A novel La( III )‐Cu( II ) heterometallic coordination polymer {[LaCu2(NTA)2(4,4′‐bpy)(H2O)3]NO3·5H2O]n, where H3NTA denotes nitrilotriacetic acid and 4,4′‐bpy denotes 4, 4‐bipyridine, was synthesized and characterized by IR spectrum, elemental analysis and X‐ray diffraction. The complex crystallizes in the triclinic space group Pi with cell parameters a = 1.33710(10) nm, b = 1,44530(10) nm, c =1.0949(2) nm, α = 71.905(7)°, β = 74.327(7)°, γ = 64.427(9)°, V = 1.7912(4) nm3and Z = 2. It consists of heterometallic units, in which each La( II ) ion is coordinated in a distorted monocapped square antiprism by three oxygen atoms from water molecules and six carboxyl oxygen atoms from five NTA3? ions, and each Cu( I ) ion is coordinated by one nitrogen atom from 4,4′‐bpy and one nitrogen atom, three oxygen atoms from NTA3?. In the title complex, La( I ) ions and Cu( II ) ions are connected by the heterometallic bridging of NTA3?, constructing a two‐dimensional network structure along the [110]. And it is extended into an infinite three‐dimensional network structure by the formation of homometallic bridging of Cu‐4, 4′‐bpy‐Cu, exhibiting a certain inclusion ability.  相似文献

The complex Eu(btfa)3 (phen) (btfa=4,4,4‐trifluoro‐1‐phenyl‐1, 3‐butanedione, phen = 1,10‐phenanthroline) has been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and UV spectroscopies. The crystal and molecular structures of the complex have been determined by X‐ray diffraction analysis. It belongs to the monoclinic crystal system, space group P21/c with a = 0.9700(2) nm, b = 3.7450(5) nm, c = 1.0917(3) nm, β = 92.51(2)°, V = 3.962(1) nm5, Z = 4, Dc = 1.639 g/cm3, μ = 1.676 mm?1, F(000) = 1936, R1, = 0.0388, wR2 = 0.0775. Structure analysis shows that the europium(III) ion is coordinated to six oxygen atoms of β‐diketonate anions and two nitrogen atoms of phenanthroline molecule. The coordination polyhedron is an approximate square antiprism.  相似文献

Two new oxovanadium(V) complexes, [2‐MePyH][VvO2(L)] (3) and[2‐EtPyH][VvO2,(L)] (4) (salicylaldehyde 5‐bromo salicyloylhydrazone is abbreviated as H2L; 2‐MePyH is protonated 2‐Mepyridine; 2‐EtPyH presents protonated 2‐Et‐pyridine) were obtained from a reaction of VOSO4 and H2L in acetonitrile‐methanol with small quantity of 2‐Me‐pyridine or 2‐Et‐pyridine, and characterized by X‐ray diffraction and spectroscopic methods. Crystal data: [2‐MePyH][VO2(L)] (3), C20H17N3O5BrV, Mr = 510.2, monoclinic, P21/n, a = 0.7363(1) nm, 6 = 0.9514(1) nm, c = 2.8594(2) nm, β = 95.305(2)°, Z = 4 and V=1.9946(3) nm3, μ(Mo Kα) = 2.539 mm?1; [2‐EtPyH][VO2(L)] (4), C21H19N3 O3BrV, Mr = 524.2, triclinic, P1 , a = 0.8051(1) nm, b = 0.9413(1) nm, c = 1.4648(2) nm, α=99.1900(10)°, α = 99.4530(10)°, γ = 104.6670(10)°, Z = 2 and V= 1.0355(2) nm3, μ(Mo Kα) = 2.448 mm?1, X‐Ray analyses revealed that the crystal structures of 3 and 4 have similar packing modes.  相似文献

Pb2(OH)2[p‐O2C‐C6H4‐CO2]: Synthesis and Crystal Structure Single crystals of Pb2(OH)2[p‐O2C‐C6H4‐CO2] ( 1 ) were obtained by hydrothermal reaction of terephthalic acid and PbCO3 at 180 °C (10 days). 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with Z = 2 (a = 1115.6(2) pm, b = 380.10(4) pm, c = 1141.3(2) pm, β = 93.39(1)°, V = 0.4831(1) nm3). The crystal structure is characterized by ladder‐type Pb(OH)3/3 double chains, which are connected to a three‐dimensional framework by terephthalate dianions.  相似文献

