The results are given of the gas-chromatographic analysis in a nonpolar capillary column, after preliminary separation by means of adsorption chromatography on alumina, of samples of the essential oils of three populations of the endemic speciesArtemisia glabella Kar. et Kir. (Asteraceae) of Kazakhstan. The complex component composition of the samples of essential oils was practically independent of the conditions of the growth site. A comparative qualitative and quantitative analysis has been made by the HPLC method of the sesquiterpene lactones of various fractions obtained from the epigeal pans of three species of tansy,Tanacetum L., growing in Kazakhstan. Hydrogenation of 11-hexadecyne-l-ol on 5–30 % copper catalysts supported on -A12O3 and MgCO3 results incis-11-hexadecyne-1-ol in 100 % yield. Hydrogenation does not occur on 5–30 % Cu/ZnO catalysts. A comparative analysis has been made of a series of phenolic compounds in the initial plant and in a cell culture ofAlhagi kirghisorum. Quercetin, isorhamnetin, isorhamnetin 3-O-neohesperoside, retusin, 8-methylretusin, calycosin and formononetin were isolated from the cultivated cells and identified. Features of the formation of various classes of phenolic compounds in the cultivated cells have been studied by chromatographic methods. It has been shown that the phenolic substances synthesized by cell cultures exhibit an inhibiting influence on the biosynthesis of protein in vitro and show a moderate cytotoxic activity.M. A. The spatial structure of 1(10)Z, 4Z-hanphyllin has been established by the x-ray method. According to x-ray crystallographic data, thecis-isomer of 1-(1-phenylethyl)decahydroquinolin-4-ol, the predominant product of the stereoselective hydrogenation of1-(1--phenylethyl)-9, 10 -octahydroquinoline-4-one with sodium tetrahydroborate, has the (4S, 9S, 10R) configuration. The x-ray crystallographic data for this cisdecahydroquinolin-4-ol have been compared with the previously studied piperidin-4-ones of known absolute configuration. The equilibrium structures, binding energies, and vibrational spectra of the clusters CH3F(HF)1 n 3 and CH2F2(HF)1 n 3 have been investigated with the aid of large-scale ab initio calculations performed at the Møller–Plesset second-order level. In all complexes, a strong C–FH–F halogen–hydrogen bond is formed. For the cases n = 2 and n = 3, blue-shifting C–HF–H hydrogen bonds are formed additionally. Blue shifts are, however, encountered for all C–H stretching vibrations of the fluoromethanes in all complexes, whether they take part in a hydrogen bond or not, in particular also for n = 1. For the case n = 3, blue shifts of the ν(C–H) stretching vibrational modes larger than 50 cm−1 are predicted. As with the previously treated case of CHF3(HF)1 n 3 complexes (A. Karpfen, E. S. Kryachko, J. Phys. Chem. A 107 (2003) 9724), the typical blue-shifting properties are to a large degree determined by the presence of a strong C–FH–F halogen–hydrogen bond. Therefore, the term blue-shifted appears more appropriate for this class of complexes. Stretching the C–F bond of a fluoromethane by forming a halogen–hydrogen bond causes a shortening of all C–H bonds. The shortening of the C–H bonds is proportional to the stretching of the C–F bond.  相似文献
