, 2); (3) a cyclic structure composed of CO(2) (-) and two H(2)O molecules is formed in [(CO(2))(3)(H(2)O)(2)](-).

The F + CH(3)NHNH(2) reaction mechanism is studied based on ab initio quantum chemistry methods as follows: the minimum energy paths (MEPs) are computed at the UMP2/6-311++G(d,p) level; the geometries, harmonic vibrational frequencies, and energies of all stationary points are predicted at the same level of theory; further, the energies of stationary points and the points along the MEPs are refined by UCCSD(T)/6-311++g(3df,2p). The ab initio study shows that, when the F atom approaches CH(3)NHNH(2), the heavy atoms, namely N and C atoms, are the favorable combining points. For the two N atoms, two prereaction complexes with C(s) symmetry are generated and there exists seven possible subsequent reaction routes, of which routes 1, 2, 5, and 7 are the main channels. Routes 1, 2, and 5 are associated with HF elimination, with H from the amino group or imido group, and route 7 involves the N-N bond break. Routes 3 and 6 with relation to HF elimination with H from methyl, and route 4 involved the C-N bond break, are all energetically disfavored. For the C atom, the attack of F results in the break of the C-N bond and the products are CH(3)F + NHNH(2). This route is very competitive.  相似文献