A novel two‐dimensional network dibenzo‐18‐crown‐6 (DB18‐C6) complex: [Na (DB18‐C‐6) (H2O)2] [Na (DB18‐C‐6) (SCN)2] has been isolated and characterized by elemental, IR and X‐ray diffraction analysis. The crystal structure belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c with cell dimensions a = 1.06178(7), b = 1.40243(8), c = 3.03496(19) nm, β = 90.4220(10)°, V = 4.5292(5) nm3, Z=4, Dcalcd =1.351 g/ cm3, F(000) = 1936, R1 = 0.0369, wR2 = 0.0821. The most interesting feature in this structure is that complex cation and complex anion form a two‐dimensional network via τ‐τ stacking interactions, hydrogen bonds and electrostatic interactions.  相似文献

Two hydrates of sodium 5,7‐dihydroxy‐6,4′‐dimethoxyisoflavone‐3′‐sulfonate ([Na(H2O)J(C17H13O6SO3)*2H2O,] 1) and nickel 5,7‐dihydroxy‐6,4′‐dimethoxyisoflavone‐3′‐sulfonate ([Ni(H2O)6](C17H13O6SO3)2*4H2O, 2) were synthesized and characterized by IR, 'H NMR and X‐ray diffraction analyses. The hydrate 1 crystallizes in the mono‐clinic system, space group P2(1) with a=0.8201(9) nm, b=0.8030(8) nm, c= 1.5361(16) nm, β=102.052(12)°, V =0.9893(18) nm3, D,= 1.579 g/cm3, Z=2, μ=0.252 nm?1, F(000)=488, R=0.0353, wR=0.0873. The hydrate 2 belongs to triclinic system, space group P‐1 with a=0.7411(3) nm, b=0.8333(3) nm, c=1.7448(7) nm, α= 86.361(6)°, β=86.389(5)°, γ= 88.999(3)°, V=1.0731(7) nm3, D,=1.587 g/cm3, Z=1, μ=0.649 m?1, F(000)= 534. In the structure of 1, the sodium cation is coordinated by six oxygen atom and two adjacent ones are bridged by three oxygen atoms to form an octahedron chain. The C? H…?… hydrogen bonds exist between two isoflavone molecules in the structure of 2. Meanwhile, hydrogen bonds in two compounds, link themselves to assemble two three‐dimensional network structures, respectively.  相似文献

The binuclear praseodymium(III) complex with N‐(1‐carboxyethylidene)‐salicylhydrazide (C10H10N2O4, H2L) was prepared in H2O‐C2H5OH mixed solution, and the crystal structure of [Pr2L2(HL)2(H2O)4]·3H2O·C6H6 was determined by X‐ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal complex crystallizes in the triclinic system with space group P‐1, and in the structure each Pr atom is 9‐coordinated by carboxyl O and acyl O and azomethine N atoms of two tridentate ligands to form two stable five‐membered rings sharing one side in keto‐mode and two water molecules. The coordination polyhedron around Pr3+ was described as a monocapped square antiprism geometry. In an individual molecule, four tridentate ligands were coordinated by two negative univalent (HL) and two bivalent forms (L) respectively. Two negative univalent ligands were coordinated via μ2‐bridging mode.  相似文献

The title compound was prepared by reaction of N, N‐dimethyldithiocarbamate sodium with l‐bromo‐l‐(4‐methoxyphenylcarbonyl)‐2‐(1, 2, 4‐triazole‐l‐yl) ethane. Its crystal structure has been determined by X‐ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to triclinic with space group Pī, a = 0.7339(2) nm, b = 1.1032(2) nm, c = 1.1203(2) nm, a = 90.27(3)°, β = 102.03(3)°, γ = 104.91(3)°, Z=2, V = 0.8556(3) nm3, Dc = 1.360 g/cm3, μ =0.325 mm?1, F(000)=368, final R1 =0.0475. The planes of 4‐methoxybenzyl group and triazole ring are nearly perpendicular to each other. The dihedral angle is 83.97°. There is an obvious π‐π stacking interaction between the molecules in the crystal lattice. The results of biological test show that the title compound has fungicidal and plant growth regulating activities.  相似文献

Two novel tridentate ligands of 2,6‐bis‐[l‐(2,6‐dibromophenylimino) ethyl] pyridine (L1) and2‐acetyl‐6‐[1‐(2,6‐dibromophenylimino) ethyl] pyridine (L2) have been synthesized. 本文首次合成标题化合物N-(4-甲基苯甲酰氨基)-N’-[5-(2-三氟甲基苯基)-2-呋喃甲酰硫脲。化合物(C21H16F3N3O3S, Mr = 447.43)单晶经测定为单斜晶体,空间群为P -1。在晶体中,存在一些分子内和分子间的相互作用,分子间还有C—H···π 的相互作用,这可能导致晶体更稳定的原因。目标产物的结构经IR, H NMR和元素分析测定确证。初步生物活性测试表明,部分化合物对棉花枯萎病、黄瓜灰霉病、苹果轮纹病和棉花炭疽病有较好的选择性杀菌活性;部分目标化合物有较好的除草活性。  相似文献

Two copper complexes [Cu(TTA)2(4,4′‐azpy)] (1) and [Cu‐(TTA)2(3,3′‐azpy)] (2) (HTTA = 1,1,1‐trifluoro‐3‐(2‐thenoyl)‐acetone, 4,4′‐azpy = 4,4′‐azobispyridine, 3,3′‐azpy = 3,3′‐azobispyridine) were synthesized and characterized. The crystal structures were determined by X‐ray diffraction analysis. The crystal 1 belongs to triclinic with space group P1 , a = 0.8515(2) nm, b = 0.9259(2) nm, c = 0.9468(2) nm, a = 66.126(9)°, β = 79.667(9)°, γ = 90.13(1)°, Z = 1, V = 0.6692(2) nm3, Dc = 3.425 g/cm3, γ = 2.113 mm?1, F(000) = 694, R1 = 0.0594, wR2 = 0.1499. The crystal 2 belongs to monoclinic with space group P21/c, a = 1.0661(2) nm, b = 1.4296(3) ran, c = 1.0041(3) nm, β = 114.50(3)°, V = 1.3926(5) nm3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.646 g/ cm3, μ = 1.015 mm?1, F(000) = 694, R1, = 0.0535, wR2 = 0.1113. In the crystals of complexes 1 and 2, the copper atoms have distorted octahedral symmetry. The two compounds possess very similar one‐dimensional linear chains linked through the rodlike 4,4′‐azpy ligands or 3,3′‐azpy ligands.  相似文献

[(Cp4i Rh)2(μ‐Cl)3] [Rh(CO)2Cl2] (Cp4i = tetraisopropyl‐cyclopenta‐dienyl) has been prepared and its crystal is in the space group of Pbar with a= 0.9417 (8), b = 1.4806 (3), c = 1.5062 (2) nm, a = 92.980(10), β = 97.42(3), γ = 93.98 (3)°, V = 2.0735(18) nm3 and Z = 2. The crystal structure consists of a cation of [(η5‐Cp4i) Rh (III)(μ‐Cl)3 Rh (III) (η5‐Cp4i)]+ and an anion of [Rh (I) (CO)2 Cl2]. The two bulky tetraisopropylcyclopentadienyl ligands are in the ecliptic conformation with angle of 10.19° between two cyclopentadienyl ring planes.  相似文献

Three bismuth(Ⅲ) complexes Bi(1,10-phen)[S2CN(CH3)2]2(NO3) (1), {Bi(S2COCH3)[S2CNC6Hs(CH3)]2}2 (2) and [Bi(S2CNBu2)2(CH3OH)(NO3)]∞ (3) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectra. Their crystal structures were determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis. Studies show that complex 1 has a monomeric structure with the central bismuth atom eight-coordinated in a capped distorted pentagonal bipyramidal geometry. The complex 2 takes centrosymmetric dimeric structure and the bismuth atoms are seven-coordinated in distorted pentagonal bipyramidal geometry.In complex 3, the bismuth atoms are seven-coordinated in distorted pentagonal bipyramidal geometry by bridging nitrate O atoms and the resulting structure is onedimensional infinite chain polymer.  相似文献

The synthesis and single crystal X‐ray structure determination are reported for the 2,2′ : 6′,2″‐terpyridine (= tpy) adduct of bismuth(III) nitrate. The hydroxide‐bridged dimer [(η2‐NO3)2(tpy)Bi(μ‐OH)2Bi(tpy)(η2‐NO3)2] with nine‐coordinate geometry about Bi was the only isolable product from all crystallization attempts in varying ratios of Bi(NO3) : terpy.; [(η2‐NO3)2(tpy)Bi(μ‐OH)2Bi(tpy) · (η2‐NO3)2] is triclinic, P 1, a = 7.941(8), b = 10.732(9), c = 11.235(9) Å; α = 63.05(1), β = 85.01(1), γ = 79.26(1)°, Z = 1, dimer, R = 0.058 for N0 = 2319.  相似文献

The mononuclear complex, [NiCl2 (trzCH2CH2COPh)4]·6H2O (trz =1,2,4‐triazole), was synthesized and its structure was determined by single crystal X‐ray determination. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c, with lattice parameters: a = 0.80391(2) nm, b = 1.08215(2) tun, c = 2.90133(2) nm, β = 94.792 (1)° and Z = 2. Each nickel atom is coordinated by four N atoms of triazole from four β‐(1,2,4‐triazole‐1‐yl)propiophenone ligands and two chloride anions in trans arrangement with octahedral coordination geometry. In addition to the coordinating nickel complex, there are six uncoordinated water molecules. The Ni‐Cl distance is 0.24865(8) nm and the Ni‐N distances are in the range of 0.2072(2) to 0.2099(2) nm, respectively. In the solid state, the title compound forms three dimensional network structure through hydrogen bonds. The intermolecular hydrogen bonds connect the [NiCl2(C2H2N3CH2CH2COPh)4] and H2O moieties. The deep green crystals were also examined by elemental analysis, FT‐IR and UV spectra, which are in agreement with the structural data.  相似文献

Two triangular molybdenum‐tellurium clusters, Mo3Te7‐[S2CN (CH2CH2OH2]3I (1) and Mo3Te4Y3[S2P(iPrO)2]3I (Y3 = 1. 43Te+ 1.57S) (2), were obtained from the reaction of K · HOdtc [HOdtc = S2CN(CH2CH2OH)2] or K·iPr2dtp (iPr2dtp = S2P[OCH(CH3)2]2) with a mixed product of elements Mo, Te(S) and I2 at high temperature. The structures of the two compounds were determined by X‐ray crystallography study. Crystal data are, (1): monoclinic, P21/n, a = 1.6256(3), b = 1.3264(2), c = 1.8808(4) nm, β=96.923°, V = 4.025.9 (14) nm3, Dcal = 3.050g·cm‐3, Z = 4, and (2): monoclinic, P21/n, a = 1.4564(2), b = 2.3917(4), c = 1.5094(3) nm, β = 114.35(2)°, V = 4.0259(14) nm3, Dcal = 2.449 g·cm?3 and Z = 4. Single crystal analyses show that 1 consists of discrete Mo3Te7[S2CN(CH2CH2OH)2]3I connected into three‐dimensional framework via hydrogen bonds, while 2 forms a linear chain via Te(S)—I interaction.  相似文献

在水乙醇混合溶剂中,首次得到了2-羰基丙酸水杨酰腙、1,10-菲啰啉与硝酸钆形成的配合物[Gd(C10H9N2O4)(C10H8N2O4)(H2O)3]2·phen·4H2O,并测试了其单晶结构。该配合物属三斜晶系,空间群为P-1。每个配合物分子中有两个九配位的钆的结构单元,每个钆离子与两个三齿配体2-羰基丙酸水杨酰腙(分别以负一价和负二价形式)和三个水分子配位。每个钆单元在空间呈扭曲的单帽四方反棱柱。同时还有一个游离的1,10-菲啰啉存在于晶格中,通过氢键与配位水作用。生物活性试验表明该配合物对三种病原菌有一定的抑菌活性。  相似文献

The structure of trans-[Pd(dtco-3-OH)2] (ClO4)2·2DMSO, in which dtco-3-OH is dithiacyclooctan-3-ol and DMSO is dimethyl sulfoxide, was determined by X-ray crystallographic analysis. The crystal data: space group pi, a = 0.7077(2) nm, b = 1.0788(1) nm, c = 1.1111(1) nm, α=67.710(8)°, β = 73. 59(2)°, γ = 85. 39(2)°,R1 = 0 . 0368 and Rw = 0.0998. The palladium (II) is coordinated by four sulfur atoms with a regular square planar configuration. The Pd-S distances are 0.2314(1) and 0.2317(1) nm, respectively. Both dtco-3-OH ligands are in the boat-chair configuration and two hydroxyl groups are on the opposite sites of the PdS4 coordination plane and are towards Pd(II). The Pd-O distance is 0. 285 nm, indicating a weak interaction between them. A typical hydrogen bond between the hydroxyl group of dtco-3-OH ligand and DMSO was observed in the crystal structure. An aqueous solution prepared with the crystals of the complex was used for the investigation of electrospray mass spectrometry ( ESMS ). Besid  相似文献

In an attempt to synthesize a new pyrimidine complex of copper(H) in a solution reaction of CuBr2 with 2,2‘-bis(hexahydropydmidine) and hydro-chloric acid, we unexpectedly obtained a bright yellow chip-like crystal of CuCl4(H2tn) [H2tn=(H3NCH2CH2CH2NH3)^2 ]. Its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to orthorhombic system, space group Pnma, with cell parameters: a=0.7216(2)nm, b=1.8308(6)nm, c=0.7553(3)nm, V=0.9953(6)nm^3, Z=4, F(000)=564, Mr=281.49, Dc=1.879 g/cm^3. u(Mo Ka)=3.204 mm^-1, R1=0.0248, wR2=0.0575. The analysis of the crystal structure indicates that the complex has a three-dimensional network structure, which is formed by hydrogen bonds and electrostatic interaction.  相似文献

The η2‐thio‐indium complexes [In(η2‐thio)3] (thio = S2CNC5H10, 2 ; SNC4H4, (pyridine‐2‐thionate, pyS, 3 ) and [In(η2‐pyS)22‐acac)], 4 , (acac: acetylacetonate) are prepared by reacting the tris(η2‐acac)indium complex [In(η2‐acac)3], 1 with HS2CNC5H10, pySH, and pySH with ratios of 1:3, 1:3, and 1:2 in dichloromethane at room temperature, respectively. All of these complexes are identified by spectroscopic methods and complexes 2 and 3 are determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Crystal data for 2 : space group, C2/c with a = 13.5489(8) Å, b = 12.1821(7) Å, c = 16.0893(10) Å, β = 101.654(1)°, V = 2600.9(3) Å3, and Z = 4. The structure was refined to R = 0.033 and Rw = 0.086; Crystal data for 3 : space group, P21 with a = 8.8064 (6) Å, b = 11.7047 (8) Å, c = 9.4046 (7) Å, β = 114.78 (1)°, V = 880.13(11) Å3, and Z = 2. The structure was refined to R = 0.030 and Rw = 0.061. The geometry around the metal atom of the two complexes is a trigonal prismatic coordination. The piperidinyldithiocarbamate and pyridine‐2‐thionate ligands, respectively, coordinate to the indium metal center through the two sulfur atoms and one sulfur and one nitrogen atoms, respectively. The short C‐N bond length in the range of 1.322(4)–1.381(6) Å in 2 and C‐S bond length in the range of 1.715(2)–1.753(6) Å in 2 and 3 , respectively, indicate considerable partial double bond character.  相似文献
